I had purchase a loreal serum on sunday dated 17th dec’18 and when i used it at home i found that the bottle is damaged and i complained the same to customers care service but they have denied to replace it. Why you guys are penalising customers if its a fault from loreal. I need clarification and replacement. Your terms and conditions are really pathetic.

    Dear sir/madam

    I am a regular customer of pantaloons for almost more than 7 years and am regularly buying clothes for myself and family from pantaloons.
    I had bought a sweat shirt from pantaloons, growels 101 mall, akruli road, kandivali (East), mumbai on december 04, 2018 (Receipt no - p185004i1801217). The price of the sweat shirt was rs. 999/- however i had redeemed my reward points and got a discount of rs. 237.75 and had paid net rs. 761.25.

    There was issue in size so i visited the store for exchange on december 11, 2018 at 09:30 p. M, since size was not available in the same product so we have taken a new sweat shirt whose price was rs. 1500/- (Approx.) and at the time of payment your staff at bill desk rudely argued that you will n ot get benefit of reward points in exchange and you will be required to pay differential amount of rs. 739 (I. E[protected].

    How could he even say this. The reward points are earned by me on various purchases from your store so either you should add back that reward points at the time of exchange or give benefit of reward points in that purchase.

    Being a regular and loyal customer of your store for more than 7 years i would expect you to kindly look in to the matter and resolve it urgently.
    Please train your staff for the schemes which you provided to customers, very unprofessional staff, no etiquette no greetings, no smile on faces. Street shopkeepers are better than pantaloons cashiers.

      The product quality is poor, it's not even durable, its less than six months and my track pants shows spoilage in its fabrics.
      I got a bill no as well as the product information. If it will be helpful to detect.
      It's the dumbest thing i ever purchased, it cost me 1000rs and just what i got poorest stuff.
      The fabrics used is cheap kind and the worst ever encountered.

        I have came in the morning and the maitance is to worst and finally shopping there are no free apparels available.

        When i ask the branch manager there asking to take ladies and kids free items to bachelor.

        And they giving unselled 5 shirts each worth 899rs and all sames colors really each shirt worth will be 200rs and they are reducing 500 and asking to pay 399rs.

        Please do not tempt like waste and foolish offers, do not be cheated, do not waste your time and money.

          We had made purchases for a wedding on 01.12.2018 vide reciept no. P188003i18020124 from store id p188 (Bhubaneswar).in the process, one item no. [protected] - a house gown got billed that was not required. Post our return, i visited the store today with the intention of exchanging the wrongly purchased material with alternative, as it was not required.

          To my utter surprise, when shown the t&c printed on the reverse of the invoice, we were told that lingerie was not an exchangeable item. While we have paid for the alternative purchase (Bill no. P188004i[protected], what was not understood is how a house gown/kaftan/abaya/robe was treated as lingerie. No dictionary defines such a garment as lingerie. Moreover when asked to give in writing that such exchanges are not allowed, the stores staff refused.

          Looking at the repute of the ab group and its ethical standards, i thought to log it as an ethical complaint, not that the price is in any way a matter for concern (I am a senior executive with the tata group). Such bad practices bring bad name to a group that has a repute since pre-independence times.

Although I was told that the exchange would happen, after wasting 2 hours, finally the lady at the counter said it was against policy and the system was locked. I am amazed and surprised at such behavior from a group of such high repute in business ethics and corporate governance.

            Brand factory is cheating people by charging double gst.

            There tags says clearly that mrp inclusive of all taxes then also they charge additional gst on the discounted price that means the gst first applicable i have to pay that as well along with the new 5% added.

            Don't you think thats nut.

            I would request if this forum is visited by any chartered accountant to express there views on this as you have the best knowledge of gst in the industry and let us know is it correct to charge this way or in true manner they are making fool of poor people.

              I ordered for two shirts and they were not the same material found in the shop. I actually ordered these shirts because i liked the one i brought from the shop. I returned these shirts in the 8th of october and till now the refund has not been given. I called the customer care so many times and they keep saying 24 hrs it will be refunded and 28th november i called they say they don’t have my number registered. What fraud is this? Shame on you pantaloons for causing so much anxiety and headache and my mistake was shopping from your website.

                Hi sir,
                This is the second time me and my wife visited brand factory (Marathali - vanshree tower) bangalore. The collections are very good but service is very worst "no one doesn't know the clear offer details" this is my bad experience.

                Actually we went to brand factory before selecting the leather product i asked the counter staff how much ladies lether bag he said only rs 1599/- now offer is going on.. And also amount name plate has fixed on same as on leather product counter. They given details based on that i purchased 1 pics leather ladies hand bag, then i went for billing counter and also i asked cashier (Ms sunitha) about the offer after checking the system, she doesn't know the offer (But she is the employee of the brand factory),...???
                She said total amount of rs 2874.10/- (Ladies bag rs 2245 +one cloth of rs rs 629) and i swiped the card, when i see the bill for ladies bag rate instead of rs 1599/-, it's mentioned only rs 2245/-, then i asked the cashier (Ms sunitha) she checked some one and said " no bag only 50% off not of rs 1599/-)

                Then she said please will go to 4 th floor they will refund to your amount.
                Me and my wife went we meet one guy... He said this product is only 50% off not of rs 1599/-... We can't refund.. Then they called counter person (At the initial point of view, who had discussed with our's and rate fixed) in front of me and all executive guy that counter guy said this product is only of rs 1599/-... (Point no 1-after that cashier lady came she said i never said any thing.
                Point no 2-the executive guy said this type of problem every where happened... What is this...???

                Then executive guy said we will give you same amount credit note we can use same amount in one month.. (I full dis agree)

                After that i take my bag and returned.

                Point is problem is not only 1599/- (If one old people they don't have enough money what he have do???

                Even manager don't have courtesy to meet customer and apologies through the issue gone to is notice,

                It is very worst experience, i never had in my life. I fully dis - appointed...

                  I had made a purchase of rs 5514.28 on 24nov 18 vide bill no p019023i18012258 at pantaloons, saharaganj mall, lucknow. Gst of rs 662 apex. Has been charged over the bill @ 6℅ and 6%℅ (Sgst & cgst each). The same is supposed to be included in the mrp. Request peruse the case and clarify the ruling on the same. If the same has been charged over and above, request refund for the over charged amount.

                  Hi Satyam, the GST amount is included in the MRP of the product and there is no charge over and above that. GST bifurcation is mandatory on bills, thus it is displayed as the bifurcation under 'Sub Total'. The MRP total is equal to the Bill Total and there are no extra charges.

                    We are 7 star customer of pantaloons and visiting pantaloons from last 6 years at dhanbad and any where else in india... But yesterday it was height of irresponsibility of your staff on duty around 6 pm onwards at dhanbad pantaloon store... First they didnt add the bill of carrybag in billing and we were stopped while exiting which was highly embarrassing bcz we shopped for 7 to 8000 and just fr a 9 rupees shot carrybag ws were stopped... For the irresponsibility of your staff and guard at the gate...

                    Then again aftr bill matter sorted out your staff didnt removed the magnet tag frm apparel which clearly shows the out of mind behavior of your billing person once again... Again we were stopped at exit... Which was again embarrassing...

                    I m highly disappointed and want you guys to take proper measures otherwise there are many forums to go ahead and consequence of that will be very bad for you guys...

                      Wanted to redeem the points accumulated as geen card holder [protected]. However not receiving the OTP. Requested to change cell no but the counter staff Babu mis guided that once I change the mobile number, the points is not carried to new no. But after almost 30 mins and after not getting any repose from customer care toll free no, I could get my no changed and so redeemed the points. But the service is very bad.

                          paid twice for same bill

                          On 26 sep 2018 i paid twice on pantaloon store) via paytm one payment is done with the otp which is of 7283 and the other was with qr code which is of 6999 inr for the same order due to the server issue, i contacted pantaloon store they said they didn't receive any excess amount after that i contacted paytm they said merchant successfully received both the payment.

                          Pantaloons store is denying that they didn't get extra money...

                            Sir, i was been working in pantaloons citycentre mall, mangalore-575001. I was met with an bike accident, so i couldn't able to continue my job there. I had spent more than lacks for my surgery, i had bedridden for 6 months. So i had thought to apply for my pf withdrawal. I had been to store but there was no hr was present, they told me that there is no hr in the entire store. So i had requested one of the department manager to get me the number of respective hr who is handling more stores. He is hr mr. Shameer from south zone.
                            But i had been calling him from last one month. Last month when i had called to his phone, he told me that he is in a diwali leave, he told me to call me on this monday. But this monday he did not pick my call. But today he had cut my phone call. I have thought of at least i could recover my personal loan. But this made me sad. Please sir do the needful. I have suffered a lot from this organisation where people suffer for their pf money.

                              I have purchased clothes worth rs2999 (Mrp) on 40% discount
                              But they charged 5% extra (Rs90) on the discounted amount of rs 1800
                              This 5% was charged other than gst of 12%
                              And to my question they replied that it is the rule to charge 5% extra on any clothing article that is on discount
                              So this 5% is unfair as it is only going in the company's pocket and not to the government or the consumer

                                  Hello, i returned the items purchased on date 4.11.18 which i got through pantaloons india online store week before and received a confirmation that the returns have been acknowledged but still have not received a refund since then till now, mailed a few times called customer care no a hundred times but to no effect, really regretting purchasing from pantaloons my email id ([protected]@gmail.com)

                                    I would like to state that i got to gift cards from powergrid corporation on the month of july 2018 and the validity is of one year of worth rs.1000 each said by the counter of pantaloons shillong. I tried to redeem that yesterday on pantaloons shillong, but due to some technical faults it couldn't happen so, they kept one of our cards. And now today when we again went there that card that we kept there is showing zero balance.
                                    So, i would like to request you to resolve the issues as soon as possible.

                                      In 2018 durgapuja, pantaloons had announced gift options for all people across west benagal/kolkata who bought stuffs of 5k or above from their any of the branches in west benagal/kolkata. The gift option was 7 pieces of borosil dinner set for 5k and above shopping. I bought clothing apparel of approx. 5400 rs and was eligible for that gift. But when i finish off my payment at their cc2 branch cash counter and finally tried to collect my gift, they denied of giving the gift as they were not having borosil dinner set anymore. The team asked some of the customers along with me to collect their gift within 5th nov. 2018 with the registered phone number which we all agreed. But when i went to their branch on 4th nov. 2018, they informed that borosil dinner set has been discontinued as gift and portico double bed sheet will be given in replace of dinner set. But when they asked me to sign on their register, they wrote dinner set has been given.in fact, the sms confirming the gift, also, confirmed of giving dinner set as a gift. What is the point of harassing the customers like this? Why do they misutilize our trust? Why would they have to be fake with their customers when they provided bedsheet in stead of dinner set, why would not they acknowledge it? This is such a horrible experience. They just tried to be on the safer side with all details proving that they have given dinner set as promised.

                                      I have purchased an amount of Rs 5600.00 at the time of durgapuja sale at your branch of Junction Mall, Durgapur, West Bengal.
                                      The offer was, above the purchase of Rs 5000.00 a dinner set would be offered to the customers, but still it is not given after my repeated request.
