I purchase a alto moda lower from phenoix kurla market city mumbai from alto moda and just after one wash with plain water all the threads of lower comes out and it looks like total faulty manufacturing process.
I cant even return to it as i live in bhilwara rajasthan.
I have almost all my clothing range of alto moda and as loyal customer of the brand company must take action as soon as possible.

      I purchased clothes in pantaloons begumpet store in hyderabad on 10th jan 2019
      On the total bill of rs 5434/- they have charged additional 12% of gst
      But after coming home i had realized mrp of all products include gst but why did they charge extra?

      Couple of days ago i purchased from max store begumpet that didn't change any extra gst even on the discounted clothes.

      And no where in pantaloons stores displayed they charge extra gst in discounted items

      This is not fair at all. Policies are applicable same for all textile stores
      Why pantaloons charging extra. I need this to be sorted immediately.

      Hi Jyothsna, the GST amount is included in the MRP of the product and there is no charge over and above that. GST bifurcation is mandatory on bills, thus it is displayed as the bifurcation under 'Sub Total'. The MRP total is equal to the Bill Total and there are no extra charges.

      No but you have charged MRP plus GST separately. This is unfair. We customers expected that Pantaloons is running an offer but you end up charging us more than MRP. I need solution to it, I need my money back

        Very experience... third time facing the same problem defected kurtis.. this time I want store exchange or I will take legal action against consumer rights.. Will never shop from pantaloons very bad quality products... never to buy online.. you people just send defected one to the online customers.. myntra and max are much better than you all... pls change ur policy..or customers will stop buying from ur website

        It’s so reduculas after government rules passed against the parking fee but brand factory was ignoring government rules and collecting parking fee plz take action on brand factory which is situated at Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad 500033.

              I brought some clothes from pantaloons outlet in rudraaksh mall, guwahati, assam. At that purchase i paid gst for each cloth on discount individually and i also paid gst on the total amount. Next day i exchanged some of the clothes for fitting problem in the same outlet... But i again had to pay gst on exchange clothes individually as well as on the total amount. So why i have to pay gst on exchange clothes??? Because of these every time we are paying extra money. We are paying double gst on the same items when we go for exchange... I think that we should pay gst only on the 1st buy and there shouldn't be gst on exchange... Looking forward to a positive reply from your side...!

                  I made a purchase of rs 4979 on 14th july 2018 and at your billing counter, i was asked to pay through sbi debit card as i would get a 5% cashback. But i have to inform u this with regret that i haven't received the cashback till date i. E. 24th december 2018. (Almost 6 months). I would request you to look into the matter. I have been constantly calling your customer care but to no avail. I am highly disappointed and i would request to quickly solve my complaint.

                    Offer on display was shop for 6000 n get 6000 worth merchandise free. It was told it was on inhouse apparels i. E. Ones having logo of aditya birla. I sougyt help of a sales person and having done shopping for twelve tgousand plus while went for billing i was told any inhouse apparel with any discount wont be counted for offer. I said in that case you can go for mrp and add to see it adds up to six tgoudand plus six thousand. They didnt listen. They were themselves confused about offer. Sounds very silly and immature behaviour from a brand like pantaloon with whom i have been regularly shopping in huge numbers. Really disappointed.

                      Received sms to my phone from pantaloon that 50% discount on top brand you may approach to pantaloon. On 24 dec, 2018 i went to kakurgachi pantaloon with family to buy some clothing. I reached there at 1625 hrs and first i enquired from the concern store at lee at first floor for discount. He told me that discount are there buy two get two and flat 40%discount i[censored] purchase two. I stated selecting and selected four under buy two get two. Store man was very happy when i reached to billing they said items are not on discount. I asked him that store person has selected and given this but counter in charge told me. These items are not in discount. I felt very humiliating and approached to help desk where i called manager for this issue to resolve the matter restore my faith in this outlets but the way manager dealt this issue was unresponsive and another humiliation. I worked in a reputed government department where at least five hundred officers are there and such lapse never happen if so, unpunished never let to go. How a big shop are so badly managed where customers are humiliated and wrong sms are sent to customers. Such wrong message are killing the times of customer. I will ask my colleagues not to approach such outlets where humiliation are their means.

                          Dear concern,

                          I have returned one IDEE sunglass to Pataloons store(Cosmos mall) in Siliguri on 09/04/2018 due to colour fade of the frame vide model no - 2208 C2. The IDEE representative told me that it will be replaced in 15 days, as I have purchased it on 15/04/2017, So my Warranty period is not yet over. Then he received the product and give me an acknowledgement slip (Attaching herewith) regarding it.
                          But after that I have visited the STORE several times but they can't even answer me at that point. They told me that, it will be informed to me once it will received.

                          But I am sorry to say that today is almost 10 and half months already gone. But I didn't get this product back and not even any credit note.

                            I had purchase a loreal serum on sunday dated 17th dec’18 and when i used it at home i found that the bottle is damaged and i complained the same to customers care service but they have denied to replace it. Why you guys are penalising customers if its a fault from loreal. I need clarification and replacement. Your terms and conditions are really pathetic.

                              Dear sir/madam

                              I am a regular customer of pantaloons for almost more than 7 years and am regularly buying clothes for myself and family from pantaloons.
                              I had bought a sweat shirt from pantaloons, growels 101 mall, akruli road, kandivali (East), mumbai on december 04, 2018 (Receipt no - p185004i1801217). The price of the sweat shirt was rs. 999/- however i had redeemed my reward points and got a discount of rs. 237.75 and had paid net rs. 761.25.

                              There was issue in size so i visited the store for exchange on december 11, 2018 at 09:30 p. M, since size was not available in the same product so we have taken a new sweat shirt whose price was rs. 1500/- (Approx.) and at the time of payment your staff at bill desk rudely argued that you will n ot get benefit of reward points in exchange and you will be required to pay differential amount of rs. 739 (I. E[protected].

                              How could he even say this. The reward points are earned by me on various purchases from your store so either you should add back that reward points at the time of exchange or give benefit of reward points in that purchase.

                              Being a regular and loyal customer of your store for more than 7 years i would expect you to kindly look in to the matter and resolve it urgently.
                              Please train your staff for the schemes which you provided to customers, very unprofessional staff, no etiquette no greetings, no smile on faces. Street shopkeepers are better than pantaloons cashiers.

                                The product quality is poor, it's not even durable, its less than six months and my track pants shows spoilage in its fabrics.
                                I got a bill no as well as the product information. If it will be helpful to detect.
                                It's the dumbest thing i ever purchased, it cost me 1000rs and just what i got poorest stuff.
                                The fabrics used is cheap kind and the worst ever encountered.

                                  I have came in the morning and the maitance is to worst and finally shopping there are no free apparels available.

                                  When i ask the branch manager there asking to take ladies and kids free items to bachelor.

                                  And they giving unselled 5 shirts each worth 899rs and all sames colors really each shirt worth will be 200rs and they are reducing 500 and asking to pay 399rs.

                                  Please do not tempt like waste and foolish offers, do not be cheated, do not waste your time and money.

                                    We had made purchases for a wedding on 01.12.2018 vide reciept no. P188003i18020124 from store id p188 (Bhubaneswar).in the process, one item no. [protected] - a house gown got billed that was not required. Post our return, i visited the store today with the intention of exchanging the wrongly purchased material with alternative, as it was not required.

                                    To my utter surprise, when shown the t&c printed on the reverse of the invoice, we were told that lingerie was not an exchangeable item. While we have paid for the alternative purchase (Bill no. P188004i[protected], what was not understood is how a house gown/kaftan/abaya/robe was treated as lingerie. No dictionary defines such a garment as lingerie. Moreover when asked to give in writing that such exchanges are not allowed, the stores staff refused.

                                    Looking at the repute of the ab group and its ethical standards, i thought to log it as an ethical complaint, not that the price is in any way a matter for concern (I am a senior executive with the tata group). Such bad practices bring bad name to a group that has a repute since pre-independence times.

Although I was told that the exchange would happen, after wasting 2 hours, finally the lady at the counter said it was against policy and the system was locked. I am amazed and surprised at such behavior from a group of such high repute in business ethics and corporate governance.

                                      Brand factory is cheating people by charging double gst.

                                      There tags says clearly that mrp inclusive of all taxes then also they charge additional gst on the discounted price that means the gst first applicable i have to pay that as well along with the new 5% added.

                                      Don't you think thats nut.

                                      I would request if this forum is visited by any chartered accountant to express there views on this as you have the best knowledge of gst in the industry and let us know is it correct to charge this way or in true manner they are making fool of poor people.

                                        I ordered for two shirts and they were not the same material found in the shop. I actually ordered these shirts because i liked the one i brought from the shop. I returned these shirts in the 8th of october and till now the refund has not been given. I called the customer care so many times and they keep saying 24 hrs it will be refunded and 28th november i called they say they don’t have my number registered. What fraud is this? Shame on you pantaloons for causing so much anxiety and headache and my mistake was shopping from your website.
