I went for shopping in noida pantaloons & i was checking clothes suddenly store manager was also there his name was hridesh pal and i jus asked him for the size which was not there and i don't know what happened to him he jus started misbehaving and he was abusing continuously i don't know why these people are being hired with such rediculous behaviour. I request the authorities to kindly suitable action on him.

I purchased a shirt and a pair of jeans from pantaloons outlet at paras downtown mall at zirakpur, punjab on 16.02.2019. Despite the fact that they can not charge an extra amount in a bill for issuing carry bag as per cosumer court guidelines/judgments, they still charged extra amount i. E. Price of carry bag.in the bill they have mentioned carry bag as parbag-15 so that if somebody filed a consumer complaint they can take a defence that we didn't charged for carry bag. You are fooling people.

Complaint is pending for a month now. I am not sure what kind of customer care team you have.. Very irritating. Refund is pending for a month, the order is cancelled due to unavailability of the product..

Complaint is not resolved, your customer care team is not explaining or giving any transaction number for refund. It is cancelled by pantaloons. Why should i contact the bank?

It was a thugs experience that you don't want to have. I visited brand factory in december, 2018 when 60% off sale was running.
I picked up only one sweatshirt to buy, but when time goes on, i realised that product didn't have mrp tag attached to it.

Then i asked bhotali verma the staff member of arrow section, as i was interested in buying arrow sweatshirt with style code asujk4729.

Later on, bhotali tried to find price of that product. Then after sometimes, i doubted his spoken words, so i found different mrp of it on ecommerce site like amazon & flipkart was different from what he tagged to it. Mrp of that brand was around 4k, but they intentionally put 5k on it.

Then later on, i had shared my concern with their manager named rahul kumar, he doesn't help me in this regard, all he wanted to stay away from troubles like that..

Also behaviour of others staff, was like funny incident to them, as they didn't realise what common man will do to them..

They treated like me garbage, and it was disturbing experience, as i wasted more than 6 hours just for one product.

Advice to all, they don't give us discount what you actually thought of, they just fooled us by giving us discount on mrp products which they intentionally raised mrp from actual mrp..

If i would describe brand factory, then i better call them thugs of brand factory.

The complaint is regarding the employees working and attending at pantaloons store in triton mall located in jaipur, rajasthan. The behaviour of the employees was so ridiculous and hilarious that made my mind not to buy anything from the pantaloons store from now onwards.
Actually i went for exchange of kurti but they refused to change that just because it was altered. But the thing is attendant at store itself insisted that he will alter the kurti as per my choice but he damaged it and instead of checking i bought that. Obviously i would rely on them because i am very old customer of that store. But they took advantage of that.
And when i went for change instead of listening me they were laughing and making fun of me. This took alot for a girl to say that she doesn't feel safe in public place too.
Its a humble request to look into matter and make sure they doesn't take advantage of girls. There is no issue for kurti but the behavior of attendants made me do the complain.

I do not have an active uan number as the same were not in function during my tenure in pantaloons.

I purchase a alto moda lower from phenoix kurla market city mumbai from alto moda and just after one wash with plain water all the threads of lower comes out and it looks like total faulty manufacturing process.
I cant even return to it as i live in bhilwara rajasthan.
I have almost all my clothing range of alto moda and as loyal customer of the brand company must take action as soon as possible.

I purchased clothes in pantaloons begumpet store in hyderabad on 10th jan 2019
On the total bill of rs 5434/- they have charged additional 12% of gst
But after coming home i had realized mrp of all products include gst but why did they charge extra?

Couple of days ago i purchased from max store begumpet that didn't change any extra gst even on the discounted clothes.

And no where in pantaloons stores displayed they charge extra gst in discounted items

This is not fair at all. Policies are applicable same for all textile stores
Why pantaloons charging extra. I need this to be sorted immediately.

Very experience... third time facing the same problem defected kurtis.. this time I want store exchange or I will take legal action against consumer rights.. Will never shop from pantaloons very bad quality products... never to buy online.. you people just send defected one to the online customers.. myntra and max are much better than you all... pls change ur policy..or customers will stop buying from ur website

Got a bare denim (Jeans pant) in your oulet at omr, chennai.

When i put on the jean, i noticed pockets are not stitched properly and eventually my mobile started felling down.

To be frank i felt being deceived from your brand. Because i have a image of reputed brand for pantaloons.

So i am expecting a good response from your side.

I have purchased a sweatshirt last month in pantaloon store located in Kanpur and gifted the same to my relatives who are residing in ongole, Andhra pradesh. But later we have found out that one of the hands is shorter. Now we need to exchange it.Can we do it in the pantaloon store located in Ongole instead of Kanpur.We are having the invoice of the same. Kindly suggest.

I brought some clothes from pantaloons outlet in rudraaksh mall, guwahati, assam. At that purchase i paid gst for each cloth on discount individually and i also paid gst on the total amount. Next day i exchanged some of the clothes for fitting problem in the same outlet... But i again had to pay gst on exchange clothes individually as well as on the total amount. So why i have to pay gst on exchange clothes??? Because of these every time we are paying extra money. We are paying double gst on the same items when we go for exchange... I think that we should pay gst only on the 1st buy and there shouldn't be gst on exchange... Looking forward to a positive reply from your side...!

Hello pantaloons,
Please consider my complaint towards pantaloon vizianagaram as they misleaded me for an wrong offer which doesn't exist and finally at billing they told that there is no such offer exists which costs me huge loss of time and the trust towards pantaloons retail outlet.
Please consider this complaint and provide proper justice.

I made a purchase of rs 4979 on 14th july 2018 and at your billing counter, i was asked to pay through sbi debit card as i would get a 5% cashback. But i have to inform u this with regret that i haven't received the cashback till date i. E. 24th december 2018. (Almost 6 months). I would request you to look into the matter. I have been constantly calling your customer care but to no avail. I am highly disappointed and i would request to quickly solve my complaint.

Offer on display was shop for 6000 n get 6000 worth merchandise free. It was told it was on inhouse apparels i. E. Ones having logo of aditya birla. I sougyt help of a sales person and having done shopping for twelve tgousand plus while went for billing i was told any inhouse apparel with any discount wont be counted for offer. I said in that case you can go for mrp and add to see it adds up to six tgoudand plus six thousand. They didnt listen. They were themselves confused about offer. Sounds very silly and immature behaviour from a brand like pantaloon with whom i have been regularly shopping in huge numbers. Really disappointed.

Received sms to my phone from pantaloon that 50% discount on top brand you may approach to pantaloon. On 24 dec, 2018 i went to kakurgachi pantaloon with family to buy some clothing. I reached there at 1625 hrs and first i enquired from the concern store at lee at first floor for discount. He told me that discount are there buy two get two and flat 40%discount i[censored] purchase two. I stated selecting and selected four under buy two get two. Store man was very happy when i reached to billing they said items are not on discount. I asked him that store person has selected and given this but counter in charge told me. These items are not in discount. I felt very humiliating and approached to help desk where i called manager for this issue to resolve the matter restore my faith in this outlets but the way manager dealt this issue was unresponsive and another humiliation. I worked in a reputed government department where at least five hundred officers are there and such lapse never happen if so, unpunished never let to go. How a big shop are so badly managed where customers are humiliated and wrong sms are sent to customers. Such wrong message are killing the times of customer. I will ask my colleagues not to approach such outlets where humiliation are their means.

I have purchased jegging and other stuff from pantaloons store phoenix mall bareilly billed more than 6700 and it is only one month and jegging stiching got loose and it is very disappointed from your home brand krauss and it is happening with me second time, i trust u for this, the jegging even not washed for a single time and wore only 3 4 times, very very poor quality, i need my money back for this jegging.

I have returned one IDEE sunglass to Pataloons store(Cosmos mall) in Siliguri on 09/04/2018 due to colour fade of the frame vide model no - 2208 C2. The IDEE representative told me that it will be replaced in 15 days, as I have purchased it on 15/04/2017, So my Warranty period is not yet over. Then he received the product and give me an acknowledgement slip (Attaching herewith) regarding it.
But after that I have visited the STORE several times but they can't even answer me at that point. They told me that, it will be informed to me once it will received.

But I am sorry to say that today is almost 10 and half months already gone. But I didn't get this product back and not even any credit note.

Plz help me.
