I purchase a jeans (Ladies) of levi's from pantaloons outlet in vegas circle, siliguri.
I found the quality of jeans is extremely poor. Please help us so that we can a good quality cloths after paying good money for jeans. Jeans cloth is being sagging and it has become oversized because of very bad quality of cloth and colour is bleeding even after wash, colour keep bleeding even when the jeans is dry i. E while wearing color tends to bleed. Common you need to keep some standard of cloth.

False promise of offer and sale.
Brand and type is same but only color is different, so it was not part of combo sale of 50% with other garments.
How color of garment define it would be in offer or not and how we know this if all is kept in same stand. We have spend around 30 min for 3 garments to avail this combo offer and while billing they said it doesn't apply on all.

Sir, mrp is inclusive of tax... Taxable value is 4463.4+535.6

50% discount on mrp (Inclusive tax) displayed with product, the payable price should be 2374.27.. You cannot charge the tax 12% gst to customer as per publically displayed aid... The discounted price is included gst...
Please refund the total gst 129+129+140+140=539

I have bought a footwear of ajile from one of your store at siliguri on 15th jan 2018 but after a one wash the colour was fade out and was totally washed out... I have even went to that store for the complaint but they said that they dont have any norms of defective regarding footwear... But in 6 days the manufacturing defect should be taken... Or some steps should be taken for quality test...

I can understand your company norms but some steps should be take be taken to resolve the problem, and i am totally disappionted with your company norms and staff satisfaction.

I had bought an article from pantaloons in zirakpur on 07.11.2017 at 70% discount, and made the payment through my atm card, i was informed that i need to pay the actual amount which was ₹909 and the discounted money will be refunded within a week in my bank account which i did not receive till now and it has been 3months. I tried to take help from the branch but they didnt treat the problem and even hardly cared. I request you to please refund the amount as soon as possible.

Brand factory offer was shop for rs 5000 and pay only rs 2000.in addition, you get free apparel worth rs. 500 + a free gift voucher worth rs. 1000 + rs. 500 cash back in your future pay wallet. I did not get any cashback from future pay wallet even after i install and created account with the same mobile number which i have given to brand factory in the time of billing. I suggest no one go to brand factory whenever they run sale because there will be scam.. Scam.. Scam.. Scam..

I was told by the shopkeeper that on payment using sbi debit card, rs 500 cashback will be credited to the amount for my shopping of rs. 8199 at the pantaloons outlet at prince anwar shah road on 6th jan, 2018., kolkata. No such cashback has been credited. This is false technique being employed by your company.
I want the cashback asap else i will have to take serious measures.

People working in pentaloons in shopprix mall meerut are highly unprofessional and disgusting. They were busy with gossiping and giggling while you wait for your billing. They have zero regard for customer presence and their timing. They will ask for good feedback in automated unit installed at the counter. Also they will try to keep the change unless you ask for it. Kindly look into the matter.

I've purchased bare denim jacket from pantaloons in kalyan mall, thane in oct 2017. Just after 2months o[censored]se, fuzz balls has started to emerge in and around the sleeves which makes jacket to look very ugly and of course unbranded too. Requesting you to please look into this matter and hoping for the replacement or full money refund. Below is the detail of the product purchase.

This is in regard to my shopping at pantaloons, vip road, visakhapatnam. On 24th december 2017, i went to shop at the outlet. Prior beginning the shopping, i inquired about the offers available. The store people told me that there are various offers, however the one i got interested was that "on purchase of clothes worth rs 4000/- and above, i would be getting gift vouchers worth rs. 1000/- which i can use for shopping at the pantaloons outlet on select products between 1st feb 2018 to 31st march 2018".
I asked them again and again if there are any further terms and conditions to it. To that they replied "nothing else". I shopped for an amount of more than rs.4000/- as i had a requirement and then went for billing. On billing, the person said, i can take the paid receipt to the gift voucher issuing counter.
I went to the counter and produced the receipt. He promptly took out two nos. Gift vouchers (Rs 500/-) each and enabled them and stamped them and said that "between[protected] and[protected], i can use these gift vouchers on select products, however i have to shop for rs. 2500/- to get one gift voucher of rs.500/- redeemed."
This means that in order to redeem the two nos. Gift vouchers, i have to shop for an additional rs.5000/- and then i would have to pay a net amount of rs. 4000/-.
This point was not revealed at all by any of the employees at any point of time till the man at the gift voucher counter told me.
I immediately asked all the staff, why they did not tell this vital point beforehand, they all apologized sincerely and requested not to create a hush. I asked the staff to ask the store manager to meet me immediately. His name is mr. Babu rao. He came promptly and listened to the entire episode and said the he too apologized for the incomplete information given to me. He said that the thing cannot be changed and that he is helpless.
This complaint is thus about misguiding the customers by not revealing full information about the offers, with the hidden clauses, and thus trying to do business.
I sincerely request that i be allowed to redeem the rs 1000/- worth vouchers without any further shopping during the above mentioned period. If this is not possible, then i can only say that a reputed organisation like yours is simply cheating people, in the name of offers, by not training the staff properly. Perhaps the staff have been instructed to not reveal such hidden clauses to the people with the fear of losing business by your management. This mounts to cheating.

Purchased killer 1jeans and a tshirt on 31st december 2017, for their server problem i was waiting for 1hr for billing but server problem not resolved when i complained to customer service they told me no problem just book it and you can accept it within 7days. Today they called me for delivery when i reached there my t shirt was missing what should i do now please help me out

Charged SGST nd CGST on MRP. Even after complaining they behavd rudely and said tht we had to pay. Even small vendors donot charge GST on MRP. Shame from pantaloons. I want answer from you.

The bill is attached along with if that is the case then i will complain in consumer forum as no body charge GST on MRP.
The case is not same with other retailers. Then why should pantaloons charge GST

Dlf mall of india, plot no-3 sector-18, noida...
In this store, cashier told me if you pay money by sbi debit card then yu we’ll get 750 rupees back on your account, if you purchased more then 3500..
And i purchased the linens worth rupees 3868.06...
So, i want my 750 rupees back.

This is the complaint about alteration section of pantaloons store in prozone mall, aurangabad. The tailor and the manager usually talk rudely plus they never seems to be helping hand to the customers.
I have shopped in this stores many a time and found the same behavior. They always asked me to come next day to pick up the alteration clothes. As i live far away from mall its not convenient for me to just collect those clothes. This is not happened only once but trice.
I never expected such behaviour from such well known brand.
Hope u will take necessary action.

Today i had a bad experience from pantaloons store at vr bengaluru mall
(11b, sy no 40/9, devasandra industrial area, second stage, kr puram, itpl, road, hobli, bengaluru, karnataka 560048).
They are cheating and exploiting people in the name of central government gst policy.
Today i purchased some products on sale, unlike other stores like reliance trends they charged 5 percent extra on each products discounted price, i will clarify the scaenerio
Usually in reliance trends we can see buy one at 499/buy two at 449 or similar offers. This price 499/449 is the mrp and they won't charge anything extra on 449. If we are buying two for 449, what we are paying is 449*2.

But what happened in pantaloons is mrp is 499, i bought two thinking i have to pay 449 each, but they charged 471. When i checked they gave me stupid explaination that according to pantaloons policy they will charge 5% gst again for 449, because its on sale. Even we got other products where mrp was around 1899 which was on 40% discount and they charged gst 5% again for that discounted price 1139.
Instead of displaying 449, either they should mention 449+ tax /471 each.
There is no point in buying 2 kurtas just for rs 20 discount, i simply got two thinking i am getting rs 100 off. Let me summarize
Pantaloons charging gst on top of mrp which sounds like a customer is paying around 10 percent gst for each product on sale.

Please don't cheat customers like this.

Today ie 30 december 2017, we did shopping from pantaloons store, shipra mall ghaziabad. On one of the fresh products and products on sale we were charged 12% gst over and above mrp... Kindly resolve... Why on fresh product gst was charged extra on mrp. Secondly mrp included gst and we were offered discount on that. Then why they are again charging gst on discounted price

I was quite excited today as i shopped a gift for my husband's birthday from the pantaloons outlet at borivali west. No sooner than i crossed the exit gate there was a beep. The security person asked me to come through the exit door again. My sling bag was checked twice or thrice. I was asked to go with a lady security guard in the trial room. That was the moment i realized how people look at you when you are suspected to have done something. Nothing was found. Later i learned that sometimes when the stop tag is not removed. The exit door beeps. But it was really embarrassing situation. Totally killed the good mood that i had.
