Pantaloon staff amd management does not worry about customer even spent 4000/- they were asking for extra money for carry bag

Many big brands providing the same free
Further got answer from billing counter that we are against o[censored]se of plastic thatswhy its chargeable

That only means customer provide money you allow to use plastic

Now never preffered pantaloons for shopping

    I have been informed by the salesman present in pantaloons that there is 40% to 50% off in spykar t.shirts.Bt when I went for billing there was no any such offer and i was charged full payment.       Myself Deepika awasthi, a regular and old customer of pantaloon showroom, purchaised a woolen outfit from your Hazrat Ganj pantaloon showroom in Lucknow on 21 Nov 2016 along with some other outfits.i had some fitting problem with that particular outfit so I went to your another showroom for exchanging it at sahara Ganj pantaloon on 25 Nov 2016 in Lucknow but I was not able to find out something else as I was in hurry because I had my flight for Pune on the same day so I went to customer care and he provided me credit note against that outfit.
      In pune, somehow i didn't get time to go and buy something from that credit note and on that vacation I lost that credit note accidentally.
      Then I called to their customer care but no-one was able to give a positive response for my loss.
      My question is if they have all records in their system along with that I am also providing date n record of the same so they can easily track by my pantaloon card still they are not taking action on it.
      I completely understand their policy norms and conditions but for 1300 bucks is not very less amount to forget.
      Despite of lot of request from my side they are not focusing on my problem.

        I recently visited Pantaloons and shopped for 12.5k and paid through FreeCharge when the store manager said we have a 20% Cashback. But FreeCharge didn't give me the Cashback stating the offer was withdrawn 2 days prior to purchase. The store manager forced me to pay from FreeCharge and not use Paytm taking away my opportunity for Cashback. Pathetic customer service at Pantaloons. Never visiting again.

          I brought a kraus-jeans from pantaloons saharanpur, worth rs 1895 on which I have been given 30% off only i.e rs 1392.83 but as per the sale on 26th jan 2017 the sale offers 50% off on every product. As per the message I got on my mobile says
          "Pantaloons Mega Republic Day Sale! FLAT 50% OFF on EVERY SINGLE GARMENT of the ENTIRE sale offering. Additionally, shop for Rs 1000 & get a Portico Double Bed Sheet Set worth Rs 1499 for Rs 499 ONLY. Valid till stocks last. TC"

          but my billing shows only 30% off is given to me on my kraus-jeans.

          please resolve the problem or I cant believe on pantaloons anymore.

            Hiii..in July 2016 Guwahati Pantaloons employee took my green card telling me about cardless shopping.They deactivated my card & told that registered mobile no is enough to avail all benefits.But after that whenever I go for shopping, at billing counter on feeding my no it shows card deactivated but at consumer care desk computer my account details open up.Now the problem is I can't redeem my points as well as can't avail my 7%extra discount ( I am a 7 star green card member) as my card appears deactivated and after every shopping I go to customer care to get my points upgraded &inspite of several Complaints at their consumer help desk they couldn't resolve it.Question is how can I redeem my points & how can I get that extra 7%discount on all that shopping I did since july16.I am highly dis appointed with their attitude regarding my discomfort i face during shopping moving from billing counter to help desk everytime & monetary loss too.All promotional alerts & shopping SMS come to my no.regularly.seriousally unhappy.

              I bought a kurti and pay for it also i tried a top but accidently forgot to take off because of lots of winter wears.I tried that over a body warmer and then put on my other apparels and sweatshirt.                 I bought a jacket from pantaloons downtown guwahati.
                The brand of the jacket was indian terrain.
                Since, I bought the product I rarely wore it but after few weeks the stitches were worned out and finally I made query about the product in Indian terrain website and the product was not a listed product of the brand.So, i kindly request for a exchange request.Or I would like to register a complaint against Pantaloon for selling unauthorized product of renowned company like indian terrain

                  Today 14.01.2017 I have made purchase from your bhopal pantaloons store situated at db mall. My bill no. is 0016169 valuing Rs. 3240.00, in which no discount was given on Peter England trouser i.e 30% as per offers given. Luckily I have checked the bill and found that no discount was given to me on the trouser and after waiting for near about 01hour they give me the credit note of Rs. 371.00 valid for 30 days instead of providing me cash as requested by me.
                  2. As you aware that no item were available valuing of Rs. 400 so I have choose one ladies suit valuing Rs. 1200.00 and requesting your sales manager to combined my bill of Rs.3000+1200=4200 and at least provide me the offer which is valid for purchasing of Rs. 4000/ but sorry to say that your employee directly refuse me and said that it is not possible. You and me is very well aware that it is possible but your staff does not want to cooperate and I was the stupid man who waste my 1 to 2 hours because of your store employee foolishness.
                  I know that there is no meaning of complaint because no action/ compensation will be taken/given. And last I want to tell you one more thing that your store has issued me pantaloons card and I am a regular customer but I Come to know that there is no mobile number updated and no point was included in my card.

The person at the cash counter did this. For some reason, the charge slip did not come out from the machine. I got an sms (Pos tran of rs. 2727.92 is done on card xx5756 on[protected]. At 6:18pm and 9:13pm a/c balance is rs. 80228.88) alerting that the transaction had happened. So i paid 2727 by cash. So please refund of 2727 to my account as early as possible.

                          Last week I went to brand factory as there was offer going on. I purchase clothes of 9400 Rs in that sale. According to offer they told that if you buy for 5000 Rs they will give you shirt for free. So, when I asked for that they told that they don't have that in stoke so I will come after 25th and collect it.

                          So, whlie I call today they told that the offer was gone and now they will not give that shirt. So, while asking to have a word with manager, she told that manager is not there and her tone was very rude.

                          I want to tell you that if you don't want to fulfill your promise then please don't make such advertisement and don't try make customer fool by such offers.

                            I had a situation on 31/12/2016 at Pantaloons Brookfield mall Bangalore when I was falsely alleged with charges of stealing a product (T-Shirt) which I tried but didn't buy. The scene happened when I was coming out of the shop without buying that product and by mistake one of the security tag got attached to my jerking in the trial room that I was wearing. The security alarm beeped as it detected that security tag. Later I was interrogated and they harassed me for 1 hour even after my explanation for several times. At last they interpreted me to confess it and write an apology letter followed by buying some other product without any security tag with a fine and without bill (the product I tried was of ₹300 and I was made to pay ₹2500 for some other product). Being a lady I paid and came out of that situation. Now the question is:
                            1. Whose fault was this?
                            2. They manager and the staffs corelated some evidence and proved me guilty and harassed me to accept it.
                            3. The manager got a call in front of me from some other staff with similar situation which he handled later on (probably in similar way).
                            4. While interrogating, the manager told me that he is getting these cases everyday.

                            So I doubt, this retail shop is doing some bogus stuffs to make out some money from the customers. Lastly this was my last visit to Pantaloons and I will ask my friends and relatives not to visit the shop anymore as they are harassing customers to make out money.

                            I can understand that you being a lady, your priority was to come out of the situation by paying whatever they demanded. However I think you should have demanded and taken a firm stand for checking the CCTV footage then and there. That would have confirmed that you left the store with what you were wearing at the time of entry and nothing was ever stolen from the store.

                              This is akanksha verma, i have visited pantaloons today (30th dec 2016) around 1pm, i left my sunglasses in the store which was worth 10, 000, within 10mins vanished from the same place while i was paying the bill and the security people did not even try to help me for finding it out and simply blaming me that it is the customer responsibility to take care of their belongings. this is the worst experience i had with pantaloons. i am making this complaint to make sure that you would help me out in this regard.

                                After 48hr also i didnt get my cashback.
                                The brand factory members told us that the cash back will be available to you within 48 hr but it is not happened as they told us

                                  Hi, I have purchased few clothes on Sunday and faced the payment issue where the mobiquick information was not availed during the payment. When raised this concern to line managers they agreed with their internal staff missed to provide the information after that no other alternatives was not provided to satisfy their customer. They should always stick to their motto " Customer Satisfaction"

                                  Kindly to the needful with providing other alternatives.

                                    I visited Pantaloons store in unityone mall and as I purchased and came back to pick up my other bags. There was a sound near the security check of the store due to which they asked me to remove my jacket and even the jacket and other stuff which I wore was not from pantaloons but still they asked me to come to try room so that a woman can check me if in case I am carrying something. The behaviour of the salesmen and other staff was so inappropriate as there were other people who also passed the security check and had a sound at their passing. Nobody stopped them and they asked me to come to try room, despite having courtesy to even ask me one whether I want to go and get myself checked or not. They ordered me to come to try room though I was not having anything or carried anything from their store except the purchase I did. It was very rude and inappropriate behaviour, and a clear case of harrasment I would say.
                                    Kindly check into the matter.

                                      Pantaloons Charges 5% Vat on MRP, Where MRP(Inclusive of all Taxes)
                                      Recently I've purchased on 24th Dec 2016, After Discounted price bill amount comes to Rs. 5043. (Totally 5 items and charged 5% vat for 4 items, 1 item was billed for MRP). I've Paid Rs. 5043+222=Rs. 5265.
                                      In all price tag it is printed MRP(inclusive of all taxes) but actually MRP+VAT.
                                      And it is very hard for a common man to understand billing invoice they issue.
                                      Does Indian Govt. aware of such cheatings.??

                                      I purchased for rupees 7000 from brandfactory.Transaction was through mobikwick on 18/12/16.But I didn't receive rupees 400 offer cash back to my phone number ([protected]).

                                        I used the card at two places at their POS and the amount was deducted but the vendor did not receive it.
                                        there were two consecutive swipes done but the vendor did not receive the amount but the amount was deducted from the account.
                                        both of the vendors denied that the they have not received the amount but it was never recieved from them and was deducted from my sbi account.
                                        Kindly resolve the matter and credit back the amount to my account
