We had purchased clothes worth around 17k rupees from pantaloons shop adyar (01-april-2018). They gave us gift vouchers works 3.5k. We specifically asked them if this can be exchanged for full value. They assured us and wrote something in the gift vouchers. We did not read the contents written on it.

On 03-april-2018 when we went to exchange the gift vouches by purchasing some apparels, the billing section person gave a shock...

Please let me know if i want to buy footwear from your store then what should i do?? Also these footwear sizes in our population are not rare at all that you hv stopped with these sizes production!

After the very first wash of lower the shape changed... And it looks very ugly now please help... I got it for rs 500
But the quality is of rs 100... The hip area of the lower is faded and looks like i will wear it again and it will tear away.. The shape if no more symmetrical.. Even i did handwash.. When enquired about the issue, the store manager is ignorant and is not willing to answer or rectify the problem.

People working in pentaloons in saharaganj mall lucknow are highly unprofessional and disgusting. They were busy with gossiping and giggling while you wait for your billing. Worst customer service. Clothes were untidy & dust on it. Billing counter attendants even do not know how to swap atm. They have zero regard for customer presence and their timing.. Kindly look into the matter......

I shopped at pantaloons yesterday and the lady at john players told me if i buy 1 product, i get 40% off but if i buy more then 1, i will get 50% off. So i bought 3 jeans and 3 shirts. I just checked the bill and saw that i was given 40% discount for 3 jeans but charged full for the shirts. This is a big company and you can't say one thing and then fool your customers in the end. But now the problem is now that i have lost my credit note of rs 899/- issued on 3/1/2018. It's vwry worthy to me. I am very upset. What to do now? Can you please help me out? Is there any other way to get the credit note or any alternative way to redeem the amount?...

We purchased cloths from pantaloon rajkot on dated 21/01/18. We purchased cloths of amount 11994. They charged gst on mrp and 5 % extra. We argued but they denied to refund excess gst charged on mrp.

Kindly instruct them to give refund and instruct them to do not repeat such cheating with consumer.
