On 28/4/2018 i have been to forum mall in hyderabad with my kid, accidentally my kid has put a garment in the bag and during the exit the alarm buzzed. Though i explained the situation your store manager didn't agree to it and i had to pay double the amount without the bill and the garment as the store people were threatening me to call the cops and being a non localite i was left with no option. I kindly request you to check with it.

    In pantaloon faridabad store in crown interior mall, today i had to a very bitter experience. I paid for 4 articles, out of which i misunderstood that the price of two garments is 229. Again this impression was given by the staff attending the counter. I paid for all the articles purchased and while checking the bill realised that 229 is charged double so i asked them to take it back and wished to return it back at the same counter. But surprisingly they denied saying goods ones sold can not be taken back and refunded.in todays age when even online companies take back the product even after 1 week or so.. A company like pantaloon was reluctant to accept back the clothes over the counter within few seconds. The manager did not even tell any alternative to this problem and was very adamant. I also lost the temper and challenged such a backward system upon which they told me the option of credit voucher of the same amount which i can claim within a month. It is really a shame for the whole managemt of the pantaloons that they are failed in making customer friendly services. Being an indian retail company the expectations are really minimal but still they are no where near the level of reaching the customer satisfaction😞

      Hi,
      I bought a leather belt from pantaloon valasaravakkam, chennai outlet on 19th apr 2018 2pm. The trouser i was wearing while purchasing had enough loops so that the belt was fitting well.

      When i tried it with my jean... Which had lesser loops, the tail of the belt was protruding.. Hence i went to the outlet today (20th apr 2018) to get a lengthier belt. It was just one day.

      They rejected my request harshly and told good once sold cannot be exchanged.

      I felt very bad. It is not even one day and that too it is not a perishable item but a leather belt.

      I will never visit pantaloon again in my life and i will spread their poor customer service to my friends and relatives.

        I purchased white jegging from your store in ambience mall, i used it only for 3 times, and even washed it on hands so that the quality of white cloth doesn't get spoiled. Still today its not in a condition to use either all the stiching are loose or opened. Third class quality of cloth. No worth of paying inr - 1100/ for such poor quality.
        Please revert.

          The lady attendant in the lingerie section of downtown pantaloons guwahati was very unprofessional. I took my sister who is in class 12 and she showed us 3 bra which was of 32 b which was loose for her and then that attendant was passing bad comments on us like go buy non branded clothes u will not get anything here, her daughter wears this size n she is in class 10... So what will i do... If my sister boob size is smaller then her daughter. She should have said srry we dnt have smaller then this size. I feel bad because my brother n sister came guwahati for first tym n i took them for shopping in pantaloons because i always buy clothes from pantaloons n they insulted my sister. Thank god men section attended were really nice.. Nly my brother bought clothes but my sister went empty handed.. I really feel bad... I hope pantaloon will take action against her.. Because for her lingerie section is like insulting room for me n m not going back there again...

            I purchased of about 30000 rupees in pantaloons on 31st december 2017.. And two of dresses have underwent shrinkage after 1 wash.. I washed them as per the instruction palette.. I went to the store today and asked about that and i have got zero response there.. The manager of the store is pure useless who cannot even deal with the issues.. He said they delete the records in a month.. So i asked him to try for some alteration with the tailor i dont even need any exchange but only the alteration to fit myself.. I received zero response from him and he dont even have any ideas to solve the problem.. What type of store is that with many branches all over india who cant even have the better tailor over there.. I purchased about 1 lakh and above in the pantaloons in the year 2017 and this is what i receive, bad behavior of the staff and no solutions to the problems of the customer.. Heavily disappointed..

              I faced my worst shopping experience ever in pantaloons. We were checking out clothes in trial room then the store manager called us. He took four o[censored]s inside a confined room. It was kind of scary. Holding an electronic tag in his hand he shouted; '' there is a garment missing, give me the garment!! ''. We had no idea what was going on. He shouted again, saying the same thing. We politely revolted but he pushed me out and asked me to search for the garment. I did not know what to do. So like a dog i was forced to search for the garment. We did not find anything. He asked us to remove our clothes (I don't really know why but he asked one of my friends to show his underwear). It was very very embarrasing. Then he accused us that there is a fifth person with us who has taken the garment. While doing all this he was treating us very very badly. The worst i have ever been treated. We were asking him to talk politely but he revolted and said ; '' i talk like this to everyone! ''. Then we asked him to complain to police and let us go or check the cctv footage for any fifth person. But his ill treatment went on without a break. Whenever we tried to talk logically he revolted in anger. He was talking pure illogical #. Like 'men cannot be sexually harassed' and something about 'walking naked on the road'. I really did not understand the latter one. This was the time we understood this guy is crazy and we started taking things lightly. We waited for some time, we got comfortable and started enjoying this crazy guy's company. It was very very funny. Then i started taking a video. He got very scared and asked me to delete it. His argument was ''taking video inside store is not allowed''. (I managed to take the video, i have attached it in this complaint). After some cheap investigation (Which took a lot of time) it was clear that we did not do anything. But still his tone was rude. I thought he will apologise but he abruptly asked us to leave. We refused to leave and asked him to give a number where we can lodge a complaint. Only then we will leave. I looked around and there was a poster saying : in case of ''value violation'' or ''sexual harrasment'' contact this number. I asked my friend to take a photo of that. As my friend got up to do so he snached the phone from him.in doing so the phone hit my friend's jaw and i could see it was very painful. He said ''that number is for inside matters''. I got very angry now. We still tried to take the photo but he manhandled us outside. The store manager ill treated us, hurt one of my friends, manhandled us. He is a person having no visible ability of logical reasoning. He does not treat people nicely, i guess not even his subordinates. I wish pantaloons starts hiring people based on their background intelligence and emotional skills. Employees like this will let pantaloons down. Please do not fire him or anything. I do not want someone to lose his job because of me. Next time you hire someone, just take some more time. When we said him that he is being rude, he asked us '' what is the definition of rude''.                 We visited pantaloons today. There was noone at trail room while entering so we had trails and pairs for our clothes. Later one pantaloons lady told our sir is calling u to talk to you at back store. We went and he told garments are missing we need to check. He checked and found nothing stolen. He then tried to send us back and i have few questions on the most stupid and shameless behaviour of these pantaloons people towards there customer.

                1. I[censored] have doubt on any customer then why did you guys wait so shamelessly till we purchase our clothes in pantaloons. They could have checked us before our billing.

                2. There was noone as the time we entered trail room and i think those security girls were busy in chatting in mobiles. But when we came out how could she even know the count of garments if she didn't even count when entering trail room.

                These points include how its staff are working in the store sleeping half the time and blaming their customers. Have some common sense and start working in the store

                  I bought a suit set of trisha brand from pantaloons last year. After wearing it only few times cloth threads broke from here and there and now there are 3 to 4 small holes in the kurta. It happed while wearing it. It was embarrassing too. I never expected such a bad quality of cloth from pantaloons. I occasionally buy products from pantaloons but this is first time i am facing this.

                    I hv to shop dress, shoes n accessories but I purchase only shoes because in your Pantaloons I feel like I'm alone no one is there all your service provider was busy in self gossip only a lady come n say namaste n left. I don't want to be treated as boss but at least you should have to ask your customer what they need what's new in your store etc.

                      We had purchased clothes worth around 17k rupees from pantaloons shop adyar (01-april-2018). They gave us gift vouchers works 3.5k. We specifically asked them if this can be exchanged for full value. They assured us and wrote something in the gift vouchers. We did not read the contents written on it.

                      On 03-april-2018 when we went to exchange the gift vouches by purchasing some apparels, the billing section person gave a shock telling us that to redeem rs 500/ - gift voucher, i need to purchase for rs 1500/- and also that the entire value of gift vouchers that i have (3.5k) cannot be just like that redeemed for equivalent purchase value.

                      So to redeem 3.5k i need to purchase 1500x7. This comes to more than 10k.

                      I gave all the gift voucher to the person at the billing section and walked out of the store.

                      Had he briefed me when i purchased initially for 17k, i would have availed the discount then itself.

                      Now i am at loss.

                        I visited your pantaloons store in yamunanagar today, and i came to know that you guys have stopped with the footwear sizes 40 and 41.
                        Please let me know if i want to buy footwear from your store then what should i do?? Also these footwear sizes in our population are not rare at all that you hv stopped with these sizes production!
                        I felt really weird and not good at all after knowing about this fact! You guys should work on this thing otherwise i should say.. Your store sale may go down as eventually everyone will know about this!

                          I have been panthaloon customer for years and they always honoured their promised in past 5-10 years but this year they failed to do so. Promised and assured 5% cash back still not processed on 2 different purchases made by us. Our registered mobile is [protected]. At that time 5% cash back on sbi cards assured. Here's details — (1) date of purchase[protected], receipt no:p021002i7015161, value rs.6, 351.00 (2) date of purchase[protected], receipt no:p021003i7014657, value rs.3, 807.00. Cash back still not processed or received. I called in feb'2018 to toll free number and they assured to process between 9th march 2018 and 22 march 2018. But this issue still not closed and its really bad that panthaloon making promises openly but not fulfilling these with their loyal customers. Hence cash backs have to be processed on both these bills please.

                          Apologies. Cash back received on 27/March/2018. So matter has been addressed. I think its best cash back is processed within 30 or max 45 days in future than taking 3 months.

                            After the very first wash of lower the shape changed... And it looks very ugly now please help... I got it for rs 500
                            But the quality is of rs 100... The hip area of the lower is faded and looks like i will wear it again and it will tear away.. The shape if no more symmetrical.. Even i did handwash.. I purchased t shirts as well but they are all fine... Please do something about it as soon as possible... I can't wear it now. It's useless to me.. This is my second bad experience with you.. First i bought a blue top from you.. It got shrinked so much that it has become a crop top now i request you to please do something about it as soon as possible.. I am a green card member

At the time of billing your executive advised me to pay by sbi debit card and you will get 5% cash back with in 45 days. I regret to inform you that till date 45 days have been completed but 5% cash back has not been received in my account.

                                There was a sale in the brand factory so i purchased few items with 30-40% discount of mrp.
                                In the final bill, i saw gst being charged on the discounted price. When asked about it, the explanation was 'we only charge gst on discounted products and there is no gst on the products purchased on mrp'.
                                When i told them it is not legal they simply refused and i had to pay additional gst to take the items.

                                  Purchase garments worth rs. 11148/- from pantaloon store in pacific mall, kaushambi, ghaziabad on 18.03.2018. Payment was made through debit card.

                                  While still inside the store, we changed one garment wherein store had to refund rs. 500/- as the cost of new garment was less by rs.500/- on the same day & time.

                                  I asked for refund of rs. 500/- but your billing staff behaved arrogantly and said that no refund will be given. I asked them to transfer the refund amount electronically but they did not instead gave credit note of rs. 500/- valid for one month, for purchase within pantaloon store.

                                  I am highly dissatisfied with pantaloon and request for refund to my account immediately failing which i will go to consumer court.

                                  I will never ever purchase anything from your store

                                    I had received gift vouchers from pantaloons (Guwahati) which were issued on 1st feb 2018 and are valid till the 31 march 2018. To redeem these vouchers i had gone to pantaloons (Shillong) where during the payment they refused to redeem the voucher saying that their system is not accepting the vouchers. When asked for a proper explanation the staff started to ignore and attended the other customers. After waiting for a while i decided to go their information counter where there was no person to talk. At last, i had to return without taking any action. The behaviour of staff was not at all acceptable. I'm a 5 star green card holder and never such incident had taken place with me in the past. This incident took place yesterday (11/03/2018).
                                    As a desirable resolution, i should be given some discount or gift vouchers which can be redeemed at pantaloons (Shillong).

                                      I had purchased a gathering (White) two days back from the store in salem. The quality of material is so cheap and i asked for a exchange with some other product. I had purchased two more products from the store and it too had defects. When we contacted the store manager mr. Kapilan he didnt know how to handle the situation which led to arguements. Kinldy place efficient staff atleast for mangerial level. And we gave the product back for a loss. This is not what we expect from a brand called 'pantaloons'.

                                        I am a regular customer of pantaloons whether it's my hometown jhansi or any other city. I just love the brand but i don't think i'll visit the outlet again. I visited the store on 18th feb in jhansi and shopped for rs. 2000 and after that exactly one week after i. E. On 25th feb i was forced by one stupid staff girl to shop for rs. 3000 and on that amount i was promised a gift voucher of rs 500. She constantly forced me to do so and so i agreed to her. On the counter when i was paying for the bill, i was handed the gift voucher which was valid only till 31st march 2018. This was not informed prior to me by the girl and when me and my father asked her as to why she didn't disclose the date earlier, she started misbehaving with him. When my father threatened her that he would complain against her, she insulted him and said "haan kar dijiye complain." this kind of behaviour is highly unacceptable and i won't spare anyone who insults my parents. I want that strict action should be taken against the girl whose name is somi singh. Also, i want to be updated about the latest proceedings of this matter or else i'll complain about it in consumer forum.
