Yesterday only i. E 02/06/2018 i had purchased one pair from pantaloons elements mall bangalore the brand is peter england... Because of some personal issue i want to return it and need refund.. The color n cloth everything is good but because my mom didnt like that. Thats why i want to return it and need a refund.. Is it possible??
Kindly help me out.. Do the needfull.. Thank you

Waste of time writing to you people.. when i visited the pantaloon store people are saying that we can give you refund.. we will give you the credit note u can use it at any pantaloons store in a month.. is it fair what u had done.. when someone is not happy in that time u have to fullfill the customer need and u have to make him happy

    I bought the t shirt o[censored]rban ranger from pantaloons muzaffarnagar asl grand plaza at 31/03/2018. After wearing two times t shirt losses its size and fade it's colour. After that i visit my nearest pantaloons store at shoprix meerut but now they are not exchanging my product with their policy 90 days no questions asked exchange policy at now i kindly requesting you to change my product.

        Hello,
        Today I came for shopping in pantaloons and I took few t shirts for trail and accidentally the magnet attached to it came out. So the staff took me to the security room and started shouting at me treated with no respect and blaming me that I came for a theft. And when they finally checked me completely and found that I'm not guilty they didn't event apologized me. Anyways it was one of worst experience that I had today. Now onwards I suggest all my friends and family to not visit pantaloons anywhere.

          I have a gift card worth rs.5000 and it is activated on october-2017. I have already spent ~2000 from it and at that time it works fine. But today i go for shopping and after shopping, it seems my prepaid gift card is deactivated without any reason. I contact customer care and i got a reply that it will require 72hr to just find the status.

          How can make trust on pantaloons if this kind of harassment takes places on a prepaid card?

            Hi

            This is regarding the complaint number with Pantaloons "info[protected]" (assuming they have provided right complaint #). In spite of calling repeatedly my query has not been resolved. I got 10 pantaloon vouchers(Rs 1000 each). When I started using it, I was told one of them is not working and I have to reach out to customer care. I raised complaint on 18th April and till date noone resolved it. Finally today when I insisted I got a call back and they said that it has been used (on the date when I used other vouchers). When I asked them to prove it (because I havent used it, its not even in my bill when the other vouchers are in my bill), he said I will have to recheck it. What is this? On what basis did you call me back if you cant prove it. Its a big scam and this has happened twice to me.

              I bought a suit set of trisha brand from pantaloons bareilly last year. After wearing it only once kurta threads broke from here and there and now there are 3 to 4 small holes in the kurta. It happed while wearing it. It was very embarrassing for me to wear it on my family function. I never expected such a bad quality of cloth from pantaloons. I am a reagular customer of pantaloon but this time i felt regret to buy the product as i wear the loss of 2000 this time

                I bought 2 jeans from brand factory trivandrum. The offer was buy 1 get 1 free. The mrp on the product was 2399.00 but these people charged gst on the mrp. When i asked about this to the manager he has no clue on why they are charging the gst on mrp. And another promotion was flat price of 899/- and when the bill was raised it was charged gst on it.

                  Today tht is on[protected] we purchased 6 items from pantaloons nd we saw one jeans also but we said a complete no to the salesman still he put that in our bag the bag which we take while shopping nd the bag was with him all the time nd even the time of billing we asked that there are 6 product's only he said yes, but they made the bill of 7 items which was 14000 because the jeans itself was of 4000 rs nd when we asked them to refund the jeans...

                  I bought a product from pantaloons south city kolkata.
                  I bought 2 products
                  Turtle tshirt -1599/-
                  Sf shorts -999/-
                  I had 2 loyalty cards one of mine and one of my friend..
                  On the tshirt there was total redemption of 1105 points=276/- and on the pant was 1742= 435/-
                  Both was gift and now the person wants to exchange both the goods due to size different. I went to pantaloons kankurgachhi as i can change the products any where.
                  I took a different tshirt for the same price and another pant also for the same price.
                  Now when i go to the bill desk they say that the amount deducted from loyalty points cannot be redeemed again and ask me to pay the ammount by cash. Now the problem is that if by simple logic i take another merchandise of same price then they just exchange it and give the new product without any surplus money... And as i redeemed my loyalty points they ask me to pay the amount deducted there in cash...
                  Y the hell we ould i pay about 650 more in cash for the products with same price... Please resolve this issue as they will just be delaying and 30 days would pass and then you would day that the time limit is over for exchange.. Please resolve this matter as it won't just remove me as a customer but many more after reading these review and such service...
                  Loyalty points are something we earn by buying product from you and now you are not being loyal back... Pls look

                    On 28/4/2018 i have been to forum mall in hyderabad with my kid, accidentally my kid has put a garment in the bag and during the exit the alarm buzzed. Though i explained the situation your store manager didn't agree to it and i had to pay double the amount without the bill and the garment as the store people were threatening me to call the cops and being a non localite i was left with no option.                       In pantaloon faridabad store in crown interior mall, today i had to a very bitter experience. I paid for 4 articles, out of which i misunderstood that the price of two garments is 229. Again this impression was given by the staff attending the counter. I paid for all the articles purchased and while checking the bill realised that 229 is charged double so i asked them to take it back and wished to return it back at the same counter. But surprisingly they denied saying goods ones sold can not be taken back and refunded.in todays age when even online companies take back the product even after 1 week or so.. A company like pantaloon was reluctant to accept back the clothes over the counter within few seconds. The manager did not even tell any alternative to this problem and was very adamant. I also lost the temper and challenged such a backward system upon which they told me the option of credit voucher of the same amount which i can claim within a month. It is really a shame for the whole managemt of the pantaloons that they are failed in making customer friendly services. Being an indian retail company the expectations are really minimal but still they are no where near the level of reaching the customer satisfaction😞

                        Hi,
                        I bought a leather belt from pantaloon valasaravakkam, chennai outlet on 19th apr 2018 2pm. The trouser i was wearing while purchasing had enough loops so that the belt was fitting well.

                        When i tried it with my jean... Which had lesser loops, the tail of the belt was protruding.. Hence i went to the outlet today (20th apr 2018) to get a lengthier belt. It was just one day.

                        They rejected my request harshly and told good once sold cannot be exchanged.

                        I felt very bad. It is not even one day and that too it is not a perishable item but a leather belt.

                        I will never visit pantaloon again in my life and i will spread their poor customer service to my friends and relatives.

                          I purchased white jegging from your store in ambience mall, i used it only for 3 times, and even washed it on hands so that the quality of white cloth doesn't get spoiled. Still today its not in a condition to use either all the stiching are loose or opened. Third class quality of cloth. No worth of paying inr - 1100/ for such poor quality.

                            The lady attendant in the lingerie section of downtown pantaloons guwahati was very unprofessional. I took my sister who is in class 12 and she showed us 3 bra which was of 32 b which was loose for her and then that attendant was passing bad comments on us like go buy non branded clothes u will not get anything here, her daughter wears this size n she is in class 10... So what will i do... If my sister boob size is smaller then her daughter....

                            I purchased of about 30000 rupees in pantaloons on 31st december 2017.. And two of dresses have underwent shrinkage after 1 wash.. I washed them as per the instruction palette.. I went to the store today and asked about that and i have got zero response there.. The manager of the store is pure useless who cannot even deal with the issues.. He said they delete the records in a month.. So i asked him to try for some alteration with the tailor i dont even need any exchange but only the alteration to fit myself.. I received zero response from him and he dont even have any ideas to solve the problem.. What type of store is that with many branches all over india who cant even have the better tailor over there.. I purchased about 1 lakh and above in the pantaloons in the year 2017 and this is what i receive, bad behavior of the staff and no solutions to the problems of the customer.. Heavily disappointed..

                              I faced my worst shopping experience ever in pantaloons. We were checking out clothes in trial room then the store manager called us. He took four o[censored]s inside a confined room. It was kind of scary. Holding an electronic tag in his hand he shouted; '' there is a garment missing, give me the garment!! ''. We had no idea what was going on. He shouted again, saying the same thing. We politely revolted but he pushed me out and asked me to search for the garment. I did not know what to do. So like a dog i was forced to search for the garment. We did not find anything. He asked us to remove our clothes (I don't really know why but he asked one of my friends to show his underwear). It was very very embarrasing. Then he accused us that there is a fifth person with us who has taken the garment. While doing all this he was treating us very very badly. The worst i have ever been treated. We were asking him to talk politely but he revolted and said ; '' i talk like this to everyone! ''. Then we asked him to complain to police and let us go or check the cctv footage for any fifth person. But his ill treatment went on without a break. Whenever we tried to talk logically he revolted in anger. He was talking pure illogical #. Like 'men cannot be sexually harassed' and something about 'walking naked on the road'. I really did not understand the latter one. This was the time we understood this guy is crazy and we started taking things lightly. We waited for some time, we got comfortable and started enjoying this crazy guy's company. It was very very funny. Then i started taking a video. He got very scared and asked me to delete it. His argument was ''taking video inside store is not allowed''. (I managed to take the video, i have attached it in this complaint). After some cheap investigation (Which took a lot of time) it was clear that we did not do anything. But still his tone was rude. I thought he will apologise but he abruptly asked us to leave. We refused to leave and asked him to give a number where we can lodge a complaint. Only then we will leave. I looked around and there was a poster saying : in case of ''value violation'' or ''sexual harrasment'' contact this number. I asked my friend to take a photo of that. As my friend got up to do so he snached the phone from him.in doing so the phone hit my friend's jaw and i could see it was very painful. He said ''that number is for inside matters''. I got very angry now. We still tried to take the photo but he manhandled us outside. The store manager ill treated us, hurt one of my friends, manhandled us. He is a person having no visible ability of logical reasoning. He does not treat people nicely, i guess not even his subordinates. I wish pantaloons starts hiring people based on their background intelligence and emotional skills. Employees like this will let pantaloons down. Please do not fire him or anything. I do not want someone to lose his job because of me. Next time you hire someone, just take some more time. When we said him that he is being rude, he asked us '' what is the definition of rude''.                                 We visited pantaloons today. There was noone at trail room while entering so we had trails and pairs for our clothes. Later one pantaloons lady told our sir is calling u to talk to you at back store. We went and he told garments are missing we need to check. He checked and found nothing stolen. He then tried to send us back and i have few questions on the most stupid and shameless behaviour of these pantaloons people towards there customer.

                                1. I[censored] have doubt on any customer then why did you guys wait so shamelessly till we purchase our clothes in pantaloons. They could have checked us before our billing.

                                2. There was noone as the time we entered trail room and i think those security girls were busy in chatting in mobiles. But when we came out how could she even know the count of garments if she didn't even count when entering trail room.

                                These points include how its staff are working in the store sleeping half the time and blaming their customers. Have some common sense and start working in the store

                                  pantaloon is sending promotional messages

                                  When i purchased apparels from phoenix market, pune.
                                  Pantaloon cashier took my mobile and told me it is essential for them.
                                  Same time i told him that i don't want any promotional sms from pantaloon.
                                  In spite of this i am constantly getting promotional messages.

                                  I bought a suit set of trisha brand from pantaloons last year. After wearing it only few times cloth threads broke from here and there and now there are 3 to 4 small holes in the kurta. It happed while wearing it. It was embarrassing too. I never expected such a bad quality of cloth from pantaloons. I occasionally buy products from pantaloons but this is first time i am facing this.
