Today i purchased jhon miller trousers from pantaloon saharanapur,
In evening i wear and went in party, my trouser stichting open sudden from 1leg side.
I have to embrace in a party. I could not attend my full party.
Really very bad experience.
My complaint is that such a big brand pantaloon, and jhon miller product, how quality is not checked.
I want. My full compensation with explanation. Otherwise i will case in consumer forum.
Very bad product from very fame store pantaloon.

      My wife purchased one kurti with a price tag 499 and told me for billing i give my debit card to the pantaloons billing representative for billing and in the second same kurti the price tag is 2499 (2 was hidden in first kurti) with same kurti with high price in comparison with low quality fabric and color of this product. When my wife know about price this product high price she want to return it, and as per indian goods and services act we can return my product to the company if product is not up to mark or not justifying price. So i want to return this product but pantaloons representative of sahara mall lucknow told me that i can exchange only this product they will not return my money and exchange should be within one month. Any way i agree to return this product and yesterday i visit same pantaloons store where 50% discount offer running presently i invest my 2 hour to select few cloth for exchange of this product but when i go to the biller counter they told me that no discount will apply on the exchange cloth means everyone purchasing same cloth with 50% discount but i should pay 100% money means 50% cheated by pantaloons instantly. My overall 5 hour wasted in two times visit 400 rs wasted for visit this mall two times and at last in returning of my 2499 rs product i am avail to purchase 1250 rs cloth only. So it clearly shown that pantaloons cheated and doing frauds with costumer and i want to go consumer forum against this so that just like me many other cant suffer same problem in future they should return full money within timeline if customer not satisfying by their product.

        Today i went to brand factory, nagole hyderabad and purchased one jeans of rs 1699 with offer 40% off and one shirt with offer 40% off the total bill is 3398 after offer price it should be 2038 rs + 9rs carrybag = 2047rs but the brand fractory charged me 2150 rs which is 100rs more that actual price, i have asked the manager he said it is for gst, when i enquired about how can they charge gst on mrp products they have no aswer for that. Even on the bill it is mentioned that "tax will be charged at applicable rates on the discounted price" but i am not sure how can they charged gst on the mrp price even the product is discounted. They are saying that they have been charging in this way and it was verified by the gst members. Please take action on this.

          The cashier didn’t credit the discount of 30-% which was around 945 rs., when i claimed it, cash was not refunded instead a credit note was given only for 30days and denied refunding the amount.
          A forceful shopping is implied now, anyhow i will have to spend the amount which was supposed to be returned.
          If the store people are in fault, than why customers are being asked to pay the amount and shop.

            Me & my family & some of my friends are very very annoyed with the rude behavior of the pantaloons staff here in gandhidham. They show lot of attitude even to female customers. They misguide about the offers & discounts. They even cheat by not providing discount in final billing even if its a discounted product. On top of it they make us wait for very long to resolve any issue.
            Its a request to kindly take some action against such unethical staff & place some decent well trained staff. No problem with the products here but due to staff we dont enjoy shopping at pantaloons gandhidham. We have to think 100 times before going there. You should take some action atleast for the sake of the brand value.

              The brand factory in bangalore charge rs.10/- for paper carry bags with their name and details of branches printed on the cover is not acceptable. They should sell blank bags with out their name, in case they print name they should charge for the same. Some other reputed branded apparel outlets in bangalore give printed paper bags as they mention their name which is considered as an advertsement of their brands.

                On 9th june 2018 i bought clothes from pantaloons which is in offer.. Like that crop tshrt worth 249 (Offer is buy 3 get 200 off). And also some tshrt which is in offer.. When i go to billing desk nd make bill he said the bill was 2689bucks... When i calculated it's just 1546 bucks.. He argued with me nd when i said i don't want that cancel my purchase he said you have to come tomorrow for returning that.. What the hell.. Then after all arguments he create bills of 1798 i don't know how.. But mine calculation is still 1546bucks...
                So request you guys please hire at least 12th pass guys🙏🙏🙏

                  Time : 5:10 pm (Indian standard time)

                  Incident : after buying clothes, i was moving out of the store. While going out, beep sound came for machine installed at gates. Sound was coming from the clothes i was wearing.

                  When requested by guard, i was waiting for some lady security person for checking.
                  I with my friend waiting for some lady security. Since we already waited at billing counter due to a guy selling an online app to us, my said to em in lil frustration, "how long this # think will go". Sales lady standing near got offended and asked from my friend to not to sue such language. Then i politely said to her, "she is not saying anything to her. Since we already waited for clothes to be billed for long time, she is saying to be about the situation. Nothing to you personally."

                  After that another sales guy came and lady said something to him. Then he said "ok, check that girl properly. Then she will understand!".

                  While i co-operated with them completely, and after check it acme out to be some tag in my own clothes that was making machine beep. Security lady was very polite instead.
                  When i was back after checking, he said to me in loud voice that " not we have checked and you may leave now. " :- showing me way to door.

                  There also he didn't stop. When i was quitely going out, we was mocking me from behind saying "now you are happy?" to which i could just say "no i am not".
                  Then he said "that's fine ".

                  Is this is the code of conduct you people follow with your customers? If it is like this please confirm, i would never ever look towards any panatloons store.

                  I was already mentally tensed due to beep sound, as it's very serious allegation for stealing but i fully co-operated with procedure, and then he tried to plan to harass me physically too, that too when i had nothing wrong.

                  If you have cctv camera, you guys can check that too. All this thing happend near exit gare

                  Please check what king of people are working in your store. I have given many good feedbacks to different pantaloons stores, but this one left me devastated.

                    I've purchased so many things at pantaloons. But the store at thane, mumbai has the worst staff of all. The service is literally bad. It's pantaloons woman store. They'll keep you in a queue and allow someone to bill even if they're not the part of the queue. And the watchman again has no manners and would take your bought clothes to the counter again even if you have the invoice with you and waste your time. I would never hit pantaloons again.

                    I have purchase bare denim jeans from brand factory ujjain . As it washed frist time sticker of denim spresd colour to all jeans as well as other clothes .this is called brand . Hell how u can sell on high price ur cloths i[censored] cant give quality product u have no rights.

Because of some personal issue i want to return it and need refund.. The color n cloth everything is good but because my mom didnt like that. Thats why i want to return it and need a refund..                       Waste of time writing to you people.. when i visited the pantaloon store people are saying that we can give you refund.. we will give you the credit note u can use it at any pantaloons store in a month.. is it fair what u had done.. when someone is not happy in that time u have to fullfill the customer need and u have to make him happy

                        I bought the t shirt o[censored]rban ranger from pantaloons muzaffarnagar asl grand plaza at 31/03/2018. After wearing two times t shirt losses its size and fade it's colour. After that i visit my nearest pantaloons store at shoprix meerut but now they are not exchanging my product with their policy 90 days no questions asked exchange policy at now i kindly requesting you to change my product.

                            Hello,
                            Today I came for shopping in pantaloons and I took few t shirts for trail and accidentally the magnet attached to it came out. So the staff took me to the security room and started shouting at me treated with no respect and blaming me that I came for a theft. And when they finally checked me completely and found that I'm not guilty they didn't event apologized me. Anyways it was one of worst experience that I had today. Now onwards I suggest all my friends and family to not visit pantaloons anywhere.

                              I have a gift card worth rs.5000 and it is activated on october-2017. I have already spent ~2000 from it and at that time it works fine. But today i go for shopping and after shopping, it seems my prepaid gift card is deactivated without any reason. I contact customer care and i got a reply that it will require 72hr to just find the status.

                              How can make trust on pantaloons if this kind of harassment takes places on a prepaid card?

                                This is regarding the complaint number with Pantaloons "info[protected]" (assuming they have provided right complaint #). In spite of calling repeatedly my query has not been resolved. I got 10 pantaloon vouchers(Rs 1000 each). When I started using it, I was told one of them is not working and I have to reach out to customer care. I raised complaint on 18th April and till date noone resolved it. Finally today when I insisted I got a call back and they said that it has been used (on the date when I used other vouchers). When I asked them to prove it (because I havent used it, its not even in my bill when the other vouchers are in my bill), he said I will have to recheck it. What is this? On what basis did you call me back if you cant prove it. Its a big scam and this has happened twice to me.

                                  I bought a suit set of trisha brand from pantaloons bareilly last year. After wearing it only once kurta threads broke from here and there and now there are 3 to 4 small holes in the kurta. It happed while wearing it. It was very embarrassing for me to wear it on my family function. I never expected such a bad quality of cloth from pantaloons. I am a reagular customer of pantaloon but this time i felt regret to buy the product as i wear the loss of 2000 this time

                                    I bought 2 jeans from brand factory trivandrum. The offer was buy 1 get 1 free. The mrp on the product was 2399.00 but these people charged gst on the mrp. When i asked about this to the manager he has no clue on why they are charging the gst on mrp. And another promotion was flat price of 899/- and when the bill was raised it was charged gst on it.

                                      Today tht is on[protected] we purchased 6 items from pantaloons nd we saw one jeans also but we said a complete no to the salesman still he put that in our bag the bag which we take while shopping nd the bag was with him all the time nd even the time of billing we asked that there are 6 product's only he said yes, but they made the bill of 7 items which was 14000 because the jeans itself was of 4000 rs nd when we asked them to refund the jeans pymnt bcz we didn't wanted that jeans they said that once the bill is generated they can't refund the money. Completely fraud.

                                      I'd purchased one jeans from Pantaloons, Rajkot.(details attached)

                                      Its get elongate after every wash, I washed thrice till date.

                                      Now it's fit to me, even i tried to get fit from trailer but it's not works.

                                      please repair it or replace it ASAP.

                                        I bought a product from pantaloons south city kolkata.
                                        I bought 2 products
                                        Turtle tshirt -1599/-
                                        Sf shorts -999/-
                                        I had 2 loyalty cards one of mine and one of my friend..
                                        On the tshirt there was total redemption of 1105 points=276/- and on the pant was 1742= 435/-
                                        Both was gift and now the person wants to exchange both the goods due to size different. I went to pantaloons kankurgachhi as i can change the products any where.
                                        I took a different tshirt for the same price and another pant also for the same price.
                                        Now when i go to the bill desk they say that the amount deducted from loyalty points cannot be redeemed again and ask me to pay the ammount by cash. Now the problem is that if by simple logic i take another merchandise of same price then they just exchange it and give the new product without any surplus money... And as i redeemed my loyalty points they ask me to pay the amount deducted there in cash...
                                        Y the hell we ould i pay about 650 more in cash for the products with same price... Please resolve this issue as they will just be delaying and 30 days would pass and then you would day that the time limit is over for exchange.. Please resolve this matter as it won't just remove me as a customer but many more after reading these review and such service...
                                        Loyalty points are something we earn by buying product from you and now you are not being loyal back... Pls look

                                        I stay in margao, salcete, goa, and i visited this pantaloons store near inox margao, goa. the guard who stands near the entrance to welcome just passes comments saying people come only to do time pass that was really hurting and i never want to visit pantaloons in margao ever again.BAD BAD service.
