I was quite excited today as i shopped a gift for my husband's birthday from the pantaloons outlet at borivali west. No sooner than i crossed the exit gate there was a beep. The security person asked me to come through the exit door again. My sling bag was checked twice or thrice. I was asked to go with a lady security guard in the trial room. That was the moment i realized how people look at you when you are suspected to have done something. Nothing was found. Later i learned that sometimes when the stop tag is not removed. The exit door beeps. But it was really embarrassing situation. Totally killed the good mood that i had.

I have purchased a sling bag from pantaloons jamshedpur yesterday as it was on 30% off the original price was inr999 after 30% off it should be inr699 but they charged inr734 and when i asked the counter staff she told me it is tax (Gst) but i[censored] look at the price tag it is already written inclusive all taxes then what gst are you charging extra either you are taking undue advantages of gst or the tag which is there is a misguided attempt for customers... I am eagrly waiting for your justified answer on this..

Sorry to say from last 3 months at Pantaloons Kakurghachi, Kolkata, ground floor washroom / toilet is under construction also washroom not available at first floor which is very harassed for ladies and kids for that I have talk with customer care many time/visit but they have not provided solution. This kind of service is very bad and compare to Shoper stop, Lifestyle etc. is very poor, I am observing that less customer is coming in this Pantaloons due to bad services, awaiting for your reply and solutions.

Hi team,
This complaint is regarding the cheating by the pantaloons at city center 2 - kolkata. There is an offer of free shopping 6000/- on purchase of rs 6000*/- on pantaloons in-house product from 23- 25 dec-2017.
I have purchased on 24th dec-2017, the items contain pantaloons in-house brand with on going offer 20%, 30% 50% and no-discount as well. When i asked cashier - kartick das to bill my items based on the offer, he simply given me 50% offer to my all items. Bill receipt no-p017005i17016135, total amount-6655, discount given-5841.
1) as per the ongoing offer item was not billed. They simply not allowed me ongoing offer 20% 30% 50%.
2) next day i went to pantaloons again and asked them to exchange my product with same price value, they simply denied saying that my old products are under discount but my new products are not covering discount.
When i said if old products are under discount then why they are not covering under my bill. No answers by them.
3) then i call customer care -[protected], make a complaint, then they only exchange my one product. But others product they did not, saying my old products (Shoe) are under discount but new product (Garment) do not have the discount. When i said under 6000* scheme should cover. Then they said shoes are not exchangeable. When i said next to me a lady is exchanging then they said only size can exchange.

On 23rd december 2017.. I went to city centre 2 kolkata pantaloons and shopped for rs 5691... There is offer going on that on purchase of rs6000, free shopping of rs 6000... I was just on verge of getting the offer... The cashier kartick das (139309) didn't even bother to inform me about the offer... Moreover rs1000 gift voucher was to be given on purchase of rs4000... I didn't receive that as well... I was not well informed, that was the fault on my part... But customer service is so poor i can't even imagine... I got to know about the offers today from newspaper leaflets... And now when i am calling them to inform them... The lady acted so indifferently... Very very bad pantaloons cc2... We have hell other options here like shoppers stop and lifestyle... From next time we will make sure that we never land up in pantaloons to be just fooled away by your poor service... A big thumbs down to you pantaloons...

I am 7 star customer of pantaloons and yesterday i.e.23.12.2017 i have done shopping of Rs. 3622/- but at billing counter the billing team hasnt feeded my no while doing billing. Kindly confirm the point that i have gained and return the amount that has to be less from my bill for being a 7 star customer asap.

Hi, i bought a sweater from pantaloons @ ramphal chowk on 22nd dec 2017. The store manager was very unprofessional and lacked management quality. He was unable to handle customer’s requests and didn’t have any decision making quality. I was waiting in queue for 40 minutes when he started serving another without any consideration to me and every one behind me. Very poor customer service.

Mr bimal behera at customer service of
Pantaloons, abfrl, ambica plaza kolkata 700047, has misbehaved and despite of clear billing error has harassed the customer and finally did not do anything to solve the issue when customer came for a resolution. Customer tried to walk out leaving already paid stuff behind and this mr bimal, was shamelessly smiling.

Shame on you pantaloons for hiring and keeping such employees. Cusotmer is key to your business. This way you are never going to last in industry!

I had bought treggings of izabell, pantaloons from amazon almost a month ago. I usually purchase stuffs from pantaloons a s it is a valuable brand to trust upon, but regret to share that the treggings have come out top be of so poor quality. Its been just one wash and hemmings have been started tearing off from outer lining besides the lower part going downwards till thighs and knees. They are just not appropriate for wearing now. It looks so bad. Thread are coming out of the fabric and are so visible.

I did shopping of 7000 rs in diwali festival. And i won offer for getting gift dinner set of rs 2250/-and i visited 3 times to pantaloon dm mall store and every time they said it is out of stock and confirmed me the they will call back and get my gift delivered to my place. But today store executives are saying that the offer is closed and we cannot do anything. This is absolute cheating with me from team pantaloon and this is ridiculous. I request you to kindly see to it and do immediate action on it. Or else i have to go to consumer forum for legal processing. Waiting for u r positive reply.

We made a purchase in your shop worth Rs. 3450 on 25 Nov 2017 (RAJAHMUNDRY, ANDHRA PRADESH). At the entrance of your shop was a board stating an offer for the purchase of above 2999(trolley worth 5999). But at the cash counter we were told that the offer was only for MEN!!! I bought ajile sweatshirt month ago and haven't used it till last week, its just been 3times the threads of inner cotton surface (Insulator) of hoodie wearing out and come to the upper surface (Synthetic) its look so bad like small cotton balls on shinny surface really not good material totally disappoint the quality seems pretty bad and fragile too.. Bought 3 pc. Suit from pantaloons, dwarka sect.7 branch, n. Delhi. The suit is of trishaa brand.
After first wash the kurta of the suit shrunk to the level it does not fit any more.
The kurta was washed according to the instructions mentioned on the tag of the kurta.
Please take suitable action against it because it was an expensive suit which was worn only 2 times and is of no use for me now..

I have bought a ladies handbag branded as forever glam about 2 weeks back. I have been using it only for last 4 days and the straps are now about to break. The bag costs 1799 inr. I didn't expected this at all from pantaloons or aditya birla group.
I have been a regular customer of pantaloons. I need either money back or replacement of the item. Or i am planning to approach consumer court in case i don't get any help from the pantaloons store where i had got the item.

Visited asansol branch pantaloons on 27.10.2017 late evening last hour before closing. Its was very pleasant courteous and accommodating cutomer needs choice and i fell free to extend my part of aporeciating your staff team, enquired about my visa debit card o[censored]k based first direct (Hsbc) bank card, of its viability, insisted them to be sure of its acceptance as forein international card,
They wete always positive but at the time of paying litle over rs7, 000 after pin entered "receiving ok" staff said my card is of no good, i am still shocked why i was treated in this manner.
I requested them to pleasant be sure with their bank of acceptance of international card visa.
Plus the staff was not listening my suggestion to put the trousers shirts properly folded and then place in shopping bag which was another bone of contention to give free bag at purchase of rs7000. They declined.

I had done a purchasing of rs. 4100 on 06.10.17 vide receipt no. P006014i17007899
As per pantaloons scheme if i will purchase of rs. 3000 or more i will get a gift of borosil set after paying rs. 149.
I have given rs. 149 and received borosil set.
But the borosil set which i had received is faulty and all the cups are broken as i pour tea on those cups.
I need a good set of borosil or else please return my rs. 149 i not want any free set from pantaloons.
Please look into the matter and resolve it.
