Sir,

I shopped for rs. 5, 010.13 on 28th july at pantaloons, gandhidham i made the payment through debit card but was advised to pay through some other method as there is some issue in debit card payment. The amount of rs. 5, 010.13 was deducted from my account and was assured by the store manager that the amount will be credited back within some time. To close my shopping i made the payment through paytm.

As i noticed the amount was not credited back to my account till 30/07/18 i against visited the store with the statement of bank account, again i was assured that the payment will be reversed back within 7 days.

Sir, now today i. E. 04/08/2018 even after a lapse of 7 days i have not received my money back into my bank account, now on contacting the concerned person of store telepathically, i am again told to send the scan copy of statement n all details so that he can inquire the matter in accounts which actually might have taken when i had personally visited the store on 04/08/2018 with all the documents n details.

Repeatedly approaching will all the details to the store persons is like i am working under pantaloons and to get my refund is like working on the instruction of staff of pantaloons.

Against the shopping of rs. 5, 010.13 a payment of rs. 10, 020.26 has been snatched from me wherein i request to help me get my wrongly debited money back amounting to rs. 5, 010.13 and i claim a compensation equal to my shopping amt for the harassment to me for shopping.

Two of the dresses in my bill were not on sale still gst has been charged on their mrp.
We came to do some shopping in your store all the staff was chatting to each other no one was helping us to get the sizes we needed . The store next to you Allen solly provided outstanding customer service. We would have done more shopping in your store if your staff were helpful.
With in 15 days o[censored]sing by paint the got teared when I am sitting, I had purchased it from gariahat pantaloons Kolkata .
Brand name of paint is spiritus
The manager doesn't have manners to talk to the customer, he started abusing in front of so many people, he misbehaved with my friend and used f word with him and said you are a kid be in your pants, he said this to a 26 year old guy and said you are an ###

    I have bought a Jhon miller shirt from Pantaloons GORAKHPUR outlet a month ago . I have worn it day before yesterday after the use of only 2 days its fabric started stretching and getting damaged.
    I have not even washed it once .
    The clothes i bought with this shirt are in good condition but the defect is only with this Shirt.

    I brought a W- kurta on 17 may 2018 with reference no P297007I18001764 from Pantaloon store at dehradun. I just used it once and the quality of the product does not come out to be good. I have sent the product at the Pantaloon store for quality check. I request to you kindly check the quality of the product and refund the amount.
    I have purchased black sf jeans by pantaloon through paytm mall. I have used the jeans once and it become worst without wash. I want a proper resolution to my problem as soon as possible. Brand like pantaloon would deliver such a pathetic product that no one believes it a new product. Please checkout whose mistake is this and resolve it.
    I hv bought a tregging before 3 weeks approx, and used it for 2 times. Now after one single wash I can find small holes forming near the stiches on the tregging.

        Despite there are 3 counters in the billing section, there is only one counter which is plied (I have seen this every single time i have been there. I asked the cashier why there was only 1 counter open. He said he was not responsible as he was just a tailor at the store. Also he skipped taking my items for the billing even though i was next in queue just because the person standing behind me questioned him why it was taking so long, so he took her items first skipping me. When i was giving the feedback, i gave a negative feedback which he cancelled it even before i completed giving the full feedback.
        Once my mom had visited the store and she had the same complaints. Astonishingly, the cashier himself gave the feedback without asking my mother.
        There was no staff for assisting us in the store. No one at the trial room. I have seen a few staff leaving quite early before the closing time. The closing time is 9:30 pm i saw staff leaving at 7:00 pm itself.
        The already tried clothes in the trial room were simply taken and put on the hangers back.
        This definitely was my last visit to this pantaloons store because my time is precious for me. Also the store didn't have a great collection as other pantaloons outlet in cities like chennai, bhubaneshwar.

          Purchased clothing on 10/07/2018 from pantaloons (Jamshedpur) went to replace one shirt the other day. Could not choice any thing to replace, the service desk gave us a credit note link to the registered mobile number. They asked us that you can use this credit note within a month in any of the pantaloons in india.
          In a week i got a message from the outlet of thank you for purchasing. On complaining to its customer care, they informed us that your credit note is used by someone they named as suresh bhai from rajasthan.
          I am not aware of any such person. Please sort it.

            It was my worst experience yesterday, when i bought 2 shirts and 1 jeans pant from pantaloons outlet at maxus mall, bhayander, via paytm expecting cashback of rs.100. I added rs. 3000/- to my paytm a/c, as my bill amounted to rs.3003/-, and i already had more than rs.200 in paytm wallet, after successful transaction message in my phone from both paytm and pantaloon, the official person did not paid heed to my request to deliver my clothings as he had not received the payment made message, instead i had to use credit card as other alternative to pay for my purchase. Now i am waiting for my amt. Of rs.3003 to get reversed. Pls. Reply.

            Over 3000/- purchase, after complain Mr arunesh of that shop says our counter sales person don't know the process of paytm.

              Today we visited at pantaloons jamshedpur outlet. It was 9:25 that time. The guard said entry is closed. Inspite of our several requests the guard did not let us enter the shop. We were returning back but then we saw some people smartly entered the shop and the guard did not oppose at all. We were very surprised for such discrimination.                 I bought a top on 17th june from pantaloons, pacific mall, kaushambi and i found it torned when i was there in the store itself. When i complained them regarding the same they issued me a crefit note.

                I have lost the credit note and now thet have refused to issue me 1000 around rupees.

                  I did shopping for Rs. 3329 @ Pantaloons on 14 July 2018.
                  I feel like I'm Scammed.
                  Firstly there were No Proper Signs as to which Items were on Sale & what kinda Discounts was on which items.
                  So when I asked a executive working in Women's Section on First Floor about the Discounts/Sale Offer on various items I was told about 60% Discount Sale on buying 1 Item and 70% on 3 or more.
                  Then whenI was on Ground Floor in Boy's Section I was told 3 T Shirts for INR 199/-.
                  And so on and so forth.
                  But later when I proceeded for Billing the Billing Person not only behaved rudely about the Offers & Discounts he also told me that No Products are at 60% Sale.
                  When I insisted to check with the executive working who informed me about the 60% & 70% Offers, I was ignored.
                  Then after paying the Bill the Billing Executive himself gave the Inputs in the Feedback Unit located at the front of Billing Counter.
                  This is all so disgusting.
                  If such stupidity remains to rule the Pantaloons Stores the I will NEVER EVER SHOP WITH PANTALOONS AGAIN & will make sure that NONE OF MY FAMILY & FRIENDS visit such place.
                  I hope to hear from you soon if you are responsible.

                    I Purchased 4 clothes I.e. 3 half shirts and 1 black jeans from pantaloons, DB Mall, Bhopal on 13 july 2018.

                    The Payment was done via Phone pay app
                    Money deducted once but payment failed then again I requested the payment link from the service boy, money was paid to the pantaloons again. So my money was deducted twice but the refund of money was not done to me immediately.

                    On that night @ 11 pm, when I checked my Phone pay statement it says that refund process has started for rs. 3680.15 but it will take 9 working days. I'm in urgent need of the money, so please refund my money as soon as possible.
                    Please refund my money at the earliest possible time .

                    If you can deduct money instantly then refund it immediately. Don't take 9 days to refund it.

                    Being one of the reputed brand, this is not professional culture to take so long period for refund of the hard earned money.

                      I had bought footwear for a friend as a gift and bought wrong size unknowingly. After gifting i sent the person to exchange the product but was denied of any exchange on footwear products. The footwear was bought on 7th july 2018 and the return request was made on 13th. Within a week. Still they denied exchanging it saying that the product has been used even though it was not even touched. Really sad. Being a 5 star member of Pantaloons didn't expect this kind of behaviour. Also the person at counter was very rude and not understanding.

                        I had made a payment of 671.58 @ Pantaloons, South City Mall, Kolkata on 23.06.18.The payment was made from my phonepe wallet linked to my icici bank account. Though the money has been debited from my icici account... Pantaloons has refused to accept it & despite losing my money... I didn't receive the product for which I had made the payment.
                        After my complaint they have been calling me to assure that very soon my money would be refunded to my account.They had even called me to inform that my money would be refunded back to my account on 12.07.18. However till now I have not received the money.

                          I purchased a tshirt from pantaloons jhansi which is not from the sale section.i found that there is a whole in the brand new tshirt.
                          I am therefore vry upset with the product quality.
                          I therefore want it to be replaced or exchanged.
                          Being your permanent customer i dont expect this.dis could either be replaced or exchanged..i need a definite resolution from your end.

                            I bought two pants from Pantaloon Kolkata (kankurgachi) on 19/06/2018. I mentioned them that I need a 34 waist size pant. They gave me a pant on which 34 waist-size is written. The sales-boy confirmed me several times that I can exchange the pant from any Pantaloon branch. On returning home, I find, the pant was not fitting and it was written size 81 cm in the inner part of the pant. Today(7/08/18), I went to Pantaloon Midnapore branch to exchange the product. They didn’t agree to change the product. The excuse is that the brand is not available in their branch and I have to go Kolkata for exchange. My question is that----
                            1. Why they told me “You can exchange from any pantaloon branch”?
                            2. How customer can know “Which brand is available in which pantaloon branch”?
                            3. The distance between Midnapore and my home is 85 km. I have to cover another 100km to go Kolkata for a single exchange. How one can tolerate such harassment for exchange. I told them “You can give me any other brand”.
                            4. If they are interlinked then why the exchange was not possible?
                            I called customer care and he expressed deep sorrow. He informed me “It is impossible to know which brand is available in which pantaloon branch”. So, I have to visit Kolkata for exchange. What should I do now?

                              1. Why they told me “You can exchange from any pantaloon branch”?
                              2. How customer can know “Which brand is available in which pantaloon branch”?
                              3. The distance between Midnapore and my home is 85 km. I have to cover another 100km to go Kolkata for a single exchange. How one can tolerate such harassment for exchange. I told them “You can give me any other brand”.
                              4. If they are interlinked then why the exchange was not possible?
                              I called customer care and he expressed deep sorrow. He informed me “It is impossible to know which brand is available in which pantaloon branch”. So, I have to visit Kolkata for exchange. What should I do now?

                                Hello there.
                                I am a regular customer of your store and the problem for which i am complaining has reduced your store's reputation in my eyes.
                                I bought a footwear for my neice on 18 june. And i went back to store on june 26th to exchange it for bigger size. The billing personnel refused me stating foitwear comes under accessories and are thus non exchangeable.
                                My plead to get it exchanged is genuine firstly footwear doea not come under perview of accessories. Secondly it is a badis natural justice to get a bigger size of kids footwear as sometimes kids do not tell u accurately the size and are confused. They tell u the exact situation once u get back home.
                                Thus please reaolve my problem asap. So that i can remain a loyal customer of pantaloon. Its not the matter of money... But of justice.

                                On 1st July 2018, Pantaloons shop in Phoenix Maketcity, Kurla I made payment of Rs.734 by using Debit card. 1st swipe didn't accepted and 2nd swipe we got successfully but in my account statement amount has been deducted twice, Kindly find the attachment. SOA

                                  I have made a purchase from your outlet at phoenix market city, pune yesterday and as there was much rush i didn't try it on as i believed it would be a perfect fit. But after returning home i found the dress defective as one of the belt holders was out of it's place. I would like to exchange the dress for a new piece. The dress is unused and i possess the bill too.

                                    Today i with one of my friend visited ur mall pantaloon mall at cuttack. They informed us that in 4000 rupees of aditya birla product's another 4000 will be free. So we choose products of rs 8000 n went to the counter for bill. But at the counter they denied the offer telling that the offer is not valid for some of the aditya birla products. They are not properly guiding the customers. So we only took less no of products amounting to rs 2500.

                                      I had made a purchase of rs 2931 on 16 jun 18 vide bill no p006011i18002982 at pantaloons, camac street kolkata. Gst of rs 620 has been charged over the bill @ 6℅ and 2.5℅ (Sgst & cgst each). The same is supposed to be included in the mrp. Request peruse the case and clarify the ruling on the same. If the same has been charged over and above, request refund for the over charged amount.

                                      Purchase of Rs. 10547 was made and sales executive has informed us that we are eligible for the gift hamper from Lakme as purchase is above Rs. 10, 000. & it will be delivered to registered home address.
                                      but we did not get any such gift and when we ask to store they denied mentioning that there is no any such offer.

                                        Sub: not taking exchange of goods purchased on 17th june 2018.
                                        I would like to tell you that i am your esteemed customer for number of years.
                                        When you had run a scheme for exchange of old clothes and giving the voucher, i came to gb palya, hosure road store and obtained the few vouchers. I used only part of the vouchers and purchased the following material :
                                        1. Kids apparel : memo number : 0021915; amount rs; 9266.42- total 23 pieces.
                                        2. Mens shirts : memo number 0021916; - rs. 13883.88; - total 12 shirts
                                        At the time of purchase, there was too much of rush that being the last day for the scheme. With regard to the kids dresses i asked the sales girl, can i exchange the goods if the size is not matching, she said yes sir. She told me sir go ahead and purchase as much as possible and in case the size does not match, you can always come for exchange.
                                        With regard to the shirts that guy in the floor, told me that my size si 32. Though i wanted to do the trial, there was a long queue every where. Hence he suggested that in case the size has to be changed, he told me to bring the goods for exchange. On earlier occasions also i had done the exchange smoothly.
                                        Believing these people, i purchased the said goods. The guy at the billing counter also said the same can be exchanged.
                                        When i came home, for my kids, the goods were not matching. We require one size up. (From 8 to 10 years, he requires 11 to 12 years)- 16 pieces to be exchanged out of 23 pieces.
                                        Fro shirts, i require 34 size instead of 32. Each brand size will differ. ; total 12 shirts to be exchanged.
                                        Hence, i went to your brand store on 18th june and i am shocked to lean, for the offer i purchased i can not exchange. Then i asked for at least credit note that also he refused.in fact i have been duped in to purchasing such large goods by your sales guys. If i had known then itself that there is no exchange, i would not have purchased without trial.in the entire store there was no board that there is no exchange.in the promotional materials at the store also there was no mention of that. Even in the cash counter also no one mentioned about it.in fact, like to me few more were also asking and that guy in the cash counter was happily mentioning that exchange is allowed. There as huge crowed even in cash counter and it was a poorly managed affair. It took me one hour to bill the goods.
                                        Request you to kindly allow me for exchange keeping in mind that i am your regular customer. Looking for favourable response such that the goods can be exchanged at the earliest.
