Today we purchased clothes of 6000/- and there is an offer of assured gift on purchasing on 6000/-. It is not mentioned clearly by paying 999/- extra after 6k purchase. I paid the amount and next moment, i realised i will not go for this option and asked to adjust the amount by another dress.
The cashier is not atall coperative as per him it couldnot be adjusted once it is entered in systems.
Does this the way pantaloon servicing the customers?
Being one of the best retail shop pantaloon,
Why such kind of rule to make customer fool by not cancelling/adjusting the paid amount 999?
Behaving like cheap roadside seller once purchased will not be cancelled/creditnote?
Even in conditions there is nothing mentioned like once the offer purcaesd by adding extra 999 cant be cancelled.

I have not use even get the offer coupon and requested repeatedly for adjusrment which denied and forced to use it.
Even i contacted the tollfree number andthey asked the cashier to lookinto. After that also nothing happen.

Please have a look. I need to know is this the way pantaloon services in future?
If yes why pantaloon taking such idea to making people fool?
It should be clearly mentioned in bill it will nt be cancelled /adjusted once purchased fr extra amount paid by cusomer.

    I have bought a kurti cost rs 1200/-. On april 2017 from rangmanch brand from pantaloons outlet of gariahat, kolkata. I have wear it only 3 times then i hand wash it with ezee liquid as instructed on the tag of this kurti. Its red coloured part bleed and makes red red patches on its white part of this same kurti. Now its looking the worst one as its white part has lost its beauty. Please you change my kurti or get my money back.

    Visited asansol branch pantaloons on 27. 10.2017 late evening last hour before closing. Its was very pleasant courteous and accommodating cutomer needs choice and i fell free to extend my part of aporeciating your staff team, enquired about my visa debit card o[censored]k based first direct ( HSBC) BANK CARD, OF ITS VIABILITY, INSISTED THEM to be sure of Its acceptance as forein international card,
    They wete always positive but at the time of paying litle over Rs7, 000 after pin entered " receiving ok" staff said my card is of no good, i am still shocked why i was treated in this manner.
    I requested THEM to pleasant be sure with their BANK of acceptance of international card visa.
    Plus the staff was not listening my suggestion to put the trousers shirts properly folded and then place in shopping bag which was another bone of contention to give free bag at purchase of Rs7000. They declined.
    Thank you for any effort to help us to maintain your image of pantaloons.

        I had bought a rangmanch kurta a few days before the pujas. I wore it just once, during the durga puja. I had unfortunately got caught in a heavy shower. I got completely drenched. To my shock, i saw that the white portion of the dress had gone red as the red colour from the top and bottom lining had bled into the white portion. I do not have the bill for the purchase of the product. I had purchased it from south city pantaloons outlet in kolkata. I hope for a positive response and a sure redress from such a renowned brand.

          I am bimal kumar das a regular pantaloons buyer. Today my wife abd daughter was literally harassed by tobin road, kolkata branch for collecting the gifts. When my phone no. Was given it was showing no purchase bt the customer service desk helped us by giving us our card no. Since i was not present there so as my no so my daughter asked fr some time to give the otp to them and they literally illbehaved with them... I was really very disappointed fr this behaviour...

            Last saturday we did shopping at noida city centre showroom. What i observed they are taking gst on mrp. Which is against govt. Rule which says that gst is always included in mrp. Please let me know why such kind of fraud is being done at pantaloons.

              We just made a purchase at pataloons hati bagan store in kolkata and we're taken aback that they have charged 12% gst (6% cgst and 6% sgst) over and above the full mrp of the product!!! Note, the items were not on sale and we were charged the full mrp displayed on the tag. How come they can then charge over and above the mrp printed on the tags?

              My Mistake, the GST was included in the MRP of the products..
              I did the shopping day before yesterday in pantaloons Pune branch and charged 2.5% + 6% cgst and again 2.5% + 6% sgst on MRP, what kind of taxes are this???

                D girls in d lingerie section 2nd floor at pantaloons guwahati near down town hospital have a really bad behaviour. Watever brand d customer chooses its her wish bt they pass sarcastic remarks if d customer does not choose their particular brand n even fight among themselves. Some action needs to be taken. The girl from d enamor section especially really needs to mend her behaviour. Watever we select its our choice. It may be becoz of cost or fitting. She has no right to pass insulting remarks dat since d other brand is cheaper so it seems we bought it.

                I have purchased one formal pant and one belt of Rs.2505/- from Pantaloon, SILCHAR on 09/09/17. Once I came out from the shop after few minutes I have got a SMS from Pantaloon that I have rewarded two bed sheets. For collect the reward it was written to contact Pantaloon. So next day I went to Pantaloon again and show them to my SMS which I have received. But they damanded for Rs.500/- more to get the reward. But in the SMS there is no mention about extra money. So why the ###### are demanding money from me. And in the billing counter also didn't tell about any reward. AC was also not working properly in that Pantaloon. I was very disappointed by service in Pantaloon.

                  I had taken a pair of shoe from pantaloons baner pune, 2 weeks before. After 1 week i wanted to exchange it but the manager did not allow me to exchange the shoe. As per the policy we can exchange within 30 days right but the manager was not ready to listen he gave a lame reason that i wore the shoe and the shoe was stretched where as it was like that only when i had buyer it, there are so many people who try shoe in the store and every shoe there has stretched, i told him to compare the shoe with other shoe in store as there was no difference in them yet he did not listen, how can pantaloons do this don't we as a customer has a right to exchange?

                    I am writing this complaint note as i have been intentionally deprived of
                    Getting the gift of la opala dinnet set.

                    On 3rd september 2017, we purchased items worth rs 4603 and the points
                    Were added to mobile number [protected].

                    On 5th september 2017, we purchased items worth rs 4114. The cashier
                    Prashant salvi intentionally told me that we should register from
                    Another mobile number. I told that as per rules, i should get dinner
                    Set. But they added the points to [protected] and then told me that we
                    Will get cutlery set by just giving rs 149. When i told that i should
                    Get dinner set, then he said that since two separate mobile numbers, so
                    This time we will not get the dinner set. Then he smiled and told me
                    Next time we will get.

                    Both incidents happened in abfrl, pantaloons, lake city mall, ashok
                    Nagar, udaipur, rajasthan. The store id is p260. Receipt number of rs 4114
                    Is p260001i17000956.

                    This is not justified and expected from reputed pantaloons. I will
                    Never ever visit pantaloons udaipur and i will spread this message

                      With regards to above subject matter, i have lost my credit note which is issue by pantaloons (Mexus mall, bhayander, mumbai) on 16th aug 17 for my return of cloth of rs 599/-

                      Now i requested pantaloons to issue duplicate credit note however they grace fully reject my request.

                      As per my understanding pantaloons need to maintain status of issue credit note else they should share soft copy of credit note to customer on their email id or mobile (Via sms) to avoid such issue.

                      I am expecting positive response from your end.

                        Today i was shopping in brovali pantaloons kept my tiffin bag in baggage counter but while shopping i lost the coupon given by the lady. She refused to give my bag i told her it was just a tiffin bag she asked to go back and search in mall for the coupon that' s ridicules you are asking a customer to search for coupon in whole mall. And the tone of the lady was too bad they should know how to speak to customer. You can keep my tiffin bag i don't want. Hence forwarder i will not feel like shopping in pantaloons.

                          Be careful with the discount sales at brandfactory

                          I have recently made a purchase at brand factory outlet at kukatpally in [protected]@independence sale offer. They have

                          Advertised 50+20% (Purchase one item 50% and any three 50+20%), i have asked the boys in the shop and they said if you

                          Purchase any three items you get 70% discount (I have also have the same assumption).

                          I have purchased a good number of items and got shocked after paying the bill. They are only giving the discount of 60%

                          Not 70%. I have asked how did they charge, they said some weird calculation that they will charge 50% first and 20% on the

                          Remaining amount on any item and total 60% on any item. Nobody in the store (Store boys & girls) are aware of it they jusy

                          Say 70%. It's not their mistake managemnet not infomed them. I have got a difference of 940 rs total. After few arguments

                          They took me to a room and they wanted to offer a gift voucher of rs 200. I blently rejected that.

                          They didn't forget to charge the gst and also they are charging every customer rs8 for a paperbag and gst for that. So be

                          Careful before you buying & don't forget to raise your voice.

                            gst charged extra 5% on mrp

                            I had visited pataloons margao goa on 15/08/17. I did purchase on 50% discount on mrp. Total price after discount was rs.1153.47 but i had charged extra 5 % gst of rd.57.44 and the total amount was rd.1210.91. Kindly find attached bill.
                            If mrp is inclusive of all taxes then how they can charge extra?

                            Dear team,

                            It had always been my pleasure for being associated with the brand pantaloons for the last 15 years. I am a greencard holder too. But my recent experience at your retail outlet at city centre ii kolkata on 13th august'2017 have changed my love towards this fashion house.

                            On 12th august'2017 i had bought clothes and accessories for rs.3652.41/-at 22, camac street, kolkata-16 (Reeipt no-p006006i[protected] at 16.19pm ; store id:p006 under cashier himadri chakraborty (Cashier: 2400006). I was informed by the cashier that i need to pay just another rs150/- to avail the cupset with one bowl as an assured gift. But as i was planning to buy more items from pantaloons later, i told them to adjust the amount with my next purchase so that i can avail a bigger offer at the pantaloons.

                            On 13th august'2017, i had again visited the pantaloons at city centre ii rajarhat, newtown, kolkata where i had made another purchase of rs.11092.35/- (Receipt no:p017008i[protected] at 20.45pm;store id:p017 under cashier tapash ghosh (Cashier:137842).

                            To my utter surprise, i was not asked for my registered mobile no. Or my greencard no. At the time of billing. I was given only the dinner set of 26pcs for the bill of rs11092.35/-.

                            When i had asked them to adjust my earlier day purchase as i was ready to pay rs150/- extra, the store completely denied stating that since my mobile no was added with the bill, i am not eligible for any gift against rs.3652.41 though the customer service person have confirmed the same before i was going for my purchase at the retail outlet.

                            Now my question arises, whose fault is this and who is responsible for misleading about the offer - himadri chakraborty or mr taposh ghosh.

                            I have suffered a lot yesterdayby moving from one desk to another to solve my problem but no one was ready to help me.

                            Now, i have lost all my faith with your brand equity. I request you to take necessary action to resolve my issue at the earliest and provide with the gift i am eligible for. Or else, i will ecalate the matter to consumer forum and put it on social media that how your people harrasses customers.

                            This is all about wrong business.

                              Respected sir
                              Pantaloons Store located in gopalan innovation mall banglore is not opening at his schedule time that is 11 clock. I being a customers was waiting for half hour to get the shop open. and all the employees were coming after 11 clock non of the employee was present b4 the allocated time. And the shop finally got open after 45 minute delay. Being a potential customers I fou f it very unethical.

                                I purchased 4 peter england products at pantaloons yamunanagar under buy 2 get 2 offer. Due to size issue i wanted to change 1 pant. I finally picked another one which had 200rs lower mrp than the previous one and was under the same buy 2 get 2 over, but even then they asked me to pay 200rs more. The sales guy was very rude not helpful at all. Manager was a sensible guy though, he finally intervened after my consistent complaints. He somehow got me those extra 200 bucks waved off.
                                But i am seriously not happy with the behavior of the staff, false promises made while purchasing and incorrect hoardings for the offers.
                                One thing is for sure that i am not going to visit pantaloons again.

                                  Mr manish kumar, the cashier claiming to be manager misbehaved and acted in ill and unethical manner yesterday when i purchased clothes from pantaloons kessel mall, kurukshetra. He refused to bill my purchase in pretext of mandatory requirement of mobile number. On asking of the complaint register and the authority who could address my concerns he told me to visit the website. With such an attitude of service providers at pantaloons, the brand is not going to win customers. I am a regular customer of pantaloons but yesterday's treatment has disappointed me and i do not wish to visit pantaloons, kurukshetra.

                                    During billing, the lady serving us was extremely rude - whispering remarks to coworkers & laughing while serving us, which i found highly unprofessional. Left the shop disappointed & upset. Also, i didn't realise it took 4 people to work a till, provide a receipt & bag my purchase. Needless to say i won't be returning. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour!

                                    I visited Jhansi pantaloons show room Almost 10 times.I have purchased many things.Two things are ridiculous there 1.the knowledge level of service officer and 2 the price is very high if compared with your competitors.my wife has decided that she will never visit pantaloon in her life.

                                      Please note that i have purchased 5 trousers and three shirts from your pantaloon, kakuganchi on 26.06.2017. And placed it to your altering section which situated within customer service section at ground floor of said pantaloon
                                      For alteration work. My delivery date was 02.07.2017. Out of those five pants 3alteration work in the name of my son bearing receive no 3610 and in my bearing no 3611 st.26.062017. I have lost one memo no 3610 during transit on approach your service manager who is very nice and we'll behave man told me that to bring i/card of my son with a copy of possible otherwise he may arrange to make the copy.in absence of your manager i approach to delivery man with card to take delivery with requesting that to arrange copy of the lost receipt.
