Last saturday we did shopping at noida city centre showroom. What i observed they are taking gst on mrp. Which is against govt. Rule which says that gst is always included in mrp. Please let me know why such kind of fraud is being done at pantaloons.

We just made a purchase at pataloons hati bagan store in kolkata and we're taken aback that they have charged 12% gst (6% cgst and 6% sgst) over and above the full mrp of the product!!! Note, the items were not on sale and we were charged the full mrp displayed on the tag. How come they can then charge over and above the mrp printed on the tags?

I being a customers was waiting for half hour to get the shop open. and all the employees were coming after 11 clock non of the employee was present b4 the allocated time.
