My sister gifted me a gift card.I gone 2day 3 July 2017 to PALAYAMKOTTAI, TIRUNELVELI, trivandram riad.I asked to check them Hw much it was gifted by my sister which she surprises me.but they dont know.and I asked him to check again suddenly he told me because of gst it was NT updated..its NT my problem.
I am an lawyer definitely I will meet them in consumer court..

    Hey Hi everyone,

    I Deepprakash customer of pantaloons.. i get a credit note on 25/6 . Unfortunately l washed that credit note which is not usable now..

    But i had pic of that credit note fully.

    I also trying to solve this query on call with mention phone number on credit note.

    But he( head of pantaloons) said that we cant do any thing fir this query and also said write your query on pantaloons site. You get soltution.

    So why i writing this scenario.

    So, kindly provide solution for that.

      The billing section was worst and we had to wait for 90 minutes to get the billing completed. Eventually, we just took 35 minutes for us to select dresses worth Rs 8200 and they made us stand for 90 minutes.

      The person at the billing section did not know how to bill and for each and every bill, she had to call the service person and ask which comes under discount and which does not.

      My suggestion is that the person at the billing sector should be of good knowledge and should know the discount clothes are.

      Only One person out of the 5 billing people had knowledge on the computers and billings that has to be made and she was pulled to all counters asking for clarification.

      The day started well when I entered pantaloons and ended worst while I had to leave except for the fact that I had a discount of Rs 4000 at the end of the day.

      I would never prefer purchases at Pantaloons anymore and would not recommend it to anyone as well

        I went to pantaloons on 25th June and choose few garments for an amount of Rs 2500/-, now in the billing section while making the payment with my gift card the cashier said that while swiping the card the balance became zero and could not be accepted by to certain link issues. When I offered them my second gift card whose balance was Rs 5000/- they denied accepting the card citing the reason that again on swiping the card balance may become zero, and asked me to make the payment in cash. I was infuriated as nobody was able to explain me the proper reason of not acceptance of both my gift cards. Then they took me to their customers care dept and noted my mobile number and email id saying that they would send a mail and the balance would again get refunded into my gift card. I contacted them on 27th June over telephone that whether the issue was resolved but till date neither they communicated me anything over my mobile no or email id nor the issue the issue got resolved. I am writing this mail after waiting for 4 days and not being communicated by anyone from pantaloons. I am surprised to see the level of pathetic customer service quality of such a big brand name and would like to suggest that if there are so many issues in gift cards then stop issuing them to customers and harassing them. Hope my issue would be resolved at the earliest.

          1. During shopping on 25 jun'17, i selected of cushion cover from section which was displayed as 50 %. But during billing it was denied by billing officer.
          2. I was old customer of pantaloons, i have been purchased too many times from pantaloons, shaheed nagar, bhubaneshwar. Earlier billing section was on every floor, but i am observing from some days billing counter reduced and thats why we are facing problem, taking too much time, this time i was waited for 45 min and due to misguide by boards and displayed, it was waste of time.
          3. During billing i asked billing person to take feedback from my side, but he denied that machine is not working, i was observing that team is not bother about customer satisfaction.
          4. There was no person was taken responsibility/lead. This means no one is taking accountability for faults.
          5. Recently i got coupon of rs.500 on purchased of rs.2000 valid till june'17 but on 18th june when i approached to customer care for rejection they are not even aware of reject just replied not valid. It means they are making fool to the customers.

          Complaint:
          I want to complaint against pantaloons for they unethical behavior, waste of time, misguidance and not responsible activity.

          I want apology letter from them and justification for the above unethical behavior.

          I Bought a perfume name Scuderia Ferrari .when I Exit the showroom suddenly my dads call came and I am at the front of showroom. Then they said that they have bought perfume for me . Then I go back to showroom and they didnt get it back.

          Note:The Behaviour of the staff is rude

            I had gone to the ballygunge pantaloons store today to exchange my annabelle shirt at around 3:30pm and lost my credit note due to d huge rush but to my surprise the customer care woman was not in the mood to help me!! When i confirmed to her that the credit note shows d customer name n id (As shown by the kind billing staff) she went on to ask me my id which i provided.. Then when she had nothing else to say she said that any person with my name and my exact credit note of 799/- could avail, i asked her to go n inform at the billing counter to be aware of any credit notes with my name and exact 799/- amt; which she did after a lot of request but without much effort she easily n happily said that she cant help me!

              Yesterday i purchased shirt from pantaloon, phoenix maal alambagh of byford brand. When i wear this shirt i found that 10 mm diffrent in both shoulder length and the all buttons of shirts are very very roughly fixed, it was very surprised 4 me coz never expected this from pantaloon store, also b4 2 month i faced same problem in same brand and ur richard parker brand.
              It is very vry disappointing for me.

                  I brought a blue and a black jeans 50-60 days back. There is no issues with rhe blue jeans but the black jeans discharges colour & thread fibres. The jeans got abit faded partially after 1-2 wash. I hardly wore it anywhere from the day of purchase because of the product quality. Please get some solution for this jeans because i trusted pantaloons as one the most reliable partner of clothes.

                    We have purchased 3200 rupees worth cloths at rajahmundry pantaloons store on 01.06.2017. There it was mentioned a milton box worth 600 rupees over the purchase of 3000 rupees worth cloths. But it was not mentioned this offer is invalid over discounted items. All the shop keepers in the store misleads all the customers stating that "customer will get milton box free over a purchase of 3000 rupees". It was a fraud and worst marketing strategy. All the store keepers also encouraged customers to purchase more than 3000 rupees and customers were highly disappointed at the time of billing. This cheap and un ethical starategy may give profit to the store but surely lost customer trust. The complaint may seems to be silly but i feel it is a matter of customer trust.
                    Shame on you. May be the store completely forgot about the customer trust and emotions in the race of profit earning.

                      Hi,

                      I went to mall and i selected some clothing and went for billing. I stood for more than half-an-hour for billing and there was only one customer standing before me for billing. I asked staff there what is the issue why is it getting late. There was no response from them. Instead they left from billing counter. Most worst experience i have ever faced. I hated the billing process and i throwed all the clothing stuff in mall and left the shop. They made me so frustrated. Is customer satisfaction not important to your organisation??
                      What kind of training are you giving to your billing staff. Will it take more than half-an-hour for a single person to bill. First try to train your billing staff first. I cannot explain my pain i went through in words. I spend more time and selected some clothing finally i did not buy anything because of your billing process. I thought to give reviews on your review machine at billing counter even that was not working.
                      Why do you put review machines if they are not working. Are they for showcase? Make them work and put it.

                        I pankaj gupta bought mens shirts from Pantaloons Division DLF city centre mall Block A Shaheed Udham singh marg Shalimar Bagh on 25 may 2017 at 21.13 hrs Bill no- P212003I17002463 amount 1961/- Cashier Mr Ashish ID 256448.He swapped twice my CC and then asked me to come next day for refund after 24 hrs.But Today at 17.10 hrs when I again visited the showroom The staff refused to refund me and misbehaved with me and my wife and told me to go for online complaint or what ever you want to do.You are requested to look into the matter and reslove my complaint take dicsiplinary action against the staff.

The next day when v visited same condition. Kindly see to this.                             This is to inform the reputed brand of India that they have been working with people who are history cheaters and frauds, as CLIMATE HVAC Engineering which is run by Mr. Masidul Haque ([protected]) is your vendor for all your new upcoming projects of Air Conditioning and HVAC work of your Pantaloon Stores, as he has done Nagpur, Assam, Guwahati, Gangtok.
                            He is giving the sub contract to his friend Mr. Alok Yadav ([protected]/23) who is running Excel Service and Cool Breeze HVAC located in Borivali East Mumbai, with his partner Mr.Sandeep Gupta, they have been cheating customers and clients since last 2 years, and have a great rappo which can be seen in GOOGLE, if you type Excel Service Hitachi Borivali East, as even reputed brand HITACHI is taking legal action against them for which they are HITACHI ASP, my point is not with Climate HVAC as he himself is not knowing the their past as they have complaints in borivali east police station and are having cases of fraud and cheating in court, so how could you let such people work for a company who himself is the reputed brand with excellent track record.

                              But the hr is so careless even he don't tell me what happens to these
                              Forms. I called him several times and at all occasions send me the form. I
                              Think he is not sending my form to pf office. I don't know who the hr is their,
                              He should not treated us like that. We have given our precious time to this company. I am from kashmir and it is very tough for me to send the forms again and again.

                                I had taken membership of pantaloons from Inorbit mall Vadodara between April 4th and 8th, 2017. I had shopped for nearly around 4500. I asked for a card for which they told mobile number is enough. Nw today (7th may 2017) I went to purchase from pantaloons, palakkad, Kerala and they couldn't identify my phone number. I definitely would have got points last time which was lost now. This is something like being cheated . I want a clarification regarding the same

First we purchased for 1899 (Buy2 for 1899 bare trousers) and a sales girl der suggested to go for purchase for 3500 get 500 off... So we decided to pickup few more... N it came around 4500... So in billing section offer was not given... And we asked why didn't reduce tat 500rs... His name is (Imran) n one more guy... Such an excellent answer they gave.. On the same bill system won't take 2 offers... Tat was ok.. Then we asked but bill amount is above 3500 know.. He was saying in billing counter i can't say abt offer customer will be irritated.. What kind of costumers u expect..500 is nt less amount i hope... My husband was saying politely atleast next time try to see tat this won't happen. Again he is saying customer gets irritated... Any o[censored] answer me if someone give off for 500 will u say no

                                    I hd bought two Kurtis from pantaloons camac Street kolkata in January. I started using them recently. Colour is bleeding from one kurti so much so thst the body parts where it touches becomes tht colour. It is an electric blue kurti. I was shocked to see that when iIundressed myself the underarms nd chest were blue. The second Kurtis I wore twice. The second time I wore Iright side near the chest stitches have come out.
                                    If such is the quality of pantaloons then iIbetter buy from small shops at lesser price.

                                      Today i shopped from brand factory gb palya bangalore. They are saying 50% off on mrp but charging extra 5.5% vat on discount price. I told them but they are not accepting and saying it is under terms and conditions. Please take a action and this is not first time that a consumer is fooled by brand factory. I talk to there manager and then they gave me number of mr raghuram who told he will talk to higher level get is resolved but the problem is already many people faced same issue they are not changing there rules.

                                        I just spent Rs. 2, 350 on a Baggit bag yesterday in your pantaloons showroom located on Brigade road yesterday. I am so angry and frustrated that the bag is a defect piece as the baggit logo itself came off today and there are two holes underneath. I don't even want to get a replacement of it as I have lost the trust in you guys. Not sure if the products you sell are even authentic. Just let me know how do I return it and get my money back.
