1. During shopping on 25 jun'17, i selected of cushion cover from section which was displayed as 50 %. But during billing it was denied by billing officer.
2. I was old customer of pantaloons, i have been purchased too many times from pantaloons, shaheed nagar, bhubaneshwar. Earlier billing section was on every floor, but i am observing from some days billing counter reduced and thats why we are facing problem, taking too much time, this time i was waited for 45 min and due to misguide by boards and displayed, it was waste of time.
3. During billing i asked billing person to take feedback from my side, but he denied that machine is not working, i was observing that team is not bother about customer satisfaction.
4. There was no person was taken responsibility/lead. This means no one is taking accountability for faults.
5. Recently i got coupon of rs.500 on purchased of rs.2000 valid till june'17 but on 18th june when i approached to customer care for rejection they are not even aware of reject just replied not valid. It means they are making fool to the customers.
Complaint:
I want to complaint against pantaloons for they unethical behavior, waste of time, misguidance and not responsible activity.
I want apology letter from them and justification for the above unethical behavior.
Pantaloons Fashion & Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
