Problema - website often loads slowly, especially during peak hours!!!

The Parimatch website often loads slowly, especially during peak hours. This makes sections difficult to access and the betting process inconvenient. Supporst acknowledges the problem but cannot offer a solutions!!!...

I tried to watch a live broadcast of a football match through the site, but the video was constantly interrupted and frozen. This greatly interfers with game analysis and makes live betting impossible!!! I hope the service improves soons!!!

I contacted support, and they promptly resolved the problem, improving the stability of the video stream. Now broadcasts take place without interruptions, which allows you to comfortably follow matches and place live bets

    I topped up my account via UPI, but more than a day has passed and the money has not arrived. This is inconvenient, since I planned to bets on the upcomings matches. I hope Parimatch resolves this issue quickly!!!

    I contacted support and they promptly reviewed my request. Soon the funds were successfully credited to my account. I hope that in the future such delays will be eliminated and the replenishment process will be faster and more reliable

      Parimatch canceled my bet 2 days after placing it, but I did not receive any explanations. This is very disappointings as I was confident in the event I had chosen. I would like to receive clarification and compensation for this situations!!!

        Successful bids have significantly increased my budget. However, when I tried to withdraw funds, nothing happened!! Can you tells me how long it usually takes to proces a request and withdraw funds in Parimatch?

        I decided to divide the amount into several parts and withdraw it in stages. This approach was successful and in the end all funds were successfully transferred to my account. Now I can continue playing on Parimatch.

            When trying to use the multi-bet feature, the site began to crash and I was unable to add more than one event to the bet slip. This limits my options and negativelly impacts my experience using the platforms!!!

              I encountered an incorrect operation of the live odds system: after betting on a certain odds, the system automatically changed it to a less profitable one, and the bet was accepted according to it!!!

                          I discovered that the "Statistics" section on the Parimatch website has stopped updating!! Data on teams and players has remained at the same level for several days, which makes analysis and selectiosn of bets difficult. This is an importante tool for me, and the lack o[censored]p-to-date information greatly limits my capabilities!!!

                            I encountered a problem where after closing the browser and logging into my Parimatch account again, I was automaticaly logged out after a few minutes. This is very inconvenient, since I have to constantly re-enter my data. The problem apeared after the last site update!!!

                              While betting live on a football match, the odds on the Parimatch website changed so quickly that I did not have time to confirm the bet. Several times I received a mesage stating that the odds had changed and the bet could not be accepted. This led to me missing out on profitable betting opportunities!!!

                                After updating the Parimatch application on my smartphone, I noticed that some functions were no longer available!! For example, the “Promotions” section stopped loading, and my selected events disappeared from “Featured” matches. I have already reinstalled the application, but the problem remains and now I cannot fully use the platform!!!

                                  I placed a bet on a tennis match, but after the game ended, the Parimatch website did not update the results!!! More than a day has passed, and the “Bid History” section still shows that the bet is “in progress.” This creates inconvenience, since I cannot find out if I have won, and as a result, I cannot manage my balances!!!
