I deposited â‚¹20, 000 and â‚¹16, 000 separately on 10/10/2024 and 11/10/2024 through NET BANKING and these amounts have still not been added to my gaming account. It has been over 14 days now, and despite multiple emails and follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved and declined status showing in the betting ID payments history.

I have spoken with support team numerous times, but they keep insisting that the query had passed to expert team .I had shared all details with them

I request immediate action on this matter.

I am waiting for my refund

Please address this issue as a priority.

First I tried to contact the support service through a standard channel - online chat on the site. As soon as I sent the message, I was immediately answered and asked for additional details to check. They explained that the problem arose from a transaction error related to a technical glitch. Support has been very active in solving my problem and soon corrected the mistake.

The problems in the work of the application Parimatch were quite annoying!!! At some point I noticed that the application started to load slowly and some functions did not work properly!!! Every time I tried to bet or just chek my balance, there were crashes. I checked the internet speed and rebooted the router, but it didnâ€™t work!!!

Ultimately, using a different browser helped me to get around most of the slow loading issues. Although reinstalling the application and upgrading to the latest version did not completely solve the problem, I found a way that greatly improved my experience with Parimatch.

At some point I noticed that the site started to apear errors in the interface: some buttons did not work, and pages were loaded incorectly. I tried to bet on a sports event, but the event selection function simply didnâ€™t work!!!. I checked my internet connections and made sure itâ€™s not the problem. Wait until they fix something!!!

They apologized for the inconvenience caused and promised that the problem would be solved soon. They also advised me to keep an eye on updates and notices of possible technical improvements. The website really stopped crashing soon after and started working again.

I decided to break the amount into several small parts and gradually withdraw it, and was able to successfully withdraw the money. This approach has been effective and helped to avoid possible restrictions and delays. As a result, all funds were successfully transferred to my account.

My 13, 000 rupees I deposited disappeared without a trace, although the funds were written off from the card. They never received the Parimatch account. It raises question about my money. I have been given prof of write-offs, but I do not see them in my account, which is a serious concern. I hope the situation will be resolved quick and my money will be returned to my account. My Parimatch User ID is :[protected]

I have made a Deposit of Rs 15000/- (Fifteen thousand) via Phone pending on 22 September 2024 at 12:23 am with Transaction ID : T2409220023186204966315 and UTR ID:[protected] to PARIMATCH A/C to a beneficiary "GOLDEN LEGAND LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED" whose UPI ID. is gllfl. [protected]@icici and the Transfer was successful but the amount didn't got added to Parimatch Account.

It has been 25 days but still the deposit didn't got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.

Every time when I message them they inform me that "Be patient as the issue has been escalated to the Billing Department and will be resolved soon".

I sent all the documents that are with me for making them understand that it has been made to Parimatch only.

Let me share you another thing that on that 28 September 2024 at 10:48 p. m I made second deposit RS 10000 (TEN Thousand) with transection I'd is T2409282248565987426081 and UTR ID is[protected] to PARIMATCH A/C to a beneficiary "GOLDEN LEGAND LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED" whose UPI ID. is gllfl. [protected]@icici and the Transfer was successful but the amount didn't got added to Parimatch Account.

My Bank also confirmed that the Transaction was successful.

I made a deposit of 45000 in parimatch account after its was successfully debited from my bank account it's shows declined in parimatch account, When I try to contact Customer support there were simply saying were are working on it how many days you guys work on that, I need my refund it's almost 5 days till now no response from your side, I have proof of my bank statement also, I have visited my bank they said it's credited to merchant account but u guys were it's not credited in our accounts, I need my refund dats it do it asap
