Difficulties in depositing funds into the account at Parimatch in India.. Somes of the payment methods offered have been unavailable, and others are blockeds by my bank, which makes it difficult to bet on sports events!!!

I contacted the support team about problems with my account and I would like to point out that the support was very responsive. I was given detailed instructions on the use of alternative payment methods, which helped to solve my difficulties. Thanks to Parimatch Support!

    After successful bets I increased my budget a lot, but when trying to withdraw funds nothing happened!!! How long will I have to waits to solve this problem?!!!

    I decided to break the amount into several small parts and gradually withdraw it, and was able to successfully withdraw the money. This approach has been effective and helped to avoid possible restrictions and delays. As a result, all funds were successfully transferred to my account.

      In my review of the Parimatch ratios in India, I noticed that somes of them are quite low.. I expected more pleasant conditions for betting!!!

      When I compared these coefficients with the offers of other bookmakers, it turned out that the Parimatch coefficients are more profitable. It’s nice and increases my confidence in the bets made and the brand as a whole.

        I update the app regularly, but the funds never appear. It’s been two days and I still don’t see any money in my account!!! Please do not send money to the account as this can cause an endlss waiting. I hope the problems will be solved soon and my funds will be successfully enroled!!!

        I have received a notification of the money deposit. This is great news and I am glad that my funds have been successfully transferred to the account. Now I can continue to use them for betting and games.

          My 13, 000 rupees I deposited disappeared without a trace, although the funds were written off from the card. They never received the Parimatch account. It raises question about my money. I have been given prof of write-offs, but I do not see them in my account, which is a serious concern. I hope the situation will be resolved quick and my money will be returned to my account. I appreciate the speed and reliability of Parimatch service and I am counting on a quick solutions!!!

            Now I have some difficulties with the withdrawal of funds on Parimatch. The process is delayed longer than usual, which cause irritations. I’ve been waiting all day!!!

              Some payment methods are unavailable, and others take too long to process. This is annoying, especially when you have to switch between different methods for different operation!!! Hopes the company will improve the availability and speed of processing payments to provide more comfortable and satisfactory experience for users!!!

              In my case, the use of cryptocurrency has greatly simplified the process of account replenishment. This proved to be a faster and more convenient way of conducting transactions. Cryptocurrencies can be a great solution for those who face limitations in using traditional payment methods. I used to be skeptical about them, but now I understand that this can be a way out of many difficult situations

                When I decided to register for Parimatch, I was warned that account verification could take time. I have prepared all the necesary documents, including pasport and driver’s license, and uploaded them to the site. However, a few days later, the confirmation of verification never arrived!!!

                  My Parimatch User ID is :[protected]

                  I have made a Deposit of Rs 15000/- (Fifteen thousand) via Phone pending on 22 September 2024 at 12:23 am with Transaction ID : T2409220023186204966315 and UTR ID:[protected] to PARIMATCH A/C to a beneficiary "GOLDEN LEGAND LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED" whose UPI ID. is gllfl. [protected]@icici and the Transfer was successful but the amount didn't got added to Parimatch Account.

                  It has been 25 days but still the deposit didn't got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.

                  Every time when I message them they inform me that "Be patient as the issue has been escalated to the Billing Department and will be resolved soon".

                  I sent all the documents that are with me for making them understand that it has been made to Parimatch only.

                  Let me share you another thing that on that 28 September 2024 at 10:48 p. m I made second deposit RS 10000 (TEN Thousand) with transection I'd is T2409282248565987426081 and UTR ID is[protected] to PARIMATCH A/C to a beneficiary "GOLDEN LEGAND LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED" whose UPI ID. is gllfl. [protected]@icici and the Transfer was successful but the amount didn't got added to Parimatch Account.

                  My Bank also confirmed that the Transaction was successful.

                    Deposited failed but it's debited from bank account

                    I made a deposit of 45000 in parimatch account after its was successfully debited from my bank account it's shows declined in parimatch account, When I try to contact Customer support there were simply saying were are working on it how many days you guys work on that, I need my refund it's almost 5 days till now no response from your side, I have proof of my bank statement also, I have visited my bank they said it's credited to merchant account...

                    I contacted support and provided data on my losses. They checked my betting history and credited the cashback manually. It turned out that the cashback was not credited automatically due to a system failure.

                                I contacted technical support, they advised me to clear the cache, update the browser and disable extensions, which I did. I also checked the internet connection. After these steps, the problem disappeared, and now the slots work without freezing.
