There was a problem with a delay in the payment of winnings on Parimatch. Unusual for a platform of this level. I plan to contact support for clarification and timing. I doubt whether I should continue to use Parimatch.

The delay in paying out my winnings lasted longer than 8 days, but fortunately everything was sorted out and I received my money. I hope that such incidents will be prevented and I will be able to continue to use Parimatch services without any worries.

    Deposited Rs 15, 000 but my money is not showing up on the account. What is going on? I am waiting for this problem to be resolved so that I can access my funds. Maybe Parimatch will at least post somewhere.

    Received a notification that my funds have been credited! Great news! Now that my funds are in my account, I'm ready to start betting and enjoying the games. This is a nice update that has put my mind at ease.

      I have been using the services of this betting site for a long time, and previously had no problems.       The money was returned to my card. Trying to solve the problem, I just decided to deposit via cryptocurrency and everything went through. How it worked is hard to say, but the important thing is that the problem was successfully resolved.

        I noticed that the odds for some games on Parimatch seem to be too low. Sometimes you get the impression that the company purposely lowers the odds on popular events. High odds are important for the attractiveness of bets, so I recommend you to carefully monitor the line and odds, as well as compare offers with other bookmakers.

          Eventually my funds appeared in my account. From my experience it is clear that sometimes it takes time for them to appear, sometimes it can take 3-4 days. It is important to take into account possible delays in financial transactions on this platform. Otherwise, Parimatch is better than other services.

            I still not received my 3500 rupees which I withdrawn on 14th November 2023 .It's been 1 month now .more than 100 messages I sent to parimatch customer support but no withdrawal is initiated or no satisfactory answers given by parimatch.they only told me to wait, wait and wait.now more than 30 days has passed still my withdrawal is pending.I have shared my Bank statement more than 3 times to parimatch but they have not provided any solution

However, as time went on, I actually started to notice positive changes and speeding up in the withdrawal processing. This confirms that the company is indeed working on improving its service.

                My account was blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity, but I cannot determine what the suspicions were. All my transactions were limited to standard service functions such as deposits, bets and withdrawals. If my actions aroused suspicions, it may indicate problems in the Parimatch system and not my bad faith. Blocking an account without a clear explanation is frustrating and makes it difficult to use the bookmaker's services normally.

                Support said that there was some system error. They unblocked my account after I uploaded a couple of photos of my documents. Now everything is fine and I hope it won't happen again.

                  I often bet on Parimatch and have not encountered any problems before. However, the last month has brought constant failures in withdrawals and deposits, and many other users also report the same problems.                   After trying to withdraw funds to another card, I found that the process went very quickly. The money appeared on the new card in just a couple of hours, which is much better than the previous 3 days of waiting. This is a really positive change, and hopefully similar efficiency will continue in the future.
