After not receiving a response for a few days, I decided to try an alternative way of communication. I visited the official social media page of Parimatch and sent them a private message where I described my problem in detail. To my surprise, after a few hours I received a reply and the company staff requested additional data to solve the problem. A little while later, the money was refunded to my account. After this not-so-pleasant experience, I plan to use this method of contact again if necessary. I don't think it will always work though.

I made a deposit on Parimatch and at the beginning everything went smoothly. I even won a good amount of money, more than 50 thousand. However, when I decided to make a withdrawal, the money never arrived on my card within 4 days. This caused me some concern, given the numerous reviews about withdrawal problems. But, I hope that the situation will be resolved and I will get my winnings, because it is my own money after all.

After much communication with support, finally the money came through. All they said was 'wait, the money will come soon', finally it did. Received the full amount and it is the most genuine high. Although I was a bit disappointed by the uncertainty from the support side, I can now confidently say that my funds are fine. However, I would like to see more serious and informative communication from Parimatch to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

Three days is quite a long time to process a deposit, especially in this day and age when the wait is reduced to a minimum. However, the good thing is that the money finally arrived and I can now actively bet again and enjoy the game. I might take a short break though, to avoid similar delays in the future and to make sure my experience remains comfortable and trouble-free.
