Hi sir, , I am using parimatch betting site more then one year, my account got verified one year back only I used to play daily in this account, suddenly I won 3lakh and the blocked withdrawing option, I contact them through email, they said send me the details, I send them, still it's not verified

    I often make bets on Parimatch, and until the last month everything worked perfectly. However, the last month brought constant failures in withdrawal and replenishment of funds. A lot of people also write about it.

    Decided to withdraw to another card, and surprisingly it went pretty fast. The money appeared on my card in just a couple of hours, which is an improvement over the previous 3 days.

                First withdrawal - and immediately a request for a photo with documents. This raised my questions about the reliability of the site. Why such a strange procedure for the first withdrawal? I even started to worry about the safety of my data and funds.

                        Frustration from technical glitches in the app or on the website. It is especially worrying when the failure occurs at the most inopportune moment, for example, when trying to place a bet on a match.

                                    After not receiving a response for a few days, I decided to try another way of communication. I went to the official social media page of Parimatch and sent them a personal message describing the problem. Surprisingly, after a few hours I got a reply and was asked to provide additional data to solve the problem. Shortly after that, the money returned to my account. I plan to try this method of communication again.

                                        Often found it difficult to find the right events on the Parimatch India website because of the numerous sections and categories. I would appreciate it if the navigation on the site was more intuitive.
