    I often face difficulties from Parimatch support. Some of my questions and issues go unanswered when contacting the support email and I have to wait too long to get help. This is not a normal attitude towards users.

      First withdrawal - and immediately a request for a photo with documents. This raised my questions about the reliability of the site. Why such a strange procedure for the first withdrawal? I even started to worry about the safety of my data and funds.

      After researching the site's rules and privacy policy, I learned that requesting a photo is standard procedure for identity verification and anti-fraud compliance. With this information in mind, I provided the photos and everything is fine now. I am now confident that my data and funds will remain safe and will not fall into the hands of third parties.

              Frustration from technical glitches in the app or on the website. It is especially worrying when the failure occurs at the most inopportune moment, for example, when trying to place a bet on a match.

              I changed the internet connection and no more problems occurred. Sometimes such failures may depend on the quality of the Internet connection, and the solution may be quite simple, as in my case.

                          My deposit has been hung up for a few days and I have not received any response from them. Although I sent them a question, there was no response and I am very dissatisfied with this kind of treatment.

                          After not receiving a response for a few days, I decided to try another way of communication. I went to the official social media page of Parimatch and sent them a personal message describing the problem. Surprisingly, after a few hours I got a reply and was asked to provide additional data to solve the problem. Shortly after that, the money returned to my account. I plan to try this method of communication again.

                              Often found it difficult to find the right events on the Parimatch India website because of the numerous sections and categories. I would appreciate it if the navigation on the site was more intuitive.

                                  Earlier all transactions were fast, but now even deposits are not credited and this makes me dissatisfied. I hope that the company will be able to explain why this happens and solve this problem.
