I have made a withdrawl of rs 6k on 2.9.23 and it's still pending firstly they told me to wait till 8.9.23 I waited and then they told me to provide bank statement I give them also but the are doing nothing whenever I ask them via email or chat support they r giving me same ans I.e., our export is working on ur issue and they need more time to solve it u will receive ur fund very soon. M I really need of cash please help me get my money. Parimatch India should Ban they are scamming people

Deciding not to wait, I tried contacting them through their official social media accounts. I left a comment under their post about account problems. And surprisingly, they responded quite quickly, asking me to provide additional information in private messages. As a result, my account was unblocked quite quickly.

It has been 21 days but still the deposit didn't got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded...

I noticed that the odds for certain games are too low. It feels like Parimatch purposely lowers the odds for quite popular events.

My account was blocked due to fraudulent activity. What fraudulent actions? All I did was to use the functionality of the service: deposit, bet, withdrawal. If this is fraud, then Parimatch are fraudsters, not me.

I wrote to support many times to explain the reason for the blocking. They said that there was a simultaneous connection from different devices and the system blocked the account. I logged in via a friend's phone) The account was unblocked.
