We are a regular consumer of parle jefs biscuits' (Square one with jeera)
But your distributer is not supplying to many place in indore.
We regularly purchase from sindh bakery, sikh mohalla indore but there is always a shortage.
We are waiting since last 15 days but it is not available.
Please help in supplying it at the earliest and please inform why the agent is not supplying.

I found one nos less(8)lbiscuits inside the pack, I daily bye biscuits from our Kem Hospital Mumbai canteen, I check another 2 pack but same quantity I found their was usually 9 nos in 40 grams pack..

I am a total fan of parked Monaco but since 4-5 months I am highly disappointed by the product. Most of the time when I buy a new packet I feel like this time it will give me same feeling and taste what I feel like 6 months back but it is not. Monaco biscuits sometimes carry a lot of salt, it is like if you will have them it will remove your upper pallate skin and give you a burning sensation and sometimes there is no salt at all which will make you feel like you have some blood pressure issue so should not consume salt. I am thinking to switch to some other biscuit to now which I really not wanted to.

I had bought hide and seek biscuit in Pune on 19th Jan 2017. My 3 year old daughter who ate the biscuit complained of foul taste. I was horrified when I smelled the biscuits. It had a very unpleasant odor, then I checked the packing date - 6/8/15. Batch 13 6 A B. Does Parle have no mechanism to track and fetch back expired products back from market. I have the copy of bill to prove this. No doubt Parle is loosing market share and deteriorating on quality every day. High time your management takes notice and starts acting. You have just lost a loyal customer.

I bought a Parle-G Biscuits 800gm pack from Reliance store in Gachibiwli Hyderabad. Batch- Z728BB, Packed- 28/9/16, Barcode[protected].

I found that the quality of this pack is not up to the mark. There is some content in the biscuit that should not be there as after eating the biscuit it leaves something in the mouth which is not smooth. It doesn't happen with Parle-G or any biscuit we generally eat. I have some biscuits left with me that can be checked for quality. Reply me what should I do. I feel this is not good for health and may be the whole batch is defaulted. This might be due to the poor quality of grain used.

This was shocking to us as in the biscuit packet we saw live worms. We had already eaten few biscuits and it was awful to see three worms in that small packet.

It was awful. We give the same biscuits to our kid and looking at this unhygienic biscuit we never want to look back at this biscuit pack which does not have a term called Quality Check!

This is to inform you that I found a hair in a biscuit (Monaco - Parle) I dropped a mail to the customer support.After looking at the pictures i shared with the customer support, they contacted me and one of the sale persons from the company came and took that unhealthy piece of biscuit (which unfortunately i ate almost half ) along with the wrapper . After that i dropped several mails to customer support and I have not received any email on what actions they are taking. I would be requiring their plan of actions regarding same. I logged this complaint on 15th oct.

I am a regular consumer of Biscuits produced by Parle Agro and I am seriously disappointed with the amount of cream in Hide and Seek Bourbon that I bought a day ago. All Biscuits in the pack had preposterously low amount of cream. The batch no. is N1 27 AB.
Also, the consumer feedback email id provided is faulty and doesn't work.

I hope this problem is looked into as soon as possible. If this continues in the future, I will have to seriously think of not buying your products anymore.

Parle bears global recognized Certifications such as ISO:22000 & FSSC:22000
plus there is inspection of Export Inspection Council of India.

The new Cheese Cracker sandwich had biscuits that were broken at the sides. It was evident that the biscuits were not broken in transit since broken pieces were not there in the packet. The biscuits were broken itself, when they were packed.

This is not expected from Parle.

We are the wholesaler of jind town from 1993. From last year we are strted billing in sahyog. All is going very well. But form last 2 month online invoicing coming stop in sahyog. When we call cmc they told us due to impliment sap in depot online invoices are ifected. And you have to manually entered the invoice. We entered manaully invoicing. But now in depot's inovoice there is material code except product code. But sahyog has product code except material code. And now you tell how can we entered the invoce. I had bought a twin packet of parle's chips, one simply salted and the other tangy tomato. I bought it from reliance super, vadodara on 9th july. The manufacturing date is 11th april 2016, while the expiry date is 11th october 2016, as per "best before 180days from packaging" on the wrapper. I opened the packet two days ago. And the taste of the chips were horrible. It smelled like the rotten oil. It seemed as if the oil used to fry the chips was ages old. The quality of parle being one of the oldest brand, it's product is always expected to be the best. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and take the necessary actions.
