I bought a Parle-G Biscuits 800gm pack from Reliance store in Gachibiwli Hyderabad. Batch- Z728BB, Packed- 28/9/16, Barcode[protected].

I found that the quality of this pack is not up to the mark. There is some content in the biscuit that should not be there as after eating the biscuit it leaves something in the mouth which is not smooth. It doesn't happen with Parle-G or any biscuit we generally eat. I have some biscuits...

Hi Parle Team,

This was shocking to us as in the biscuit packet we saw live worms. We had already eaten few biscuits and it was awful to see three worms in that small packet.

It was awful. We give the same biscuits to our kid and looking at this unhygienic biscuit we never want to look back at this biscuit pack which does not have a term called Quality Check!...

I had bought this package of parle-g from our local store and while eating i could feel fine sand or glass particles in between my teeth while grinding.

This is for real i am not asking for compensation but for well being of others thanks....

This is to inform you that I found a hair in a biscuit (Monaco - Parle) I dropped a mail to the customer support.After looking at the pictures i shared with the customer support, they contacted me and one of the sale persons from the company came and took that unhealthy piece of biscuit (which unfortunately i ate almost half ) along with the wrapper . After that i dropped several mails to customer support and I have not received any email...

I am a regular consumer of Biscuits produced by Parle Agro and I am seriously disappointed with the amount of cream in Hide and Seek Bourbon that I bought a day ago. All Biscuits in the pack had preposterously low amount of cream. The batch no. is N1 27 AB.
Also, the consumer feedback email id provided is faulty and doesn't work.

I hope this problem is looked into as soon as possible. If this continues in the future,...

I had bought 2 packet of parle's bake smith original english marie, . I bought it from d'melllo martket near wadala . I opened the packet today . And the taste of the biscuits were horrible. It smelled like the rotten biscuits.The quality of parle being one of the oldest brand, it's product is always expected to be the best. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and take the necessary actions....

I am favourite of hide&seek, bourbon, milano, hide&seekfab etc.., these products are not available here. i ask in shop there dons"t no that name of these products there telling to take mom`s magic & dark fantasy of sun feast and another biscuits lake britannia biscuits. these all are available her.

Sir i have bought your parle product in which the weight of your product is 125gm which is fully filled with masala with an very bad taste of it. Its actual weight should be 23gm. So what to do. I have buyed 2 packets of this product i have opened one pouch and another is safe with the same problem. It is harmful for health to eat this masala. So please resolve this problem as fast as possible....

We are the wholesaler of jind town from 1993. From last year we are strted billing in sahyog. All is going very well. But form last 2 month online invoicing coming stop in sahyog. When we call cmc they told us due to impliment sap in depot online invoices are ifected. And you have to manually entered the invoice. We entered manaully invoicing. But now in depot's inovoice there is material code except product code. But sahyog...

I had bought a parle rusk packet, all the rusk inside the packet were burnt. I want to ask why do you do so? How a person will eat brunt rusk?, don't you be careful at the time of packaging. I regular eat rusk of all the brands, i got that your brand item are good yet you should have need more improvement.

I am a usual customer of parle-g biscuit. Today brought a parle-g orignal gluco biscuit, weight: 70g and mrp rs.5. The taste of this pack is very bad and i can't eat this anymore. It smells much alike baking soda. Biscuit packaging date 5/16, batch : ab 25ep1.
I request the company to please check the sample of the particular batch for any further query....

I had bought a twin packet of parle's chips, one simply salted and the other tangy tomato. I bought it from reliance super, vadodara on 9th july. The manufacturing date is 11th april 2016, while the expiry date is 11th october 2016, as per "best before 180days from packaging" on the wrapper. I opened the packet two days ago. And the taste of the chips were horrible. It smelled like the rotten oil. It seemed as if the oil used to fry the chips...

Week before previous week i have purchased parle jee 20 20 buiscuit from more megastore situated at c21 mall in indore,
Just after opening the pack my little son consumed it and start to vomit after an hour, we immediately rush him to nearby family physician who said that something comes in his diet which results in vomiting and indigestion.
After examining the biscuit pack i found a unique pungent smell coming out of it similar...

I simply want to say please check the quality of your biscuits otherwise don't make fool of people by packing unhygienic biscuits.look at the pic which I provided you.i opened the packing and start eating and then I see one of the biscuit is dusty.i just check other biscuits inside the pack and felt bad that a lot of biscuits covered with black dust....

I am a regular customer of parle gi but after this insidence i think i will not buy any more.parle gi is a very good brand we are not expecting this tipe of mistake from parle gi. I m shocked when i see that one insect found in lodon derry chocolate(parle product). This is very big issue regarding to quality and health. Mostly chocolates prefers by children nd so that it is very dangerous if any child eat this type of chocolate in which insect found. I hope u will give attention to my complain otherwise i share photographs in social media....
