We have lack of supply of parle biscuits.Dhanalakshmi agencies in pollachi supplying for our outlets.But since three months there is no response and no supply. What we can do further for getting your products.We are purchasing your products 2 lakhs from one outlets....

I was having keen interest to have frequently Kismi but this incidence removed the faith on Parle Brand. This situation seems that how searious parle about our consumer. I am a regular buyer of parle products. Seeing these products in my home from childhood. Today (7/5/16) evening me and my family were having tea and we opened packet of parle krack jack pkd on 10/03/16 manufactured in "jugnu foods pvt ltd, bandaboh mohkhed, chindwara, mp-480001l" it was a pack of 25 rps and it have four packs inside, i opened 1st pack and my mom opened one another she was having it and all of sudden she founded a insect not...

It had been very bad experience. I purchased kismi bar in bulk but the quality of your product is unexceptable. It is very sticky and hard to eat.I also mail on your customer complain email id, still no response is getting from there also.What types of ethics your company are followed?Its just that too cheat your customers.You have some social responsibilty toward society.Stop playing with the health of customers....

My husband bought Parle Monaco biscuit on 5th April, 16 from Santosh Refreshments, Mulund west and shocked to see many dead ants inside the just Unpacked biscuits. We were highly disappointed to see this and wanted to bring this to your notice. We also want to spread this message to all relatives and friends through social media networks to be extra careful before purchasing this product!...

I being the consumer of parle krack jack biscuits, was having Parle krack jack biscuit yesterday evening[protected] around 7:00 PM) and found to have an un edible waste thread struck between two biscuits from the pack. i was totally obsessed by seeing that and was worried about any food poisoning due to the quality. but due to gods grace, i was fine.

but yet i am very much disappointed by the quality of parle and their irresponsibility...

Highly disappointed with the degrading level of the manufacturing of the parle product. I just bought a packer of hide and seek strawberry 2days back, was eating it today and inside one the biscuits there is a hair strand, i thought it might have gone right now or something but when i tried pulling it out i realised that it is in the baking only and so firmly deep that inspite of pulling it many tomes its not come out. I am using Parle-G (Glucose) regularly from so many years. We weekly brought 2 boxes of Parle G - 30 g containing 360 packets of biscuit in each box for office staffs. But nowadays quality of your biscuit Parle-G and Monaco quality becoming very low grade. It is very surprise to see an worm in the packet. Since Parle is having such Brand name, quality then why that insect is in a packet? There are chances of poor Quality checking department or Packing department. We purchased a rs. 25 packet of parle's hide and seek biscuit. It was a very bitter and disappointing choice for not even one piece had sufficient choco chip.
