Dear parle,
Today morning, surprisingly while chewing the parle monaco classic regular salted cracker biscuits, (Ref. ₹5 pack, batch no. Z8 5c 3, mfg. Date: 08/2017), i found some uncomfortable, hard substance in my mouth, which is took out of my mouth, i have found foreign object i. E. Metalic wire particle in it due to this corner of my one teeth was broken. Unfortunately, this product not only did not meet any quality requirements, but it can be serious health inconveniences. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with your products.
I feel really horrible. I have been eating it for a long time. This is shocking to me to find a metalic wire particle in the biscuit. I have kept that biscuit wrapper and the metalic wire particle to lodge a complaint.
I am waiting for your reply and a resolution to my problem. However, after the 28/08/2017, i will seek help from national consumer protection agency if there is no reply from your side.

We buy parle bakesmith marie biscuit but in that biscuit pocket the code is not mentioned properly. The code is mentioned half only the code is nygdywzh4 only please send full code. Please give full code. The paytm code is super in other products but in parle bakesmith english marie is poor i having 5 pockets mentioned half code. I send only 1 pocket. Please take action. Please send full code.

I bought the parle bake smith seeing the rs18 paytm cash. On opening the packet i saw the promo code after seaching for 30 min, on typing the code it said invalid; even the code in not printed properly inside the packet the last letter/ number cant be identified.

Please try to print it properly which can be seen easily
As in case of krack jack it had no issues

I had to waste a lot of time to try different combination for the last digit but was unsuccessful. Hope you start to print the codes properly from the next slot.

I purchased 50rs parle hide and seek which said it will give 25rs back after entering the code inside. Bar code number[protected].
I went to the website directly entered the code and then entered the login details i got otp number after entering everything. When i checked my balance it did not show any recharge.
When i tried again and it said the promo code can be used only once.

I bought a parle hide seek packet worth 30 rupees which said that i would get 15 rupees as paytm cash. However after opening the packet i could not find any code printed inside the packet. Didn't expect such cheap and fraud promotional and marketing tactics from such a well established company. They are trying to increase their product sales with false marketing. It isn't about the money, it's more about the customer trust which they are treating with such careless intent.

Highly disappointed with such a gimmick played by the company and i see that there have been quite a few complaint cases of the same manne with no action taken by the company.

During this day the product of the parle g biscuits taste is not good as before manufacture biscuits so please the taste of biscuits is not good because you are not properly fri and the colour of this biscuit is brown but it is dark brown so please take care about this discuss so that the test of the school is good but now we receive the biscuits and their test is not good so please manufacturing is good as per given specification.

All my trust on parle company has finished, i will be not buying any product of this fake company, and also request to my friends and family member not to buy ant parle product because they are doing fraud with there consumer.

I have 8 packets of "parle" hide and seek and no coupon code is there inside the pack, but the company has mentioned rs15 cash back on paytm on outside the pack, i am feeling completely cheated by the company.

Being a regular customer of parle products, i have bought parle bakesmith maries with 18 rs. Paytm cash printed on it from reliance fresh - basaveshwarnagr, bangalore. By entering the promocode as printed inside the cover in paytm cash loaction i am getting the message - invalid code, enter valid code. Is this the new way to fool the public by such a reputed company, please solve the issue and provide rs.18 paytm cash

It is very sad to inform you that recently i bought 4pavkets of parle hide n seek it promised to give me 15/- rs paytm cash bt when i opened d wrapper there was no promo code inside i guess u r fooling us just for d sale o[censored]r product kindly solve it asap!!! Hey today i bought parle bake smith the english marie from big bazaar and now am redeeming the coupon code which is given inside the wrapper of biscuit but its showing that promo code is invalid

You people are doing fraud by giving wrong or fake offer
Plz solve this problem as soon as possible

I am Harsh Goenka from Kolkata, i had bought 4 packets of "Parle BakeSmith - The ENGLISH MARIE". I am very sad to inform you that none of the Paytm cashback codes printed inside the packet are working. On entering the 100% valid codes as printed, it still displays the message "Please enter a valid Promotional or Voucher code."
This is the first time that i am coming across such an issue which clearly indicates that such cashback offers were only meant to deceive the customers or harass them.
For your convenience, i am mentioning the batch number of your product along with the barcode printed on the pack to cross check with your database. The batch Number in one of the packs is HR 21A B and barcode is "[protected]".
The error message displayed is attached along.
I have kept all the 4 packs of this biscuit intacted so that i can prove the same.

I bought a parle hide&seek which promised to give me a cash of 15/- as printed on the pack. It asked me to enter a unique code inside the pack but there is no unique code inside. This is a fraud, just to increase their sales they lure their customers with such offers and later on provide no offers. Upon calling the helpline number no one replies even after picking up the call.

Today i purchased parle bakesmith biscuit. I find 18rs paytm code inside the packet and tried to reddem the same. But sadly it shows that invalid code. Why is it like that. I trusted parle brand but it cheated me. I need a valid promocode. My number is [protected]. I need a valid promocode so that i can redeem my rs18 paytm cash. Hoping for possitive reply.

I bought yesterday 4 packets of hide & seek. The packet outside said about paytm cash of inr15 when applying a coupon code mentioned inside this pack.
I searched for the code but not found any.
I feel the company (Which i feel is a reputed brand) is really cheating the consumers by such a sales/ marketting gimmick.
There should be a just punishment for this fraud and should be an exmeplary for other brands as well.

I bought a hide and seek packet for ₹30 which offered ₹15 paytm money. It was mentioned that the promocode would be inside the packet, but there was no code inside the pack.
This is an absolute cheating with false marketing for the promotion of the product. I dont know how many people would have been cheated as many people wouldn't complaint also. Hope suitable action will be taken.

I had brought 2 happy happy cake product from D-mart on - 6th August 2017. While my daughter ate one packet which is good an in proper condition but while she open 2nd packet and started eating that cake tasted like a roten thing which was smelling like plastic. I then wrote a mail to their consumer service id but i have not got satisfied answer from them.

Hello to whosoever reading this.
This is to inform you that we had purchased the above product which had a paytm cash of rs 12 printed on it. However after opening the pack we found that the code was not printed clearly and half of the code was missing.

Is this a new marketing strategy developed by Parle at the stake of customers trust in the brand.I would have purchased the product without the offer also. But don't you think it is unfair that you don't deliver what you promise.
Hoping a resolution on this matter.
