      Address: Parveen travels located in Perungalathur, chennai

      I have booked to parcel my two motor bike with registration number (TN 11 AM 3202 & TN 37 BU 4410) from PERUNGALATHUR to THANJAVUR on 31-jul-2021.
      But still i didn't receive my motor bike which is parceled.

      Please help to track my motor bike and update me on delivery status.
      Else please help me to raise a complaint.

          Sir,
          We have been sending parcels through your service for a long time. On 20th April 2021, we sent a parcel of 1 no of carton box from trichy to Chennai with LR no: TRYMT - 8098847 addressed from thaslim to amjath Ali. The parcel has been missing since then. When we approached the mannady branch office, they asked us to sign and pay 170 rupees and collect the parcel the next day. But the parcel has been missing. We made several attempts to retrieve the parcel through swarna branch in charge but failed. The box has oil bottles worth 8000 rupees. Hence we request you to deliver the parcel or compensate us the sum of 8000 for the loss we incurred.

            I booked a ticket from Nagercoil and supposed the bus Started at 11:15 am and reached Madurai at 3:45 pm and from that time till 4:40
            The bus is standing at the same place without any intimation to the passengers already it’s lock down time and I will have to reach my destination at POÑDY such a very bad experience and very bad service and waste of Money and this is the last time I am booking in parveen travels and very bad experience

              I booked Praveen travels bus from Banglore to chennai which need to be board on March 29th 5.15am in Shanthi Nagar and we reached there by 5.17am and informed already I will reach 2min late and we have reached the destination..When we called by reaching there driver informed already we left and can’t wait anywhere and if need follow the bus somewhere on the way and board and informed they can’t wait for even 2 min and he saying don’t call me again and if need any info call customer care.. After tht we tried to catch bus in next three stops and my auto driver following him to wait 2 min we reaching next stop..But driver informing same we can’t wait anyone and it’s not their duty to wait.. I don’t know wat u think about people u getting money and responding like rude and u thinking we got money and doesn’t bother whether we board or not. This is unacceptable and I thought it’s travel friendly travels but it’s not..Full money minded..Fr sake thy will call u one time tht we are going to start Thts all..

              Finally we lost 1200 fr two persons and Praveen customer care no response.

                Sir,
                I am booking two wheeler madiwala office to erode (BLMW -P[protected]dated 24.3.2021 that day office staff said tomorrow reach destination point erode but still[protected]not deliver that bike. Today I ask him but he simply said if you urgent go and collect salem office. he collect the amount Rs:2, 300.00 but give the bill only Rs:1, 900.00 only

                      My travel and timing was on February 6th 1.00 pm nagercoil to Chennai).And they Called me by 12.50 itself ( 10 minutes before scheduled time)and one person spoke to me in a very rude way which was not the way you should talk to a person)! I am a Doctor and would never want to get treated in that that way! .From 12.50 to 1.00 pm I received around 10 calls! Seriously dude??? Ur travels Never Respect customers at all.
                      My seat was dirty and had no screen for windows - sunlight straight on the face!! Bus reached Chennai by 12.40 pm but the expected time to reach was 11.30pm
                      I[censored] expect punctuality from customers then you should also follow the same! Those men behaved like a bunch of rogue to me.I came at 1.06 pm ( 6 minutes delay) and within a matter of 6 minutes I received around 20 calls ! Since I received so many calls and was stuck In traffic I couldn't attend . WHEN I came that person was about to beat me .That was his level of rudeness! .One question wanna ask to whoever: If all passengers still came before boarding time do u people start the bus at scheduled time? Or wait till the rest of the tickets being sold to random customers?
                      U people don't have rights to behave with innocent customers like me in a rude way!! And you don't have rights to call me before the scheduled time? U people are not running air travel! I[censored] want ur customer to come at the right time u should also drop them at the exact time! Never ever gonna suggest or travel in Parveen for my life ! No facilities but overrated travels! KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TOWARDS THOSE PEOPLE .THIS SITUATION SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO ANYBODY LIKE IT HAPPENED TO ME

                        Way Bill no TMG-9224257 dt 11.11.2020 booked at Thirumangalam, Madurai dt..one Activa Scooter. TN 63 BV 1945 to Tambaram not received yet. Contacted Tambaram, Ho, customer care several times but they could not answer properly but the system shows unloaded they say. I am afraid the scooter is either missing or wrongly loaded to some other locations

                          Dear Team,
                          Yesterday (16.11.2020) I am travelling from Salem to Chennai (TamilNadu) on Parveen tranvels and I am told that I will board on valappady toll gate.As told I boarded on the location and bus started.In the mean time I found out I have left my wallet in my car and I told my brother to take and come up asap.
                          I have requested the driver I have made the mistake and I request you to wait for 5 minutes but the person who is sitting in the back seat of driver behaves like gundas and I he abused verbally and told me to go.I am sure he is not wearing driver uniform so I am afraid parveen travels are nowdays using gundas in jobs.

                          We are booking parveen travels for the services they are providing and the way they are treating their customers but now the company is behaving like one of the worst companies.

                          Please clarify
                          why the company allows such kind of driver or whether parveen travels recruting gundas?
                          If he is a driver why he doesnt wear any driver uniform?
                          In case if same had happened to female passenger what is the solution?

                          I am a frequent traveller from Salem to Chennai (Vice Versa).In this regard please provide any numbers to coordinate in case if any emergency like this. The above kind of incident should not happen in future and teach the driver how to behave ? Please provide the intercity operations teams phone number to coordinate incase any urgency?

                                    I haven't received refund for the bus ticket i booked with parveen travels from chennai to ernakulam. The journey date was 16april 2020, however it was cancelled by the travels due to covid-19. I am unable to connect them as all the mobile numbers are switched off. And no reply for email which i sent.

                                    It has been more than 10 days. I need the refund immediately.

                                      Hi,

                                      This mail is regarding my worst experience i had with the parveen travels.
                                      I booked trichy - tirupathi (Package tour) through the parveen travels website for the travel date 10/03/2020 7:00 pm, for 3 members.

                                      On the travel date 10/03/2020 around 1:00 pm just 5 hours before my boarding i just received the call from parveen travels (P) ltd central bus stand,
                                      Trichy, contact : [protected], giving the reason as the trip has been cancelled due to the bus delay from madurai, this was awkward to hear saying meaningless reason and when i asked for the alternate arrangement, they gave the reason as they will refund the amount. Is this how the parveen travels responds with the customer, i booked the package on keeping the trust with parveen travels, but at the last minute after packing up, intimating that the trip is cancelled is unacceptable, parveen travels is a big network and i believed that they will arrange some other vehicle for the transport but it is very bad to hear that parveen travels is not having any other option. Still now i didn't get the official mail or message from parveen travels that the trip is cancelled and the amount would be refunded also.

                                      Please do look into the issue as early as possible and resolve it.
                                      Make sure you have backup option for this kind of pilgrimage package (Because it is of heritage value belief) as it affects the customers.

                                      Need the reply mail as early as possible and also whether the reason listed was true and if so need an official mail of cancelled and money to be refunded with the mail.

                                      Even I tried reaching customer care toll free number that starts with 18, even that too was not answered and the call gets hanged up automatically, please work with that too.
                                      Kindly take action immediately, my vehicle transported from tirupathi on 18th march tirupathi has not reached the destination till date to virudhunagar.

                                      If still not responded, i need to report to police station.

                                        I have booked a two tickets for my family from coimbatore to trichy by yesterday 28/02/2020 in parveen travels boarding point is singanallur. We are reported at boarding point around 01:30pm bus was scheduled to come by 01:40 but bus came by late around 02:10 pm. My family yet to board the bus the door was operated by the driver while my uncle was boarding the bus the driver was suddenly pressed the button to close door by knowingly only. Uncle hand was stucked on the door in meanwhile other hand was carrying a 2 year baby. After opening the door the driver was telling it was operated by automatically how come it will operate automatically. He was hiding his mistake and his behavior was rude and not quite enough. After sometimes he was realized his mistakes and apologize the sorry to me... Improper training to the drivers... Attached the photo of bus. Very disappointed
