I have booked bus from chennai to hyderabad in parveen travels, on 23/02/2020 through redbus, i was awaiting for bus at padi. When i was about to board the bus, i was stopped by staff & they asked me that i have consumed alcohol, i was not allowed to speak & there is no where in the policy mentioned that passenger should not board bus after consumption of alcohol.in no time bus left the location without boarding me. When i spoke to redbus they asked me to speak to parveen travels, they were not ready to listen.

Why was not allowed to board, and there is no policy, if it was there i would have followed and also no prior communication to passenger.

Since i was travelling first time to hyderabad i didn't know this policies, because of this it created depression & loss of money and time to me, and even redbus or parveen is not refunding amount fro which i have not traveled in the booked bus.

I think there is fraud activities carried out by parveen travel staff not boarding the booked passenger and not allowing to board bus, saying some reason which is not mentioned in the policies.
I would agree if i would have given any disturbances after boarding they could have stopped me and asked to move out of bus. But this was not case, without understanding customer, this kind of activities causing more trouble to passenger and they are trying to get another passenger on the way to make more money by cheating me by not refunding 1595inr + other passenger money additional profit for the staff of parveen travels.

    Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have already mentioned my concern about through your customer care... Again i would like to remind the same. On boarding point i've reached earlier (20:1 pm) to my boarding time. Further i've waited until my boarding time for my bus... But the bus was not reached.. So that i've called the bus operator on 08:58 onwards (Attached screenshot for your reference) the call was connected on 21:00 and the person collected my trip details and simply asked me to wait.. I've waited more than 3 hours after the call and trying to connect keep on the same number their not picking the call.. Later i came to know the number which is received in sms which is belongs to branch office not to bus driver or bus ticket verifiers.. The person who spoke to me.. He given aha wrong information about the route and bus timings... When i connect with the bus operator branch one of the person unfortunately informed they bus operator changed the route becouse one of the traveller changes the boarding point which i've selected the same... This is so pathetic... There is no use of having branch contact number to get the status of moving vehicle... I never faced this kind of issue from red bus or other providers.. Only paytm is having this kind of issues

      I traveled from chennai to thanjavur last night[protected] but there was a fault in the bus tn01bj6958.

      Although the bus driver informed the office at melmaruvathur about the issue, no step was taken until we reach jeyangondam. He was driving at a speed of 40kmph until jeyangondam.

      After that, the engine ceased to move and all the passengers were waiting outside the bus for nearly one hour for spare bus to come but nothing appeared.

      Finally, we came to a conclusion that there is no spare bus and the travels has been lying to us.

      All the passengers took govt bus to reach their destination. I boarded the bus in chennai at 11pm and reached my hometown at 11am, totally 12 hours. I was supposed to reach in 6 hours.

      All the passengers have decided never to book in parveen travels again in their lifetime.

      The travels doesn't have the courtesy to feel sorry for the inconveniences caused to the passengers.

      Be cautious with parveen travels.

        Sir, am a defence personal presently serving in india air forec delhi. I was traveling from salem to coimbatore by my own car on 25 jan 2020 at 18:02 hrs.in the mid way of road your company bus number py01 cl 7599 which on keen follow on me was driving very rashly and at a situation the bus driver just hit on my car and my dented my car. I request you to take action on the bus driver so that he doesn't creat any by issues like this... This kind of drivers should be punished so that they don't repeat this again again... Because they drive your company name and also many people life.

          We had booked our tickets at parveen travel from nagercoil to chennai, due to cellular problem the bus driver somehow managed to board at 12:30 pm. It took nearly 14 and half hour travel. Where we are about to board at our destination at around 7 in the morning. We all understood the situation of bus condition and we cooperated with this regard. But finally our stop is at koyambedu, but they left us in perungalathur. We were disappointed at this situation, as we are new to this place we left nowhere to go.

          The bus from CBE to Chennai started 30 minutes late and was told it will reach by 6.30. But it was in Madurantakam nearly 84Km another 1.5 hr from Chennai at 6.30. In addition, the audio was on all the time affecting the sleep. Finally frequent horn and too much braking made it a very bad experience, not sure will travel again thru' your company.

            I have booked ticket from chennai to vedaranyam through red bus, i got a confirmation message from red bus with the contact details, on boarding the bus was 1hr late and they said due to driver issue bus changed and alloted me l8 in different bus, suddenly by 7.30 they stopped the bus in velankanni and said you have to travel by your own, being new to the place i didn't know where and how to go to my destination, i searched for the travels agency in that location but it will open on 9.30 only, now it was 8.43 am i am still in velankanni and i am traveling for emergency situation, how you treat your passenger like this, i want to ban this travels in red bus. This is not new to the travels as i booked ticket for my brother in law past week and it was 4hrs late.

              It is sad to note that I did not get a water bottle when I needed the most travelling from Pondicherry to Coimbatore by Volvo bus. Travelling by AC bus, water bottles are to be given. The driver in a cool manner replied that he forgot to take the case.

              This is callous and travel agency, established as Parveen, must be aware that the body needs to be hydrated while travelling by AC bus. The worst comes when the driver is least bothered. I couldn't take my regular pills because of the same.

                I booked ticket yesterday night but it was not confirmed through paytm but transaction was successful between paytm and parveen travel, but no tickets. Please work on refund. This was message from paytm “your transaction of rs.1706.0 to parveen travels under order abbjchm37c3389 was successful on tue dec 17 22:39:30 ist 2019.”, i booked different tickets now, please work on refund.

                  This complaint is regarding the recent discomfort i felt in today morning. Actually i had booked a ticket for madurai to nagercoil through online. The scheduled boarding time was 4:45 a. M. And i had receached at 4:30 a. M. Itself. But the bus did not come for pick up and while checking with the local branch i. E. Madurai periyar bus stand pick up point. No bus where come at this pick up point and left me stranded with no where to go.

                  Actually i was traveling for business purpose meeting and was scheduled for an important meeting. Due to this carelessness and lack of communication and response for branches and customer support i was forced to miss out the meeting. I need refund of amount and proper action need to be taken for the incident.

                    I booked a ticket from chennai to thirukadaiyur in parveen travels pvt ltd and boarding time was21:30 hrs at koyambedu through red bus portal. Due to heavy traffic the bus operator advice to board at t. Nagar which i accepted and waited upto midnight 12:15hrs for the bus to come to t. Nagar and the bus broke down near mahapalipuram. Initially the driver told there was fuel problem and diesel will reach and will top up and journey will continue. But even at 06:00hrs there was no sign of repair or spare bus arrival. I was forced to leave the bus hop up to pondicherry and took a government bus and reached my home town at 10:45hrs.

                    This horrible experience i wish to narrate and have caused lot of stress and nightmare. Please avoid such bus from your portal so that we will not book and end up into such kind of troubles. I tis waste of money and pain.

                    The details of the ticket are Ticket No TNAS80933686 PNR no BSPT[protected]. It was booked through Red bus portal and the fare was more than normal due to pooja holidays.
                    Bus boarding time is 9.30 PM in Egmore, but bus arraived at (12.00 AM) delayed for more then 2 hrs, and bus stopped midway without fuel waiting in the midway waiting for more then 1 Hrs. I have to be in the destination at 6.AM

                    Passangers and driver pouring fuel after 1 Hrs struggle
                    Dear sir,

                    As our staffs already well know there is no paid dharshan, even they dint inform in boarding point, they informed in the dropping point.
                    If we go normally to this trip the cost will be very very less. We paid 2600 per person for 11 members, also we suffered lot by health and mind .
                    Spare bus came late, unconditional with Poor AC .

                    Spare buses to be in good conditional, why spoiling the name reputation?

                      I travelled on 28.9.19 from chennai to bangalore @5.25 am in parveen travels. While booking ticket it was mentioned bus with rest room n pantry. But bus didn't have that facility. While you failed to provide the agreed facility still charged extra fare. This s unacceptable n you guys never bothered to refund the extra money charged. When travels fail to provide facilities as promised need to refund the extra money collected otherwise stringent action needs to b taken for failure to meet the commitment

                        My mother is travelling from thrissur to chennai.
                        First of all they couldn't come on time. She had to board from a different point, they had sent a volvo and she had to go to a different boarding point and then again board the bus from there.
                        The bus was supposed to arrive at 6.30. And now they said they cannot drop in the dropping point mentioned, they will drop in a different place.
                        She still hasn't reached chennai and i am really worried. Very poor response from the office too. They do not even have the courtesy to even call and check and confirm when the bus will arrive. Worst service ever. This has never happened with any other travels and i will definitely never book through parveen again.

                          I was boarded for tiruapti on 31st august through your bus at gandhipuram, coimbatore.

                          The female who was at the office and also checked the ticket was behaved very badly and not at all listened our queries. Without answering she simply going down of the vehicle. We felt very bad
                          Pls appoint little educated people and train them how to behave with passengers

                          The next is driver who was like soughting while entering into the bus. He should facilitate to board the bus and not to insult the pasenger before the public

                          This was my last trip in parveen and won't suggest to anyone. Only good thing is staff at tirupati was nice and well assisted. Coimbatore branch need more attention.

                            My Son Rithwik Chithreddy booked his ticket in your Bus service through Goibibo from Chennai To Hyderabad on 30/08/2019 having PNR No BSPT[protected] having got allotted seat no V4. My son got delayed by 7 mins to reach the boarding point (as there was heavy rains & traffic jams). Instead of reaching 7.45 he reached at 7.52 PM. I received a call( Only 1 call, on registered mobile number) from [protected] at around 7.45 stating the bus is standing at a particular location. Never did he mention the bus is leaving or about to leave but still I very categorically stated my son would be there in next 5 mins & he acknowledged for that. But to my utter surprise when my son reached the boarding point at 7.52 pm he was told the bus has left. In a utter state of shock my son gave a call to me & when I was tried speaking to the staff of Parveen travels at Koyembedu they only told the bus has left & handed over the mobile to my son. Inspite of repeated requests the staff over there refused to speak . I told my son to switch on the speaker & then I requested the staff over there as the bus had just left 5 to 7 min back please ask him to halt at a convenient place where he can Park the bus & my son would take a cab for which he would pay but they flatly refused to my son & were not even ready to speak forget about giving an alternate solution.
                            I called up Goibibo & they immediately responded & spoke to one Mr.Mohammed who lied to the teeth. Then they took me in Concall & spoke to another concerned person from Parveen travels Mr. Mukesh, who after doing due diligence promised to look into & will ensure refund of amount .But when we spoke today in concall with Goibibo representative & Mr. Mukesh he said nothing has been done & requested to send a mail again.
                            My submission :
                            1. Why were the staff refusing to talk at your office
                            2. In the same bus my sons friend was also travelling so had the 1st hand information about the bus throughout. The bus reached LB Nagar at 7.30 am whereas the scheduled time was 6.05 am. If the bus can reach the destination after 1.25 hrs of the scheduled time & no action from parveen to customers but if a customer is delayed by 7 min the customer is penalised & put into trauma. Why???????
                            3. Why is the issue not resolved or any communication from Parveen even after 72 hrs?????
                            4. My son is a frequent traveller from Chennai to hyd( Can chk in the records of Parveen as well as Goibibo) there have been umpteen times the bus got delayed for reasons solely responsible by Parveen travels.
                            Please ensure a resolution of refund, action taken against staff, & a commitment of non repetition in next 24 hrs or would be compelled to go to the Consumer Court

                            Don't believe them (parveen travels). They are cheating frequently. They don't care about passenger and passengers money. Don't use this kind of cheating travels. Don't put any rating to them.worst travels ever.they will not refund your money. I have faced same issue. Still they are not resolved my complaint.
                            They need money only. Not customer satisfaction.
                            They didn't send any prior information to the passenger. And office staffs always telling lie only. Parveen office staffs are getting salary to cheat passengers and telling lie.
                            Now a days I don't use this kind of childish travels. They don't response to us. Even they don't consider your complaint. I don't suggest this cheating travels to anyone. Now a days your travels may be famous. If you are continue to cheating passengers, one day will come. God will reply to you.becuase we can't do anything.
                            I am travelling Parveen Bus no.9257 fdt.01/11/2019 from Madurai to Coimbatore, they Bus departed right time on the way stopped for Dinner, your Driver took 40 minutes for dinner, reached singanallur 10:30pm, whereas the bus scheduled arrival 09:30pm, Worst ever experience

                              I got call around 3pm on 30th aug 2019, that my pickup point from pour toll is chnaged to koyemdedu and timing from 8pm changed to 7pm. On way to koyededu bus stand got conved that stay koyemdedu metro station thus was standing there for 1 hr n after every 5-10min calling customer care number thus got conved that bus will start, will reach soon, ur information conved to driver.8pm driver called i am waiting in initial pickup location pour, i told its chnaged he told dont know english, hindi only local n i cant wait do anything. Thus i missed my bus

                                A worst service you can ever have. Very unprofessional staff including the staff at the koyambedu office. The staff harass the customers & lie to the teeth. Busses are dirty & staff including drivers are absolutely rude (Earlier experiences). Never recommended. They dont even bother to respond to the customer inspite of leaving the customer at lurch. My son was travelling from chennai to hyderabad & his boarding time was 7.45, he reached the boarding point at 7.52, the staff had called at 7.50 & had said they were at some location & he was enquiring about the passenger when he was told he is there in next 5 min he said ok. As there was huge traffic jam hence was told he would be reaching in 5 min. The bus left & the staff at the office refused to talk to me telling my son to look for other alternative. I was desperately trying to reach them to find the next best alternative but they refused to speak. As my son is regular from chennai to hyderabad & was a frequent user of this service & are aware the number of times it had delayed reaching the destination on time but they never were apologetic about it. But if a customer is delayed by 5 min you need to loose.

                                  Your bus under registration kl 07 cn 4799 is driving very irresponsibly along ecr, having put us in risky compromised situation. Situation involving cornering us, overtaking at single file roads we'd like you to investigate upon this incident. Date of incident : sunday 25 august 2019, time of incident :6:40 am. We'd like you to be responsible and really process this complaint under a serious note.

                                    I was informed that the bus started in early morning at 2 30am to tripathi and i confirmed the say by contacting the office near by.. Calling by 2.15am and shouting at us saying bus is going to leave and asking us to take a private cab to come all the way to egmore.. After 5mins we reached the stop bus was still standing there. What kind of customer service is this??
                                    While returning back the bus was stopped in chennai ambattur which us almost 30kms away saying that bus tyre was busted and no alternative was taken place in morning at 3.20am we were waiting still 4.40am no spare bus came then we got a private cab to reach our home by paying rs509.. None of the executive were polite especially the egmore contact person was very arrogant and not listening what we were talking..
                                    Necessary action to be taken.

                                      Date 5/july/2019. I had a booking from bangalore to chennai
                                      Boarding time 5:50 am at electronic city.
                                      I reached that point at 5:57 due to weather conditions and rain. Till the time bus was left. I did a call on given number but they said bus has left. I called again to ask them to wait and have travelled 10 km more to catch the bus but they blocked me/didn't pick my call. I am regular customer of praveen travels. When your bus arrives late i had never complaint about this. But this time you should also understand my situation. It was just 5-7 minute late. I never know that your wait window is 2 minutes. Otherwise had never choose your service. You should respond properly. Today was my important meeting. I can send you the call details to claim my point. It was just 5-7 minute difference coz of rain. You will sell that seat to someone and make money twice. But what about me. I have booked your ticket which is 3 times expensive than others. I am really not satisfied from your service after todays insidence. Please look into this matter asap.
