We experienced blast in our meter room all of sudden causing jumper to come off and duly registered complaint having no 7 on[protected]. Our meter (No_pv_lp2204) of account no [protected] still giving problems and we are still facing frequent power cuts while everyone alse in our vicinity has no such problems.
We tried contacting concerned persons time and again but there is no seriousness shown to resolve our problem despite us paying every bill on time.

    Dear team,
    In my house electric energy meter is installed approx 6 months back, but it is not connected through electric cables. Electric supply is running in my house through loose insualted wires as in old system & we are paying regular electricity bills.
    We have contacted local pvvnl office (Khurza) for proper connection & run my meter. But they are not taking any action.

    It is requested to solve the problem as early as possible.

    Wrong electric bill generated by this company. In previous month I consumed 343 units and my bill was RS 810. And in this month I consumed 326 units and my bill is generated with amount of RS. 1440. How illogical these company is.

      This is in relation to account number [protected]. There was an unexplained rise in bill from 1300 rs every month to 9500 rs this month... This is heights because there is no extra usage of electricity... I also tried calling toll free number 1912 but they denied registering complaint. There is also some tampering done with meter as the readings are rising very fast. I am working hence can't go anywhere to solve this and there is no one whom i can write. Please help us because the meter is rising like anything and i can't detect the fault.. Is it wrong bill or something...

        Meter not giving output supply due to tp sparking. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Due to this electricity cut midnight and we face lot of problems in this summer days.         I paid the our every bijli Bill time to time but the bill is count by biller 3 months, while my bill will be only 1 month pending and when I visited to the bijli board and conversation with officers but they don't give me a suitable response . Therefore, I requested to solve my problems.

          I rent a room in nyay khand1, ghaziabad, u. P (House number - 1014c).
          I want to register a complaint against my electricity bill for last month.
          Past whole month my rented house was locked as i was out of town and did not consume any electricity yet i got a bill of 814₹.
          The person who came to generate the bill told me that the meter is of 2.0kw but is taking load of 4.5kw.
          This never happened with me in the past.
          Also, i do not have any kind of electronic appliances/devices in my house, for eg:- ac, cooler, fridge, t. V, washing machine, etc.
          I only have one ceiling fan, 2led bulbs, one phone, one laptop and one water motor pumps (Which is used once per day for 5-10 minutes).

          Please help me in understanding my electricity bill breakage for the past month.

            Reference account number [protected] under pvvnl bachcha patk meerut, it is to state that my meter was changed on 20.05.2019 but no bill for power consumption is generated so far even after passing of more than two months since then, complaint to the concerned ae of ghanta ghar meerut was also of no avail till date as no bill generated sofar. Kindly look into the matter and take immediate action for generating of the bill.

              I vedprakash bhatia owner of shop number -86 krishna market (Gda market) chikumber pur ghaziabad applied for new connection of 2 kw for use for shop. I applied in the month of february and i take many rounds to the office of pvvnl rajinder nagar ghaziabad but i harasshed by je. Nirbhaya singh and sdo anshul rathi. They imposed the bill of other person on me ie. 63880 but i have no connection with this above said bill and do not provide a new connection to me so i requesting concern authority to take action against these corrupt persons.

                  I am using this connection from last 7-8 months and in that months my average bill is 700 rupees and now suddenly for july they have raised 2400 rupees even though hardly we get electric connection as mostly power cut happen in noida sarfabad. No customer care register complaint. No one help from noida electric board sec 52. Use less governance please check as soon as possible

                    My complain regarding high bill whenever not using much electricity. Actually previous 5 month bill was 2324 rs and last one month from 19-05-19 to 13-06-19

                      I need to check my meter reading. Getting bill beyond my use. I got a bill of rs 9500 hundred dis month. Which i would say was beyond my usage. I hav gone through ur electricity office. But there is no one to help. They just say it happens in summer. People feel dat consumer is a fool. Peoole and d manager in pvvnl must treat people where kindly and should listen to him nd should go through dere problems. They say first pay d bill then raise d issue.

                      I have been trying to make online bill payment but have been facing complications. My account number is of 10 digits but 12 digit account number is being asked for. Please make the payment portal as uncomplicated as possible as we the ordinary consumers are giving money to PVVNL and not asking for any loan.

                        There were changed of metres due to some fault in village satheri block budhana, the workers did come for change the metre they assured the villagers to do all the process so the villagers didn't take any action for metre, but after 6 months the checking boy came to us and says why don't you registered your new metre no. The all those villagers paying the bills on old no. Which is not exist. And i said to the boy who is seat in action department to register the metre he said i will try but it is not possible easley. What he want and there are too many people who is also don't know this critical situation, please help us...

                              Dear Sir, My average meter bill used to be below 400 till now. However offlate, I have received a bill of Rs. 2874 /-. The house is being used by two senior citizens(my parents) and there is no addition of any appliance and usage since beginning. We suspect that the meter is faulty. There is a big problem of electric supply only one phase is working' that also is not working when i typing this message', wires are so down in the street which touches to the head .

                                    I am staying in chipiyana buzurg. G. B. Nagar-201009.
                                    In my area almost everyone is steeling the electricity either by tapping wire or tapping meter.
                                    Person named"kasim" responsible for generating electricity bill is doing meter tapping by taking extra money.

                                    Due to this resident are using unnecessary devices like 1-2 ac which is consuming high voltage and they have to pay only 800 -1000 rs bill every month.

                                    All tampered meters are installed inside house of resident.
