Dear sir,
Account id [protected].

My average bill comes around at rs 1100.
But this month (June, 2020), the bill came at rs 5747.49.
We are not using gadgets like air condition or cooler.
We are living only two people.
Please look into the matter as i can't pay so exaggerated bill specifically in the time of corona crises.
I think the meter is running abnormally.

Timely action will be highly obliged.

    Dear sir,

    We would like to tell you that we were built the home construction in january 2020 and during the covid 19 period was lock-down in india so we can no go to at our home in loni up so our metar have lost from there.
    We have already electricity connection and all bill is clear till date.

    We have already fir in police station regarding the metar lost.
    We have already give the fir copy, last bill copy, metar application copy to loni naya pura electricity office at few days ago.

    Also, we had go to loni office for confirming the metar that how many day's will make for this metar. They are saying us that your application have lost.

    They are not help us.

    We request you please help.

      This is not tolerable, even after privatization, no electricity. Is in building b 15/g3, jnc regency, shalimar garden ext 2, kindly take strict action, they cut off connection if there is even 1days delay, and what about this, who is going to responsible,

          Account no [protected], anand swaroop. This is regarding our electricity bill dated 28.5.2020 period of 4.3.2020-28.5.2020. According to this bill the previous reading was 15545 and new reading is 16615 which is equal total unit of 1170. The total amount of the given unit is 7240rs but in this bill electric department hv added one more amount of previous arrear of 2190.
          Before this bill we have received a bill dated on 4.3.2020 period of 5.2.2020 to 4.3.2020.in this bill the previous reading was 15176 and new reading was 15445.. Total unit consumption was 269 and the amount of rs 2073 which was already paid now when the complete payment of earlier bill was paid than how come there is arrear of 2190rs was added in new bill.. Kindly check and advise.

            Sir/madam,

            I was the consumer of pvvnl vasundhara, ghaziabad acid [protected],

            It been almost more than 9 months but still my electricity connection is not got disconnected.

            Please do the needful.

            At the time of vacation of my alloted quarter,

            I have paid each and every due.

            But after all that still connection is still live and running due to which the bill amount is increasing day by day.

            Please do the needful.

            Once again i want to intimate that i got transfer to bengaluru from delhi so it won't be possible for me to follow this individually.

            Please do the needful.

            I have contacted sdo posted there during oct 2019 he told me to send whatsapp i have communicated with him but he has not done the needful work, i have never went to delhi after oct 19 so i cannot go personally to the office. Officers posted there wants bribe i completely denied for the same. This is the last time i am raising complaint after this of nothing needful will be done i will go to consumer forum and to central vigilance commission regarding this case.

            I am sharing all the screenshot along with relevant proofs of pd (Permanent disconnection).

            Please disconnect my electricity.

                The paschimanchal vidyut vitran nigam, gautambudh nagar, sudampuri sustation is not supplying proper power to saiupvan society. Everyday there is power cut for six to seven hours without any information, every hour thereis two three times power cut for few minutes. For which we suffering in this difficult times without power and water.
                Either they are not able mantain the system or not able to control. The custome rcare people also not responding properly. Govt. Also no initiatives for this. Last two years i am residing here with this problem. There are around 1000 families residing here.

                    Hi,

                    I am the resident of f-664 b sec 11 ghaziabad uttar pradesh and the electricity connection having in the name of meenu sirohi with account no. [protected]

                    I have duly paid my electricity bill every month via online mode on timely basis.

                    Still i have received incorrect billing amount in the month of june'2020.

                    For the month of may we have received bill of 2331.

                    Kindly get the same corrected on urgent basis.

                      I, pushpa rao, resident of house no. 1903 sector 37 arun vihar noida 201301, would like to draw your attention to our current electricity bill (Bill no.[protected] associated under account no. [protected]) and writing a dispute in regard to this raised electricity bill. I don't accept that meter is recording accurately. I have received a bill on 24th may 2020 when the store is completely closed due to over 70 days in lockdown and billed twice the amount that i was being billed earlier on 15th mach 2020 when we had our store opened. When we were opened and our all electrical heavy appliances were in use at that time we got the bill of rs.12187/- on 15th march (However it's paid) when janta curfew happened on 22nd march 2020, since then we are closed and all activities are still suspended except a deep freezer of 281w of 2.47 ampere. But as per our bill of the last 2 months, our bill shows rs.24000/- (Means 12000 each month).
                      So, in brief:
                      1. When the store was running with all power-consuming appliances, the generated bill was rs. 12187/- (For 1070 units)
                      2. When the store was completely shut due to lockdown, the generated bill is rs. 24000/- (For 2364 units)

                      & technically how is it possible for a single deep freezer of 281 w for consuming 2364 units (Just deep freezer)
                      I, therefore, request you to kindly send your representative to check the meter and have it replaced. Also, i kindly request you to re-issue the bill for the last two months as they are wrongly billed. I shall be grateful if my complaint is attended to as soon as possible

                        This is to inform you that, my name is govind, (Bijli ghar, bisnoli) post badalpur, tehsil dadri, distric goutam budh nagar, village chapprola, rwa modern railway city, address your attention to the serious issue of our colony that continuously frequently electricity cut specially during the night, already complaint so many times day by day on your helpline no. 1912.. But not get satisfactory solution.. It's very difficult situation bcz as u know with the kids electricity is must during the summer night.. And the bijli ghar bisnoli agents never picked the calls yet...
                        ! Plz suggest whether i have to to go for senior level complaint to get the rejulution of our serious situation...!

                        So our humble request to you to please take some action against this touph situation and plz feel our problem and give some solutions..

Where as i have been regularly paying my bill through paytm. Details are mentioned underneath:

                                        i am complaining for bill dispute of electricity bill

                                        This is to inform you that there is major dispute for this electric bill.
                                        Last month i have paid the bill, but inspite of that, it was added (Included) with my present bill which shouldnot be happened as i have already cleared my all previous bills and also raised complaint through toll free no, but till now no action taken.

                                        And complain also wrongly closed.
                                        I need clarification why this dispute rises and no action...
