Lekin baad me line sahi hui to jaldbaji kaam kiya gaya jisme line bhi sahi tarah se bandhi nahi gayi or transfarmar ko bhi esi rakh diya gaya transfarmar mer koi saman nahi fit kiya jisse transfarmar me light aane per falt hota rehta hai. Ye transfarmar jatpura - azeem nagar jaane bale khass road per hai jisse khatra bana rehta hai.
Sir iski complain hamne bijli ghar khod me ki bahut kosis ki lekin jei shahab ne koi tavajjo nahi di hame majburan apko complain karna pada.

    The electricity bill for my connection is showing around 20, 000 rs for this month. There is an issue in taing the reading and generating the bill. Please refer to my past bills. Also, the amount showing online is different than the hard copy bill that i have received. Please correct the bill on website so that i can make online payment as i always do.       My meter has been installed by pvvnl. Division name - eudd grater noida. By[protected]. Bill has been not generated yet. After 4-5 round of division. (This is the service given by pvvnl) every time they have excuse like, babu aaj leave per hai. Aaj internet nahi chal raha. Babu ji aaj training per gaye hai. After too much hard work finally bill generated. Once i checked my bill name and address by incorrect. Bill was just like some uneducated man prepared the bill. All spelling was incorrect. I request to correct the bill information. Then mr vijay he is generating bill. He said give me application and id card. So i did the same. After submission of application, mr vijay said he will process this with in 24 hours. I said already visited your division 5 time. For simple work. You still need 24 hours more for 5 minute work. He said i am processing any application before 24 hours. Then i leave the division. Everytime i try to connect with sdo of division, but i didn't see him in division itself and he never pick my call. After 24 hours i checked my bill online it was in same condition with incorrect name and address.

      For this i have send the mail to complain mailbox regarding bill generation. But they i didn't receive any reply from him.
      Pvvnl helpline is the worst helpline in india. I put my concern to him regarding the same. They said i can't take any action from here. You should directly contact to division itself. I think they are bunch of # there. There no benefits of helpline.

      I am just writing here because this is my initiation of fight against corruption. Most of the employees in pvvnl are corrupt.

      Now its time to properly initiate the consumer complain with help of advocate.

          I am a resident of plot no 148 g. F vaishali, sector 1, ghaziabad (90 meter plot)
          There are 6 grown dogs who have not been sterilized. One female dog gives birth to a litter every few months. Most of the pups come under vehicles and few survive and their population increases

          Please see that the dogs are sterlized and returned to our area.
          I feed them twice a day and look after their everyday medical needs and with their growing numbers - most of them are underfed and malnourished.

          All the dogs stay in or around the compound which houses the municipal electicity office and underground water tank

            विधुत नियामक आयोग लखनऊ के आदेशानुसार ग्रामीण उपभोक्ताओ के बिल ग्रामीण उपभोक्ता श्रेणी के अनुसार बनने है लेकिन गांव जावली, लौनी, गाजियाबाद जोकि विधुत वितरण खण्ड-3, लौनी, गाजियाबाद के अन्तर्गत आता हैं के मासिक बिलो को लेज़र में अभी तक ठीक नहीं किया गया है जिससे बिल जमा नहीं हो पा रहे हैं जबकि गांव जावली लौनी गाजियाबाद के 100% उपभोक्ता बिल जमा करना चहाते है।
            कृपया ध्यान दें व गांव जावली लौनी गाजियाबाद के उपभोक्ताओ के मासिक विधुत बिल लेज़र मे ग्रामीण उपभोक्ता श्रेणी के अनुसार संशोधित करा कर जारी कराये जाय ताकि जमा हो सके।

              Sir i have received a notice from eudd 2 vasundhra ghaziabad regarding the electricity consumption having connection no 6026/503602 5kw excess level.

              The amount that was estimated 18900 on 23-07-18 for last 12 month.
              But i have my bill recordings and in that in last 12 months have not exceeded beyond the limit which says 4 or 3 sometime, and it was only last month that bill was written as 5 in june or july 2018

              Then if my consumption have not exceeded beyond 5 then why am i suppose to pay for last 12 month. And i have always paid my bill on time.

              I am attaching the consumption history (Attached as real 1 and 2) and the notice (Attached as new doc) which was given to me also attached last 12 month bills.
              Please check

              I request you to solve this.
              I have registered my complaints everywhere tried calling the eudd 2 executive engineer but have no response and nothing resolved the query.

                Sir please restore electricity supply to my flat no Z-103, Amrapali Sapphire 2, Sec 45, Noida. On Saturday, 28 July 2018, illegal disconnection of electricity supply has been suddenly done unexpectedly by society without prior notice/ intimation for disconnection. Electricity being essential services can be disconnected without due process of law and prior notice of disconnection, especially when there are no due payment pending.                   Address - a-12/15 janta flats sector-71, noida, our electricity supply is affected since last 3 days. Please check the connection of my power supply it is not supplied from 3 days. I complaint to local area electricity office but there is no action taken place. Without electricity we cannot do anything and lot of problems faced due to improper supply of electricity in our house, it affects a lot. Kindly take action against this complaint as early as possible and provide any assistance to check the connection line. Kindly check the electricity supply.

Now i have received a email stating that bill upto reading 26950 for rs 3447.91 dt 23.6.2018 has been raised and required to pay upto 30.6.2018. Disconnection dt 7.7.2018 it is requested to look into the matter what is happening while preparing bill.in my case from where this figure of reading upto...

                            बागपत जिले के खेकड़ा rural बिजलीघर के मसूरी फीडर के अन्तर्गत मसूरी गाँव में ट्रांसफार्मर में पिछले 5 दिनों से स्पार्किंग हो रही है जिसके कारण पूरे गाँव में केवल एक फेस में लाइट आ रही है । खेकड़ा बिजलीघर का फोन तथा sdo खेकड़ा का फोन दोनों 5 दिन से बंद हैं तथा कोई लाइनमैन भी नहीं आ रहा है । साथ ही मसूरी गाँव में शासन के द्वारा निर्धारित रोस्टर के अनुसार बिजली नहीं आती है। चिलचिलाती गर्मी में लोग बिजली का फिक्स बिल देने के बाद भी कम तथा केवल एक फेस में लाइट आने के कारण पीने के पानी को भी तरस रहे हैं।कृपया समस्या का त्वरित समाधान कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

                              I am manju sharma have purchased a home in noida sec 12 y block no is y-83-a, i had given a application for increase the load and name change on the bill. This application is registered date of 7-6-2018. And the receipt no is 485394.

                              Till the date not any concern person came and call me against this issue and i am regularly going their office regarding this issue and nobody entertaining me.

                              Old meter is disconnected and put that side of the wall and have current at now. That cause a major incident at any time.

                                    I (Sudhir kumar chaudhary) resident of b1/18, ankur vihar, loni, ghaziabad.
                                    I recieved electricity bill on 9th june 2018 amount of approx rs 6000 where as average bill is approx rs600.
                                    Complain was logged same day, i got a call from electricity board to reach lal bagh electricity office.
                                    I reached office on 12th june 2018 to get the receipt of energy meter repair/replacement. Counter person directed to je (Junior engineer) & je directed to sdo (Mr. Gopal ji).
                                    Sdo given instruction to meet at 3pm which is really discusting.
                                    I followed instruction right from call centre to je & sdo but did not get solution.
                                    Why govt. Officials are not serious to their job & wasting consumers time.

                                    Please arrange to replace/repair energy meter at earliest.

                                      I am a resident of house number 570 gali number 16 new karhera colony mohan nagar ghaziabad up pin 201007.
                                      Last night 07/06/2018 my electricity meter had a sparking issue. Its extremely hot weather and i could not use electricity appliances, so i request the concerned authorities to take the necessary steps as soon as possible.
                                      Its 40+ degree centigrade in ghaziabad region and it is quite unbearable. Immediate actions are requested at the earliest.
