I have order more than 1000 rupee on 5th of august, after oreder my product i get a mail just for confirmation and given product order number, after some days i didnt get ant mail or SMS so i email in [protected]@patanjaliayurved.com but cant send any mail on thic adderess even not able to log in my patanjali account, may be they block my account now, then on 14 august i called on this number - [protected],[protected] no one responding on either of the numbers.
Please i want to know when i can get my order other wise !!!Baba Ramdev is doing fraud work here!!!

On Aug 29th I bought 6 food items (Nutty Delite, PATANJALI Atta Noodles, Guava Jam, Divya Dant Manjan, and other two items) from their website for 580/- via netbanking of SBI. So far the order is not delivered or given any ref/order no. On 9th of sep I tried to message this but they blocked my userid. The only ref I have is my bank statement (ref no. GSBI[protected]IG0CKUKOZ7)

I am an regular user of patanjali products for the past one year, the
quality of the product is good and i continued buying the products. on
04/08/2016 i bought several items along with Litchi Juice 200 ml 2 nos
batch no A-LO-0002-2-F MFG date:11.01.16, which is expired one month
before. Consuming that my son 9 years old get severely affected with
fever and dysentery and got admitted in the hospital. the treatment is
still going on. when informed the patanjali outlet (Suvasam Patanjali
Products, Agasthiyar east car street Ambasamudram 627401), the
proprietor irresponsibly answer that 'we have sold what we have
received' and also revealed that he is not responsible for any thing
after he soldout.
please look into this matter and enquire into this issue and revert plz
back to me.

Few months back I bought patanjali rose water from patanjali store, when I opened the cap of the bottle, guess what!!! It was smelling like gowmutra as if they added cow urine to it.when I had gone to shop to exchange it the salesman was also shocked, he gave me another bottle of rose water from patanjali than I opened it on the spot and that was also smelling like cow urine too, than again he exchanged it and gave me another bottle but that was not smelling like cow urine, infact the smell was like real rose.but what was that? Why other bottles were smelling like cow urine?why they are doing such things? And for what? Because of tha incident I have never bought patanjali rose water I buy only dabur rose water, so what it's price is higher than patanjali, at least they don't use Haram things (gowmutra).

I had made an order online with http://patanjaliayurved.net on 2nd of aug 2016. As per the sla on the website delivery was expected within 5-6 days.

Till date, there is no information about it. Have been trying to reach out to the cust care no. Provided ([protected] / [protected]) but no one ever responds on either of the no.

Request an early resolution and either the products be delivered or the paid amount be refunded.

I had booked items from patanjali at 10 am on today morning and i had booked that items as a guest login. The payment is made by me from internet banking, the money is deducted from my account but no confirmation mail or message is sent by patanjali. So how can i know that my items are booked and my money is safe and i get that products.

Note - your given contact number is of no use as no one pick calls on this number[protected]. I suggest you as a true indian and supporter of swadeshi india abhiyan, you should take care of this kind o[censored]ser experience and should not proof you as a typical indian company which can not be compare with mnc brands. Consider this as a candid feedback.

I have registered to patanjali ayurveda on 07.08.2016 and bought some product online. But now i am not able to login to my account with the same login details which i have used during registration to see the order.

I have received both the mails (Attached with this mail) of successful registration and order confirmation from patanjali also. The amount rs. 505 for the shopping also deducted from account


Now neither i able to login to my account nor able to see my booked order. Attached are all the details and snaps for information.

I brought the aloe vera juice from patanjali mega store at kirti nagar new delhi 15 but the taste of juice is very odd it taste like a chemical, it is not good as i have this aloe vera juice bottle before also but it never taste like that now the don't take it back by saying that there is no replacement. I want them to change my bottle or pay back my money

I place an order on[protected] having order number [protected] payment done successfully.
It was showing status as Your order has been placed and under disbursement.Once the docket number gets updated the track line will starts.
But there is no update in Track now colum.When I tried to call customer care[protected] no one is responding.
I want to know the status of order.

I alok kumar banerjee working as a bank manager in SBI. I have visited to patanjali center janki nagar in Indore Madhya pradesh for my treatment of cervical pain. Doctor has prescribed me many medicine which i took from the store of janki nagar. All medicine was OK but in the bag 4 bottle were present, which was not prescribed by the physician but pharmacist has given me four extra bottles which was not of patanjali divya pharmacy production and was of local manufacture. she took rupees 800 extra from me and which was not mentioned in the bill.

Next day she returned the four bottles and said these bottles was complementary to medicines.
I therefore request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible as the local forged medicines may have a severe health implications on the life of other persons also.

I am attaching doctors prescription and bill for further enquiry...

After hearing so much about the quality of their products, i decided to give it a go and ordered many items with the final amount more than 600 rs. I never heard about from them about the shipping and dispatch. Contacted multiple times and mailed to get the refund amount. Still not received any response from them. Now i want only my money back.

I am getting only this automated response from them

"hello, your ticket has been raised and your ticket id for order [protected] is #[protected]. Note this ticket id for future reference and your issue has been reported to concerned department and we will try to finalize your query soon."

I purchased a diamond quality patanjali basmati rice and i could find a lot of black insects in it. i am unhappy that i spent so much money, purchased a higher quality rice and there are insects in it. i washed the rice and the insects were washed away.

I would like to get the entire packet replaced please. i took from it only once and i saw this problem.

I purchased patanjali tomato ketchup from a shop. I found junk and black rust at the opening of the bottle. The steel cap of the bottle was old and rusted. Also the ketchup inside seemed black coloured.
What we should do. Either we go to area food inspector or you will see at your end.

This is to inform you that i have purchased two packets of 500ml cow ghee from rudrapur main market, while using ghee we found stones type particles in both packets, i dont know how the ghee making process going on, it shows carelessness in food products manufacturing.
