I have placed order on 22/03/2016 having order no. [protected], i have already paid for same. and its still showing pending till date. Even after mails and calls no one is responding at all. I want to file complaint against patanjali. I want them to despatch my order or refund the money.
This really nonsense. This is pure cheating by them. Plz provide some solution .

By using patanjali hair oil and shampoo I lose my hair and my hair is falling daily
When I was not using it my hair was thicker and black but now they are falling and become white
I will case against patanjali products if I did not get my hair growth
I will use it only for 10 days
After then I will do some action
And my hair is becoming dry and I continue loss my hair daily
Patanjali product is not good as well as
So kindly resolved it otherwise I will take some action against you because it's seems very bad product by using it I loose my hair

Generally Patanjali's products are very good, some times better than the same products being produced by multi national companies.
Recently, I bought in addition to other products, on suggestion from the shop executive, Gas Har churan for my acidity problem. I am 56 years old man, keeping good health, doing daily exercise & yoga. Having normal diet.
Now, whenever, I take this churan, there is no effect on my acidity problem, but my throat goes horse or rough. (probably, due to Aamchoor added in it)
This I bought about 10 days back from very big patanjali shop located at Kalkaji Market Dash Mesh chowk, New Delhi-110019.

We have been a very old consumer of patanjali products. I was satisfied with the products since the beginning but now i feel there has been deterioration in the quality of products that i day to day utilize(viz, toothpaste, dhania powder, atta, aloevera cream etc).
Please pay attention to your broadening business towards customers.

We had purchased the Patanjali whole wheat Atta from Day to Day shop on 19.03.2016 vied bill no 212630 .
when we open the packet we found bad quality of atta, it was not grinned properly, the wheat grains are present in the packet and, it is not smelling good.
we tried to use it look like slight gray in color.

we request to company to look in the case, the Atta is available with the Day to day store Manesar Gurgoan Haryana.-122050
we trust patanjali brand very much, but after this incidence we need to think before purchasing any thing.

Very rude behavior... This Shop owner and his family members are very rude. They force you every time to buy biscuits, because they will not have change..that's OK, but how come they don't have change every time. And What would one do if they don't eat patanjali's biscuits... But even that's also OK..main issue is, they talk very rudely as if they are owner of the company..and people have to listen to all the bull because there's no other shop in this area and patanjali company doesn't care about it.

I am fan of Shri Ramdev Baba and and now i am using Patanjali products.
Your shop has posted Sign "No exchange and No refund"

Sometime by mistake we buy different product and like to return for exchange or credit can b issued.
Mostly all shops are computerized so it will b easy to store the data. shop can assign any membership number to their regular customers.

some conditions can be applied. just like 7 days time limit proof of purchase and so on.
I feel your shop representatives should b customer friendly.
Otherwise people will buy from Big Bazaar and other similar stores and local store will loose the business.
One more suggestion ..you can issue Patanajli cash card.

We had a pathetic cuatomer experience at Ayush Patanjali Kendra Arunoday c.h.s, road no12, Shop No.8 Building No.9, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400089. The ladies in the shop were so arrogant and adamant that they were abusing the customers and said that patanjali doesn't need to care about customers as they already have lot of customers already. Such an arrogant attitude will take patanjali nowhere.

Sir I am Subramanian from bangalore I had donwnloaded the patanjali app from playstore on 10 / 03 / 16 and ordered for few products costing Rs 210 including the delivery charges and I had received the message from the bank that the amount has been debited from my account and credited to patanjali Ayurveda, but I have not received any confirmation of the order from patanjali. I tried to make calls to the customer care number but no one is receiving the calls and also send a detailed mail to them but no reply. So I hope you could help me out I this regard

I placed an order on 28th feb online and have already paid for the product with order number [protected], now i was expecting it by 10th, so far ive written multiple mails to then as well i havent heard anything, i'm really frustrated because i had already paid for the order. even i called them multiple times no one picks the telephone as well.

Earlier oats were available at big bazaar but now not.so we are compelled to buy other brands at higher price..

I ordered patanjali products online on patanjaliayurved.net and paid via credit card. The order was placed on 19th Feb 2016 (order number [protected] amount Rs. 1843). I received a mail "Dear Sir/Madam,
Your Transaction Was Successfull, Below is your order number for further references.
Patanjali Ayurved Limited, Company TIN No. [protected]
Your Order Number is [protected]"

I have not received the products till now. Almost one month is over.
This is the worst service I came across with online shopping. Moreover, the customer care is neither picking up phone nor answering emails.

Kindly dispatch the order at the earliest or refund the amount.

Order#[protected]... ordered on Feb29.. No sign of delivery yet. The helpline number is of no use, it un answered all the time.. When we opt for Make in India products, this is not the service expected. Really disappointed. There is no procedure for refund also, Fraud company..
