My name is gyan, i am the regular customer of patanjali's product and i always suggest to other also to buy patanjali's product.

But on 26th of may i bought 10 kag atta from your local retail centre
Patanjali chikitsalaya, chemist and druggist add: c-291 main sharma market pul prahladpur, new delhi -110044. Tin # [protected].
I am not finding this well this time, its smelling and finding black.

Could you please ask to retailer to exchange the same a. S. A. P otherwise this will lost my belief in patanjali's products.

I had ordered for patanjali products worth rs. 585/- order no.[protected] on 10.05.2016 and the amount has been deducted from account. Received a confirmation mail of the order on 19.05.2016, but till now i have not received the items nor they have send any news or message regarding the same. I had sent a mail reporting the matter to the customer care email id but no reply till now. Also posted the complaint in their website. Called in the phone no provided three times and nobody lifts the phone. This shows their utter disregard to the customers and is form of cheating too. Need to take up the matter with the consumer court.

On the other side, this will be the biggest mistake and failure for the patanjali brand which has emerged as a very popular one within a short span, especially competing with other bigger players in the market. If corrected, at the right time the brand itself can be a revolution.

Patanjali Dantakanti paste causes an severe mouth ulcer when it uses regularly.please take the required action against the same product. When i told this problem to my friends they are also suffering from same things.so i am sure that its having some wrong formulation in the product. Please find the route cause and clear this problem
I am using Dantakanti paste from last 10 months..but some of the batches are clear but most of the time its observed that its having problem.Initially i have neglected that things as many times but it increase day by day.so its my request to u please sort out this complaint because not only I am using Dantkanti paste regularly its using the lac of people in India..thanks.

Hello sir, I have a Patanjali shop in Alipurduar, Westbengal.The patanjali distributor of Alipurduar(Agarwal Enterprise) is selling their products to non-patanjali shopsTherefore, we are getting loses.Their behaviour are so rude.They treat us like Begger.If any old person of a shop go there to buy for his shop, they do not even value them if the product value is less.

My order number is [protected].On 17th May I ordered and I paid through internet banking but still no update and I called on customer care number but no one is picking calls.

I am really worried about my payment now..It seems to be that ecommerce department at Patanjali is just Bogus ..

Two days back i received 5 kg patanjali aata from big basket. When i opened the packet and transferred into the container, i noticed lots of black bugs roaming into the atta. The product has manufactured date as 6th may 2016. Surprised to see the quality of the product has been given to the costomers. I hope indian costumer will take a proper action against the product.

I have placed an order on 4th May 2016 it's more than 10 days and I haven't got my products. This is my second reminder to you guys also no one is picking the call on the number Tel (+[protected]. I tried more than 10 times. Please look into the matter and this resolved ASAP.

Sir, as you know that there is a dippo of patanjali in gorakhpur district and i 'm the dealer of deoria district (U. P.) (Santosh trading co. Bhatni). I import all the products from the gorakhpur dippo. Sir when i provide the order details to the dippo after the advance payment then they do no send the whole stock according to the given order.Instead of this, they send that stock which have less demand in our market. One day i complained about this to the dippo then they have said that if you don't take stock according to us then we will not provide any stock to you in the future.
Please help us to overcome this problem. If will not overcome this then one day we will loose our market position and respect infront of our customers.

The otem is struck offunder hand/ pen and amt has beencharged full under cod. Thedelivery challan did not have anycorrections, rs. 16 has been paid to th ecourrier man.
On opening the consignment patanjali mango drink (L)-500gms was found not available and corrections under pen are showing in the invoice and the checklist.
The checklist shows total items as 81-7 =74 written under hand by the checking person, deleting the item by black ink in the checklist.
Kindly send the item by immediate means and confirm action of dispatch.
Pl. Verify and send remaining item undelivered as yet.

I purchased patanjali honey from patanjali store, i found it is of degraded quality and of cheap quality, im disheartend and im not going to buy any products of patanjali henceforth and recomend my freinds and family to not buy, the company has cheated its customes, its a sheer disgrace.i want to take action and prevent thousands of people to get cheated.

This honey is of 1kg . Price =260, Mfg. Date - 11/15 . Batch no. - CN298 . Best before 12 months . This honey contain 200gm approx. Of sugar in it . I am feeling tempted and cheated by cheaper price as comparing to other brand of honey . Worst honey ever I have used . Lack of purity . I want patanjali CO. to resolve my complain otherwise it will affect their goodwill in the market .

Milk is sub standard &poor quality. Shopkeeper is not ready to take it back.
It does not mix in hot water and becomes like ppt.

Why this company is selling sub standard material by simply showing faces of ramdev ji.

I (vijay ayurvedic agencies, address-wz-506/b main road palam colony new delhi-11045) have purchase a case of kesh kanti oil from distributors om ji ayurved( address-a-6, nanda block, mahavir enclave new delhi-110045) .I have found 6pcs of kesh kanti oil box is empty means box of oil is available but bottle of oil is not available.I also says to distributor against this complaints but he says write a complaints to you.Please adjust my claim aginst this complaint .

I am running a chemist shop in dhule city in maharashtra. When i approached to wadhwa enterprises, 2092/lane no. 6, dhule(Maharashtra), a patanjali products distributor, he refused to give me glycerine soaps in small quantity.I was demanding 2 pieces of each type of glycerin soaps in cash.But the shopkeeper's behaviour was very unethical & his words were very harsh. He was forcing me to purchase minimum 6 pieces of each type of glycerin soaps. When i denied to purchase such a big quantity, he refused to give goods. When i told him that i will complaint against him, he barked, 'jao, times jo hog a karlo.' how can' patanjali 'develope with such distributors? I had placed an order for online purchase on 2/5/16 from patanjaliayurved.Net.
Till today the status is "your order has been placed and under disbursement.Once the docket number gets updated the track line will starts".

They have not even generated the docket no. Still. No information is available about the order .

Nobody is responding on the customer care no. . I have done the advance payment .

If they are not able to deliver the order, they should atleast reimburse my money.
I want an action at the earliest.

Patanjali store at swapalok complex sarojini devi road secunderabad secunderabad has sold me go ark manufactured by veda gurukula uthpathi, agnipuram cbit hyderabad packed in semi transparent plastic bottle. It tastes highly acidic. After consuming ten percent of it, i stopped using for one month.
After one month i am surprised to see that the colour of go ark has turned into bark and blackish. I feel the content inside is reacting with the plastic of container.
Patanjali ayurved must investigate and find out the quality of medicine before outsourcing from others.
We blindly trust patanjali products, but such instances can put lot o[censored]sers like me at risk of health.

i had place a couple of order with the following order no, the articles aren't shipped after the 2 week of placing the on-line order, i wrote the mail and call to customer care but they aren't give any positive response. Even i made the payment in advance and i couldn't cancelled the order.

Pls take needful action, else i will go to customer court for the same. Hopefully you get my points and will have give same response. thank you

Details : 8 items purchased, asked for Bill, no other customer in shop, but denied for Bill. this are not one incidents, but every time inspite of asking bill, they are not ready to provide bill. mean all amount gone as a black money.

Resolution: These are the violation of consumer fundamental rights, hence they need to give submit Rs.1 lac to me as a penalty.

I have purchased some goods from Patanjali online portal.

It was more than one week passed still to get the material. Even it was not showing tracking details on your portal.
We have been using Patanjali products from so long. This is the first time, we choose to buy online.
We expect some discount or offers through the direct purchase. But that was not the case, and now even to make the thing worst, we are struggling to get our material.
