I have order 13 product on Patanjaliayurved.net by online shoping and also done the payment of Rs.600 by paytm but in my id of patanjaliayurved.net no transaction showing...
Pls help me Kya mere sath fraud hua hai..

Every day there is an absolute horrible & foul smell from the patanjali retail shop at Navi Mumbai Secor 13 Kharghar. Once I entered the shop, I could see that they were boiling some thing in the shop. I warned them & told them to carry out this some where else. But in spite of repeatedly telling them, they are just ignoring us & this horrible foul smell continues to come. Last resort is to officially lodge a complain & inform the local police & the Pharmaceutical Body.

We are happy to see the popularity and purity of the patanjali products but there is no control over the retailers about the black marketing . Today we got one more examples when we reach to one of the retailers ( @ Nikunj, 6-2-664, Chintal Basti Road, Khairtabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, India) we asked one litre mustard oil MRP Rs.135/- but the owner demanding us Rs.150 after so much argument he told that he is advocate and he will take this amount only, otherwise go to other stores.

I just paid an amount of 1130 INR for an order on http://patanjaliayurved.net/ but my order did not get placed nor I can see any information on there site. I made the payment via Paytm so I got the order no #15751. But can't find it anywhere on there site.

Also nobody picks the call and gives the reply via mail. I tried calling them several times.

I purchased few items from patanjaliayurved.net of worth Rs.430 on 30th September and made the payment through PayTm wallet.

The amount was deducted from my wallet but the order was not placed. It's showing no order placed. I've already made various calls to their customer care but they are not even bothered to pick the phone. I've also mailed them regarding the problem but no response from there as well.
Kindly look into the matter. Either deliver the products or return the amount.

On 30th september, 2016, i have purchased 12 items through patanjali website through my login id: ajay. [protected]@gmail.com and rs.924 has been deducted from my account. However, as soon as my order is placed, my account is showing that there were no orders placed. I tried to contact patanjali team but no one is responding.
Can you please help in getting my issue resolved.

1. Body soaps, handwash and detergents are causing irritatin of skin. On discontinuing, symptoms disappear. This has been happening not only to me but my wife and childten too.

Since i have been using about 20 o[censored]r products for last 27 months and i like most of them, hence i m to request u to do intensive study on the substance causing allergy and rectify accordingly.

2. Ur distributor located next to sbi on bibhab estate in bhubaneswar is in the habit of partially opening costly packs like badam pak etc. They may be cautioned against this practice but not punished for it.

I have bougt patanjali whole wheat aata from patanjali store at gali no. 28 madangir, new delhi - 110062..Atta is so bad quality that when we make chapati there is no softness its like papad...and i have seen few small stones and it is very thick aata.I have bought atta earlier also it was good .This was the second time i bought 5 kg atta but i am completly disappointed and feel cheated this is 5kg atta i cannot throw it ..i cannot give it to anyone you tell me what can i do with it

I am a regular patanjali consumer. I have an indespensible trust on the organisation, but recently i purchased alovera juice and pachak shodhit harad and i am dissatisfied. There is some unusual type of froth lile a soap on the juice, and there is a white layer on the top slot of harad. I need a solution as soon as possible but i do not have the invoice. I and my whole family are using all fmcg products of patanjali itself.

I bought patanali toothpaste. as vendor says it is made from natural extracts but its totally different. i should say total cheat with customer. i m totally disappointed with this product and i hope my problem will b resolved soon. because it could be harmful for my health. i want quick action against manufacturer because they are cheating with customers too badly. pls resolve my problem soon.

Complaint-: its very bad to hear that the chain of supply is very poor.the person who supply us no give proper supply and most of the time he skip the products and behave badly..bcz of this our customers will effected. And this will directly effect to your market and brand value as well, could you please see this issue with as soon as possible so that we will maintain our customers and increase your value as well.
Note -: i also hear that your comlaint rating is 6 percent but i trust in my self that the issue will resolve soon.

Sir, I bought patanjali Cow's Ghee in august month. The quality of ghee was very bad And made with coconut power with bad smell. Now I again bought a patanjali Ghee pack with batch no.KD866, packing date august 2016 which manufacturing site is Delhi. And this time I again found bad quality of Ghee with coconut pawdr and bad smell. It's not able to eat.

I placed an order on "patanjaliayurved.net" for Rs 740.00 and also paid through Paytm.Payment was successfully done but I didn't receive any confirmation message regarding the order.No order id also found on patanjaliayurved.net portal in my account.Thee order ids were found displayed but which one is correct.No body is lifting c/c telephone number-[protected] provided by the company.It is not expected from organization run by Hon'ble Ramdev Baba.Pl resolve the issue, send me confirmation message and deliver the consignment at Nagpur at the earliest.

I've been using this tube of aloevera gel since a couple of months now.
Right from day one, this had an odd smell which was quite evident because I had another tube of the same product which was good.
My mother being in the pharma industry thought that the reason behind this odd fowl smell might be because of microbacterial growth because of the product being made up of natural ingredients.
I hope this won't cause any allergies or rashes.

AMLA CHURNAmay contain soil mixed in it in quantities harmful for us . i tested it physically to found soil mixed in it .Its not just amla churna but some other patanjali churna like PACHAK JALJIRA is found to be adulterated with soil .please u check these products to save our health because many people consume them to make health good . we give money for good not for worsening our health .

I have been using patanjali products for a long time now. but, its very unfortunate that today while preparing 'patanjali multigrain dalia' we found small black bugs (sursuri). yes... there are bugs crawling in this patanjali multigrain dalia. i am very sure there may be other products of patanjali having same impurities or bugs, etc.

My family, my children, are all consuming these products for a very long time. after seeing this, i am shocked. this is very threatening to our health, especially children. from now on, i will make sure no patanjali products will be there in my grocery cart.

I believe the quality of storing and packaging is gone worse there in patanjali.

I am very positive raising this issue to other channels, and if required, i'l definitely sue patanjali ayurveid ltd.

On 21/9/2016 i purchased 13 products of patanjal from "patanjali arogya kendra & store, 35/2, g/f, spartan avenue mogappair, chennai-600 037. i found the problem deficiency and defects in selling of the store:
1.in adequate sales assistance persons. the shop has surveillance camera, still they suspect all customers as thief and do not allow them to select the products. they do not allow their personal shoulder bag with cash in it with customers. it is insult to customers.
2. they do not store all products that you send. no labelling on the shelf to enable customers to identify easily.
3. the store do not have the list of products they sell. the customers find it difficult to find their needs. searching is like finding in the forest. no segregation of products. they mix up groceries, confectioneries, domestic needed products like honey, jam, health drinks, etc,
4. the ayurvedic products are hidden in the inner part of the store where the customers cannot go near or the store keeper is unable to find out correct medicines. there must be pamphlets to indicate the ayurvedic products, what for it is meant, and the cost. there is neither ayurvedic doctor nor the storekeeper is qualified to explain and prescribe medicines. the customers are afraid to take such medicines in the absence of details.
5. billing has not been properly done. i purchased 13 products for which 12 products for rs.577/- alone was billed and for almond rs.200/- was collected without bill. (bill no.5993 dated 21/9/2016)
6. the shop is not maintaining swipe machine for payment through atm debit cards or credit cards. if this is done sale would be much more due to customer convenience.
Kindly instruct your outlet shops to rectify their defects mentioned above and you will find a boost in sales. periordical inspection is suggested.

I bought tomato ketchup 500g(batch no: JB112, mfg date: 09/16) from their store located at Patanjali Chikitsalay Shop No.7, S.S. Complex, Vishal Mega Mall, Jetpur 360370, Gujarat state District Rajkot Taluka Jetpur Book No. 23, Bill No. 2289 Dated 21/09/2016 Tin no. [protected] Dt.5-5-2015 of Rs. 70/ I found that the metal cap had rusted and turned black in color from inside. Deposition of this can be found on d bottle also . I have sent them photos and complained by mail. They have not responded to my mail. Kindly do the needful.

Hi,

I purchased an item from your online platform, patanjali ayurveda i. e., sitopaladi churna and an amount of rs. 55 was deducted from my paytm wallet regarding the same. i received a message showing that rs. 55 have been deducted for my order id 10720, however, neither the invoice was received nor delivery was made to me. paytm has replied to my request stating that the transaction is showing to be successful in their records. please get me the refund asap.
