I placed an online order on 14th Feb 2016 and my order number is [protected]. Payment already done. Till now there are no updates on the status of my order.

Please deliver order asap or If order is still pending kindly cancel the order and initiate payment reversal.

We have experienced very much bad service from Patanjali Ayurved. Actually I need to file Consumer complaint because, we are very much tired by doing continuous follow up and from Patanjali Ayurved. I am not getting any single kind of response.

I placed my order on 4th Feb 2016 and till today I doesn't get my order and Patanjali Ayurved is also not responding.

I have taken two bags 5 kg of Patanjali's Wheat Atta from authorised Patanjai's Shop Near APMC market Vashi Navi Mumbai on 29th Jan'16.

Quality of Atta is bad in both the packets. These are having some foreign particle like dust and the Atta is also blackish. While eating we could feel the dust.

Immediately we had lodged complaint over telephone on 12th Jan'16 to customer care representative Ms. Brijesh and the registered complaint no. is 20.

Details of the products are as:

मान्यवर, मैंने आमला जूस की बोतल अगस्त के महीने मे खरीदी थी परन्तु वो ख़राब निकली. उस जूस की बोतल की समाप्ति तिथि भी समाप्त नहीं हुई थी. लेकिन वो फिर भी ख़राब थी मैंने दुकानदार को एप्लीकेशन लिखकर दी उसने कहा की ये जल्दी ही आपको नई मिल जाएगी परन्तु ७ महीने से भी ज्यादा हो गए मुझे दूकानदार ने अब तक वो बोतल वापस नहीं दी. उसने कहा की वहां से कुछ नहीं आया है. जब आएगा to मे दे दूंगा. एप्लीकेशन की कार्बन कॉपी व बिल भी मेरे पास है. मे दूकानदार से कई बार पूछ भी चूका हूँ परन्तु कोई सकारात्मक उत्तर नहीं मिलता. अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए. क्या ये समस्या हल हो सकती है या मुझे कुछ अन्य उपाय सोचना चाहिए. कृपया मेरी सहायता करे.

I have ordered a long list of this through https://patanjaliayurved.net/.Its been 15 days that I have no status on my order, the website still says pending. Called and wrote to customer care; no response. By reading so many similar issues, I wonder where to complain?

Honey smell and taste is so bad that is not possible to consume the product is returned to my shop.The customer is demanding for refund.My shop name is Neekita swadeshi retailers bhyandar (e)thane 401105.Distributor Riddhi Sidhhi Miraroad.

I purchased Patanjali Honey, Cow Ghee, shampoos soap, spices etc after seeing their ad in the TV where they claim that they sell pure Honey, pure Cow Ghee which are false claims to sell their impure products. Within few days honey changed its colour and changed into a white solid substance as sugar is mixed into it. We have immense respect for Baba Ram Dev ji and could never imagine that such a great Babaji can indulge in such inhuman activities. Just to sell their impure products, Patanjali Ayurved are misleading and cheating the consumers and are putting their health in danger. I would request Baba Ram Dev ji with folded hands that he should play with the beliefs of people on him just to amass wealth. Its really disgusting on the part of Patanjali Ayurved, people like us had great belief on them.

I brought a Patanjali honey in mid of January, 2016 from my nearest Patanjali store in Rajnagar extension, Ghaziabad, but within 15 days it condensed into a white solid like substance.Here providing you with the detail of the product:-

Dear Team,

This is to bring into kind attention that attached picture is an example of impure Honey of Patanjali which they produce as one of the best & pure honey on Television.

I have started using this hone for last 2-3 months but since temperature has fallen this is the result of so called pure honey & clear excessive sugar contents can be seen in this jar.

Request to stop making people fool & get it rectified asap.

So many complaint had been notified to Patanjali Ayurved customer support by honourable consumer complaint .in Team. But still to date no any responses had been received . That is why to I am asking to Patanjali Ayurved customer support are you sleeping?

I purchased HONEY - 500 gms from from one of your outlet in east DELHI last month

it is observed that the quality is deteriorated from earlier one, the honey is solidified

I have purchased Whole wheat aata (5KG) from one of Patanjali store in Beeramguda, RC Puram, Hyderabad on Tuesday 02 Feb 2016.

After openeing of pack we made chapati from it. We have observed sand or soil powder in Atta while eating of that chapatis. This should not happened with well known ayurvedic company. I think from now onwards I should trust on Patanjali Ayurvedic company.

I have ordered the products on 29th of January and the order status shows completed. However, I did not receive my order and I am unable to track my order too. As there is no such option in the website. They have provided customer care contact number, but they are not lifting the call. I have also posted the email twice, but failed to get any response from them.

I have purchased the patanjali's honey and it start freezing after some time. It is sugar mixed adulterated honey. Please find attached screenshot for your reference.
Please take strong action against it and waiting for your positive response.

I've been using amla juice for more than six months now. Recently i came across an article online which states that Sodium benzoate which is a preservative used in amla juice reacts with vitamin C resulting in formation of benzene. Benzene is a carcinogen (cancer causing). Moreover, there is no detail about the quantity of Sodium benzoate used on the bottle which is even more shocking. Please take this complain into consideration and take a proper action for it.
