Hi I have placed 2 online orders in Patanjali Ayurved..Order 1 - [protected](for Rs 850) on 11-Dec and Order 2-[protected](for Rs.510) on 18-Dec. No status update on any of the orders.Tried reaching the customer care numbers. But no one is attending the calls. Telephone Number –[protected] &[protected] Please do the needful by providing a refund of the amount.

Sir/Madam I ordered products from above said company vide order no. [protected] on 04/12/2015. I paid the amount of Rs 515 through net banking.My order is still not dispatched.I sent many emails but no response came.Please help me to get either product or my money. Thanks.

I had an ordered on 08/09/2015 order number #CBVRI5AF .I had got order on 14/09/2015 but the item peedantak ointment - 50gm was not there.I had sent all required pics of invoices andI sent email many times and try to call on customer care number also but i did not get any response from their site. please reorder this product.

Order booked online on 16 dec2015 of rs 500app. After that no response from them.they are not answering the emails and not picking phone. There is no information about my order status.

Hello this above details are of our online order placed 17 days back on ur official website and we made online payment which was successful . Till date the order is not been processed n not even showing the track details of it so we want to know the status of our order. When the product is in stock then what's the problem in delivery the same. So we want the order to b processed at the earliest. I have booked Patanjali Products online using websit https://patanjaliayurved.net on dated 11th Dec. 2015. My order no. is [protected]. After that i got no reply from site or through so called customer care in spite of daily calling or e-mailing. No reply got even after continuous calling on giiven customer care no. [[protected]] Although transaction was successful and Rs. 710/- has been deducted from my account. It seems Patanjali Ayurved has not been developed any concrete system to execute online booked product. It should immediately shut down or suspend online platform. A lot of complaint can been seen for online booked c'ment. I was not aware of that before booking. My request is 1. Update correct customer care no. 2. Reply to customer e-mail 3. Hi, I ordered some Patanjali products from their official site www.patanjaliayurved.net with order id EGRDQFSC of Rs. 679 on[protected], but haven't received neither any notification nor Products till today i.e.[protected]. I tried to track the order on their website but that page also doesn't work on website. I mailed them on their customer care id but no response came from their side. Kindly ask them for refund as I am not able to contact them. Thanks Tanmay

When my child broke this biscuit in two piece i find the insect in biscuit. i was so shocked, so i am requesting to you please take strong action about this i am sending details below. I have place the order on 10-Dec-2015. When I checked the status today, it was still showing pending. I called at their customer no. +[protected]. No response. Then I searched another number from google and tried calling them on +[protected]. I called them at 1.50pm and was asked to call after 2pm as it was a lunch break. After that I have called them at least 6 times. No response again. Don;t know at this stage when they are going to deliver the product. Sent them mail also in the morning.

Hi All, Request you all not to purchase any product from https://patanjaliayurved.net/ online. I have ordered 21 item from the website with the order Num :[protected]. I am getting the status as Pending since last three days. I tried calling their customer care number : (+[protected], but no one is responding to it. I even wrote a mail to them asking for the status of the products, but no response. I think Patanjali has found a new way of making money by fooling Indians. This comment is to aware you from the fraudulent.

Hi All, I ordered items with Order # : [protected] | Order Date :[protected]:32 PM of amount 560 Rs. But after placing order, after more than 10 days there is no information about shipping. Track Order is not working for website. Customer care is also fraud. I tried calling on these numbers but did not get any response :[protected] & and also mail id [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net. & +[protected] is not able to answer about shipping or order information. How can i get refund of this paid amount?

I also placed a order on 22 Nov 2015. While placing order, my money Rs 575 was deducted but order was not placed. After continuous followup with them, they confirmed on email that they have received my money and asked me to place order and provide address on email. I provided all details on Nov 27, 2015. Since then i am calling them and dropping emails continuously but they are not replying on my email and their customer care rarely pick up phone. 1-2 times when they picked up, they said we have no idea on online orders and told some person name and number who deals with online order. This guy "[protected]@gmail.com" picked up our phone first time and told that he will reply to our emails in 5 mins but since then he is neither replying not picking up phone. was lucky to speak to customer care once after that and they said they have no idea about this. I spent more on calling these guys than i placed order. Rs 575 is not a big amount for me but i feel cheated. What action can we take on these frauds ?
