Dear Sir I have done online shopping with patanjaliproducts.net by 3rd of January 2015 but material not dispatched till date and no body lifting phone call. I have done payment through credit card which is cleared (as admitted by bank officially by sending me mail) no body now lifting phone call their no is [protected]

I place an order on the website https://patanjaliayurved.net/ for products worth Rs.558. The amount got debited from my credit card account but I haven't received any order confirmation so far. I have sent several mails and reminders to their email id and called the number listed on the number. I haven't got any reply to my mails and the phone goes unanswered. I contact the credit card division of my bank and they informed me that the amount has gone to the merchant account already so they cannot do anything. Is there anyway to contact them and get my money back?

Goods of patanjali are good, but there is no eye on the shopkeeper who are selling the products, we can say that Baba Ramdev Ji, only doing business, nothing else. They even don't know what's going on in the market of Patanjali Product. Today i purchased some goods from the Patanjali Chikitsalya, Kakrola- Dwarka More outlet and the behaviour of the staff and the owner of the shop is horrible and when i asked the product to see the employee said i will not give you, if you want to puchase you can, if not thats your wish. And they behave like us as we will steal there product... Not Expected From The Outlet Of Patanjali.. They all are just Decrease The Image Of Patanjali From Market...

Had recently purchased a jar of amla pickle of patanjali Ayurved and found on opening it that it had fungus.Was told by the retailer to complain directly to the company. Had sent three mails but there has been no response .I was told that the jar would be replaced by the company. Either there should be an option that the retailer himself deals with it and changes it or the company then has to be more vigilant as it is advertising so much in the market but giving the consumers unhygenic products. NOT EXPECTED FROM BABA RAMDEV !

I bought Amla Swaras for which MRP was 90 and the person gave me for Rs. 90. He said no discount on patanjali products. When I asked him for printed bill. He said that we don't provide bills but on persistent arguing he wrote on a small paper with his stamp. The people at Patanjali are simply evading taxes.

Contacted patanjali customer care with the following mail TWICE, but there was no response. Dear Sir/Madam, I was extremely disappointed on receiving the 'AMLA MURABBA' (Sku 188-PAL) totally contaminated and oozing through the open cover. The outer bottle was plastered and bandaged to conceal the fault. We had received a phone call from your Haridwar office prior to the delivery stating that our order would be delayed owing to the broken bottle of the Amla Murabba and that it would be 'REPLACED'. Sadly the same damaged bottle was sent to us after some shoddy repair (picture attached). We have been using Patanjali products for quite sometime but this was the first time we got it in such a poor condition. Sorry to say, I have lost all faith in your services and will surely be dissuading my near and dear ones from availing it. I'm positive you will take some correctional measures and avoid such inconveniences to future customers.

Hi There, I had placed an order of some of the Patanjali products on 19th Oct 2014, bearing shipment #[protected] and Order #[protected]. This product was shipped using services of firstflight courier services. The AWB number is #W[protected] which has not reached at it's destination till date even after 12 days. The status of shipment is "Delivered" which is not really the case. Now when i am trying to call the phone numbers of First flight and the Patanjali. com, i am not getting response from them. i do not know if Patanjali.com has really shipped the product or firstflight is cheating on me or both of them are making this fraud together. i am not sure now to whom should i contact. I have written email to them but no response yet. Please let me know if you need any more information and help me to get my product or my bucks. Samit Kumar

I am regular user of patanjali product. I have visited Shri Hari Patnajali Aarogya Kendra in Bhuswal, Jalogaon, Maharashtra. One thing I have observed over a period of 1 year that the center doctor always prescribes medicines which is not manufactured by Patanjali Ayurved. After further probing I came to know that the Kendra owner has manufacturing business of ayurvedic products & retail store of ayurvedic products. The center only sales Patanjali OTC Products. By using Swami Ramdev names these people are prescribing un-necessaary medicines to patient.I have used these medicines and instead of curing my disease, I suffered from reaction because of these maedicines. Though Center advertises to be FREE OF COST it prescribes medicines of around Rs. 2500 to alomost 30 patients respectively. I request patanjali Management to look into this serious issue which is hampering their image. In Such cases they should cancel the license of these centers & take legal action against them.

Iam currently using your product Patanjali Ayurved-Anti wrinkle cream 50 gm, (Rs.150)with Batch No.-AR8 manufacturing month 06/2014.I bought it from Patanjali Ayurved Shop in Shahdara, Delhi on September 16 2014.I asked for a newer date product, but the shopkeeper still gave me this crumpled looking tube, (in the box). I'm facing the following problems: 1) the cream doesnt have the creamy consistency, its too watery, as if its a lotion. 2) the water has separated from the cream, and keeps oozing out. 3)I have been having breakouts on my face, since I'm using the current product. The last tube of Patanjali Ayurved-Anti wrinkle cream 50 gm, (Rs.150) with batch no P034, manufacturing date 03/2014, which I bought May 2014, was also watery, bubbly and was chunky .It clearly was bad. I wish to lodge this complaint, so that a good product maintain its customer base. I am a avid fan of Patanjali Ayurved product and using this cream religiously for last 3 years or so. Also I wish to get compensation for both the tubes of Patanjali Ayurved-Anti wrinkle cream 50 gm, which are giving me problems.I also dont know if the product is real or a fake. Hi, in vasundhara ghaziabad sec-3 (Uttaranchal plaza)one swamiji center is there. i am regular customer of that shop.. two days before(13th sept 14) i purchased some thing including patanjiali junior dental cream from their.when i reached my home i checked that child tooth past expiry date is 10/14. when i reached to shope to replace the pastes.first answer was that we cant replace that. and we will sell this tooth past till 31st oct 2014.what you want to do you can do.. and he do more argument to me stating that you need it so you will come always. now please suggest is it right way to talk ... ye to swamiji k naam par log business kar rahe hai...

Whenever we want to buy patanjali ayurved products from distributor located in pandav nagar mayur vihar1 we are very much inconvenienced.The distributor does not engage sufficient number of staff for attending the customers.Looking at his operations it is evident that he has substantial turnover.Why distributor of company are allowed to function in this manner? Is it felt that now the business is established and customers don't matter ? Even packing of shampoo has detoriated.Will Baba Ram Dev take notice and establish a consumer care department ?

Respected sir, I have purchased two pieces of Beauty Cream from Patanjali of Baba Ramdev product from Railway Road Palwal -121102 Haryana. Its manufacturing date and batch no. are 06/2014 and P-AC13. Today I want to use this item, A VERY BAD SMELL ARRISE FROM THIS PRODUCT. It also found puffed. Being an indian I want to use home made item. Consequently I am regular to purchase all items made by Patanjali, e.g. all spices, juices, regular medicines, cosmetic items etc. etc. But now I think that all persons either who was SANYASI OR SELF DESHBHAKT CLAIMED are involved only and only to capture the amount from Indians WITHOUT THINKING THAT who is poor or NOT. Please tell me:- Who will be responsible for that? 1. If I or my family use this and it was sure that it would be harmful, who will be take responsibility, Government concerned department who make control upon them or this Institution. 2. My First Question is that Is it Compulsory to give 50 Rupees at chikatsalay? Second Question is that Is it Compulsory to Buy all the Medicines which are written by the doctor at chikitsalay otherwise your 50 Rupees will not be returned which are taken by the receptionist at the time when you ask about doctor’s consultancy? this incidence is happen with me today I go to this->(Address: Shop No.16-17, Pancom Business Center, Opp. J.C. Brothers, Ameerpet, Nagarjuna nagar colony, Yella Reddy Guda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500073 Phone:[protected] chikatsalay and they certainly ask me to pay 50 Rupees when i ask about doctor, after asking few questions to doctor he gives me long list of medicine i was getting consult about only hair fall he give me all the medicines which are in product list and bill goes up to 950 Rupees at that time i was not having much money with me already 50 Rupees gone. This is my first Experience In Hyderabad Ameerpet, In front of me 2 to 3 patients moved having bill of 995 and 1200 Rupees.Which is very much large for those poor people those who cure within less cost of it. I trust your organization please do something against this kind of “thug”.

I bought Patanjali Honey 500g of 100 indian rupees which has manufacturing date of November, 2013 and it will be expired after 1Year but its May, 2014. There is layer of Sugar like crystals in Honey at the bottom. This honey is not pure and we are disappointed.

I paid rupees 1013 for patanjali products ( order number[protected]. For ghee, toothpaste kesar ) on 2.3.2014. Even after one month they did not ship the product. Then I asked them to cancel the order but they kept on insisting to buy these products like cheap sadhu. Finally on 11 april they agreed on phone to cancel the order but till now have not refunded amount.

I regularly use products of patanjali and divya pharmacy. I purchase these products from

He never give bill in against of any purchase. He always says "bill book print ho ke nahi aaye hai"
I request to head of patanjali and divya pharmacy to look in this matter. Because i strongly believe that he is doing adulteration with your products.

I have been buying quiet a bit of Baba Ramdev's products including multigrain aata, buscuits and medicines and as I was satisfied with their products, I recently purchased Tomato Ketchup and Sweet and Spicy Amla Chutney but both these products have a peculiar smell and taste (possibly of the preservative) which makes the products taste a little wierd. I am not sure how I may replace these products but I am interested in getting my money back. Baba Ramdev claims to be ethical and now he has to answer to my complaints through any Customer Service officer.

Dear concern, I have a complaint against patanjali ayurvedic ltd. I bought a beauty cream from patanjali chikitsalya Chatter pur Mandir road, Delhi. But when I opened it lot of water coming from it, I found it was a duplicate product and there is no hal mark logo on it.When I visited the same dealer with this complain, he told me that whatever you want to do, we can not replace this is the ok poduct.so now I am looking for a resolution for the problem. Its not a matter for 70 rupees only, its about the health concern for the people who are using its product. So pl help me out to solve the problem.

I have purchased patanjali's honey and i found that suger was mixed with it.which was settled down at the bottom of the bottle and that was hard. We trust you for your purity.dont break our trust.
