Hi All, I ordered items with order no : [protected] of amount 580 Rs. But after placing order, there is no information about shipping. Track Order is not working for website. Customer care is also fraud. I tried calling on these numbers but did not get any response : [protected] I am wondering, if this is how Patanjali is making money.

I visited your mulund west shop today to purchase some biscuit packs. After purchasing 5 packets and making the payment, i asked the sales person to show me the amla candy jar. Since it contained added sugar, i did not buy it. Subsequently i asked him to show the bel candy bar which is considered good for health. The sales man suddenly got extremely rude and told me that he would show it to me only if i wanted to buy it. I told him that that my decision would depend on the ingredients and i wanted to know the ingredients before taking the decision to buy it.
The salesman continued to be rude stating that he did not have the time to show all the products to everyone.It is pertinent to note that during this entire discussion, there were only three customers in the shop ( myself and two ladies). I had to explain to the sales man that this attitude was certainly fit for business and he was behaving extremely rudely. But he remained adamant.

I believe that due care will be taken by patanjali while selecting its distributors/retailers especially that now it has ambitions of competing with mncs/large fmcg companies.The reputation and image of patanjali will be affected because of such incidents. We may have the best of ad support and good products, but if the retailer does not have a service mindset then the entire effort is wasted. Please ensure a service mentality across the distribution chain before entering the fmcg space .

Hi, I have used Patanjali Ayurved Drishti eye drops, for good vision. But it was burning my eyes, I can't stay!! So I have a doubt about the eye drop, is it safe?? And the result was - NO!!! I thought it will help my eyes but it doesn't. I got infection. Now I am fit as I have left using it. After then I just done an experiment, and found it flammable. Then I searched on Google, and it says that the eye drops which are for regular use or non-prescribed are non-flammable!!! So BEWARE of it!! Its useful for catching the thief.

Patanjali Ayurved — Payment done but order not confirmed As on Nov 22, 2015 my order no. is #LWOPR1ZS I made an online purchase in Patanjali's official website and also made an online payment of 590.00 rupees using netbanking but not got any Order confirmation from Patanjali. I checked with the payment gateway service provider - BillDesk and they also confirmed that the payment was successful and money has been credited to Patanjali. I tried contacting their customer care no. but no one picks up the call and there is no response to my emails either despite sending them numerous reminders. I think I have to either physically go to Haridwar and give a complaint...

I had made purchase of a number of FMCG products online as i had done earlier many times but this time round the money of Rs. 955 was deducted but no response was available. the customer care number also did not pick up and my money has not been refunded yet.

I tried contacting their customer care no. but no one picks up the call and there is no response to my emails either despite sending them numerous reminders.

I think I have to either physically go to Haridwar and give a complaint in person or file a consumer complaint against them.

I placed order with patqnjaliayurved.net on 13/11/2015 and have not received any confirmation through email or message. However confirmation number generated online is #4kwpac20. Emailed them but no response. Tried calling contact number online but no one picks

I ordered lot of items from patanjaliayurved.net thinking that are natural products and stuff, i placed the order on 2nd nov and as of 21st nov im yet to get those items.

Morover there tracking and all is , you dont get any notifications sms/email where your order is.

You cannot cancel the order and get a refund.

The customer service is not reachable, i mailed them multiple times no response, when i called them nobody was answering the phone.

Just buy from a shop if you are really interested in the product, dont buy it from their website, even their logistics partner are not serious about their packages.

Its like throwing money down the drain, i order from many other ecommerce companies and there is always a proper communication and the shipment is delivered within a particular timeframe, also Tier-1 cities never have problems fulfilling the timeframe, considering there were unable to deliver the product to Mumbai in 20 days, its a SCAM.

On my first order (DTDC-D[protected] I've ordered 500gm of honey but instead of that they had given a 250gm of honey.So I mailed them regarding the same. They told me that they will add 250gm of next order for free.But in my next order (DTDC-D[protected] again they didn't delivered the 250gm free honey. And there is no reply from them on mail & they never pick up phones.So be aware before buying from them. Patanjali is a trusted brand but it seems they all are same.

Sir, I have purchased 1 kg. patanjali shudh ghee from a retail counter. when i brought it to my home and open the box I surprised to see the quality! It is very bad quality. no smell of deshi ghee and it is just like a ordinary vanaspati. It is highest rate in lowest quality. how we believe in patanjali products and baba ramdevs commitment for purity.

When i opened and check, the half of the items are not there.

Please do needful to resolve my issue.

I booked an on-line order on date 05/11/2015 through https://patanjaliayurved.net. System generated Order No. was #W3O9G5N4, Items booked for amount Rs 1246/-, Transaction Date : 05/11/2015 But till date I have not received any status or delivery of above order. Even I have not received a single message or email from the seller's side. In this regard I contact via phone & email to M/s Patanjali Ayurved at their website contact number[protected] &[protected] and at email id [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net and [protected]@rediffmail.com. Please look into the matter and do the needful so that I will receive products or return my money Rs1246/- back in my account . We have been using the patanjali chyawanprash with saffron from quite some time. Last time i had purchased the product for 215/- & today when i went again to take the same item, i see a sudden price increase from 215/- to 250/-. This is not at all right. We understand that all prices have gone up but increasing straight away 35/- is too much.

Kindly provide me a suitable explanation to the same so that i continue using your products.

Today i have purchased the patanjali bel candy with batch number DQ32 . The product has manufacturing date of 25 sept 15 with expiry date of 24th Sept 16 . When i opened the seal then i have found the product to be in stale state . Infact there is growth of fungus on the bel candy pieces.

I perched cow;s ghee from sangrur punjab. As per ghee packed wt. Of the ghee required 905 gm. But which packed i received was contain only 760 gm. Then complaint to the costumer care no[protected] on dated 22 or 23 sept. 2015. They give me complaint no 6. But till today they are keep quite. To day i again call on[protected] at about 11.20 am they give me new complaint no 4...When i asked about the resolve of the complaint they said we will inform you when we received. I think so a big gang played a big dirty game with the valuable customer of this country. I request baba ram dev ji pl look after the matter...What is this ? Sir With great regret I would like to inform you that Atta Purchased at our locality in Puranderpur, Mithapur, Patna contained some white worms which was detected only on yesterday itself after consuming nearly half portion of the bag.I had purchased 10 kg bag. I am mostly using the product of Patanjali since long but no complain came till now.This is a first time I have seen the worms in the Atta. I attach copy of Atta Bag. Dear Sir/ Madam, Ref order No A8J1DL2O on Patanjali Ayurved Limited. The pack that got delivered against above order did not contain two ordered items. I have not been able to contact anyone on the phone number given for the past 1 week. No response from the company to the email sent on their website as well as to their customer care email id.

Order v placed on[protected]. I have not received it yet. They gave me an invalid tracking number of for a different order. I have tried to contact them multiple times, no one picking up the call. We only receive canned response email. I have paid rs 515. I do not know whether I will get the items or not at least they should issue the refund.
