I booked an on-line order on date 10/09/2015 through https://patanjaliayurved.net for home glossary materials. System generated Order No. was NEHPU205 No. of Items booked = 14 Value = Rs.550/ Tax = Rs.59/ Total = Rs.609/ deducted from my Andhra Bank Account number [protected] Transaction details are Transaction ID : IB/India/Patanjal/Dadb[protected], Transaction Date : 10/09/2015 But till date I have not received the delivery of above order. Even I have not received a single message or email from the seller's side. In this regard I contact via phone & email to M/s Patanjali Ayurved at their website contact number[protected] &[protected] and at email id [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net and [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org After several trails (around 20-25 times in 3-4 days) my phone picked once by customer care on 22/09/2015 and ask me to again send email to Mr. Kingsuk Nandi. But my both the email to customer care and Mr. Nandi are rejected by server of Panjali Ayurved. Please look into the matter and do the needful so that I will received return my money Rs609/ back in my account. My name is Pawan Tiwari resident of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. I have been buying thousands of Rupees of Patanjali products of all segments especially Patanjali Desi Ghee as I had full confidence till just recently (unfortunately just lost the confidence). I had brought a 5 liter container of Patanjali Ghee for my home from a store close by. This location of store is very close to Chetakpuri, Madhavnagar and Hari Shankar Puram colonies. My mother opened the container and started to use the ghee. As soon as the vessel started to heat up with this ghee in it, my mother noticed that the ghee is totally adulterated. It was absolutely nakli ghee. I and my mother went to the store from which I bought the ghee. This is when we were totally shocked on hearing the response of the shop owner. He kept the container with him and asked me to come over on 21.09.2015 as by then he said that he would be able to get it tested. Yesterday I went to the store to check what he has done and what in return will I get if its confirmed that the ghee container had nakli ghee. Nothing absolutely he gave in return. He only said that "Jo bacha hua ghee hai uska hisab kar denge", but that too he didn't do yesterday.

Patanjali is not as we all are thinking about because their are many complaints here ... their website is also not working today i.e patanjaliayurved.net so i cant check my ordered products status ... so i ordered some products from this website on saturday 19 of september ... the payment mode was online net banking now i didnt received any order no. ... their customer care no. is also not working ... now what to do. the order was of around 500 rs please help. now i just have the payment ref, no. .

I ordered from patanjali website on 25/07/15 order number GSZH28A7. Even after two months I haven't received the order. No one picks up their customer care number. I sent them several emails and the only reply was they will get back to me, which they haven't done. I have asked them to either deliver the order or refund immediately. Still waiting for a reply.

With reference to the Prepaid order ID #7EZN96SO placed on 29 August 2015.What is the status of the order ? What is the expected delivery date ? The phone number given by you (+[protected] is unattended when today(31.8.2015) I called two times at around 11:30 am. No reply is coming from your customer care email Id . I have sent several mails. I bought patanjali honey 500 gram pack some days back. to my shock and surprise, there is literally sugar deposition on rim of the pack and on the inner side of the product. Patanjali is the name people trust and they adulterate there products this way fooling people is shameful. Ramdeo baba speaks so much on corruption and principles and all and where is he himself and his trust heading to? Playing with people's lives this way is mere Cheating! Its better else we consume foreign products! Atleast they are much pure then this!

Yesterday I went to buy gulkaand in Janakpuri C3 market in pretext that its baba ram dev ji product which I trust a lot and I paid rs 45 and came back happily taking this product. As I am regular customer I didn't bother to open and check its seal. What I found later on was a shock to me, seal was broken of this gulkaand. I rushed to shop with my husband when i shown this to shopkeeper so called DR. Ved prakash instead of helping and understanding consumers he started shouting on me and didn't bother to exchange it. he started showing me display which states u r responsible for anything you buy without checking. If the Consumer trust this patanjali shop the shopkeepers should not do fraud with consumers by giving them used products. And the behavior of this man was pathetic, infact he harassed me to go court if I have problem with him He also said I don't earn anything by sitting in this patanjali shop as I am not getting any commission. I will definitely go to higher authorities if anything not done with this asap and I want my gulkaand to be exchanged asap.

I have place an order(UNSDM3ZA) on 16th july 2015 amounting to Rs.217 and when I opened the package it was something else.Then, I immediately called the customer care and they told they might have sent someone others order and they told me to drop a email with all details and images of the invoice and products that I had received.I immediately mailed them but they did't respond.Its been more than one week and now they are neither answering phone nor responding to emails. I have paid the amount 1093Rs again for the same list of items to patanjaliayurved from different account as the first transaction was failed. At second time the transaction succeeded & the order also confirmed by patanjaliayurved. Now it is about to complete a month for happening that incident. I received mail from E-commerce team of patajali that the money will be returned within 3-4 days but no action yet. They even don't pick up calls and no responcse to emails as well

Myself Deepak kr Swain, its 8 days long i ordered a series of patanjali product from patanjaliayurved. Net, whereas neither they delivered that order to me nor attaining any call from me. In this regard i hv attached copy of order & the contacts they are providing to us. Kindly look into matter.

What is wrong with patanjali online store, i don't understand, i order something and next day the website goes under maintenance, i try contacting them no one lifts phone. my order number is #ZDME8PC7 i ordered 5 days back, no response has come. please get my stuff else refund the money. and i will say ..worst online service ..u guys are just spoiling the name !!!

I have ordered some products online from patanjali ayurved on last saturday, 13th June '15 and as soon as payment is done online, I have got a order confirmation from their end, the details of which is shown below: Patanjali Ayurved Limited, Company TIN No. [protected] Your Order Number is #BKO064AH But when I tried to track it online, their website is found to be 'under maintenance' for the last 2 days and also when I tried calling the customer care No, [protected], nobody is picking it up... How can I get a support / refund of my money??

We were consuming mastered oil produced by Patanjali for last one year. In this current month, we purchased one 5 litre gallon and 1 litre bottle of mastered oil from the shop of Mr Manjit Singh, near Civil Hospital, Tezpur, Assam. While the oil poured on the hot pan it has been observed that abnormally foam is made continuously leaving dirt particles at the bottom. This time, the smell of the oil is also different. We have stopped using the oil further. The Batch No of the product is 1551 Mfg date May-2015. Already we have informed the shop about the abnormality of the product at their contact No [protected] today. We have a doubt that either the stock is outdated or there has been temperament with the product in transit. Please look into the matter giving priority . My contact No [protected].

I ordered 3 product from patanjali online store with the order no.H0V9OD1Q and also I made payment by credit card on 25th may but still I did not get and call or any mail and when I tried to call on customer care no.[protected] no one responded, and also I call to Kingsukh([protected]) but that person also not responded my call.

I have order online items but my amout got dedacted from my account but I didn't recevie any order confrimation mail. then I have mail to customer care [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net and also try to call[protected] but no response. dont know what to do.

The above it absolutely true. Patanjali Ayurved Anand Bagh is selling products from local vendors which are much costly than patanjali original. Please make sure this branch only sell products only from patanjali. My grievance is not about paying them, its about the wrongful solicitation and affecting the core value of patanjali. I tried to Divya Godhan Ark, they are selling same product from a vendor from Vijayawada. Please correct them, not good for society nor country, only individuals are benefiting from such cheap mentality.

Dear all, Patanjali Ayurved - Anand Bagh address : (24-87/5, Opp. SBI Anand Bagh Rd, Aishwarya Plaza, Anandbagh, Malkajgiri Secunderabad, Telangana 500047) This review is to create awareness and also to highlight how the good will of Baba Ramdev and patanjali is misused. I've spoken to Patanjali Haridwar office about the below incident also written a mail to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org. Visited the shop, its was grandiosely Spacious and glittering with two superb marketing sales personals who were luring the crowd to buy some other products apart from Patanjali products. When we asked for a doctor visit, it was told that there would be a consultation charge for the supermio doctor of Rs : 100/-, when we questioned them that there's no consultations in any of the Patanjali clinic how can they demand to pay, this sales personal louringly said us if you want to visit doctor pl pay and visit, else leave. My grievance is not about paying them, its about the wrongful solicitation and affecting the core value of patanjali. Also its about holding stock of other products rather than patanjali products I am really not sure if Patanjali officials are aware of the fact of it I really doubt this being a chain of Patanjali chikitsalaya.
