I too have not received my order paid on line on[protected] tracking no is #XUY6TLOH status shows pending since the day ordered. have not received any update yet. tried calling them up but they have not picked my call or replied to my query on the email.

Feels like its a fake site. made a mistake ordering it. Bad service not satisfied at all.

I placed order ([protected]) on 20th Feb, however still the status is showing as Pending. Please deliver my order ASAP or refund my amount.

I had made an online payment for Rs. 350/- as well and still no intimation or information about my product. Sent numerous emails and tried to reach customer care, but no response.. No reply or return emails about status of product.

CONTAMINATION IN PUSHTAHAAR DALIA

PUSHTAHAAR DALIA WAS PUCHASED FROM SECTOR 4 FRANCHISE, BOKARO STEEL CITY, JHARKHAND (PRODUCT BATCH NUMBER CQ 85, DATE OF MANUFACTURING DATE:[protected]. JALA WAS FOUND IN THE SEALED PACKET OF PUSHTAHAAR DALIA UPON OPENING IT.

i book my order of rs.511.from patanjaliayrved.net.this amt deduct from my hdfc bank credit card.but from last 8 days i cant getting order number or products delivery. on customer care number no one is pick up the phone.so what can i do?
plz i want back my money as early as possible.

(1) I wish to inform to Patanjali Ayurveda, that no body proper response (call / email) from your side.

(2) But by thanks God, I received my order some 5-6 days ago.
Now I withdraw my complaint and request Consumer Complaints forum to make complaint status as CLOSED.

(3) But I received some SPAM call for giving my bank account or ATM card details.
These numbers are

(5) I request other consumers will take precautions against such type of fraud calls.

I had ordered items fro the Patanjali site as per the below mentioned details--

However till today the shipment has not been received despite several reminders on mail.

Even I have not received my order. Any idea what needs to be done next?

on 10th september i had order and my account was debited Rs 610. I get an sms on that day stating my order id is 9837 and it is in process. but till date not received any goods and not my money was back.

it is with utmost regret i am writing this mail to you hoping for a redressal to my suffering.

I have placed an order on 17/05/2021. The order no - [protected]. It's now 17 days and the consignment has not been despatched. I have raised complaint through website. Ticket id - #[protected]. I have raised concern over telephone. Complaint id - 120548. I have also raised concern through email. Ticket id :- [#om[protected]]
in spite of all these efforts my consignment has not been despatched till today. Please tell me what more should i do or contact whom so that my paid consignment is despatched.

I am also experiencing the same problem. money worth rs 1650 i have lost. no account, no items received. none picks up and gives proper answer. i doubt the authentication of the site and recognition of the organization. may be an online fraud. will have to seek legal remedy.

Please deliver my order ASAP or refund my amount.

i should have seen these reviews before placing my order. even i ordered 10 days back and all the time they tell new stories. Customer support s very poor, no one answers phone there...
will never recommend unless they change ...

i have also ordered the series of product but in their site nothing is showing about the order the phone is not picked by any person please help

I faced worst. I placed an order which got delivered in 1 month. Its was a packed parcel and bluedart asked us to pay first, amount was 2835 and when we opened, items were missing.
When we contacted bluedart, they said they cannot do anything and asked us to contact Patanjali. But then no one answers there phone or mail. So basically you cannot contact them. You have to go physically to Haridwar. So order only if you have enough time to fight with these people after physically going there.

A good lesson learnt for lost money. Every dick and harry cannot do online business, so order at this site on your own risk and dont cry after you have read the comments and still ordered

I have ordered Patanjali medicine worth of ₹720 and no confirmation email sent to my mail id. Next day I written an email to the email id specified in their website, it bounced back. Called many time no one answers phone. Looks like scam website.

I had ordered a list of items with the order ID Order ID: 23677 with the Tracking number AWB I[protected] and the payment mode was COD.
The DTDC dotzot courier delivery guys took 2852 Rs from me, there is no response from the Patanjali.net customer service.
Delivery guys are such irresponsible people they are manipulating the invoice and using the COD system to RIP customers off with unusual reasons. The invoice number #25761 is for 1180 and they keep saying they can only take the System generated amount of Rs 2820 which is simply outrageous. I expected it would be because there is a second delivery from these people and now they keep saying they have 2 invoices which is simply Illegal. One for the collection People where they took 2852 and the Customer copy provided was for 1180. These are the guys who just run the Black market by simply manipulating every legal rules they should follow in an online sale...

The pic of the invoice is provided below. These guys are just spoiling the Good name Baba Ramdev has and simply making everyone a fool trying to Scam the hard earned money we have. Please do Check them up and make necessary actions to get our money back and moreover stop these people from Looting our Nation...

I ordered some stuff one week back and haven't heard from them since. I received an SMS that gave me my order number:33383 but I cannot track my shipment. There is no customer support, no one answers the phone and no they don't even send any email. I paid for the order using my debit card.How can I get my money back?

Ok.. As soon as I register a complain here... I received a message which means they are definitely aware of whats going on here. The message says that my order has been dispatched.Received this message after one week. Lets see, after how many years they deliver it.

I have got panicked after missing the delivery and replied a mail to customer care; the next day I received my package. All are good. No issue.

We used to get on time delivery with other ecommerce sites, so the expectation is same with this too, compare to other site this one is not par in handling the couriers.

But I have received my package with all the products. So I am happy. Thanks.

I've ordered different items worth Rs 500 (paid ) (order no- [protected] | Order Date :[protected]:56 PM) which was shipped by First Flight Courier with tracking no. AWB No. W[protected] as they are claiming.Now, the items are showing as delivered on my address on 08.02.2017 but I have not got any items.I have sent mail on [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net but they are doing nothing.I have called at their customer care no[protected] number of times but no one is picking up the call. Its a very dissapointing experience and its also ruining the name of patanjali. Kindly resolve my issue.
