Our bus broke down around 5am in the morning om 12 may 2023.
We were stuck at Hubballi TOLL GATE . as I'm writing this complaint it's 10. 45 am. Its been more than 5 hours we are waiting with no proper update from the Driver or Mechhanic no one is sending an alternative bus for us.
No food or water is being provided to us

I traveling with a 17 months old child and we are suffering I demand for refund.

    Hello sir/mam,
    I am akshay waghmare traveling in pulo traves of date 9 may from pune to goa in a travels GA 08V 5097.
    And the travels is fail in behind 15 km in kolhapur city on 4.15 am.
    And ab till now no any action taken. No aarangemet of travels done from company.
    3 hrs gone waste. Getting late.
    All passangers are request you
    Help as early as possible.

      Worst experience when I traveled from Panjim to Bengaluru on 1st May 2023, bus number GA-08-V-5045. as it was long weekend the bus price was 2500 rs instead of regular 1200 rd. Bus arrived pick up point 2 hours 30 min late, it was supposed to pick up at 6-30 but arrived at 9-15.. driver missed couple of roads during journey and took turns to come back to actual road, staffs inside the bus were very rude, when i asked when it will reach bengaluru they replied it will reach u just go and sleep in a rude manner.. No curtains to the last 2 seats. Bus brokedown midway 80kms from destination, no alternative transport arranged.. we waited for 1 hour and we arranged our own transport and reached 5 hours late than expected time and lost a day salary (worth 5k).. i want to complain this and want refund of my transport fees.

        My bus boarding point was Mira Road(st.joseph churach) and departure time was 6 PM(29th April 2023). I reached on my boarding point at 5.20PM and started to wait for bus as the boarding point was initial point of the bus journey but at 5.50 PM I got the message that my bus got delayed by 2 hrs.So, I stay for next 2.15hrs at boarding point and I didn't get any updates regarding bus arrive from Paulo Travels then around 8.30 I Got the news that my bus boarding point changed Borivali (National park) and then I discussed with Paulo Travels they said to reach National Park via Auto and bus will arrive around 9.15PM as well as driver will reimburse the Auto Rickshaw fare for me.I reached National Park at 9.15 PM but bus didn't arrive there that time so I called Paul travels they informed that bus will arrive in 10 mins.From 9.30 PM, I tried to reach Paulo Travels office and Driver but they didn't respond me, they were rejecting my calls either not answering the calls.At 10.30 PM bus arrived at National Park, then I Requested for reimbursement about autorickshaw fare but he directly rejected my request.I tried to reach Paulo Travels office but they didn't respond me.

        So these kind of trouble I have faced between 5.20 PM to 10.45PM.
        1)They should have sent me bus delay acknowledgement atleast before 1hr of bus departure time but they informed me at 5.50PM and I had to start waiting for bus next 2.30hrs.
        2)They did not inform me about bus repair situation till 8.15PM and suddenly they told me that bus Boarding point is changed to Borivali National park.Why Paulo Travel and Redbus did not inform me before 1hr of bus departure time?
        3) Then I reached on Borivali National park stop at 9.15 PM but then I had to wait another 1.15hrs for bus.

        During this period,
        A)I didn't receive any proper response and updates from Paulo Travel.
        B) Paulo Travel did not reimburse my Auto rickshaw fare as they said.
        C)I fed-up and faced mentally disturbance as well as frustration.

        So this shows that you don't care about your passengers and Your staff is liers.

        I will never travel in the Paulo Travels again.

          Bus timing was 6:00 pm.. I was bit early at around 5:00 pm .. I requested the driver to keep my baggage as it was heavy but he refused.. at 5:45 I asked him again .. bt he said no .. the bus departure was 6:00 and he is telling me to come in at 6:00 n telling in a ride voice i[censored] want to complain.. u can complain.. very bad experience with this bus AR 11 A 7566..

            Over seating in bus on middle of the seat all people r seating n too much noise so plz take action right now

                I took ticket from goa to Ahmedabad ac bus fare and they drop me to Mumbai and giving van till surat

                This is serious offence I want my refund or I will file case against paulo travels not expected also I will launch court case and newspaper if I will not get refund.

                  Hi, we had traveled in paulo bus on 19th Dec. PNR:D7883GYB

                  We had booked tickets for seat number 1, 2, and 6. But we were forced to sit in seat number 1, 2, and 3. The way we were forced was very rude by bus operator.
                  He was rude to all other passengers as well and his slang was far from professional.
                  It was very bad experience and we will never travel by paulo travels again.

                  We also wanted to mention that many people were drunk in the bus and the bus operator also seemed to be drunk.

                    We have booked 3 seats from Goa to Bangalore on 18th Dec, 2022. PNR: D7883GYB

                    The seats that we booked was 1, 2 and 6. But we had to shift to 1, 2, and 3. This movement was forceful and very rude from the bus operator. Not only to us but to other people also he was using very rude slang. Me and my friends had very bad experience.
                    The people who took our seat were too drunk and I think the bus conductor was also drunk.
                    I will never choose paulo to ever again for travelling.

                      I was booked ticket for aurangabad to pune on 25nov2022 but on time agent said travels was cancelled that was okay but till now i didn't get refund from your side. I called your costumer care number but no one received call and your whole system was fake i realised worst service ever. Give me refund.

                        The driver not stopping the bus for urinal and even not turning the charging pin on. The behaviour of driver was too rudeless.

                          The driver is very rude also denied to turn the plugs to charge the Mobile phone's and not even stopping the bus while a person suffering from urinals

                            All,

                            This is really exploiting services you are offering. While booking on[protected]pnr[protected] the seats there were 19, 20 seats were vacant but after making payment I got confirmation for the seats 21 & 22. This is really frustration thing, I have to make 14 hrs journey and you people doing this I had specially downloaded the app to book the tickets but going forward I will not even think to travel with you and would not advise in my circle to travel with you.

                            And trying from last 1 hr to contact on all customer care numbers shared on email but no one is receiving the call

                              Sir/ Madam,

                              Today I am travelling from borivali to kudal through your service.
                              PNR:[protected], Mumbai KUDL, M80, Date:01-Oct, Seat:4, Total Fare 735 Dep:04:10 PM, Pickup:Borivali (e) axix bank near n Boarding Point Location.
                              After reaching Kalamboli bridge myself got down for washroom taking pickup person.
                              After coming back I saw bus going ahead in front of me. I tried to stop it.
                              I then called driver and made arrangements to reach my bus.
                              How can pick up person allow bus to depart without counting travellers?

                                Denied to halt for toilets in between and gave just 5mins to wind up lunch and breakfast forced to leave lunch and breakfast as it is, even was not bother about ladies in the bus to stop for toilets
                                This is pathetic service cheap behaviour and rply from bus staff

                                  You driver and Conductor staff is very rood not cooperate with customers, I am requesting both stop bus for urine pass but both nor listening saying city hai bad me call karta hoon but no call when I go there nevertheless not listening after long time he stop on one stop after long arrgument

                                  This is not good for company business groth customer never approach you next time pls look into this

                                      First thing there is no customer support team for this travel, pune office will not support for Online line booking and head office will say contact regional office and send email..

                                      I have never received reply of my email, almost 8000 rupees is pending with them but still no response yet.

                                      I will raise a complaint again Paulo in local police station if not received money with in 2days, i will make all paulo bus will be broken here in pune.worst bus service than ever faced

                                        I have booked tickets to Goa from boarding point viman Nagar but I your provider also book another ticket from wherever I don't know but their is another one person seat on booking I have called to your provider they will argue with me and roughly talk with me and I have got seat on after 45 min and already bus was late arrival to pickup point near about above 1 hour this is rough experience for me and next time I will sure my contact person are not use this bus.
