Dear customer service team,

This has reference to my ticket no tm[protected] from pune to kolhapur on 7th may 18. I had a horrible experience during my travel to kolhapur.

I would not recommend any friend to book paulo travels again for any of their tours. Vehicle no. Ar 11 a 5045. Contact no of the driver [protected].

I have a complaint to be registered against the 2 drivers. I was travelling alone for official tour from pune to kolhapur.

Firstly the bus arrived almost at 10.20 pm instead of the reporting time of 21.30. The bus took a halt at 12 am for a break. That was fine as the people who wanted to go to washroom could take a break but the driver made all the passengers get down irrespective of the fact that they were sleeping in the bus including myself. He woke up everybody and made us stand outside the bus as he was closing the bus main door and shutting down the a/c. I was absolutely shocked by this irrational behavior.

Kolhapur was supposed to reach early morning around 4.00 am but as the bus was running late i thought that i will reach kolhapur around 5.00 to 5.30 am.

I slept off in the bus but to my dismay, none of the drivers woke me up on reaching kolhapur. I thought that the bus was running late. Around 6 am when i went to enquire about the time to reach kolhapur, the drivers informed me that the bus had reached kudal which is approx. 167 kms from kolhapur. They said lie that they had called put the name but i did not hear any calls to get down. It is their duly to remember which passengers are getting down on which stop.in the entire bus only 2 people were getting down in kolhapur. When one person got down was it not their duty to check for the other person as well.

Then i have to travel from kudal to kolhapur back again which took me 5 hours. My official time got wasted plus the mental and physical agony i had to face.

I am complaining this as need a strict action against the 2 drivers who were on duty that day. I do not want any other lady who is traveling alone should face this kind of trauma in future. I will be content if some strong action is taken against the 2 drivers and informed to me as well.

    The bus that redbus claims to be of paulo travels is that of sai virbhadra.. Where in the buses are in pathetic state..ac not working + dirty sheets. Seats are changed last moment. If this is what redbus & paulo travels provides, they are clearly cheating customers. If paulo teavels is maintaing sai virbhadra they should mention same in the website.

      I had booked tickets for[protected] to travel goa - hyderabad. The bus timing was 4.30pm - 7.30am. But due to the negligence of travels staff bus broke down at lodon (100kms from goa). Me and my friend booked that bus seeing my convenience of time i. E; 7.30am and because of the poorest maintenance of paulo our bus broke down at mid night 9pm and the driver and staff we're repairing for 4 hours then they called to paulo office in goa to send a mechanic to lodon who was expected to reach lodon by 2pm and we had no hope that they would repair the bus so we had to stop and convince a bangalore bus and pay him again to travel banglore and from there take a flight to hyderabad to reach before 1 as we had my last viva presentation for my mba. Because of the poorest service we had spent lot of money and risking my 2 yrs post graduation degree.
      2tickets from goa to hyderabad — rs 3150
      We payed to banglore bus — rs 3200
      Banglore - hyderabad flight — rs 10, 000
      Such a shameful services of paulo for which we had to spend so much money. I would expect paulo travels to at least refund my tickets money.

        I m travelling from pune to indore on 29/04/18. Bus fare is very much higher than other operators for sitting seats also. Bus travelling 2-3 hrs late from its scheduled time. It suppose to reach at indore at 9:26am but will be reached at 12:00 pm. Such a chip service given by paulo even after taking lot of money from customers. One should go in consumer forum against paulo for such a chip service.

          I am writing to complain about the inconvenience and pain that we had to go through because of the paulo bus breakdown (Bangalore to goa). After the breakdown we were told to board the kadamba local bus which was going from belgaum to goa, and the ticket money also we had to pay. They did not even pay for that bus fare. We paid from our pocket.

          And now after about more than one month finally they are refusing to give the refund.

          I had booked it from makemytrip. I had written complaint mail to both makemytrip and paulo travels. I did not receive any reply from paulo. Very unprofessional.

          From makemytrip i received a call asking for all the details. And i told them all the details. At around 6.30 morning the bus brokedown. Then from there we boarded a local kadamba bus to reach goa. Which was around 3 to 4 hours journey. And this bus charge also we has to pay.

          I was not keeping well that day so had booked ac sleeper even though it was very costly, so that i can reach home comfortably without any problem. But i had to bear more discomfort, pain and inconvenience because of bus breakdown. Then what is the point of paying so much and booking costly bus if we do not get the expected service.

            This is such a pathetic situation i have faced today with the worst travels ever. Paulo.
            I booked my ticket for 4th march from shirdi to goa. Neither a call nor message was sent to me for the information related to bus cancel. I was with my family on roads trying to reach you guys but still very harsh answers. "bus cancel pls plan an alternative with some other travels" this is the time when i was with my family standing on roads. Just imagine your owner standing in my situation on roads. I need justice very soon else get ready for a legal notice.

              My parents were traveling from goa to mahabaleshwar on 25th feb 2018. Bus was scheduled to arrive at wai phata at 3 a. M next day and from there mini bus will take them to mahabaleshwar.
              There was no mini bus standing there and driver informed us it will come by 6a. M and you wait here.
              Waiting for 3hr at midnight is inappropriate. This type of services we do not expect. Kindly take a note of it.

                Sir, i along with my wife had traveled from panjim to pune on 12 feb by 8:30 pm bus, pnr[protected]. The bus broke down at 42 km from panjim at about 10:15 pm. As learnt from your staff, compressor of the bus which had been repaired during the day again failed. Though replacement bus was provided after about 2 hours of wait on the road side, but this was not multi-axle and had different layout so there was a chaos/ fight getting seats.
                The bus finally reached 3 hours late and i reached late for work. Hope you appreciate the inconvenience caused to me and my wife.
                The above is definitely deficiency in service which was caused due to avoidable circumstances.
                As a compensation i would request you to provide refund of my ticket fare.

                  On our way back from goa to bangalore[protected], 6:15. P. M pick-up from paulo parking, goa) we were promised and charged for a multi-axle bus, but to our surprise a normal sleeper coach turns up and we are asked to adjust. I also called up an paulo travel agent, after listening to the entire situation she just cuts the call. Unfortunately we had also booked goa package tour which also had paulo cruise included so after the cruise we were told a pick-up will be sent to take us back to out hotel so after the cruise we repeatedly called a given number but no one answered so we waited for 30 mins and we had to find our way back to the hotel by ourselves. I would never book and recommend paulo travels again..

                    The behaviour of the person at paulo office at mapusa mr. Atul... Was very bad. He was not ready to tell the name but some other guy told me.
                    When i enquired about my bus timing n showed him the online booking ticket. He replied... "have u informed us before booking? Go n find bus yourself, get out from my office. Who is paulo? I don't any one" these was his reply...

                    Such type of behaviour is not expected from paulo n their agent. So cheap people n their language. Paulo need to take strict action against this.

                      Worst bus condition...
                      Drunked driver... And dangerous cleaner
                      Irresponsible travel mangers they know drivers drunk and drive but don't take any action
                      Over speed...
                      No safety for passenger lives...
                      Luggage is opened without owners permission and staff drinking infront of passengers... Please don't travel in this bloody paulo travels buses... I[censored] look at the price it's less but they will show hell
                      I don't belong to any travels, u can take any travel other than this... I experienced the hell that's y i am writing from my heart, they tortchered like anything...

                        I booked ticket from pune to vapi and the seat allotted to me was already provided to someone else. I was asked to cooperate and wait till i was allocated the seat. There were other seats with the same issue. So i lost 1 hour sorting out all the problems plua 1 hour till a seat was allocated to me. This is really frustrating service by paulo travels

                          My bed was wet with explosive diarrhoea and despite repeatedly wishing to stop the bus to get off briefly, the driver refused and instead shouted at me for slowing the bus down. Resultantly, all parrengers moved to the back of the bus to avoid the stench, and the driver stopped twice in eight hours. I couldn’t help myself and was since diagnosed with cholera. I made several formal complaints to the company, both in writing and in person and i was informed that this was my fault. Paulo travels gave the the most humiliation i have ever experienced.

                            Dear sir,

                            Above subject bus no mh.18. Ba.8199 are totally upset our looking view of paulo travel bus.

                            Today dt.18.12.17 we are travelling from bus looking for safe and good journey but after sitting in bus it was bad journey. Bus not proper. It gives pain in head. Filling like omitting. Unhygienic, cannot take a pure breath. Bad smell, full of dust. I fill suffocation.

                            When ladies ask to wait for movement for pie, driver not allow to stop bus.
                            Bus stop at unhygienic place and also not getting food which are said in menu.

                            When we ask waiter to provide fried rice they says not available. When i spoke to driver, he says manager told them to stop at such restaurant.
                            I asked manager he says we don't have food which we select from menu.

                            I asked pune manager nos which was nobody from daba was not giving. Then i took from driver. Manager name was mr somnath. I spoke to him but he says whatever is available eat those. He was disgusting man i never find anywhere.

                            No manner for customer service. Finally we did not had food and sit in the bus. These is the pathetic service of paulo bus.

                            I advice for all people around india those who travel from any travel service. Please check and confirm before taking tickets. They says, bus will give good service, will stop at restaurant but they think of earning money from your harden cash from pocket.

                            Paulo travel are a biggest thieves i found when we see how arrogant manner they speak. They want people to eat anywhere at any unhygienic place where food are available but not our selection mention in menu but what they will provide.

                            I hope you will check in this matter and get better solution to avoid this kind of service.

                              We are travelling from goa to pune..
                              1. Bus delayed in mapusa, goa by 45 minutes, we waited over there and have been told that we have to travel by other bus and will get the original booked bus in theid way of the journey.

                              2. We board the another bus before 30-40 km feom kolhapur.

                              3. Bus haulted 18km before the kolhapur at 5.30 pm and we waited over there for 4.30 hrs.
                              Mechanic repair the bus and journey started without guarantee as most of the travellers have to catch another bus/train/flight feom pune..
                              But after all this no response from paulo..

                              Cleaner said only this bus will go and representative from paulo, kolhapur said don't talk to me, talk to manager as manager was not present...

                              This is the worst ever travel experience i ever had been.

                              No care for passengers, no proper arrangements, no proper response...

                                Now i'm in the bus from benglore to goa...

                                Bus fully hot. No a/c and no power (Electricity) in power point... Then why i want to pay 1000 rs to you...

                                The govt bus kadamba also provides good service compare to you

                                Your contractor speaking style is not good... He speaking dis - respect words in hindi...

                                Now ur service going down surely i will not choose again

                                  I was travelling from nagpur to pune by paulo travels. A single lower berth was booked by me. After the bus covered last stop in nagpur, the conductor of bus started taking passengers externally who wants to travels from nagpur to wardha or yavatmal (Taking fare less and external without the concern of bus operator). A lady was made to sit on my single berth and i was told to adjust with her till wardha. But i have booked and paid complete fare so why i am suppose to adjust with anybody. That lady started throwing my bag and fighting with me. Atlast i made that lady to shift to some other seat. Very bad experience with paulo travels.

                                      Very bad experience with paulo travels, took more than 25 hours to reach goa from mumbai as bus which we booked got breakdown, after waiting full night they arranged other bus for travelers, when we came back from goa to mumbai we found cleaner was so rude and arrogant, after asking several times can you please stop bus for 2 minutes he shouted on us, i will personally never suggest anyone do not travel by paulo.

                                        My wife, daughter with 5 months old granddaughter, berth numbers 13 & 14 travelling by paulo bus from belgaum to hyderabad at 9 pm on 15th oct, 2017, returned back to belgaum by svr bus at 6 am on 16th oct, 2017, since paulo bus failed at 11 pm on 15th itself at 60 kms away from belgaum.

                                        When matter is taken up with mobikwik for refund, they say that alternate arrangements were made by paulo and hence no refund can be arranged.

                                        After suffering whole night from 11 pm in night on 15th oct till 4 am early on 16th, they, with our 5 months granddaughter, returned back in svr bus coming from hyderabad, since no alternate arrangement was made till 4 am.

                                        Unable to further tolerate the weather torture n mosquitoes, since no alternate arrangement was made, they returned back.

                                        Request paulo travels to understand n arrange refund through mobikwik immediately since matter is pending from 16th oct, 2017.
