Im traveling from pune to goa today. The bus driver has given me one seat for 2 people staying that he is going to give me 2 seats. He has charged me money for 2 people in a less rate i guess without tell the owner.
I got the bus from katraj at 645 am and i. Very upset about this since i wanted 2 seats specially.

I had booked 3 tickets from kudal to Pune on 30 dec. Bus was supposed to arrive at 10:15 where as it came 11:30. Bus got failed at gagan bawda at around 2 o clock there was no alternate arrangement by company. Around at 4 o clock they arrange alternate travels & boarded us on bus when it leave that spot & furthy go 2 km driver told us that there are only 3 seats whee as we were 6 persons we have to travel in cabin otherwise leave the bus....

Hi, I was travelling from Pune to Goa on 29th Nov. I had booked the bus as it was going to Margao else I had other convenient bus options available as per my timing. When we reached Panaji, driver said that Panaji is the last stop and said that wait for other bus and when we asked him when the other bus will arrive, he said he doesnt know..Next time, if you guys dontvwant to goto Margao, please dont mention Margao as the stop on the websites....

The paulo travels managers just didn’t respond in any help they could provide and asked us to arrange our own transport from there on.
This was totally unexpected behaviour towards customers who had trusted them for their travel
