        As per subject I have book ticket dated 10.11.2020 Goa to aurangabad vh no. Ga07 f 8724 driver mobile no. [protected]. pickup point malpe petrol pump but driver not stop that location after I calling to driver but this is not your driver no. Secondly icall your panji office but not response further vehical details. your office person give me driver number but its switch off I will try to call 1to 2 hours but that day I am not travel to my home.
        I kindly request to you please refund my that day journey amount of rs. 992.to my credit card when I book my ticket through red bus.

            Sir/madam, yesterday i booked ticket from jalna to pune .PNR no[protected].Bus no- GA-07F-8977.issue is that bus timing was 11.30PM on dated-08.11.2020.but bus was not reached at 11.30 PM, bus came at 1.45PM. bus was late 2.15hrs.so, i went by other bus to pune.so, kindly request you to refund my payment of Rs-1155/- .i also talked with paulo travels manager @ this issue.

                I booked my ticket online then i reach the bus location n catch they said ur seat number iz 24 nd there is allready one guy sleepin on my seat his seat number is also 24 now the bus guy telling u have too wait for some time for your seat i mean this is rediculus this kind of service they are providing i am waiting from last 15 minute for the seat which i paid nd booked

                  I am traveling on b75 py05 9149 goa to bangalore bus. I booked 2 seats, h i seat. But seats r not well push back is not working. The seat is tied up with small piece of cloth. After sitting nd traveling for one hour i am getting heavy back pain, so i talked with driver nd complained about this issue. But he didn't helped anything. So i can't travel like this through complete journey because it's a very long journey upto bangalore. So i need solution on this. Please do needful or else change my seats or refund my amount. Waiting for ur reply. Attaching seat pics for ur reference. With time nd date.

                    Im traveling from pune to goa today. The bus driver has given me one seat for 2 people staying that he is going to give me 2 seats. He has charged me money for 2 people in a less rate i guess without tell the owner.
                    I got the bus from katraj at 645 am and i. Very upset about this since i wanted 2 seats specially.
                    Is this the way you guys work where u don't even know what is happening

                      I had booked 3 tickets from kudal to Pune on 30 dec. Bus was supposed to arrive at 10:15 where as it came 11:30. Bus got failed at gagan bawda at around 2 o clock there was no alternate arrangement by company. Around at 4 o clock they arrange alternate travels & boarded us on bus when it leave that spot & furthy go 2 km driver told us that there are only 3 seats whee as we were 6 persons we have to travel in cabin otherwise leave the bus. He dropped us on highway at 4 o clock without considering ladies travelling with me. After argument he agreed to leave us at boarded point. When we reach at boarded point at kolhapur where failed bus was standing concern person name Akshay waghmare told us to continue same bus to 5 km where shivshahi bus has arranged at toll plaza of kolhapur. When we reach at toll plaza there was no such arrangement. Driver told us Driver started use abusive words & told uS we have to share single berth in 3 person otherwise leave the bus & arrange our own. So finally we share single berth in 3 person. I want strict action against concern persons for unconvince & mental harrasment. & My booking money back. Further bi also wanted to know what are the measure taken by company for safety of womens is such situations coz there was no action taken by company in such emergency. I also wanted to point out there was foreigner in bus who was occupied 2 seats by booking single seats. Bus staff told us they can't say anything to her just Cz she in foreigner. We Indian don't have value in our own country. Is there any policy of company to discriminate people & provide special treatment. I am filling complaint soon in consumer court with the help of other Co passenger if company don't take this matter seriously.

                        Hi, iam travelling to hyderabad. 29/11/19 5:30 is the bus, they have started 11 pm @ night.
                        I have meeting i'm pleased to not stop anywhere but the bus driver and management stopped and allowed drug alcoholic person in paulo travels which i was not comfort and i get down in belgaum @ nit 2 pm it was horrible situation for me. All families were faced problem in bus with paulo travels. Please raise a complaint. Y they are allowing alcoholic and drug persons in bus please make a strict rules.

                          Hi, I was travelling from Pune to Goa on 29th Nov. I had booked the bus as it was going to Margao else I had other convenient bus options available as per my timing. When we reached Panaji, driver said that Panaji is the last stop and said that wait for other bus and when we asked him when the other bus will arrive, he said he doesnt know..Next time, if you guys dontvwant to goto Margao, please dont mention Margao as the stop on the websites. This is not the right hospitality expected out of Paulo. I will recommend all my friends and family not to travel in Paulo anymore If this behaviour remains...I need a partial refund for my ticket amount which I had paid for this bus as then I had to travel on my own to Margao.

                            I had booked 3 tickets from madgoa to mumbai on saturday 9th nov, 19. Bus was supposed to leave from madgoa bus at 6:30 pm but bus never arrived. On enquiry on call the driver said that the bus was cancelled. We tried calling customer care number but no response was given. After asking other paulo bus driver nearby, we were taken to panjim bus stand in other paulo bus. After reaching there we were told the bus would arrive at 915 pm on bus stand. There is no proper waiting area which is very inconvenient. There were more families with kids and infants waiting for same bus. The clerk said that other bus is arranged and will leave around 945 pm. The bus was being repaired then. The bus was in bad condition. We weren't given any blankets as mentioned in the sms we received. All the contact numbers given were useless. The bus was vibrating and was very old. The seats were too uncomfortable and bus wasn't picking up speed at all (Confirmed by the driver as well). The driver kept waiting for seats to fill up at every place which wasted even more time. We have wasted rs. 3834/- on a very bad journey. This is very bad for such a named bus travels paulo.in all it took almost 20 hours to reach mumbai. This must be taken seriously

                            Right now at 20/10/2019 on 1:30 am, we are on the way from Mumbai to Goa Bus number is "AR11A8077". AC is not working, cushions have very bad odour. I have paid RS. 1000/-. I was not accepting these. Paulo has made my journey like hell.
                            I booked a ticket for GOA from Kharghar were I received a message for 10 rs watter bottle which he argued and took double and said if you want take or else leave at night 12.45 am. And also did not provide the blanket as per the message.. Rude service guy.. Fake service...

                              Hello all,
                              We were travelling from bangalore to goa via paulo travels when the bus broke down in the middle.
                              The paulo travels managers just didn’t respond in any help they could provide and asked us to arrange our own transport from there on.
                              This was totally unexpected behaviour towards customers who had trusted them for their travel

                                Dear sir,

                                I booked ticket from karwar to goa on 20th aug 2019. Due to some reasons i had to cancel it. I cancelled it in 21st aug 2019. However journey date was on 23 rd aug 2019. Cancellation was done before 48 hrs, as per cancellation policy only 30% to be deducted. But eve after 3 weeks i have not got any refund. I mailed them two times once on 28th aug 19 and 2nd sep 19 (Mail id: [protected]@paulotravels.com. But response.
                                I am attaching cancellation pdf after cancellation. They have simply mentioned status as cancelled. But not mentioned how much refund. But they shown while cancelling rs 585/- will be refunded. Even i checked in account log in of their website from where i booked and cancelled. There is no option for checking refund status also. Pls help in this regard.

                                  I wanted to book a bus from surat to pune. Inspite of having 13 empty seats in double berth, i was not allowed to book a single female seat. I have been travelling with paulo since a very long time now, but i am deeply disappointed with this denial of service on paulo's behalf. The response of the operator was that it is against their policy to let a single female book a double berth because they are unable to sell more seats. It is very irresponsible on paulo's behalf to state such reasons for not letting passengers book seat and giving more priority to profits against customer service. All the other operators allow bookings of single female on double berth. Paulo needs to revisit their policies to ensure that they give priority to customers over profits.

                                    I have booked my ticket in volvo bus for rs. 1470 from goa to aurangabad, this bus got canceled and alternative arrangement was done in multi axle bus, which is a low category bus which was costing only rs. 1100 at the time of booking. This bus was very old, dirty and stinking. Bus delayed by 3 hours and i could not reach my office. Pl refund me the difference amount.

                                      I booked ticket from Pune to Surat (PNR No[protected] date 7 June 2019. I have requested to cancel ticket prior and the ticket was canceled online by their apps., the refund amount shows Rs. 1560 after their standard deductions, same I have informed Pune office and the company asked to sent mail at [protected]@paulotravels.com, so mailed as their cancellation procedure. Even tried to call to Pune and goa head office but the response was misleading and deviating. They just pointed out each other to cancel the ticket. Even no response on mail and phone & no refund from the company.

                                        Our bus took off 1.5 hours late from Goa. 3 drunk men boarded the bus and created a ruccus about the AC not working. They abused the driver. The driver fought back. No alternative bus has been arranged. Women and kids are sitting here in the bus all night. We were going to arrive at Mumbai by 640 am. Which is now going to be 3 pm in the evening. As I type this, we are still waiting for the driver to come back. Paulo travels helplines are switched off. Customer care is ringing non stop to no help. They've been telling us the bus will reach in half hour since 4 long hours. Who do we ask for help? What to do? The whole list of customers should be given their money back. This is horrible and irresponsible of Paulo Travels. On their email of booking, they had clearly mentioned no alcohol allowed on the bus. Yet, they allowed these 3 male culprits with bag full of alcohol. They have been abusing non stop and are telling people that they'll take the seats
