    Hello,

    Maine 15 ko 2 tkts book kiya tha but after booking booking details me timing 3.5 am aaya tha. Timing raat ka book hua isliye maine dono tkts cancle kiya. But poulo travels se mera tkts cancle nahi kar rahe the aur mera refund bhi nahi de rahe hai. Maine bahut baar poulo office kolhapur office me phone kiya but wo log mera call nahi le rahe hai.

      I booked the ticket through online...but in the journey date they have not picked the customer...also they pointed out the customer instead of solving the issue...so I am asking my refund..but they are not denied

        I have booked 2 Tickets of Cost Rs. 5776

        1. Hyderabad to Bangalore ( PNR[protected] of Amount - Rs.2888
        2. Bangalore to Hyderabad ( PNR[protected] of Amount - Rs.2888

        But i got the refund of Amount - 2743, only partial Amount is refunded.

          Very Pathetic Service. No one is answering.
          Drive and staff is so rude, bus is delay more than 1 hour. Bus is at pick point but driver is busy in smoking and won't interested to start the bus. Also customer service is pathetic.

            I have a booking for Paulo bus through Red bus from Sawantwadi to Mumbai. To confirm the bus status I tried using "Call Boarding Point" option from red bus but call was unanswered. So tried calling on the other contact numbers which were found through Google. All the calls went unanswered and only call answered was in the Goa branch, I politely asked them about the bus status but the executive started talking rudely. I asked him to lower his voice and said to atleast talk politely, you can't talk to the customer like this. He shouted at me and said ofcourse we can talk rudely and hung up the call.

            After paying a huge amount to private services atleast polite behaviour is expected. Request you to take some action against this.

              This is regarding bus from goa to surat. The conductor's behaviour is very bad. When I asked for cabin light in night for studies he directly denied and misbehavioed. He is not coporating at all. I managed somehow but again water dipping started at my sleeper seat. I again raised issue but surprizeingly he didnt take any action and simoly said you have to sit there.
              I literrally got angry and thought of complaining here. Infact other passengers felt same issue what I felt with him.
              Pls take necessary step again the operator of the bus.

                I was sent a parcel by a company in New Mumbai, and I was supposed to receive it at Mapusa. some of the staff were not well or something and the parcel was taken to panaji, Now they are asking me to come to panaji to collect the parcel. I want to know why they cant bring it back to mapusa where i am ready to collect.

                If not I will just ask the company to refund my money back and take my business elsewhere.

                I am sorry but you are letting down your customers who have trusted you with your disappointing service and you are losing business for them, because of your inept attitude. I will certainly not refer anyone to send parcels through paulo travels.

                  I’m not sure if I can complaint against the courier service here, as I wasn’t getting a complaint website for that particular service. The courier service in Goa, margao(Gomes courier) is absolutely unprofessional. They charged me money for handling of the parcel but infact I had to go and collect it from the bus stand my self. I believe the bus came at 11am and I had to go to collect at 2pm. And they charged for nothing. Also their verbal communication to their customers is very rude. Pls forward this complaint to the respective authority if this is not the right place to raise the complaint. Thank you

                    I travelled from goa to mumbai and the bus took literally 21 hours to reach mumbai. Horrible experience. Never travel by paulo travels. They keep stopping the bus for no reason and waste people's time.

                        Hi,
                        My name is Tuwid Ranjan, i booked a bus ticket from Shirdi to Pune for[protected] at 4:15 pm in PAULO TRAVELS via" Goibibo".
                        I received a call from PAULO TRAVEL'S agent on[protected] arround 11 am and he informed that bus is cancelled today and they will refund my money after informing GOIBIBO .
                        Its been more than 24hrs and i have not received my money, i called that Goibibo agent again and he shared a main office number with me and asked to check with them.
                        I called on that number a lady answered my call and asked me to wait for 5 min fro update, i waited for 30 min no call received .Then i called back on same number and a illiterate person answered my call and said that "jisse baat hua tha wo bahar gai hai baad me call karo".
                        I requested him to help me in getting update regarding my refund.This time he started abusing me and said "mereko paisa diya tha kya chutiye jo mere se puch rha hai, phone rakh madarchod "

                        I asked his name he refuse to tell me his name and switched off the phone.

                        After this i called back to the person who called me (on[protected] to update the bus status.He again shared a number(previous number was switched off) with me and requested to call again.

                        I again called and asked for refund the same guy answered my call and this time i was recording the call .I have recording as a proof where he abusing me and asking to do what ever i want to do .

                        Refund is not yet done
                        If you want i can share call recording with you.Please take a proper action as he is calling me continuously and abusing

                              I had booked ticket from goa to Bombay on 6th April 2020 for 15th april 2020 journey... But due to lockdown extension.. the bus was canceled by the paulo operator and did not give back the refund yet... tried contacting the given number below in the screenshot... No reply whatsoever... Paulo has to return the money back because they had scheduled a bus to leave from goa on that day and then refuse to pay back by canceling the bus by themselves.. Kindly look into this matter soon... as it's been the same with many other people as well I guess...

                                I'm traveling from Goa to Hyderabad. The bus got a breakdown due to rash driving. It got breakdown around 12 am-midnight when we asked the driver and cleaner, they told us it will be down in an hour, but still, the issue didn't resolve and again asked around 5 am, they are telling the same old story, that it will be resolved around 30 mins.

                                    Travelled from SAWANTWADI TO MUMBAI
                                    Paid 1800/- rupees for an AC service throughout the route there was no AC cooling at all.
                                    All the passengers were vomiting inside bus due to suffocation.
                                    Bus was 2 hours late no cleanliness inside bus
                                    Cleaner named Pawan was very rude with us no co-orperation with passengers.
                                    Worst travel experience by bus
                                    Took money of AC service and no cooling and departed late seat comfortability also very poor no leg movement no body movement
                                    Just earling money and looting passenger.
                                    Very poor performance.

                                      Bus M34, GA 07 F 7077, [protected], Driver [protected] dated 24.01.2021, route Goa to Mumbai, was driving a bus very rashly. Constant breaks, unstable and speedy bus. After complaining he told that it's a single route and also je has timing to reach. He didn't listen to complaint of mine and fellow pasaengers.
