Dear team,
I had booked paulo travels from shirdi to pune on 4th sep 3: 15 pm (Boarding) seat no : 11.
Bus no : ga07 f 7077
During the halt after ahmednagar, i dropped out for washroom and noticed that i had forgot my wallet in the bus itself. Once coming from washroom, i asked driver to wait for 2 mins as i could not notice my wallet. I checked my seat and all my luggage and told driver that my walled had been missed in bus and is not found.
Also i asked the cleaner to help me out in checking the bus for the lost wallet, to which he seemed least interested and upon persuing twice he just checked as formality and reported not found.
I am being suspicious of this helper who took least interest in my scene.
Also while i inquired him for show samples of blankets as reported in the message from paulo tours, he was hesitant in showing the same.
I had to travel to bangalore from lohegaon airport and due to time constraint and ganapati immersions i dropped at chandan nagar bypass.
I called your managers at shirdi and katraj, however there was no solution.
The manager at katraj spoke very rudely, even though i was in bad situation with no cash and all indentity cards lost.
I some how managed to reach banagalore with 1:30 am flight.
I would request you to take the charge for the hepler and help me recover my wallet which contained :
2500 + cash
3 bank credit / debit cards (Blocked as of now)
Pan card
Other useful cards.
This has been my worst experience till date. Please take this complaint on priority basis as i am following up with pune police for the same.
