The bus was worst i ever seen, no maintainence, rude staff, very dirty and worst part at 3 am they told all passengers to get down near kolhapur villageas they dont have license till mumi and they shift all o[censored]s all travelleres get harraswith their small kids.3 hrs delay and paulo is liar plz stop this bus as thet dont have licenses and exchanging bus at midnight in midof jungle unsafe for kids n family n womens.
Not recommended to travel.

    This is really absurd that i had booked a ticket tkay56077750 which was at 11.10pm & it was clearly mentioned volvo multi-axle bus & to my surprise the bus turned to be a normal sleeper coach.
    I tried to talk to the staff, but they didn't co-operate & rudely asked to register the complaint in the office.
    I have back pain problem & for that reason i always book middle seat in volvo, now would like to claim for the suffering & trouble i had to bear.

      I have booked a ticket using paulo travels on 30th september 2017. At the time of booking ticket price was rupees 3150 for two passengers for multi axle volvo bus. Reference pnr:[protected]. Ticket was booked online through paulo travels website.
      As the demand for buses increased the travel agency purposefully cancelled the confirmed tickets to get more money due to high demand.
      When contacted to customer care, the representative lied to us saying that the bus is damaged and refused to arrange alternative service to reach our destination.
      When called and enquired using different contact number the same company claimed that they have 2 seats available for hyderabad on same date and time.
      Although company promised to refund amount we have to bear expenses of hotel for one more day, surged price of tickets which costs rupees 5400 for two, loss of pay due to this delay.
      This is very unethical practice from company. Even customer support is rejecting the calls after asking them to provide alternative ticket.
      Who is going to pay the cumulative loss of around 7000 rupees which are incurred due to company's greed for earning more money.
      Please take necessary action so that no other passenger should face this situation again.

        I had travelled form aurangabad to goa by[protected] on 07 sept 2017 bus code ixu seat no 03 by ar 11 a 8837. There was non cooperation by driver and staff during travel, they had taken passengers and luggage in mid way and wasted a lot of time. Also, on requesting for stop for urinal and even after stating on sugar/ diabetic problem they mis behaved, and stopped after an hour. This caused health problem to me. This was not expected by such a reputed travel company. Seat was also not proper.

        1.Bus was supposed to reach Mumbai at 6 in mornings but it dint reach till 2pm to Mumbai it takes 12 hr to reach Mumbai from Goa don't known how come this guy's take so much of time Driver took from wrong route.take halt for many time

          I have booked 2 tickets to goa from abhibus.com on 08/09 at 20:10 to travel in 09/09 at 06:45 pm. As there was some change in plan, i tried to cancel the tickets in the next 12hrs and to my surprise they mentioned they will not be refunding me any amount as the cancellation policy says that 0% refund within 24hrs.

          I have reached to #abhibus team and also paulo travels ho with the help of abhibus and they were very reluctant to address the concern.

          I have clearly told them that the other travels are refunding the partial amount (Atleast 50%) but this travels have not helped me at any point.

          1. Is it not necessary to have same cancellation policy for private travels?
          2. How fair is it grab the entire ticket amount if the ticket is booked less than 24hrs from the travel date?
          3. There was no reference of the cancellation policy that popped when the ticket was booked. So how would a customer know what the cancellation policy is?
          4. It should have been mentioned in the site www.abhibus.com when the ticket is being booked that your ticket cannot be cancelled/ no refund when you opt to cancel the ticket as it is less than 24hrs from the travel time. This never happened at any point of time.

            Dear team,

            I had booked paulo travels from shirdi to pune on 4th sep 3: 15 pm (Boarding) seat no : 11.
            Bus no : ga07 f 7077

            During the halt after ahmednagar, i dropped out for washroom and noticed that i had forgot my wallet in the bus itself. Once coming from washroom, i asked driver to wait for 2 mins as i could not notice my wallet. I checked my seat and all my luggage and told driver that my walled had been missed in bus and is not found.

            Also i asked the cleaner to help me out in checking the bus for the lost wallet, to which he seemed least interested and upon persuing twice he just checked as formality and reported not found.

            I am being suspicious of this helper who took least interest in my scene.
            Also while i inquired him for show samples of blankets as reported in the message from paulo tours, he was hesitant in showing the same.
            I had to travel to bangalore from lohegaon airport and due to time constraint and ganapati immersions i dropped at chandan nagar bypass.

            I called your managers at shirdi and katraj, however there was no solution.
            The manager at katraj spoke very rudely, even though i was in bad situation with no cash and all indentity cards lost.

            I some how managed to reach banagalore with 1:30 am flight.

            I would request you to take the charge for the hepler and help me recover my wallet which contained :

            2500 + cash
            3 bank credit / debit cards (Blocked as of now)
            Pan card
            Other useful cards.

            This has been my worst experience till date. Please take this complaint on priority basis as i am following up with pune police for the same.

              I booked 2 tickets from goa to mumbai pnr no[protected] seat c&d.
              The bus was dirty and most important the seat c was broken it was not stable. If i leaned on the back rest the seat used to go behind. Asked the cleaner to check he said the seat is always broken, so this is how you cheat passengers by charging 1500 for per seat which is broken. Please call me on [protected].
              I asked the cleaner to change my seats he said will accommodate if there is a spare seat and that's unacceptable, please call me before i go further and complain also if no assistance from your side will take help from social media and file a case on paulo

              Worst travel service ever! Reached 6 hrs late to destination the actual destination time was 10:30 and reached at 4 n tat too with no climatic issue...
              The air conditioner was working slow than an old damaged cieling fan!
              Also d employees n staff doesn't have adequates of talking to their costumers... Would never travel again in life with paulo

                The worst experience ever. I have never felt like i am travelling cattle class like i do with paulo in the 5.30 am bus from pune to goa today 2nd september 2017.

                One seat has been sold to 2 people. We were asked to adjust till a certain point. Why should we? 20 people were standing in the aisle.

                I juat got on the bus. The bus driver is still picking up people randomly and taking money and when they are asking where to sit he says anywhere!

                Ga 07 f 3925 is the bus. The driver and conductor are illegally making money and causing inconvenience to the passages who have booked in advance.

                Take action against them!

                  Me and my family are having worst experience. We started at 10 pm from pune and it's 8 am in next morning but we haven't reached half way. Bus tires are not at all in good condition. They are burst and driver had to change them thrice till now. Seats are not comfortable at all. Our life is at stake. We are not sure if we would reach safely.

                  Mario pereira, this is not acceptable at all. Would never ever recommend paulo travels to anyone. Moreover i would suggest them to not choose your travels. It's high time you should think about it and take customer's complaints seriously. We expect good services in return of our money or you should pay them back to customers in such cases. You are not just spoiling our trip but also risking our life to death.

                    I really am sorry to report this fraud/cheating by this agency in your name. I love the services provided by paulo. But this time its a very bad experience which i have faced. And sure its not from paulo directly. Still i need to repoet this and urge an actiin from your side.

                    Yesterday, i. E on 17/07/17 i booked two sleeper seats in paulo services from vadodara to goa. The agency name is, shrikrishna travels and transport agency & shrinath of vadodara city. My requirment was volvo multi axel sleepr or sitting.

                    This agency offered me two tickets no:sktho-ob/72017. Journey date 17-july-17.

                    Sir i always prefer a volvo bus as i feel sick in normal buses amd most times i feel vomiting.

                    But this agency cheated me and took cash from me i. E 1500/seat so it comes to 3000/-rs for two seats. When asked why the price is so low for a sleeper. They said its cause they dnt have enoughf booking. And said the siting ll just cost a 100 rs lesser. They took advance. Cash from me bfor printing ticket. And then when i saw the tickets, i enquired abt why the ticket number shows just ac.. And doesnt mention volvo. They said its imternal error. Now all tickets are like this.

                    The time given was 10:30 am but bus was late. It came by 3.30pm. When i reached the boarding place. I was shocked to see a ashok leyland bus instead of volvo multiaxel.

                    As i am in an emergency to reach goa. I had no option but to board the bus. When contacted the agency first they acted as if they had no knowledge abt this. And later started accusing me tat i tld them for normal bus.

                    To be frank. While writing to you about this, i am getting sick. And have a vomit sensation. I dnt know how far i can tolerate this ride.

                    Sir pls take care of the current situation, either provide me a change of bus from any of your other pickuppoints. From vadodara to goa. Or else refund me the difference amount. And take action against this agency fro frauding the customer.

                    I would prefer a upgrade to volvo bus than a refund. As this journey is important to me.

                    "Hello, You buscode A50 form GOA to Ahmedabad via mumbai is cancelled due to sudden breakdown due to sudden breakdown. very sorry please collect your refund www.paulotravels.com"

                    Nobody is informed me form Redbus OR Paulo Travels earlier before Departure time.
                    I have called Customer care of Paulo travels and Redbus but nobody is responding.

                    I have missed my exame on 1st december at Ahmedabad.
                    This is very poor service from REDBUS or PAULO TRAVELS?

                    I am awaiting for your positive response.

                    WHEN SHALL I RECEIVE REFUND ?

                    Please help me with this issue.

                      I have booked a sleeper bearth and it's been confirmed two days prior to my travel. This is with paulo travels. After my journey started staff said bus was full and provided me seat. I called their office and spoke to the staff but no proper response. I have paid for sleeper berth and got a seat. Due to night shift i booked bearth so i can rest and reschedule my destination taking rest.

                        We boarded paulo bus from goa today already it was 30 mins late. Bus quality is very poor and ac is not working properly. We stopped for lunch in shubham restaurant which was very unhygienic, in our rice so many ants were found, same was the experience of other customers. When we told about this no action was taken. Really very bad experience of paulo travels. I will not travel from this travel henceforth. Staff is also not good, not provided water bottles too.

                            My name is Sunny Kumar. My Paulo accound id - [protected]@gmail.com After cancellation of two trips from Hyderabad to Goa to and fro in 2015 paulo team has converted my cancellation amount into paulo token of 7886 INR. I have requested them in 2016 to refund the amount and they asked me to give the transaction details for refund. I have given them all the necessary details. But till now they have not refunded the amount. I have written several mails but they have not responded to it and now when I am trying to call them they are not picking the phone also.                               I was booked a ticket from mysore to goa on 29 may 2017 with seat no 27 which was shown as lower seat in redbus. But the staff in the bus with harsh replies to me given upper berth as 27 which was in their records if you want any change contact office. As i called to office they responded immediately with no solution stating that you should adjust although confirming that seat no 27 is lower berth seat. Staff service is the poorest with recklessness. These type of service can be tolerated by public. A good change in the system or by the behaviour of staff or their knowledge is quite appreciable.

                                I had booked a ticket from Pune to Mumbai for 9th may 2017. Reporting time of bus was 4:20 am. I was calling at their customer service number provided on the ticket since 4:00 am to know the status of the bus. But no one answered the call, neither the bus arrived at pick up point till 5 am.

                                At 5 am, some staff member of paulo travels called me and rudely he said that bus is just half an hour late... what kind of service is this ????

                                I think they are just doing a timepass and not concerned about the business. They should work on their customer services or else should not have give the option to customers to opt for early morning bus.

                                  The AC wasn't cooling 13 hours of the journey from Goa to Pune, it was running at fan breeze temperature. We were suffocated and drenched in sweat in 42 degree summer heat. No windows to let in any breeze from outside. The conductor was drunk and used foul language when we complained. He misbehaved with my wife. He shoved and threatened to beat up another customer who complained about the AC. The bus broke down twice and delayed the journey by two and a half hours. The driver was constantly swearing and using abusive language. We called customer service and their manager six times, but they took no action. We would strongly advise anyone against taking the services of Paulo Travels. Attached is a picture of the broken down bus and it's abusive driver. 900 Rupees for a ticket in this old, malfunctioning rickety vehicle they call a luxury AC sleeper bus!!! Pathetic!!

                                    I have booked a ticket from indore to shirdi on 23/03/2017 from site poulo travels (www.paulobus.com). but after payment of Rs. 1824.00 I didn't get any message on my mobile nor any ticket on E-mail. and after some time the seats i have selected also available on the site. I called to indore office of paulo travels and they said that the booking is not cleared and your amount will be credited soon to your a/c.
                                    but still I didn't get the refund in my account till date.

                                      I have tried to call paulo customer care but not connected. Same call to paytm customer care she told operator cancellation policy we have not cancel the ticket. Because 6 hours departure time cancel the ticket but then no cancel ticket. When 12 pm my appointment cancel and bus time 5 pm so suggest when i m ticket cancel apply after 6 hours ya before 6 hours. Please see below details & cancel my ticket & please refund my amount.

I want to complaint against yr services as bus is very old it is not Volvo and inside bus there is no any entertainment tools like TV or Music and yr Ahmedabad office people are very bad manners they talked in a abuse words I request you please take some action or else I will go to Consumer form

                                        i have booked cover by courier by Paulo Travels dated 11.05.2017 doc. no. PNJ/11064, so far i have not received the same and the related custemer care people also no responding goa branch and hydrabad branch for the same, hence i request you to issue me my cover with needful help.
