Hi, I had booked my ticket on 28-Aug-14 form Pune to Mumbai, PNR no. 28082014/00000012/1905737 I was supposed to board the bus at 3.28 AM but the bus was late and I was not informed of that. When I contacted their pune office at 3.28 am, I was told that bus is late and will come by 5 AM. I waited there till 5 AM but bus didn't come. I again contacted the office and was told come in 15 to 25 minutes but bus didn't come. I waited their till 6.30 AM but bus didn't come and I boarded another bus. I didn't receive any call or message from Paulo office till now. I paid 400 to paulo and also paid 400 to that another bus. I want my money back. It was a horrible experience for me.

    I had booked Paulo travels from Ahmedabad to Goa for a honeymoon trip and faced three problems. 1. I chose the pick-up point which was at Jodhpur Cross Road. When I reached there, I was notified that I would have to go to a different place. I had to rush to the other place for the pick-up. 2. The driver did not stop the bus during the night anywhere. My wife had to use washroom and we were waiting for the bus to stop somewhere for hours. When it stopped at some place, my wife along with some other women ran to a hotel, the driver started shouting like anything. When I told him that she could not control and we were waiting for hours for the bus to stop, he started shouting so bad and misbehaved with my wife and other passengers. He infact shouted on her and me and said that we are mad people. 3. My drop was supposed to be a different place, and we were dropped at a different place. Overall very poor service level and a very dissatisfied customer.

      Dear Sir / Mam,

      Me and my husband were booking tickets for 14th March 2014 online with Paulo Travels. There was a glitch in their system and our tickets were booked for 15th March 2014. We had to cancel that ticket and book another . We booked sleeper seats. But to our shock when we boarded the bus we were told that our seats are seater seats.

      We complaint about this in their Goa Head Office. They assured us that Rs.1, 600 for the cancelled ticket will be refunded back and for the seater seats they will refund back the whole amount. I have been following this with them for a month but always I got vague response.This is using our money and cheating us.

      Please help us with .

        We had a very bad experience with Paulo Travels bus service recently, to be precise, it was on 9th Feb, Sunday, when my daughter and I were travelling back to Goa from Pune. I was not informed about the Cancellation of the bus until I called up their Pune Katraj Office at 10.30pm. I had called them at 9pm to confirm the bus timing and my place of boarding; however even at that time their office rep. did not inform me that my bus was cancelled. My daughter and I were waiting on the Hinjewadi Wakad highway for almost an hour for the bus to arrive and finally at 11pm, after repeated calls to their office, were informed about the cancellation and asked to board another Paulo non-AC bus. When this non-AC bus arrived the drives of this bus denied to take us in their bus but later asked us to board it and then again at Paulo Katraj office, we were asked to get down. That bus apparently was over booked and there were no seats available. The non-AC bus came to Goa with 2 extra passengers sleeping in the passage. Now due to the differences among the office staff and the drivers, we were made the scapegoat. This is utter humiliation. We have complained several times in their Panaji office; however they seem to be least bothered. I got a call from their office, from one Mario, who claims to be the owner of Paulo Travels, apologising and asked me to collect the refund. So yesterday when my husband went to their office, the office staff said that they have been asked to give us a refund of just Rs.300 as the difference between AC and non AC bus! Their staff claims to have done their jobs without a glitch. They claim to have informed us via sms about the bus cancellation but we were certainly not. Secondly, their Katraj office claims that they had assured us to put us in an AC bus but these are false statement made by them which troubled us. Would any of these people explain as to why two ladies would, if informed, go to the isolated highway and stand for the bus to arrive? Why would we be stubborn on the phone, spending our money on the calls, ask only for an AC bus that too when it was freezing cold not only in Pune but even in Goa during that time? To end it all, we were given a front berth with no leg space and very congested. The drivers were very rude and unfriendly. They did not stop the bus even on request of the ladies in the bus to attend natures call! They kept telling us that the bus will stop only in Kolhapur and not in between. There were two other ladies along with me in the bus who were literally in pain until we reached Kolhapur and finally the driver stops the bus only at their office in Kolhapur which has only one toilet for so many ladies! This has all happened because we are helpless ladies travelling in the bus. I would highly appreciate your help in taking up this matter seriously and to put forth this injustice done to us so that hence forth at least the ladies are not humiliated the way we were. I would like to know what action can be taken against this travels and the reimbursement that I should get. I request you to take this matter seriously and would appreciate your immediate response.

          I had a really horrible experience travelling pune to goa by paulo travels. The bus scheduled departure was 8:00 pm but it din't arrived till 1:15. Approx. 5 hrs 15 min late and still i dont know when the bus will come. I said them i dont want to travel so late as my purpose of goa visit would not solve. But they are not ready to cancel my ticket. They also din't given the number of any senior whom we should contact

            I booked 6 tickets to Goa today through Travelyaari - Travels Paulo - From Bangalore to Goa and choose an incorrect date. I should have booked the tickets for the 1st of March and my mistake, i forgot to change the date, so the tickets got booked for the same day. I realized this after about an hour and contacted Bangalore travel agency, they said they didnt have same day cancellation policy hence this had to be sorted through paulo travels at the head office. I was given a number and asked to call them, to realize even they gave me the same answer - "Policy didnt have same day cancellation policy" - I spent 3000 rs to have these tickets booked. I'm sure we will not take up the bus today so Paulo will certainly sell those tickets to someone else, all was asking them was for a cancellation or to postpone the date - I'm sure this is not difficult. When called Travelyarri - they weren't able to help as well. 3000rs is too much of money to loose when you knw its not tough to cancel the tickets.

              How Badly can a bus journey spoil your holiday..i saw it yesterday when i chose redbus to book a Paulo Travels Bus MH 07 c78 from Goa to Pune.
              The bus broke down after one hour of travel and they waited for some bus which was going to Ahmedabad. The passengers had to stand in heat for 1 hour. The bus was horribly bad. Does red bus check the travel agents they use i wonder?? If you are charging money for Volvo do you send a bus with no air suspension..and moreover not a Volvo? The seats were bad and congested.The bust was smelling.
              Then started the never ending journey till Pune. The driver had a picnic time when he stopped the bus for picking up his friends or some goods for transport. He was stopping at so many places and at Kolhapur he waited for another driver of their company for 2 hours??
              The harrassment did not end there...they dropped us in Pune at the outskirts of the city. There was no pick up for the city. The person in Charge of Paulo office said a van was coming..there were 20 people standing there and a van would come at 10 o clock and then it would drop few and come back again? When old people started complaining the conducted abused them saying you are not doing us a favour by coming in our bus. You have to get down at Katraj only we will not go to Pune city.
              So any one who wants to get harrassed, be maltreated, get 3-4 hours late to the destination, and not reach the destination but kicked out of the bus in middle of the night...please please please travel with Paulo Travels who do not know how to value their customers and spoil their time and holiday!!

              Its a frequent complain of the buses not providing Customer service . Next time go without expectation of any service.

                Paulo Travels is the worsed service provider.
                They are not at all punctual, and staff behavior is also not good.
                Bus condition is also not good.
                because of high rating(What i have seen 4.5 out 5 in web site), I hope that Paulo travel is the best bus, but it was my misconception.
                I have travelled from Goa to hyderabad( on 20th Feb 2011), it has taken 23 hrs to reach to hyderabad.
                I suggested everybody never ever to travel on paulo travels.

                  I Booked a return cket from Goa to Pune for 4th April 10 6.30 PM reporting and 7 PM departure(Paulo Travels but Raj bus). The Bus was first delayed to 8 pm. Plus the condtion of thebeds was pathetic. Cockaches under cushions,broken shards of pens,dust etc plus the cushions were stinking of stale feet and sweat.
                  I used Amrutyog to goa and they were clean and pristine plus the charge was 300 rupees lesser. I was expecting paulo was going to be if not bette just as good. I was not the only passenger the rest also had complaints. Plus when I told he Driver and a conductor about the cockroaches I wastold "so what cockroches dont bite". I want that driver to try and sleep on a bed with roaming cockroaches.
                  Plus the conductor was rude to the women passengers who complained about roaches and also they had a girl next to whom a stange man was made to sleep(it was a 2x2 sleeper ).. and they wanted that girl's bed shifted.The man made statements like" Yeah so I have placed a strange man next to her so what can you do?" Paulo gets only -ve points

                  I will not recommend Paulo as besides charging extra they have rude conductors and drivers and are not at all customerfriendly. I wanted my money back for the horrifying experiece but i dont think thats possible.. Atleast I can warn others, Use Amrutyog ror anyone else but not Paulo

                    Paulo Travels

                    Very bad experience on Paulo Travels on 23rd October morning Panji Goa to Mumbai route. Bus Staff was not at all not co-operative, Bus registration from Maharashtra some thing MH07 Ratnagiri. Bus was very bad shape; all seats are in damaged condition. Push back not working at all seat all back support fallen off which is useful for back passenger keeping newspaper and water bottle.
                    Entire bus route was Panji, Sawantwadi, Balagum, Kolhapur, Pune, Mumbai, Baroda then Ahmadabad.

                    Please find out who is bus owner and fine him bus running on your name.

                    Paulo Travels — Bus for Bed-Bugs

                    Paulo Travels offers the worst service to Goa. I'd rather walk than take this bus that was infested with bed-bugs. 10 o[censored]s travelling together reached Goa bitten all over.

                    Oh yeah, almost forgot that the bus was merely 7 hours late!

                    They should be shot!
                    Yes.. You buses always end up getting us hives.. For your information bed bugs can transmit Hepatitis B.. So exterminate those bugs, before you get sued or something!!!
                    I fully agree with Vijay Shankar Shinde's complaints. The guy in charge of checking the tickets before boarding was rude and not helpful, he was a stought and short dark guy.

                    The bus drivers and cleaners/helpers think that they own the Paula travels, there is no provision for seats for ladies only on the Volvo buses.

                    Seats which are not sold by authorised agents, these seats are sold to passenges picked up on the route outside Goa and seated besides single ladies & this can be very dangerous.

                    When we asked the cleaner why the TV not switched on, he promptly replied system is not working. There is a gap of 5 to 6 hours from the time the bus reached its final destination in Goa and starts is journey for Bombay for the system to be repaired.

                    Drivers like Alex, Innocencio who were on the Goa Mira Road route were really polite.

                    There is no fixed time for dinner break and morning tea break on the BOM-GOA route. The dinner break is OK at Kankavali but morning tea break is any where on the GOA-BOM route.

                    The owner of Paulo Travels should keep a check on such happenings and make people's travel safe and pleasant.

                    Some of the Volvo buses have the A/c leaking, and since I am a regular traveler, I have observed lots more than I can put down in writing.

                    Feedback Paulo Travels: Me and my wife have travelled from goa to Pune in your nonAC sleeper bus yesterday 14/09/10.
                    i had very bad experience with your two bus driver and a clenner bus no. GA01 V5177.
                    I had done booking on rd bus but by mistakly i get the 2 ticket as upper and lower birth.
                    So i kindly requested your driver/cleaner to give me duble bed seat. one passenger was ready to shift to our place.

                    But instead of helping me out your staff, two of them were drunk used very bad words to me and threatened to me that they will throw me in forest. they have harrssed me and my wife . they were behaving like goonda people.
                    I kindly request you to take strong action againest them so that in future no pasnger get suffered our staff will also behave friendly with passengers.
                    It was a very horrible experience so far in my life. i have travelled a lot but didnt came across such a rude/ ruthlss/ worst/ experience.

                    i am in state of mind to register a police complain againest your staff.

                    I have a very good experience in goa for 3 days. but your staff has spoiled all this by misbehaving with us.
                    if this is the way your staff behaving with passengers, there will be big problem for your image among passengers.

                    had a very bad experience travelling with paulo travels, had booked 2Volvo sleeper tkts from goa to pune and was put on a volvo bus namely'Raj', the beds were very narrow and the aisle was even narrower, bed was full of cockroaches, staff could not manage s**t, would advise fellow passengers to refrain from ever travelling by this bus bus operator, to add to this the counter staff at mapusa and the helpline were far from helpful and posses the wrong attitude.Stay clear of this bus service.

                    I travelled frm Mumbai to Goa by Paulo Travels - It was a brand new Volvo bus, the journey was good but the driver was Stinking of alcohol...totally drunk...and i was on the first seat...hahahaha...i even saw the cleaner mixing the alcohol openly...my advice wud be avoid Paulo, try and get a seat on Neeta or Vaibhav, much better buses and more courteous staff..
                    Very bad experience on Paulo Travels on 23rd January Pune to Ahmedabad route. Bus Staff was not at all not co-operative and even not behaving like Humans, There was initially pickup point at Bulsara travels Pune Railway station which was cancelled and later we were told to board bus from Swargate for which we paid extra money for Auto and later they dropped us at Vishala at Ahmedabad which is again one the most stupid thing because Paulo Travels agreed us to drop at Paladi . From Vishala we piad 250 Rs for auto which is not at all acceptable and this is open cheating .


                    My only suggestion is never ever travel from Paulo Travels instead travel from any local bus is mcuh better

                    i am traveling from pune to Goa AC sleeper paying 650 rs each they are not providing the blankets driver are asking to pay 70 rs extra

                    there AC are not not working properly.

                    After complaining in the customer care they are saying you had to pay.

                    On 4th may my wife had to catch a bus from pune to goa . we reached 15 mins early but could not locate the paulo busstand . On asking help to show the way to Paulo travel office people...they said go to hell. They were drunk. My wife and I had to run risking an accident. The bus ticket conductor was a gunda. He used abusive language.

                    Please Dont book any bus ticket from Paulo, I booked it today Ticket no: TGCG95936882 dated 24/12/2014
                    PNR no: P[protected] and in 15 min I got message that bus is cancelled .
                    I have seen this regularly that the paulo websites are not updated properly, you will book a ticket and at any moment it will just get cancelled.
                    I am from Goa and know very well about the worst service they provide. They even dont know how to speak to a customer
                    1 of this worst travel service i experienced in my life never try to dare to travel by this travel agency in any how condition just they are cheating to passengers.
                    I was traveling from goa to mumbai by paulo they dont providing blanket worst thing that in midnight at 2.00 am cleaner come to our birth and told that bus is failed and shifted only 4 members from bus and give last birth which was uncomfortable and disturb over night sleep n worSt thing I from which bus they shifted us that bus come behind us
                    DON'T TRAVEL WITH PAULO BUS... BETTER TO HIRE CAB ORR OTHER BUS.

                    I am writing to complain about a ticket (pnr- P[protected]/IDR) which i booked through red bus.com in PAULO TRAVELS from pune to mahabaleshwar on 15th august, 2015. I thought it would be a nice trip, however, it have been my worst experience ever. I had so many problems with this journey.
                    Firstly, the bus was delayed. our pick was at 6.15am form swargate but bus reached at 6.35am. Then it was in Pune till 7.45 am.
                    Secondly, the bus driver was not driving safely; driving was too rash.
                    Third, I booked for Rupees 2008 till mahabaleshwar but we were told to step out of the bus and sit in travera when we not even reached half way to mahabaleshwar. We paid for 2008 for the 2 comfortable seats, AC and safety from pune to mahabaleshwar, but it was not at all worth.
                    Finally, when we complaint along with other passengers the driver came to quarrel and was about to fight.
                    I had been looking forward to my holiday, but I was very disappointed. Therefore I feel you should refund the cost of the ticket.
                    I am looking forward to your prompt response.

                    I got my return ticket booked from Pune-Goa for 8th Dec'15 thru a tour n travel operator of Pune by paying Rs. 2850 for my three family members on 19th Nov. I got message of confirmed booking with PNR number as P[protected]GOA from Paulo travel on my mobile number on 19th Nov itself.

                    Before I started my journey for Goa on 4th Dec, I cross checked the status with Paulo travels office with Ms. Suchita ([protected]) confirming the status of my ticket and I was told my tickets are confirmed. So, everything was fine until 7th Dec when I got a call from Paulo travels (from Umesh - [protected]) on 7th Dec that they are going to cancel my ticket becoz they didn't get the money from their operator. I was shocked to know this and asked them how could they do this to me while I was traveling to Goa trusting their words on confirmation of my tickets.

                    Just think about the situation when you are traveling somewhere along with your family considering your return tickets booked and suddenly got to know some hours before that your return tickets will be cancelled due to communication gap between Paulo travels and their recognized operator.

                    I checked with their operator in Panji after getting this call and showed him the messages, he also agreed with my situation that my tickets were confirmed from 19th Nov till 7th Dec and it's last minute cancellation. Such a pathetic agency !! Don't ever go with them ...and never trust them at all ...my sincere suggestion to all !!!
                    The bus service they provided for local travel in Goa was also very bad...asking you to pay Rs. 550 extra per person for some carnival program on cruise in North Goa...which is a totally wastage and a trick of getting extra money from every guest...they will waste your precious time in this crappy carnival and you will not get time to visit rest of other places like sea beach etc..They are horrible and don't fall into their trap !!!

                    I checked with their operator in Panji after getting this call and showed him the messages, he also agreed with my situation that my tickets were confirmed from 19th Nov till 7th Dec and it's last minute cancellation. Such a pathetic agency !! Don't ever go with them ...and never trust them at all ...my sincere suggestion to all !!!
                    The bus service they provided for local travel in Goa was also very bad...asking you to pay Rs. 550 extra per person for some carnival program on cruise in North Goa...which is a totally wastage and a trick of getting extra money from every guest...they will waste your precious time in this crappy carnival and you will not get time to visit rest of other places like sea beach etc..They are horrible and don't fall into their trap !!!

                    I got my return ticket booked from Pune-Goa for 8th Dec'15 thru a tour n travel operator of Pune by paying Rs. 2850 for my three family members on 19th Nov. I got message of confirmed booking with PNR number as P[protected]GOA from Paulo travel on my mobile number on 19th Nov itself.

                    Before I started my journey for Goa on 4th Dec, I cross checked the status with Paulo travels office with Ms. Suchita ([protected]) confirming the status of my ticket and I was told my tickets are confirmed. So, everything was fine until 7th Dec when I got a call from Paulo travels (from Umesh - [protected]) on 7th Dec that they are going to cancel my ticket becoz they didn't get the money from their operator. I was shocked to know this and asked them how could they do this to me while I was traveling to Goa trusting their words on confirmation of my tickets.

                    Just think about the situation when you are traveling somewhere along with your family considering your return tickets booked and suddenly got to know some hours before that your return tickets will be cancelled due to communication gap between Paulo travels and their recognized operator.

                    I am writing to complain about a ticket (pnr- P[protected] which i booked through GoIBIB.COM in PAULO TRAVELS from Margao to Pune on 23rd Dec, 2015


                    I told me Wrong Boarding Point.I reached 1 hrs. before Margao Opp KTC Busstand but could not locate the paulo bus . but the bus was not came and I was not informed of that. When I contacted their Margao KTC paulo office at 6.30 PM, I was told me I don”t know.' I asking help to me. Paulo travel office people...they said go to hell. He used abusive language. I boarded another bus. I paid 550 to paulo and also paid 550 to that another bus. I am from Goa and know very well about the worst service they provide. They even dont know how to speak to a customer
                    They are not at all punctual, and staff behavior is also not good. I have a very good experience in goa . but Margao KTC paulo office staff has spoiled all this by misbehaving with us.

                    It was a horrible experience for me. Never ever travel by this bus.
                    Don't travel by Paulo bus many problems.

                    No blankets
                    Non cooperative staff
                    Poor maintenance
                    Not worthy as per amount taken

                    They charge Rs 70 for the blankets which is pathetic and kind of blackmailing (pay for the blankets or freeze in cold). Blankets should be provided free of cost in ac buses like other operators do. When contacted the head office, they told me that since many customers don't like the used blankets, they provide the new ones. If they care so much for the customers, I wish they had provided clean and dirt free seats too.
                    I have booked 2 tickets to Goa from Abhibus.com on 08/09 at 20:10 to travel in 09/09 at 06:45 PM. As there was some change in plan, i tried to cancel the tickets in the next 12hrs and to my surprise they mentioned they will not be refunding me any amount as the cancellation policy says that 0% refund within 24hrs.

                    I have reached to #abhibus team and also Paulo Travels HO with the help of Abhibus and they were very reluctant to address the concern.

                    I have clearly told them that the other travels are refunding the partial amount (atleast 50%) but this travels have not helped me at any point.

                    1.Is it not necessary to have same cancellation policy for Private Travels ?
                    2. How fair is it grab the entire ticket amount if the ticket is booked less than 24hrs from the travel date?
                    3. There was no reference of the cancellation policy that popped when the ticket was booked. So how would a customer know what the cancellation policy is ?
                    4. It should have been mentioned in the site www.abhibus.com when the ticket is being booked that your ticket cannot be cancelled/ no refund when you opt to cancel the ticket as it is less than 24hrs from the travel time. This never happened at any point of time.
                    Very bad experience... from Mumbai to Goa. Bus driver doesn't hv any manners how to talk it took 20hr to reach in goa... Bus stopes every 10-15 min. Cleaner stopped bus to buy ghutka😤 @ dinner bus stopped at 12:30am is this time to hv dinner...?? When I asked driver @what time we will reach Goa he told... "Mai kya abi udake leke jau ." N told tht thr wer traffic.. by y I didn't saw any traffic.. n at night traffic??? Really ### bad experience ...

                    Took money/charged for AC service Bus and from goa upto mumbai no AC cooling at all when i asked the staff he was like mujhe nahi pata aap complaint daalo jisse ticket katwaya usse baat karo poor seating arrangement no leg movement no body movement travelling 500kms like a dead body with no movement for more than 12 hrs.
                    Very horrible experience
                    Just looting in the name of brand and luxury

                      Dear Sir,

                      I along with my wife and 2 other friends had booked Tickets for Goa through Ticketvala.com on 24th Oct 2008 for 9:30 Bus for Rs 900/- each .We were supposed to travel via A.C. Volvo Bus for the Travel but what I was astonished to find is that they had provided us with an ordinary AC bus with clumsy seating arrangement and torn seats .

                      The travel was real pain for all o[censored]s (inclusive of all passengers)with back aches as most of the seats cushions where torn and has no proper back support .

                      I have taken the snaps of the Bus seats also .When we(bus passengers) shouted at the office in charge he said as its peak season you need to travel in the same as we are short of buses .

                      If such was the case then how can the company charge Volvo Bus ticket charge and provided for ordinary AC bus ?Is this not cheating consumers ?

                      The travel experience in the Bus was real pathetic and a torture for me, my wife and colleagues .

                      I would like to add few comments on this as I too was travelling in the same Paulo travels bus # 7700 that runs between Bangalore and Goa. This bus is a 2+2 sleeper bus with another 16 seats, neither can sit properly in the seater nor can sleep in sleeper.
                      In addition to all these, he bus stops in the middle of the road for a restroom break. When we got down the conductor asked gents to take a leak on the left side of the road and asked the ladies to go to the right side.

                        This is warn people traveling by buses of Paulo travels. I took the Paulo travels bus # 7700 that runs between Bangalore and Goa in early Sept, 08. This bus is a 2+2 sleeper bus with another 16 seats.

                        I have never seen a bus as terrible as this one. The bus was infested with roaches (cockroaches). The beds and seats were all torn and you could see cockroaches of different sizes marching in and out of it. Roaches were falling on peoples head from the ceiling while they were sleeping. To add to all this, the bus stops in the middle of the road for a restroom break. When some o[censored]s got down to use the bathroom, there was none to be seen, the conductor asked gents to take a leak on the left side of the road and asked the ladies to go to the right side.

                        I am pretty sure that each and every person who took this bus would never travel by Paulo travels again. I went to Paulo head office in Goa to lodge a complaint and they were least bothered with it.
                        So folks, before you get your tickets from Paulo travels...think again or at least make sure that you check the condition of the bus that you would be put into.

                          I bought 2 onwards journey tickets to Goa from Bangalore online thru company needz.com. the ticket was bought online on the 13th of dec 07. and the amount paid for 2 tickets was 1700(850 per ticket).

                          the problem is that the transporter called on the 23rd to tell me that the fare has been increased from 800 to 1400 and if i fail to pay the extra charges the tickets stand cancelled.
                          the details of the ticket are as follows
                          ticket number:940584routename : Bangalore to Goa 9.30om(sleeper) bus type : 2+2 a/c Volvo
                          p: 22384040/[protected]

                          and theres no such clause in the ticket which says the transporter can change the fare as per their wishes.
                          so i would like to know how do i take this matter further without me having to pay the charges and without me having to cancel the tickets. ( my hotel booking and stuff has been made only after the confirmation of this ticket.) as far as i know the transporter cannot make any such demands once the ticket has been issued.
                          kindly help me take the matter further and resolve the same.
