Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — about my sbi life policy no 1n[protected] online payment not credited in my policy

I paid my sbilife policy 1n[protected] policy premium 15754 ru throuw paynimo on dated 05/01/2018 but sbilife inshurance officer told me your policy premium can't reach. So i request you please give details about my policy premium. Where my premium lost so please refund my premium. I called paynimo custemer care they told me your payment is successfully then i call sbilife custemer care and they said me your payment not reached you call paynimo customer care. Sir / madam i am afraid for my premium so please i request to you please give details about my online payment

actually my due date is November 2017 but you may collected January2018 through credit card, this amount has to collect on February2018,
