My first experience with paypal was very bad and horrible and nobody cares about customers and now i am suggested to people don't pay and received any amount through pay pal its looks like a fraud.

My issue is i had purchased a hosting plan from hostinger on 19th of march 2018 and very next day some of the issue in services i take refund amount from hostinger and they immediately credited the amount into my pay pal...

Since the last 3 months i have been getting tax invoice amounting to 10-15% of the amount received. Like for some 17000 inr... My tax invoice is 1700...

Gst is supposed to be levied on the fee amount. Why these exorbitant charges?

I have attached the tax invoice for december and january.

Hai friends after reading this one, stop sending money through paypal.

One of my friend transferred 100$ to my account. From that they charged 6.60$.
Ok its no problem. But after that, they showing 1$=62.449. But the real amount of 1$ on this date is (12/11/2017) 65.39.

So totally, my friend send rs.6600. Now i am receiving rs. 5, 962.

PayPal refused to help me with my limitation. They ignored me when I tried to call and they ignored me when I emailed them. I have payments I need to accept from customers and I make my living using PayPal. But does PayPal care? No, they take your money and kick you to the curb and blame you for the cause.

I have account with paypal and a link a my icici bank account number.
My colleague send me some money, then paypal automatically withdrawal amount Rs 2700 approx and Rs 15000 to bank account on 16 dec, 2016 and 26Dec, 2016. But till now no money transfered to icicic bank account number.

I did more than 20 times complaints on paypal customer care centre but there is no resolution.

Its has been over 2 months now that PayPal is not transferring funds to my bank account.
They are just harassing me by giving lame excuses every day. the fault is there in their system. they every day tell me that give us 7-8 days, funds will be in my account but they fail.

Paypal limited my account access on 08-Sep-2010. Have contacted customer care several times. They keep on saying it is reviewing. How long do they need to review an account 10 years? Moreover, its not a merchant account and has zero balance in it. No solution as of now.
