I booked two movie tickets from bookmyshow and paid through paypal account and there was one offer for first time paypal users to get 500 cashback in paypal account. I booked the tickets and it was my first ever transaction on paypal. I booked the tickets and the transaction was successful and was supposed to get the cashback this time but didn't get.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

    My claim was denied even though I have proof of no delivery of my order.
    I raised a dispute with PayPal (case ID: PP-D[protected] and my claim of $31 was denied even though the tracking number provided by the seller does not confirm that my order was delivered. There was a mistake and my order was sent back. I checked with India post (tracking number:RX[protected]DE) and even registered a complaint for the non delivery of my order. They are saying that my order has gone back to the sender. You can check the status of my order by the complaint # [protected] with India post. I even sent an email to dhl about the whereabouts of my consignment
    (Tracking number:GM[protected] and they sent me an email confirming that my order was sent back to the merchant. The merchant is non responsive. Kindly help me with this case.

      I am from india. I booked ticket from bookmyshow with transaction id 5tg58550br667750w. There was written that 100% cashback. They have not given a single penny. They mailed that i am not eligible. They are not even telling the reason. What kind of bullishit is this?? Their customer care service wont able to help anyone. They just hired bunch of peoples who can speak in english, thats it. I dont even want to give 0.1 rating as well. I heard that paypal gives good service. I dont know about the good reviews or who are also giving them, in my 1st transaction only i got cheated by them. After 30 min waiting you will get to talk with customer service, but they will talk with you rudely and also they will disconnect the call as well. What you will do in this case.
      Go away paypal from india. We dont want frauds like you

        Hello sir/mem, i booked some tickets from bookmyshow under offer from paypal which offer gives 500rs. Paypal cashback voucher when u signup with paypal and on first ever transaction you will get 100% upto 500rs., i showed this offer and immediately signup with paypal and after signup i booked tickets wroth around 600rs. But paypal didn't give me cashback, when i contect paypal they give me reason like you are not getting cashback and they are not telling me the reason why i didn't aligable for cashback (I read full t&c* before the booked tickets).

          Recently, i booked my flight tickets through goibibo using paypal, and didn’t got the cashback of rs 800 as it was mentioned by paypal. Why are they keeping such schemes if they are not able to fulfil it. I also customer care they told your card is not eligible for cashback, they should have mentioned before that my card in not eligible i would have not used this app, it was very disappointing!!

              On may i recived payment from my friend (Usa), its aproximately 8000 inr. I want to withraw this money to my bank account and i tried many time, when i try to withdraw money to bank account but money did not send moreover paypal account not show my money after this, even when i contact to paypal customer center they says that you will recieved your money by demand draft in 20-30 days. But after 10 days when i check my paypal, my balance show on paypal account, in addition if again i try to send my money to bank account then whole procedure repeat.in this bank details are all ok i also contact to bank.
              Its been 4 months to trying this and stil im not recieved my money.

                My paypal account had a two factor authentication to send the otp to email id and phone number. I am unable to retrieve my password as my mobile number was deactivated sometime back. It has only one option at the end to retrieve password, it sends otp to the existing mobile number. How do i change my mobile number without being able to login?

                Their help community and support center does not have a good email facility as it forces the user to only end up looking at their faqs which was totally useless. They should have a channel for the end user to write some actual problems faced in their website. How does one reach them directly if there is no support email id anywhere?

                I cannot even close the account and am leaving it to the dangers of being misused only because the website is so poorly designed.

                  and they did put payment on hold and said it will take 21 days to transfer the amount to her bank account.
                  Why???? if earlier amount sent to her bank pretty fast then why not this one... As she need that money on urgent basis and couldn't wait that long so she talked to paypal and asked them if she refund this money then how much time it will take to go in original payment source and pay pal said it will go in 3 to 5 business days for sure so she refunded it back ... now Paypal has refunded the amount showed on my paypal account now they are saying it will take 7 to 14 days or may be 30 DAYS OR MAY BE 60 DAYS!! so my comlained is if they can deduct the money as soon as i clicked then why can not send it back to me if it is already refunded. ??? and they are escaping saying its processing time ... so who will pay the interest for the time they are holding money?
                  on this they said they have refunded the money now your banking taking time ... and I talked to bank and bank said there no confirmation from paypal for payment... as soon as paypal send the money to bank it will be credit to my original payment source with in a second. now if paypal do not have money and neither bank had it then where the money gone????

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I purchased invicta watch on chrono24 on 07/06/19 for $76. I made the payment with paypal because it was the first time i was buying from that website and i trusted my money is safe with paypal. The seller described the item as authentic and with original box and papers. The item arrived on 19/06/19. Seller sent me a fake chinese watch and not original watch!!! There are no brand markings on the watch!!! I sent pictures to paypal but they decided that i need to ship the item back to seller.

                    This seller, redsol pte ltd also known as creation watches, sent the parcel to india in an illegal way, falsely declaring the value of the item as $0 and marking the item as gift (Attached custom declaration of seller). They are doing illegal business.

                    Being a counterfeit watch, the product comes in the category of restricted items as per the law of singapore and the law of india. Therefore none of the reliable courier companies (Such as dhl, fed-ex, tnt, gati and india post) can be utilized for returning this item. (Please see attached policies of respective shipping service providers). I cannot declare false value on the package or lie about its contents to the courier company. Further, i can be convicted of aiding transfer of counterfeit goods.

                    Therefore, i request paypal to kindly review their judgement as i believe paypal is committed to stop trade and movement of counterfeit items across borders.

                    Please help!!!

                      Hi,
                      I have transferred funds from my US Paypal account to India Paypal account amount USD 500 on May 2nd 2019. The amount was received in my India Paypal account on May 4th 2019 after deducting charges o[censored]SD 26.31. INR 31, 866.18 was transferred to my bank account on May 4th.However till date there is no credit in my India Bank account.

                      I have been following up with them since then having sent several messages and phone calls. After so much of follow up Paypal responded that a DD will be sent by 9th June for ₹ 31, 866.18 INR. However till date I have not received the funds. On 14th june 2019 they gave me a Bluedart reference number that the DD is sent. On checking with Bluedart they confirmed that the reference number is incorrect. On 15th june 2019 I got a message that they are unable to track the transaction and want more details from me. I have provided transaction details. Below are date wise communication/transaction with paypal.

                      May 2nd 2019- $500 transferred from US paypal to India Paypal account.
                      May 2nd 2019- $473.69 received in India Paypal account
                      May 4th 2019 - INR 31, 866.18 transferred to linked Indian bank account.
                      May 8th 2019- I informed paypal India that the funds not credited in my bank.
                      May 9th 2019 - Sumathi from paypal india responded that the funds was rejected by the bank and hence Paypal is sending a Demand Draft.
                      May 15th 2019 - I informed paypal india that the DD is not yet received.
                      May 16th 2019- I was told that to wait till 9th june (about a month) to receive the DD.
                      May 30th 2019- I informed Paypal that I am still waiting for the DD.
                      May 31st 2019- Kaushuk from Paypal simply responded that I will receive funds by 9th june.
                      May 31st 2019 - I asked for a status update to paypal.
                      May 31st 2019- Devendrakumar from paypal requested me to wait till june 9th to receive funds.
                      June 8th 2019- Yet to receive the DD. So informed paypal India for status update.
                      June 9th 2019- Sabreen from paypal india responded "Please do not worry, as today is Sunday kindly wait till tomorrow".
                      June 13th 2019- Yet to receive the DD so asked for a status update and wrote a strong message.
                      June 13th 2019- Sona from paypal responded "I apologize for the inconvenience.I have requested the concerned team for the DD tracking number. I request you to wait for 24 to 48 hours and I will send the tracking information for you.
                      June 13th 2019 - Wrote a strong message againt to paypal asking for DD tracking number urgently.
                      June 14th 2019 - Sudha from Paypal India responded " The DD tracking details are as follows. Carrier : Blue dart, Reference number : [protected], Hence I would request you to contact the carrier and gave the reference number so that they will help you in finding the DD tracking status.
                      June 14th 2019 - I checked with Bluedart with the reference number and Blue dart responded " Reference number is wrong. It should be 11 digits and should not start with zero."
                      June 14th 2019 - I informed paypal with a strong message.
                      June 15th 2019 - Reshma from Paypal responded stating " We’ve looked but are having trouble locating the specific transaction tied to your message. Can you help us out so we can provide a fast answer to your question? We look forward to helping you.

                      It is so sad that Paypal India is defrauding customer. They are sitting with my money since last 40 days.

                      I want the funds urgently else I will file a legal case against paypal and all the people who gave false promises since last 40 days.

                      I will post more info shortly.

                        I have booked tickets using paypal on (Sunday) 28th april 2019.in the offers it was pretty clearly written (50% cashback upto rs 400). But i did not receive any cash back until now. My bookmyshow email id and paypal email ids are same.
                        My registered email id for both is '[protected]@gmail.com'.
                        I have attached the pic of my book my show ticket.
                        This is first time i used paypal, and did not thought to have such a experience.
                        Please refund my payment of rs 400 asap.

                          I delivered a website for a UK employer named Pravi. She paid on paypal & disputed money. Paypal didn't listen me even i provided all proof and refunded her money. Not recommended. Full of scammers.

                          By profession i am a web developer. I was hired for website development work by a UK employer named Pravi on 16th March 2019 i had completed her work on 1st march 2019 and after that she made payment on paypal and asked me to upload her website on her server. As soon as i uploaded website on her server she changed all credentials of her hosting and website and disputed money on paypal.

                          I shared all proofs and screenshots which i communicated with buyer and provided all valid proof. First dispute came in my fovor then again buyer Pravi made a false appeal on paypal without any proof and paypal again made money on hold and asked me to provide additional proof. Again i provide all the proof to paypal RESOLUTION CENTER but they didn't care my valid proof and returned money to buyer. I appealed again and this Sh**t company didn't give me a ### and decision made in favor of buyer.

                          If you are a service provider i will strongly recommend not to take money via THIS WEBSITE for your work otherwise you will loose your money if buyer will make a false complaints as you don't know which buyer is fraud or scammer. This Company Paypal full of scammer and didn't caring sellers proof and returns money to buyer without caring any valid proof.

                          I am not only one who suffered from this you can see other reviews as well:

                            I am going to express my dissatisfaction here. i also advice you to be warned about paypal. They are the biggest cheaters. I am actually surprised that nobody has taken action against such a big cheater. Someone logged in to my account and done some transaction of 100 €. I have raised the concern with them to stop the payment. But they did not entertain me and close the case..

                            When you call their customer care, they will reply, its internal, its security issue, there is more risk on your account etc and all their nonsense. Nobody will give you an exact answer why this disputes happened.

                            You'll lose all your money and the worst part is they wont give you reasons.

                            Please be beware of Paypal. I would say that paypal is a big cheater and use to harass its customers unnecessarily.

                              I would like to bring to your kind notice that paypal india is clearly violating the statutory instruction of rbi as well as finance ministry goi regarding automatic transfer to indian bank account of indian citizens on the day closing which should be at midnight 12 am plus maximum relaxation of about one hour of day of paypal accounted credited by money from foreign country for technical feasibility. Whereas paypal is transferring that amount on next day morning, some time at 5am and some day after 7am
                              The same is often causing inconvenience to me also
                              If government of india has two sets of rules one for rich people and big companies and other for common citizen please let me know in writing, then i will stay quite and helpless

                                Paypal is required to follow the instruction laid down by rbi and finance ministry for automatic transfer of money to bank account of indian customers on the end of the day, when ever any money is credited into the customers account from overseas or foreign country.
                                Paypal is not following the instruction and transferring the money on the next day after receiving it on previous day.
                                Paypal should have done it by midnight but it is doing it in early morning next day

                                  I made a paypal account last month, did two transactions. Received cashback on both. Now i received a mail that says you cannot use your account any longer. When i ask reason, they says we cannot disclose it. And the worst part is that they are not giving the cashback also that i have in my account. Is it even legal to keep money of the user like this and blocking the account unnecessarily. They can't even tell me what wrong i have done. I have lost the trust in paypal.

                                    I booked one flight from yatra.com and paid through paypal account and there was one offer for first time paypal users to get 500 cashback in paypal account. I booked the flight and was cancelled by yatra by some reasons and amount got refunded back and also the cashback was withdrawn from my paypal account as it was a cancelled transaction (Which i didnt cancelled). I booked the flight again and this time the transaction was successful and was supposed to get the cashback this time but didn't get.

                                    I spoke to customer care of paypal and they are giving some weird reasons and now they are not responding as well.

                                    Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                      Paypal offer was about the first transaction made at paypal account and receive cashback of 50% cashback upto 200. I made my transaction in my paypal account of 382 indian rupees. Paypal not give me any kind of cashback as offer says. I complain in their website but not received any response yet. What should i do now?? Please don't make any transaction on paypal.

                                        I, anshik bansal, having paypal merchant account is reporting the paypal fraud. Paypal without any imitation and without any reason has first limited my account access, and asked to provide the personal details for verification and mentioned to change the password. Within 8 hours, i had provided them all the documents asked but after next 8 hours i received a mail from paypal that your account has been deactivated and your funds will be held for 180 days. Firstly, i check the reference id in the paypal resolution centre, but there was no such reference id exist in my account for which it was disabled. Soon after that, i raised a complaint regarding the same to them via call within few hours, and, they replied that they even don't know why our account has been deactivated. Soon after that, i also mailed them to know why my account has been blocked, but, they replied on mail that they cannot disclose the specific criteria that causes paypal to limit access to my account. They are biggest fraud that are cheating merchant and want to grab our money. Please help to get my money back. Looking forward to receive positive news from consumer complaints.

                                        PayPal customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        PayPal never listen coustomer problem.if your probl m is genuine most probably then will blame You any way. May be they will close your account.so many blame started from PayPal coustomer service .so please always choose another payment method in India .donot fall on huge cashback given by PayPal.they will never give any cashback.
