PayPal — Limited Account for a long time

My paypal account is limited for a long time though I have submitted all my details. I could see that the reason is PAN not verified. Can someone please help me in this?

U can register ur bank account in ur paypal account.Paypal has sent u 2 small amount to that bank account to confirm ur bank account number, name and all those. Then u have to enter that amount in paypal . This will confirm ur bank account, after that u can send r receive money through paypal account.

i do have the same problem..and i want to know when i will remove my card from pay pal...the deducted $ 1.95 will be refunded or not...and i also have been charged $ 1 extra..do not know why...

I'm not able to add my bank account, I have an account in IOB, Chennai and when i selected the verification of the account in paypal, Rs.1 got deducted THRICE instead of getting credited from my account!

really bad service by paypal. Worst ever i have seen.
Well they deducted nearly 300 rupees and i did not receive any code.
i have a PNB master card. when i came to google checkout. it immediately told me that my card was not valid. I called the PNB help center and came to know they have nothing to do with paypal at all.

I just received a mail now from the Royal Bank Of Scotland (RBS)® that the transfer of money to your bank account has been approved.The bank has also notified me that they have notified and contacted you on mail before the transfer release of the money to you.

I sent your bank account details to the RBS Online Banking. Here i have no voucher here because it was through the internet i sent your details to my bank. I have a bank account with Royal Bank Of Scottland (RBS) and they have withdrawn the amount of money which i ordered my bank account to approve for the transfer to your bank account.

The amount of money to be sent to you is Rs 34, 500

I have only be credited to this sort code on verifying the transfer:

Same thing has been happening to me.

I posted an ad on quickr. And I got 6 mails from different people wanting to gift the phones to their sons/ daughters in Nigeria! One even went on to say that his wife is in the UK high commission in Nigeria!
Some also use Indian sounding names!

I made 3 checks-
1- I googled the addresses and also checked them in google maps and found them to be wrong.
2- I asked them to send me their ID proofs and also for their "relatives"
3- Finally I told them that either through paypal or western union money transfer, I need the money to reach me first and then I will issue a sale invoice and that they will be sent the item only after I receive that.

Most got caught in their lies.

Friends, be careful- do not fall in the trap of those wanting to pay you more than your asking price, + courier charges, + wanting to buy something that will obviously not be under warranty in their "country" and especially if they can buy a new item online.

Will be reporting the email id to yahoo.co.in and will send the email to Anti-Crime bureau India ([protected]@anticrimebureau.in) and I urge everyone to take an active step and report the same. We have to protect our fellow Indians from such harm and believe me there are many Indians who will just get fooled and loose their hard earned money to these frauds.
