I am purchased something and paid through paypal. But still I not received my item. I am already contact to seller but he is not responding.

In this regarding I am open one of the claim in paypal. Claim id PP-D[protected].

But they are reject my claim without any reason. So my humble request you please help me.
PayPal customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still they are not resolved my problem.

    I am from India and i have an business account in PayPal. Paypal doing very disturbing and horrible practice because every time when my client in USA are transferring USD to my paypal wallet they hold it more than 21 days and after 21 days they will transfer it my bank account by much lesser rate compare to spot rate of INR v/s USD. i do not know why paypal doing so but anyone can easily understand that they are making huge profits to doing such practice.

      Address: H. No. 3126, Sector 32 D, Chandigarh - 160030

      The payment was made through PAYPAL on 16.03.2021, vide Receipt No. [protected], to their authorized agent. The amount was USD 82.00

      Since Paypal has all the details, where such payments are going & they know their agents / Merchants, they are supposed to refund my payment, becaus e this Merchant is not delivering the ordered materials.

      Paypal is required to safeguard the customers & NOT to HELP such CHEATING Merchants to collect money through Paypal . That is internal matter between the Paypal & Merchant, what kind of arrangements they have to use the money collected like this.
      I request for immediate resolution of my complaint, and hope that Paypal shall do the needful, not forcing me to write to Government / Legal agencies for such fraudulent Transactions by PAYPAL.

        Sir, it is already more than 3 weeks and till now there is No information regarding the delivery of my ordered Pen. I request you to please check the situation & let me have the exact status of the same.

          Hi team,

          Please provide us currency conversion fee structure.
          On 15 March $21 is deducted as a transaction fee, however we did work of full $400 but we received only $378, which is huge amount for us.
          Please provide us the currency conversion fee structure so that we can include same cost in Client's Invoice and share invoice to client including this fee.
          Our clients are in US.
          transaction done in USD. please share transaction/currency conversion fees per dollar or per transaction.

              Hey,
              I created my paypal account few months back and did not use once I did not even link any bank or card to my account yet. After some time they put temporary limitation on my account and asked for some documents.

              When I provide them my document and after few days I got another email saying they permanent limited my account.

              I don't know what I did wrong when I asked them they gave me no reason.

                Goibibo has refunded my flight money 6419 INR (1489+4930 INR) to PayPal, but it is not yet reflected in my bank account.
                PayPal showing that they refunded on October 2 2020 and January 14 th respectively. But not reflected in my bank account.
                PayPal customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  I guess PayPal is the biggest scammer on earth. They hold our money for months and earn interest on the same.
                  In my case they have held more than 1 lakh rupees and giving me fake reasons for the same. They are not even providing a customer care number where I can complain. They have held $1000 for 6 months and hold 25% of each transaction for 2 months. Please help.

                      I am doing business in a right way. One Canadian guy used my services and paid.
                      Now after the service is completed.
                      Trying to blackmail me to refund the money and he complained in paypal.

                      Without discussing with me paypal holded my 120$ dollars.

                      I clearly mentioned I worked and then I got payment.
                      After the work is done if the opposite person blackmailing and asking for refund how the paypal is supporting him and deducted 120$ from my paypal account.

                      This is legally crime.

                      Please take action on paypal and return my amount.

                          I did not receive a refund for my flight ticket that was cancelled due to covid. I was supposed to receive the refund by 4th of January but I have not received it yet. There is no way of contacting paypal other than mailing.

                            Makemytrip refunded and said it would be reflected in my PayPal account within two days. And i have been waiting and contacting since. Still no response. It is really frustrating and i am helpless. Kindly resolve this.

                              Hi,
                              subject :Amount from Paypal to my bank account - HDFC is not desposited for the transaction dated Nov 26th 2020.

                              Transaction ID: 69R55422G8187514V Amount: ₹ 250128.32 Date: NOV 26, 2020

                              My paypal account is [protected]@gmail.com

                              Paypal report shows "General Withdrawal - Bank Account', however I am yet to receive the amount.
                              I am attaching the Bank Statement for Nov 2019.
                              I need an update on the above transcation.

                              I contacted Paypal customer support and they stated that the amount was desposited to your account and gave me
                              a transaction Id CITIN[protected] and asked the bank to trace the payment.
                              However the bank said that the given id is not related to my account [protected] and its related to another
                              persons account and its for an amount of 3000 Rupees.
                              They showed me the screen as well, but they say they are unable to give a letter that
                              it is not related to my account and wanted me to contact Paypal
                              and ask for a proof or a entry with the Transaction Id, date, amount and other details .

                              If paypal is sure that the amount is deposited they ask Paypal to share the proof/entry in bank statment and raise a concern to the HDFC Bank itself for them to respond as the Transaction Id provided is incorrect
                              CITIN[protected].(Not related to my account )

                              Please look into the issue .
                              Its almost more than 50 days now .
                              I am yet to come to a solution and my "huge" amount is yet to be creditted .

                                When I went to link my bank account, unfortunately I had entered the wrong amounts which PayPal deposited in my account to verify my account i.e. less than INR 1.50. After that my bank account become cancelled. Now when I put IFSC Code and my account number again to link my bank account again the following message appear...

                                " We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please
                                try again later."

                                Please help me to link my this bank account.

                                  I called paypal within 2 days of the charge and someone not delievring product. They refuse to help after being on the phone for 1.5 hours. There is no customer protection. They allowed someone to scam me out fo $300.

                                      I have $3000+ funds in my account from my customers, paypal is holding that since a very long time. There's a claim of some amount from customer, they can hold that amount and let me withdraw rest, otherwise how can i send other orders to customers.
                                      They had sent me a DD which i credited to my bank, that amount is also pending yet.
                                      If i won't get it within 24 hours, i gonna sue you legally.

                                        I have been waiting for 5days for my money to be released from friends and family. We were told multiple reasons why my money was held and every time it was something different. My money was finally released on 12/19 and I went to transfer to my bank. PayPal now says they are holding my money for idverify but how can you hold someone elses money now I have payments declining because of this and noone is available to help. I have two accounts so my identity has been verified already
