Paysense app sync your mobile contacts & call yours family members & friends for payments.
Where in all the situations, I had inform Paysense agents that my salary is delayed hence payment will be delay. Agent agreed but then they are calling my family members too.
In Sept2018, I raised the complaint with paysense, they (mobile number - [protected] & [protected] ) called my friends & family members and disclosed my loan details. Even Paysense agreed on this and have terminated the concern person.
Again on 5th Dec, I sent a proof of misbehave ( mobile no. - [protected] ) to Paysense. But got no solution.
Now On 14 Dec, paysense agents, again called my family members for payments.

How do they get my family members & 6 -7 friends numbers?
This is illegal to call my family & friends who have nothing to do with this loan.

    On 23th i apply for loan

    Physical document needed. Your courier guy came and i give all needed document.

    After that on app it is showing loan application is approved on 29th nov. And your money will disbursed in 24 hour.

    Today is 7th december, money not disbursed yet.
    Paysensse don't have customer care number. On their email i'd every time only one reply wait for 24-48 hr for update

    10 days gone. Every time this mail. Plz look into it

    Hi .loan amount is disbursed today.
    Hi iam rajkumar I apply loan in paysense and approved on 16 the now today 20 amount not credit there is customer care number only mali and it's showing 24-48 hours and but paysense advantage amount will credit 24 hours, waste of my time and I complete to customer Moro then 50 times no reply [protected]

      Misbehavior and illegal treating for entire family. With reference to above subject, we taken paysense loan a/c number sl1333716 in this loan last month (November) some delay due to personal reasons in this subject i conveyed my situation to your firm, but they illegal treating to my pregnant wife illegally in this issue my wife affected mentally and physically. They (Lekha) called my entire family and relatives, house owner in this application i given my number and my wife number only. How will get my entire family and house owner number. Why treating my relatives also in. This subject we affected mentally and physically also in this regard any other affect my wife means definitely we approach legally.

      Hello, We are extremely sorry to hear that. If something like this has happened we will surely take an action against the same. We have escalated your issue to the concerned team on a priority & the team will get in touch with you in 24 to 48 working hours.
      I have applied loan by paysense app on 13/12/2018 and no one contacted me for NACH form or any other thing. I have sent multiple mails to [protected]@gopaysense.com but I am getting acknowledgement mails only by automated mode not getting any resolution.

      Just want to know are you going to process it or not.

        This is going somewhere, After a lot of discussions our contact list have been hacked and receiving the calls are talking very rudely in Hindi, even I spoke to them and they are actually reacting like Gundas, I am going forward and lodging the complaint and until I get the response I will keep my EMI on hold and I believe this is not the professional way to interact with the customer if only 1 EMI is pending.

          Am having a very very bad and worse situation with these paysense delhi people... They keep on calling my mobile and if ignored they.. Pull up your call records and call u r friends and relatives saying that you are not answering calls.. Why on earth are we using emails... They charge u with all penalties with out no reason and ask u to payback the amount forcefully.

          I wanna launch a cheating case and privacy violation case against these people. Pls some one help me with these problem..

          #paysense if fraud... Pls dnt go for these fraud and cheating people who take advantage of common peoples economic situations.

                I am using this paysenese app and have taken 4 loans out of which 2 are closed with all emi payment on time and unfortunately the 2 active loans that is running the emi has been bounced from last 2 months due to my sudden job loss from last 3 months one of their collection executive is in touch with me on regular basis and i have informed that will make the payment by 25 of this month but still paysenese has sent me a message that legal action will be initiated...                   I have taken 2nd loan from PaySense. But in this time payment proper response not received.

                  I want to foreclose my 2nd loan so I have already sent too many mails to PaySense for due amount or foreclose amount. After too many follow up with PaySense they replied to me with foreclose amount.

                  But after I have already paid full due amount /foreclose amount they are not answering me for payment confirmation status. I am continuously take followup with them but response not received from PaySense side.

                  After that again I have raised ticket from apps then PaySense team tell me for again pay foreclose amount.

                  I am very afraid with this. After all amount already paid then why I am again pay foreclose loan amount.

                  I have already taken too many follow ups via mail but still their team not answering me.

                  Also I have already told to PaySense team in mail while I am processing payment to PaySense that I will not paid any emi from next month.

                  But still their team not answering and contact me regarding payment.

                  If any one know PaySense customer support number please help me.

                  Because I have already paid full loan amount but they are not responding me.

                      This has been an on going issue from your collection agents. I have informed you guys about the payments and situations for oct and nov. I spoke to your agents on calls and emails. I even spoke to a manager named rohit. I have requested you guys several times that i would not be able to take calls when i am in office. Every month it is the same issue. Although i have being delaying the payments since last months, i am paying them in full with all the additional changes on the dates i promise to pay. I have been telling you guys not to call until the payment is made specially in my office hours as they do not allow me to take up personal calls. This has been a repeated inconvenience caused by you guys. Your agents do not know how to speak to me, they are not updated with the case nor the conversations. And i do not even understand for a month of delay how can a account go into collections and how can you guys assign a collection agent? Even after several complaints it has been the same. This is affecting me and my job. I have been given warnings at my work place because of your call today from [protected] at 9:50am which can turn into my loss of job. I have enough of your this now. I do understand the payments are late but they are payed in full!! With all the charges. And after informing you guys in detail about the situation its the same thing again. I warned you guys so so many time that if this repeats then i would be lodging a case against you guys. This time i am done with the idiotic things and tactics you guys have been using. I would sue you guys now for all the issues i had with you guys. The way your agents talk. The tactics that you guys use. I have calls of your so call agents who are nothing but gundas go to an extent to say "awkath dekhle apni" who even abused and trethen me and on call they say "is k ghar walo ko call karo ab". And a lot of mental trauma i am going through. And now because of you guys my job is at risk

                      I have again received a call from your agent mahim and she literally said "see now how will i collect the amount i would call all your friends and family" is this the way you guys talk. It now getting out of my head. Is this the way you guys talk and i asked her are you threatening me and she actually said ' yes"she said she would call my family and friends. I asked who gave you the authority of calling my family of friends she said the company. Enough is enough now. They payment is delayed and not defaulted. I have agreed to pay penalties and all charges and i did as well. The other girl said" ino kya tho be bath karra" are you guys money lenders? Who gave you the authority to talk to me in this was and threaten me of calling, y family and friends who are not at all related to the emi??? What on earth are you guys thing that your doing? I called your manager rohit and he is the same? And this happened while i am at office. I have the call recorded unfortunately i do not have a share option in the app. But if any wants to listen they can. I had enough of you guys. If this is how you guys behave then fine. I am filling a complaint. And how the hell can you get my family or friends number? Who gave you the authority to discuses about the loan with any one elese? Who gave you the contacts? This is completely illegal.

                      Worst company not professional I took loan and already mailed that I will be paying emI bit late due to hospitalzied but they have taken my contacts and all the friends mom sister and all spock with bad words I will really raise the complaint against paysense please don't take loan from here it's really bad company
                      It's there paysense app... They are illegaly uploading your phone's contacts via there installed app, like true caller.. Just that they are illegally using it as well. Beware of there app.
                      You guys never take action on any complaint . I have been asking you to take a charge over this agent many time and even the managers are the same. I wish I could know where you office is in hyderabad and where your call center is so that I could personal take up the case and teach you guys how to talk ans behave. anyways. I have already booked a defamation case against you guys with the call records and messages I have since the beginning. starting from the guys AJAY who literally abused me and the guy who claimed to be a lawyer and intimidated me to the agent who calls her self a T.L. which a foul mouth and abusive language like a female illiterate women from a slum " MAHIM". now lets see what you guys come up with. I have delivered so many proofs of the similar kind of reviews over the internet and all the chats and calls I have recorded. NOW YOU NEED TO GET A TASTE OF YOUR OWN MEDICINE!!!
                      Very important Note:
                      When the user installs Paysense Loan application on Android devices, it will ask you to enable permissions, unless you don’t enable the permission the app will not work and this how they breach customers security as they retrive all the contacts of the customer on to their server and then use against them.

                      Paysense collection agents will call every person in your contact just in case you failed to make the payment and reveal that you had taken a loan and literally destroy the image of the customer who has opted for a loan service from Paysense. Paysense has no rights to perform these acts at any given point hence forth I will be personally filing a case against Paysense for breaching customers personal information under data protection ACT 1998. I have recorded conversations from Paysense recovery agents and messages to prove this part. Paysense loan service will soon hear from me very soon.

                      I was hospitalized with a heart attack. Their agents Deepali Rupali and deepali called my family and destroyed my reputation. When i paid on the 4th they are refusing to credit the amount. They are frauds. I was wondering how they got my relatives number. Collection agents are gundas

                        On 18th oct i was applied for a loan through paysense app. I signed the e loan agreement on 19th oct after that on paysense app showing your loan is approved and amount will be disbursed in your account within 5 working hours. Today is 23rd oct and i am still waiting for the disbursal. Unable to understand the meaning of 5 working hours. Sending continous complaints through app but no revert from paysense.

                        Got response from PaySense and Indialends that the disbursal of loan amount is delay due to revised KYC norms as per RBI guidelines. Physical KYC require for the same at workplace or home depends on availability. New timeline given for tomorrow and max to max day after tomorrow. Also assurred that the loan is hard approved and only loan amount disbursal is pending. Hope amount will be disbursed by tomorrow.

                          Paysene is stealing money from my account. Im shocked after i received below message from axis bank

                          I'm not aware about below transaction.

                            But the amount not disbursed yet.
                            I got a message that my loan application was approved and the amount will be disbursed within 5 working hours but the amount not disbursed yet
                            I kept more trust on paysense

                              My self Nithish, My EMI due date is on 3rd of this month. At that time there was a sufficient amount in my bank account for the EMI. But my NACH has rejected due to insufficient balance. So I contacted to this number they suggested me to to IMPS. I have done the payment as suggested.

                                  I have taken loan from Paysense and my daughter is suffering from blood cancer. I am financially weak due to this. I have sent document to paysense executive. I SAID that i need 3 to 4 mnth time.. but today they have sent me message to come to court at borivali. How is I have discussed them also I have to pay penality interest and bounce charge.. bounce charges are about 14k. There amount is still showing approx 13k and i have taken loan of 46000 and i have paid almost amount.. Need help

                                    My father takes loan my this fraud company due to some finacial problem, my father was unable to pay one emi they ppls r calling full day use abusing language... And they visit home itself and abusing family member for delay emi... This is totally fraud company... Plzzzz dont take loan from this company... There interest rate is very high nd they never show actuall interesed rate... Government need to close this company so ppls r save... Very bad company... I will going to fill fir agest this company very soon.

                                      My self sanjay and i have already make my payment rs.6, 033 on 11th of sep include late payment charge than why i have received messages on my mobile app "your emi payment of rs 5, 398 through auto-debit form (Nach) faild because of insufficient balance in your account, pay as shown below to avoid late payment charges and penalty".in last 5 days i recieved 5 over due amount in differnet amount, first 2 to 3 days i make payment that i recieved amount on my mobile app, but they still send me to make payment, every day i recieved this type of messages to make payment. I also mailed to [protected]@gopaysense.com on 15th of september, they reply me we will revert on your request in 24 working hours, but they don"t reply me.

                                      My loan number is sl1036499, sl1358115

                                      I completed my emi on loan number sl1036499 on this 11th of september but still showing 1 emi overdue.

                                        I got approved for an amount of 100000 on saturday (25/08/2018). They said that the money will be credited to the bank account shortly. When i didn"t get the money i sent them an email. They said that because it was weekend its going to take 24-48 hrs. But 3 days already passed. I sent them so many emails but no response... They are fooling people & playing with their emotions...
