Paytm — Arbitrary behavior of the online shopping website | |||||
In January 2016, my PayTM account was blocked and whenever i try to purchase something or pay any bills, i am getting this message every time "Oops. Something went wrong! Please try after 24 hrs". On top of it, PayTM customer care is pathetic, they never offer any solution rather they tell that your account is blocked which i know and that is the reason i am contacting them. I want a solution from them so i can use my account rather than knowing the status quo. If PayTM is not able to offer it's service to people without any discrimination then they should shut this website. PayTM is behaving arbitrarily in letting people use their website and making other feel embarrassed. This incident of PayTM is making me feel insulted and i want this company to be shut for this arbitrary behavior or offer it's services to everyone. I have a bad experience of paytm

I transfer 787 Rs. In my bank account from paytm wallet but in bank account it's not reflected after 10 days. Many time i contact to paytm.com/care but it's not gave respond. I hate you paytm. And also bank doesn't response me. I complaints on my sbi bank but it's not solved after many days.
Amount hasbeen deducted but transaction has failed on 26 apr 16, still payment not cashback.
Many time reported to care team every time creates new tickets, but issue not resolved.
