We understand that the refund of inr. 1652 is still not reflecting in your bank account/card. Sometimes, bank takes little longer to get this amount reflected in your bank account/card.

We have checked your account and noticed that you have already initiated a refund request of inr 1652 on[protected] . Your bank may take 3-10 working days (And sometimes even more) to show this money in your account/card. And you can again add money to your paytm wallet.

If your refund is not credited within 10 days, let us know. We will look into this.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Sometimes, we don't get confirmation from the bank that your money has been refunded. In order to verify the same, we request you to please email a copy of your bank/credit card statement in pdf format, from the date of transaction to till date, to us.

This will help us solve the issue at the earliest. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hence i would request you to kindly refund back the amount of rs. 1652.00 from that company's account and deposit the amount to my paytm account immediately as i have to made some other transaction. Right now i am out of delhi so please keep this request on priority and inform me accordingly.

It is near about 01 month but my issue is not still solved

Note down again serial wise as below:

1. On 15.03.2015 vide transaction no. [protected] & order id [protected], i have added rs. 4000.00 in my paytm account from my bank of baroda bank a/c. No.[protected] linked with my paytm account [protected]@gmail.com / [protected].

2. On 16.03.2015 vide transaction no. [protected], i have repeated by mistake a previous refund request of rs. 1652.00 (That refund request was made by me to my company's bank account no. [protected] of syndicate bank, the company name was m/s. Bansal brothers where i was worked before i had worked in that company till 17th of november 2015 and then left my job from this company) i have repeated this transaction again by mistake on 16.03.2015 from my paytm account & rs. 1652.00 were sent to my company's bank account of syndicate bank account and rs. 2400 approx. Were balance at my paytm account after making this wrong transaction of rs. 1652.

3. On 17.03.2015 i have made request to cancel this transaction made by me by mistake and to deposit the amount of rs. 1652.00 to my paytm account for which you have provided the ticket #[protected]: rctkt - others.

4. On 18.03.2015 vide transaction no. [protected], i have transferred rs. 2400.00 to my bank account of bank of baroda no.[protected] linked with my paytm account [protected]@gmail.com / [protected].

Finally, till date the refund request for the transaction of rs. 1652.00 done by me by mistake for which the rs. 1652.00 was refunded to my company's bank account no. [protected] of syndicate bank is not cancelled and therefore not deposited in my paytm account.

This is a month old issue which is going on & on till day.

1. Did you know what is the actual problem to be solved??

2. If you don't know read all mails sent by me to paytm followed by this one.

3. This dilemma is totally created by paytm staff, just because of not tried ever to understand my wallet issue.

4. You do one thing show me some presence of mind during work time at paytm

5. You have to cancel the transaction vide id [protected] as mentioned below and deposit back the rs. 1652 to my paytm wallet back.

        On 29th april i have recharge rs 500/- from uts(Railway) application. Balance has been deducted from my bank account but wallet is showing rs 0. Till now either the said amount is not refunded in bank nor its showing in my wallet.

          I planned to purchase Daikin inverter AC for my home and checked prices at various authorized dealers/ stores. I found that PayTM was selling it for the least price after cash back offers. But Daikin India website has clearly stated that they are non of the E-commerce sites are authorized to sell their products.

          When I asked PayTM about this, I got a lethargic reply stating that they are selling only genuine products only without properly looking into the issue. I had informed PayTM only on a goodwill basis so that their customers are not cheated and in-turn their name is not spoiled.

          Please BE AWARE before buying any products through PayTM.

            Ihave done recharge in mobile number. but that recharge was fail and my cash recieved by paytm and they have my cash added to in my wallet. and i opende the wallet and then select the option transfer to bank account. after 2 days i saw in wallet i see there transfer is success. but i can't recieve amount in bank account. so please check out in my transferd transaction and credit cash into my bank account. your service is very bad in give to refund

              I have made payment to purchase dominos pizza of Rs. 550 through paytm app transaction no.[protected] however the same amount was deducted from my account which is not refunded till .
              I have loadge a complaint related this issue to paytm care comp. No 01661182/01497100 and ddint get any call or response from paytm

              Hence I request you to pl look into this matter and kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible pls.

                Bus operators suddenly bus canceled unreasonable bus canceled info around time 6:00 pm, paytm any refund my paytm wallet still no response my wallet payment
                Please refund my amount immediately.

                I'm orderd a suit material on 13 April 2016 and payed Rs.3112 Payment has been debited from my Account but order has been cancelled, I'm worried about my money.
                I have recharge in my mobile of 200 money is deducted from account then recharge fails and then money is refunded in my account

                  When entered my mobile number which was recharged early through paytm, along with the number all other information was pre populated. So i done the recharge, but i was not received the same benefits, for this i given a complaint dated on 16th Feb, for i was not received the proper response still these days, then finally i got a call from PayTM noida office saying that i selected a wrong (top up /special recharge). there was no evidence for me that i selected a wrong benefit. even the benefit information not mentioned the receipts.
                  If paytm offers a pre populated data based on the last recharge then that should be proper.
                  Even paytm not offers Rs 56 top up also. In such case how they done my recharge.

                      I have tried data recharge for idea no - [protected] on 30th, amount got deducted from citi bank 199 rupees got notification from paytm (attached screen shot) but there was no recharge then i have tried it again today as it was argent this time also 199 deducted and status was queued, no recharge. What kind of security they are using for payment. I have lost 199+199 rupees.

                        I m kanchana.i needed materials from online tyari so I proceeded my payment through online in paytm.but only money is debited from my account first time of rs 150 I didnt get any books material.so again I proceeded with the same material of kiran publications rs 150.eventhough in second time also money only debited in my account.i did transaction for two times of worth rs 300.pls see my complaint and proceed as soon as possible and credit in my account.

                          I purchased a phone a was successful delivered to on 27 april 2016. And applied a code get12. The code was successful applied. Till date i was unable to receive my cashback. I mailed them twice from complain link but no reply received. They said "cashback will be added to your paytm wallet after return period of item is over"
                          When will it be over? I want it ASAP.

                              I have bought 4 burner gas stove’ padmini jalwa' manual ignition in january 2016 from online website of paytm. The glass top shattered on 3rd april 2016 while cooking food. The product is under 1 year warranty by manufacturer but no details provided by the seller or paytm. There is no replacement of the item or repairing support by paytm or seller or producer (Padmini impex pvt ltd address: 34, transport centre, rohtak road, punjabi bagh new delhi-110026 ) available for online buyers.

This is (DHBVN) Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and there are no any electricity board like that name in paytm.                                   I did 3 times recharge for my airtel mobile from Paytm on 26th april, 95rs net booster it shows Payment failed. The recharge has been unsuccessful, but the transaction amount have been detected from my Indian bank, the total amount of 285 rs still does not have been refund to my account. Some time this issue reminds same whenever i do recharge through Paytm.Kindly look into this, try to refund the amount ASAP. This are the order number, [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                        I placed an online order to buy some goods from patanjali ayurved for rs. 507=00 and payment through paytm wallet.
                                        Rs. 507=00 debited from my paytm wallet but the transaction failed & so the amount could not be paid to patanjali ayurved . My purchase order could not be matured.
                                        I wrote several emails to paytm on id: [protected]@ paytm.com to refund rs 507=00 in my wallet, but i could not get refund/proper reply from paytm.
                                        I filled an online complaint at consumercomplaints.In & as soon as the complaint was registered, i received a phone call from [protected]@paytm.com . The person calling said that he is rahul mishra (Mobile no.[protected]) director refund at paytm and he is refunding my money. He asked my icici bank account id to transfer rs. 500=00.
                                        In next one hour, he confused me in talks and instead of transferring rs 500=00, he withdrawm rs. 12000=00 from my icici bank account. This fraud transaction was done in the name arjun bharadwaj, through imps vide transanction ref. No.[protected] &[protected], in added new payee a/c [protected] in the name of arjun bharadwaj.
                                        Probably, these culprits hacked my bank account as well as the site of paytm.
                                        I observed the fraud & contacted icici bank site/informed the whole story and requested to block my account for this fake transaction, also i sent emails to icici bank to stop the transaction but they were late in taking action & i received message of transferring rs. 12000=00 from my account in above mentioned account no. [protected], in the name of arjun bharadwaj.
                                        Paytm did not respond my several emails. If the paytm and icici bank, cooperated in this issue to take quick action, i would have been saved from fraud.
                                        I have mentioned all facts & figure to reach these culprits, if serious immediate action is taken.
                                        Now, i request all the agencies to take serious immediate action against culprits so that i may get my money back and such people can be arrested to safe other innocent public.
