First of all your customer care does not has any phone number, why is that?

i linked my wallet to uber and but it was showing that i need to re-authorise my paytm account, i did that but it was showing unable to verify. n still m not confirmed whether it is added or not or verified or not.
at the time of issues do we need to generate etickets? am sorry that not quick? better solve my issue and put some phone numbers to talk to.

I purchase a mobile product lenevo A6000 by the online shopping web site PAYTM on 06.05.2016 and my order no. [protected] with paying Rs. 7474. The proper packed courier was received on 08.05.2016 (Sunday) at my home address. I opened the courier and found that some scrap medicine bottle and cello tape were in this and the mobile product Lenovo A6000 was stolen already. I asked to courier boy about it he told me that this not his/his courier company mistake. After that told about it Paytm customer care executive and he assured that with in 24 hour the dispute will sortout but till time here is nothing improvement. my complain no. 01980642.

I had made payment for my mobile bill for Vodafone through PAYTM site on 2nd May 2015. Prior to that I had tried making the payment on 30th April which was not successful but still Rs 950 has been debited from my bank account.
The payment made on 2nd May was successful and has been credited to the mobile company- Vodafone.

Please return to me the payment which has not been credited to the mobile phone company.

Rs 996.97 was debited from my Paytm Wallet on 28/04/2016, even though I did not initiate the txn.
Inspite of taking up the matter strongly with Paytm, they are not bothered and have not agreed for the refund. I am sure the irregular txn took place as Paytm did not have proper security in their system or the system failed.
Ticket No# 112950 was raised with Paytm Cyber Cell.

I booked a ticket on apr 8th to travell for apr 9th. From hyderabad to pune in paytm. One hour before travelling i got a message like bus cancelled.In hurry burry i tried for alternate transport. Through i did not my refund amount till now. I sent many mails to paytm. But the order status in paytm is like refunded.

I am paytm account holder. I have logged in paytm website for mobile recharge. At the time i did not have wallet balance in my paytm account. I did a mobile recharge of rs 100 using net-banking facility provided by paytm. The paytm order id is [protected] of rs.100. My bank statement showing the debit of rs. 100 by paytm under the name of inb avenues india pvt. Ltd. I did not receive mobile recharge, however the fund has got transferred to paytm wallet same day. The nest day when i wanted to use the wallet money to recharge again, the wallet balance was zero.

I have requested paytm customer care to refund the funds in to my bank account. But i have not received any response from them. I have searched similar cases have been observed against the online recharge company. Paytm is violating the sebi as well as rbi norms for online e-commerce business. I need my refund from paytm.

Sir, i need the matter to be addressed immediately. Paytm is a public nuisance cheating the online community with financial loss and distrust.

We understand that your query is regarding transaction not getting processed against order id [protected] but your amount was deducted.

We have not received any amount from your bank account in that case bank may take 3 working days to show this money in your account/card.

If your refund is not credited within timeline, let us know along with the bank statement from the date of transaction till date in pdf format. Without this, it won't be possible for us to validate the transaction

I had rupees 200 in my paytm wallet. On 30 april 2016. I deposited rupees 300 to recharge dish tv of rupees 500. But neither my dish tv is recharged nor my paytm wallet received rupees 300. Rupees 300 is deducted from my bank account via transaction number [protected]igobxfskd8. I had already sent mail regarding this issue but the problem is not resolved yet from your side. I have to revers my product. i order 2 quantity of pinkbird but some how i does not received both product so place solve my problem as fast as possible.and i received message of delevery of both product but i received only one product. order number is [protected].order delivered by XPESSBEES courier patner and delivery boy name is neeraj.i told him that you only delivery one product and he told me that another product will be receive at evening or next day but form the that day no product is delivery to me.thats why i wanted to please delivery my another product as fast as possible if not then refund my money of one product in my account not in paytm wallet.

This is very disappoint incident took place and still i didn't hear anything from Paytm. Hence i want to escalate this incident to Higher Authority and take the strict action.

I waited from my boarding point from 9 PM till 11.30 PM and didnt get any
response from escalation team from Menakshi Travel.

I talked to travel desk at 3.45 PM and he told that bus has been delayed
for 1 hour and he told to wait at Durga Vilas boarding point.

Again i started calling them from 9.30 PM and they just pushing here and
there and didn't get any response.

I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.

I request to refund my amount with penalty and take strict action Against
concern person and Paytm where they failed to provide proper support to consumers.

I tried to make insurance payments of Rs 12481 through paytm. Rs 7000 got debited from my paytm wallet and the balance payment failed from the credit card. So Insurance payment did not happen. I have raised several complaints to credit rs. 7000 to my paytm wallet but it has still not been done. Ticket Numbers 01626173, 01663294, 01679038 Kindly credit Rs 7000 into my paytm wallet immediately and confirm
Paytm does not have any number to resolve such complaints over phone. Their customer care number is only for Shopping related complaints. Such complaints can only be done through emails/over app and these people do not reply for days...

I want to get back Rs. 7000 into my PAYTM Wallet.
