Hi,
I have paid my electricity bill through paytm by my credit card the amount is 410 rs. I got the massage from credit card bank that rs 410 was spent on your credit card on 06-may-16 at paytm. The massage has been shown on paytm that it is pending we will inform you one done via email or massage but i didn't get any massage from paytm. Can you please help me on this.

Please, refund of rs 24 which was wrongly debited by you from my wallet at 09:04 pm today (09/05/16) because at that time there is no transaction completed and please check it and credit back of rs 24 in my wallet immediately. Because i feel tense until the refund not received.
To prove that i am enclose a photo of sms sent by paytm for debited rs 24 in my wallet without completion of any transaction at that time.

Dear sir my number is [protected] and I have done recharge rs 296/ and show data 2 gb 3g (1 gb for day and 1 gb for night ). As per customer care details we got only 1gb data.
We also attached screen shot where showing Data 2gb.

Kindly check resolve my issue and credit 1 gb extra data as per given details of screen shot.

I received a message from paytm that rs 75 had been added in my paytm wallet on account of to grab the cashback offer for depositing online payment of electricity bill for rs 500 or more and my paytm wallet updated to rs 75 at that time the sms shows but in real there is no rs credited in my paytm wallet yet for that transaction and more than a month gone. So, please credit my wallet rs 75 (Cashback offer dated[protected] immediately.
To prove this i am submitting the photo of the sms sent by paytm.
Please refund my cashback of rs 75 in my wallet.

First of all your customer care does not has any phone number, why is that?

i linked my wallet to uber and but it was showing that i need to re-authorise my paytm account, i did that but it was showing unable to verify. n still m not confirmed whether it is added or not or verified or not.
at the time of issues do we need to generate etickets? am sorry that not quick? better solve my issue and put some phone numbers to talk to.

I purchase a mobile product lenevo A6000 by the online shopping web site PAYTM on 06.05.2016 and my order no. [protected] with paying Rs. 7474. The proper packed courier was received on 08.05.2016 (Sunday) at my home address. I opened the courier and found that some scrap medicine bottle and cello tape were in this and the mobile product Lenovo A6000 was stolen already. I asked to courier boy about it he told me that this not his/his courier company mistake. After that told about it Paytm customer care executive and he assured that with in 24 hour the dispute will sortout but till time here is nothing improvement. my complain no. 01980642.

I had made payment for my mobile bill for Vodafone through PAYTM site on 2nd May 2015. Prior to that I had tried making the payment on 30th April which was not successful but still Rs 950 has been debited from my bank account.
The payment made on 2nd May was successful and has been credited to the mobile company- Vodafone.

and the transaction details of the payment made on 30th April is BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-Mobile payout/552

Please return to me the payment which has not been credited to the mobile phone company.

Rs 996.97 was debited from my Paytm Wallet on 28/04/2016, even though I did not initiate the txn.
Inspite of taking up the matter strongly with Paytm, they are not bothered and have not agreed for the refund. I am sure the irregular txn took place as Paytm did not have proper security in their system or the system failed.
Ticket No# 112950 was raised with Paytm Cyber Cell.

I booked a ticket on apr 8th to travell for apr 9th. From hyderabad to pune in paytm. One hour before travelling i got a message like bus cancelled.In hurry burry i tried for alternate transport. Through i did not my refund amount till now. I sent many mails to paytm. But the order status in paytm is like refunded.

I was paying my two bills through the paytm first one is 1000 and the second one is 980 suddenly internet conection lost and my amount of 1000 and 980 was transfered in my wallet i have checked the transaction and i saw an option send to bank on both transaction and i was clicking on both and transaction show success but i have checked my mini statement i have received only 980 rs and not 1000 refund so please help me i m in very trouble i dont have any customer care number of paytm.

I am paytm account holder. I have logged in paytm website for mobile recharge. At the time i did not have wallet balance in my paytm account. I did a mobile recharge of rs 100 using net-banking facility provided by paytm. The paytm order id is [protected] of rs.100. My bank statement showing the debit of rs. 100 by paytm under the name of inb avenues india pvt. Ltd. I did not receive mobile recharge, however the fund has got transferred to paytm wallet same day. The nest day when i wanted to use the wallet money to recharge again, the wallet balance was zero.

I have requested paytm customer care to refund the funds in to my bank account. But i have not received any response from them. I have searched similar cases have been observed against the online recharge company. Paytm is violating the sebi as well as rbi norms for online e-commerce business. I need my refund from paytm.

Sir, i need the matter to be addressed immediately. Paytm is a public nuisance cheating the online community with financial loss and distrust.
