        I have order jockey multi-color boxer with paytm and delivered by them, but the problem is that the color and quality is different what i seen at the time of order.
        I have already mail them regarding this matter on [protected]@paytm, but not get any satisfactory response from them, even from last 3-4 days they are not replying on mail. And they also dont have proper number to contact

          I bought fast track watch from paytm at last novemebr, within 5 months its not working, then i went to shop for repair with invoice which provided by paytm, shop guy said clearly "no service if you buy from online", also seller didn't stamp on warranty card.

          I contacted paytm support team, they ask me to send product to seller and i did it, it's almost one back started this still i didn't get product.

          Initially paytm used to respond on time, now they are not at all looking.

          Paytm is good until you don't have any issue with product, if you get anything like this paytm is not opted, worst service

            I have ordered a set of 2 led apple watches through paytm.. they shipped me the order ... however in order they send one apple led watch and one led band which i hv not ordered.. one apple led watch was missing from d packet.. i dis d complaint regarding the same to paytm through email.. and they return d money through d wallet on there own website.. the amount was in my wallet.. then i select d option to transfer to bank.. i hv selected d same option.. however no money was transfer to my bank account.. again i submit another complaint through an email.. however not recieved any reply.. also wrose thing is that whenever i am trying to call there no they are not picking up d phone.. just ivr is messing with customers.. nothing is satisfying in all dis.. realy frustrating stuff..
            I was recharging my BSNL mob no [protected] today for Rs 550 but wrongly recharged mob no [protected] due to typing mistake, my order no is [protected] dt 01 May 2016. kindly reverse the amount.

              I have added rs 500 at my paytm wallet. When i submit within fraction of second it deduct my money from my axis bank account but wallet is displaying 0 balance. Then when i checked order status it is showing successful and order received on the way. But paytm case is still 0.
              After 10 minute a sms and a mail return that 500 will refunded to my axis bank soon. Already more than 24 hours passed but still money is not returned. What a worst policy of paytm. I need that wallet money for a immediate offer from another site when i purchase products from there. But after this fault i am unable to purchase also and that wallet money is not useful now for mine. After all the return process is late but deduction process is fast. This is very worthless service of paytm. If this is process then why i use your system for wallet process or bill payment. Many another company have better services i will go back there. Refund my money soon, otherwise i will give you bad review everywhere.

                Vide order id.[protected] dt.13.04.2016 i had placed order for purchase of symphony diet 22 t 22 l tower air cooler [white] on pay tm portal, which had declared offer of paytm cash back [15%] on net product price of rs.9250 amounting to rs.1388/-. The product was supplied vide invoice no.5520/2016-17/2702 dt.14.04.2016 which was received on 23.04.2016 from bluedart courier. Whereas;
                - the pay tm cash back [15%] rs.1388/-which was stated to be credited to my account after delivery was not credited.
                - on e.Mail reminder dt.03.05.2016, the company denied the same on the pretext that promo code was not applied in the process of order booking/. Making the payment online, whereas i had very well applied the code.
                - there is no recorded evidence to indicate whether coupon code was applied or not applied.
                - it is a common sense that no consumer would fail to avail the discount when paytm cash back is the principal criteria for purchasing the product through pay tm portal.
                - the dicount amount of rs.1388/- may be small for an individual as such.
                - but the principal question is how many consumers they would have denied/cheated the payback on some silly pretext. The amount may be staggering, if one gets the information under rti act.
                - hope the issue will be investigated in the interest of fair justice.

                    Please be informed that on thursday, 5th may, 2016, i paid rs.19/- for credit in my pay tm wallet. The amount was debited from my credit card but the balance in paytm wallet showed zero and my request for croissant from cafe coffee day could not be serviced because there was an error in conveying the code no. To me.
                    Kindly credit rs.19/- back into my paytm wallet or inform ccd to provide croissant.

                      I ordered for a stopper stop e-voucher valued at 2000. it was mentioned as instant delivery by email. Once payment was made, status in paytm showed as delivered, however i have not received any vouchers/ emails from either paytm or shopperstop. I raised a query in paytm twice which acknowledge me with ticket numbers and stated to get back to me at the earliest. Its been a week, but no response. I tried to call customer care, to my disappointment, its only IVR. It does not have an option to connect with executive to speak. Kindly help me get the voucher or refund of money.

                        I have ordered a one canon dslr camera order number [protected] which tracking id is z85160940 on date 22 april 2016 which delivery date was 01 april 2016

                        I got one parcel from dtdc curior service of memory card of 30 gms on date 26 april according this parcel i didnt get any notification from paytm. Which s collected by my office guard.

                        Now paytm saying me that we have delivered your product on 26 so we cant do anything further for you.

                        I am atteching the attechment of dtdc curior service which is the consignment id they have confirm that they have deliver 30 gms.

                        I am call them 10 to 15 time and repeat the same thing again and again have send mail too but not getting a genuine response from their side.

                        Hoping they address my concern and help me out as 35000 is a very big amount for me and its worth lot to me.

                          Very disappointed with Paytm. Worst App & customer service. 10- 12 times from 10am onward, i am trying to raise query its not accepting.

                          I made a payment for my 2 tickets for Nil Batten Sannata, the transaction got cancelled. But the amount got deducted from my credit card even.Rs. 325 /- already got deducted which i want it asap. Worst service and application.

                          This is not the first time i am facing challenge with Paytm, there are multiple issues with this service.They didnt paid back the cash back amount against Vodafone bill payment & Electric bill payment, only 40rs. was paid back as cash back. Earlier complain ref is 01405227.

                          Pfa transaction mail of Citi Bank & Query page display too.
                          Solve it.

                          I have balance 516Rs in my account yesterday, suddenly when I was doing one transaction it asked to login, but not login and asking to reset the password, , when I have done the reset process and logedin again the account balance was zero, why it has happened, plse find the solution for me
                          I dont know about what you can do to pay your electricity bill, but I can surely suggest you for using the Bill Bachao app to pay your phone bill. This app too offers cashback that can be redeemed on a minimum transaction value.

                            I bought boxer shorts from paytm but they sent me different sizes one large and other small. Now it I of no use to me. I raised the issue but they are not replying to any of my tickets. I raised this issue to the paytm grivarence form but still no reply from them. All they are saying that it cannot be returned as per sellers policy. It means seller can send a bag of sand to me and I cannot return it because its sellers policy.

                              I have tried paying my amount of rs 2638.90 via traveleasy.com from paytm wallet and somehow my payment was not received in travel easy nor was it refunded back to my account. I request paytm to refund my amount back to my account asap.

                                The seller given with 6 months warranty. Before warranty period the battery bulged. For these i called the paytm care for warranty claim. They asked to go to samsung authorized service center for warranty claim. I gone there and they reported that the battery is not original.

                                So kindly do needful. Why duplicate products are sale through paytm????

                                  My bses electricity bill payment against complaint no[protected] is still unpaid but my bank account has been debited by 2410 rps.my paytm order no is [protected].its been two hours from debiting but still no recovery of my account money .plz do some helpful as soon as possible..

                                    I booked bus ticket from mumbai to indore for two persons on 29th april 2016 & i got confirmation message from paytm in that message two seats(S1, s2) of safar travels(Indore) confirm for journey on next day(30/04/2016) at 8:10pm reporting time at sion.
                                    In the evening of 30/04/2016 i call conductor for timing confirmation he asked me my pnr no i told them and after checking it he told these seats are booked by another person and told me contact where you had done online booking and not allowed us in bus for journey.

                                    Made a transaction through send money option but transaction is still pending since wednesday. Complaint ticket is also booked from my side but no action is taken till now. please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                      I have recharged my metro card with rs100
                                      on 5th may . i also recived recipt from paytm bt there was no balance in my metro card. where is my money????? r u fraud or what???

                                      i also ordered pizza, it was option there if i'll pay through paytm i will get cashback around 50%, bt i have not received even a single penny..

                                      I also recharged through paytm it was given there that i vl get cashback of rs 50 bt.....
