I have forgotten password to my account and used Forgot Password to generate OTP. However, I no longer have/use the mobile number which I registered with PayTM to which the OTP is sent.
While PayTM says that OTP has also been emailed, I have not received any such mail (checked spam folder too). Also, the while trying to complain using their web care/ticket interface, but due to errors related to their interface the complain cannot be registered.
It seems that all those users who have forgotten their passwords and who might have lost their old mobile numbers, can no longer access their accounts and the money they might have with it.
I had added 312 to my paytm wallet for Bookmyshow and the discount was RS 26, however the the discount was credited to my account and suddendly it is showing zero paytm wallet
Please look into this
