I buy a book plinth to paramount and now i want to return it but they cancel my return request.even i called to courier company they said they received request from snepdeal after that they cancel my retrun request. i continuously calling them for return. I wrote many mails to Paytm regarding this but they are not answering me.

I believe paytm people are just earning money. worst website.

I had paid my phone bill(Rs.200) through paytm in April 2016. But, this month I got the statement shows that the previous month outstanding bill is pending. So I checked acknowledgement which I had paid. Mobile number is not mentioned in the acknowledgement. However, the amount had been deducted from my account.

Kindly request you to look into the matter and refund the same.

I sudhakar mahapatra through online transferred Rs200/- to PAYTM on 30/04/2016 from my IOB Account. The transaction ID showed in my account is PAYTM-[protected][protected]@955899. But the amount credit in wallet formation neither received mail or message to mobile no till date.
Please do the needful get credited the amount in wallet or refund the same.

I order Sony SBH52 from paytm.com of Rs.7475/. i got sony sbh70 received on 6 May 2016, i called to paytm customer care they replied return your product we will refund your amount within 3 days. i returned on 7 May 2016, Saturday. and continuously calling them for refund. I wrote many mails to Paytm regarding this but they are not refund me.

I believe paytm people are just earning money. worst website.

On date 02/05/2016 postpaid mobile no. [protected] has been recharged with amount .Rs.205 (AIRTEL POSTPAID ) but this transaction was failed. till date 13/05/2016 no refund of this amount Rs.205 in my paytm wallat or my bank account. My order id is [protected].how many time to get refund this amount t me. same thing happens when was recharged rs.100 for mobile no.[protected] but this amount refunded my paytm wallat....

I have booked bus ticket through paytm in orange tours and travels on 11/05/2016.I got conformation mail and sms from paytm and it was not accepted by bus operator and the same seat number is booked by another customer.raised cause with customer care of paytm and didnt get any response even after conducted so many times to customer care.i have paid amount of rs.1608 and spend more dan 200rs by trying to csutomer care.they are not providing...

Last sunday (8 may 2016), i booked a ticket in deccan travels through paytm for my travel from chennai to bangalore. Order no is [protected]

The bus was not came to the selected boarding point for 1hr. And i called to the bus operator numbers and the paytm helpline number but no body responded properly.

So i took another bus for my travel.

On the same day, i sent a mail to paytm customer care for...

I booked a bus ticket on may 12, 2016 using a chrome browser from my office, In the home page i selected the calendar option and chose the date which was 13th of May and it got populated and then in the search results page it showed a list of buses and I selected one and booked and payed around 1000 Rs for ticket and all to my bad when i checked the date, it was showing 12th of may and when i called immediately to the bus operator or paytm...

I am having paytm wallet balance of rs 82 last night but when i woke up i got a message from paytm that having paytm wallet balance of rs 0. I don't know where it has gone and i want all my money back by today otherwise i am going to do a police case against paytm in fraud.

As a customer, I have this complaint that Paytm is unable to do my recharge and this problem is there for last 3 days.Everytime I try to recharge my mobile it simply says recharge failed and sends me a message regarding some one time password.
Also there is no provision of complaint in the app and my problem is persisting with the company not paying the slightest of heed....

I didnot get a call just a message that it is out for delivery. Today on receiving a mail to rate the product i came to know it is delivered

Yesterday, I recharge my reliance GSM mobile @50/- on mobile no. [protected] then I got message on mobile which was attach with paytm that Rs.50/- recharge was successful with operator reference no. is [protected], however balance is not transfer on the mobile no. and even this is not showing in passbook of Paytm.

Wallet organizations like paytm, oxygen, mobikwik and many others might be a way to work on black money transfers;
There is not transaction trail on transactions you do via these wallets to the merchants; they do not fall under rbi but can be used as savings accounts;

Unlike banks paytm and other wallet transaction do not catch rbi or regulatory eye; and anything fishy could be transacted; this needs to be in eye of...
