Paytm Wallet is really pathetic because user can't add more amount as they required
1. I was trying to add money in wallet but unfortunately, I couldn't’t add above Rs. 4, 000.00 and transaction got failed two times after 1st transaction.
2. User whole purpose of buying goods from your paytm wallet got defeated because user can’t add more money and any merchant is not ready for part payment.
3. Why paytm's team is not having customer care help line no? Wrost then pathetic..
4. Paytm replying after one hour and the offer that user want to grab was got expired in such time. Why should user wait for your reply?
Now, I want my Rs.4, 000.00 back to my card account because keeping money in your wallet doesn’t provide me any kind benefits and my purpose got defeated due to pathetic service of Paytm.

Updated by drkansari After writing complaint detail on consumercomplaint.in, I got the call from no. +91-[protected], That guy had informed me that he is from paytm and understand my query in detail. After that he had informed me that he is reversing my transaction and returning money in my bank account and asked my OTP on my cell phone. The biggest of mine is I had provided the OTP to him. After providing OTP that chap done a transaction of Rs. 2, 800.00 and Rs.1, 200.00.
I had already update about same matter to paytm and they are working on it.
Last but not the least DO NOT SHARE OTP...
